现代交互技术下的Story-Telling方法综述

Story-Telling(ST)是一种训练儿童语言表达能力的重要教育活动,随着新型交互技术的不断发展,大量工作致力于将这些新型交互技术融入ST场景之中,涌现出一系列ST系统原型以及商业应用.文中围绕近十年来关于ST应用技术的研究,重点讨论了ST技术的应用需求以及ST系统中交互技术的运用,并以应用场景作为划分介绍了典型的ST系统.文中针对已有系统中存在的几个突出问题,提出了一套基于场景树设计工具的儿童讲述故事应用设计方法,并对这套设计方法的创新点和贡献做出了讨论.最后对ST这一领域的未来发展方向进行了展望.

Truth telling for patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma in Henan,China

Objective: This study aims to investigate the truth-telling status and the relevant factors of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC) patients in Henan, China.Methods: A cross-sectional study from April to June 2015 using questionnaires was given to 301 family members of hospitalized ESCC patients based in three affiliated hospitals of Zhengzhou University(i.e., The First Hospital, The Second Hospital, and Tumor Hospital) and Anyang Tumor Hospital.Results: Among the 41.9%(126/301) hospitalized ESCC patients who knew of their true diagnoses, only 4.0% patients were informed by their corresponding responsible doctors, 39.7% by their family members, and 56.3% by themselves. Univariate analyses showed that disclosure of confirmed ESCC diagnosis to patients was correlated with gender, family history of cancer(FHC), education level, vocation, hospital administrative level, and attitudes of family members(P < 0.05). Furthermore,multivariate analysis indicated that attitude of family members was the most important and an independent factor for diagnosis disclosure. Those patients with a negative FHC, under-education, manual occupation, advanced stages, and hospitalized in municipal hospitals exhibited a low rate of truth telling.Conclusions: Truth telling for ESCC patients in Henan is not prevalent and may be improved through consultation with family members, particularly for patients with a negative FHC, poor education, manual occupation, and advanced stages.

Process of Patients Telling Children about Newly Diagnosed Breast Cancer

Objective: This study aims to determine the process of patients with newly diagnosed breast cancer in Japan telling their children about the disease, and how they have thought about it after the diagnosis. Methods: Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 15 patients with newly diagnosed breast cancer who had 3- to 14-year-old children. Narratives of participants about how they told their children about the disease were analysed by a qualitative and descriptive study design using the Modified Grounded Theory Approach (M-GTA). Results: In the process by which patients with newly diagnosed breast cancer tell their children about the disease, participants were [Maintaining mental balance in the face of the threat of the cancer] after the breast cancer diagnosis, and used the “Facing the cancer through the relationship with the children” as the core category in the process. The participants had [Determined to tell the children about the disease], while [Being worried about the influence of cancer on the children], [Thinking about the benefits of not hiding the cancer], and [Feeling difficulty in communicating the diagnosis of cancer to their children]. They were [Encouraged to tell about the disease to the children] by people around them, and did tell the children that they had a “disease” or “cancer”. The participants who told the children that they had the disease while [Determining the impact on the children] repeated the [Making herself look unconcerned] in the process. Those who told the children that they had cancer while [Determining the impact on the children] repeated [Talking openly about cancer and death] between parents and children. Conclusions: The participants came to face their own cancer by maintaining mental balance in the face of the threat of the cancer and telling their children about the disease. Nurses need to assist these patients to be able to deal openly with their children from the early stage of the diagnosis and solve problems by family members.

Classification of Sailboat Tell Tail Based on Deep Learning

The tell tail is usually placed on the triangular sail to display the running state of the air flow on the sail surface.It is of great significance to make accurate judgement on the drift of the tell tail of the sailboat during sailing for the best sailing effect.Normally it is difficult for sailors to keep an eye for a long time on the tell sail for accurate judging its changes,affected by strong sunlight and visual fatigue.In this case,we adopt computer vision technology in hope of helping the sailors judge the changes of the tell tail in ease with ease.This paper proposes for the first time a method to classify sailboat tell tails based on deep learning and an expert guidance system,supported by a sailboat tell tail classification data set on the expert guidance system of interpreting the tell tails states in different sea wind conditions,including the feature extraction performance.Considering the expression capabilities that vary with the computational features in different visual tasks,the paper focuses on five tell tail computing features,which are recoded by an automatic encoder and classified by a SVM classifier.All experimental samples were randomly divided into five groups,and four groups were selected from each group as the training set to train the classifier.The remaining one group was used as the test set for testing.The highest resolution value of the ResNet network was 80.26%.To achieve better operational results on the basis of deep computing features obtained through the ResNet network in the experiments.The method can be used to assist the sailors in making better judgement about the tell tail changes during sailing.

tell(告诉)和inquire(打听)是英汉语中两个基本的言语行为动词,有其独特的信息传递和语义认知结构。信息传递的认知特点主要反映在其信息传递过程中,语义认知的特点主要反映在词的内在含义和该词在句子里的句法、句义的表达方面。基于英汉言语行为动词的两种特点,我们试图为其构建相应的语义认知结构框架。

Tell-Show-Do模式在患儿窝沟封闭中的应用

目的探讨Tell-Show-Do模式在患儿实施窝沟封闭中的应用效果,降低患儿牙科畏惧症发生率和程度,提高窝沟封闭的质量。方法采用便利抽样法抽取本市某三级甲等专科口腔医院实施窝沟封闭的162例患儿,运用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各81例,试验组应用Tell-Show-Do模式进行窝沟封闭术前行为诱导,对照组采用常规护理措施。比较两组患儿牙科畏惧症发生率及程度。结果试验组患儿牙科畏惧症发生率为66.67%,对照组发生率为86.42%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);试验组牙科畏惧症发生程度轻于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用Tell-Show-Do模式对患儿进行窝沟封闭术前行为诱导,能有效降低患儿窝沟封闭中畏惧症的发生率及畏惧程度,有利于提高窝沟封闭的效果和效率。

民族地区新建地方本科院校外语教师对TELL的态度研究——以凯里学院为例

随着信息技术及网络化的加快,传统单一的计算机辅助语言学习(CALL)已不能适应新技术的要求,技术促进语言学习(TELL)成为当前语言教学的必然。教师对TELL的态度直接影响着外语教学质量。文章以应用语言学的相关理论为基础,以凯里学院39名外语教师为研究对象,采用问卷调查和访谈,对外语教师对TELL的态度进行分析,探索外语教师在TELL坏境下的教学态度,找出TELL在民族地区新建地方本科院校实施或普及过程中存在的具体问题,并提出相应的解决措施和建议。
