Analysis of deformation mechanisms in magnesium single crystals using a dedicated four-point bending tester

In this study,we explored the deformation mechanisms of Mg single crystals using a combination of scanning electron microscopy and electron backscattered diffraction in conjunction with a dedicated four-point bending tester.We prepared two single-crystal samples,oriented along the<1120>and<1010>directions,to assess the mechanisms of deformation when the initial basal slip was suppressed.In the<1120>sample,the primary{1012}twin(T1)was confirmed along the<1120>direction of the sample on the compression side with an increase in bending stress.In the<1010>sample,T1 and the secondary twin(T2)were confirmed to be along the<1120>direction,with an orientation of±60°with respect to the bending stress direction,and their direction matched with(0001)in T1 and T2.This result implies that crystallographically,the basal slip occurs readily.In addition,the<1010>sample showed the double twin in T1 on the compression side and the tertiary twin along the<1010>direction on the tension side.These results demonstrated that the maximum bending stress and displacement changed significantly under the bend loading because the deformation mechanisms were different for these single crystals.Therefore,the correlation between bending behavior and twin orientation was determined,which would be helpful for optimizing the bending properties of Mg-based materials. 展开更多

Clearance not only affects the startup torque,rotation precision and stiffness of bearing,but also affects the load distribution,load-carrying capacity and life of bearing.A computational model in which the clearance of bearing is first included is presented for determining the contact force distribution and static load-carrying capacity of a double row four-point contact ball bearing which is subjected to the combined radial,axial and overturning moment loadings.The relation between the negative axial clearance and the contact force distribution is analyzed.The static load-carrying capacity curves are established,and the effects of the changes in negative axial clearance,curvature radius coefficient of raceway groove and initial contact angle on the static load-carrying capacity are analyzed.The results show that,with the increase in the absolute value of negative clearance,the maximum contact load decreases first and then increases.The clearance values in the range of 0.2 mme0 mm have little effect on the static load-carrying capacity of bearing.With the increase in the curvature radius coefficient of raceway groove and the decrease in the initial contact angle,the static load capacity of bearing decreases. 展开更多

According to the method, a characteristic scale μs is introduced to regularize the divergent integrals. The infrared divergent parts, which take the form of ln2(λ^(2)/μ_(s)^(2))and ln(λ^(2)/μ_(s)^(2))as μ_(s)→ 0 where λ is a constant and expressed in terms of masses and Mandelstam variables, and the infrared stable parts are well separated. The result is shown explicitly via 44 dilogarithms in the kinematic sector in which our evaluation is valid. 展开更多

提出一种新型薄壁型钢UHPC组合箱梁,开展了6根薄壁型钢UHPC组合箱梁与1根薄壁型钢箱梁对比梁的四点弯曲静载试验,利用三维数字图像相关测量技术对箱梁的应力-应变与变形及裂缝性能进行测试分析。研究结果表明:外包UHPC能使薄壁型钢箱梁... 提出一种新型薄壁型钢UHPC组合箱梁,开展了6根薄壁型钢UHPC组合箱梁与1根薄壁型钢箱梁对比梁的四点弯曲静载试验,利用三维数字图像相关测量技术对箱梁的应力-应变与变形及裂缝性能进行测试分析。研究结果表明:外包UHPC能使薄壁型钢箱梁的破坏形态由局部压屈破坏转变为底部薄壁型钢下翼缘及纵筋先后达到屈服后顶部UHPC压碎的正截面受弯破坏;外包50 mm厚UHPC的未配纵筋与箍筋的组合箱梁试件XL2的正截面受弯承载力比薄壁型钢箱梁试件XL1的对应值提升77.5%;薄壁型钢表面焊接了纵筋与箍筋的组合箱梁试件XL3~XL7的整体协同工作性能得到了大幅度提升,其中,XL4试件的正截面受弯承载力比未配纵筋与箍筋的XL2试件的对应值提升了178.8%;增大薄壁型钢壁厚与外包UHPC层厚度也能在一定程度上提高薄壁型钢UHPC组合箱梁的正截面受弯承载力与抗裂能力。 展开更多

动态四点跪位训练对脊髓损伤患者髋关节骨密度及下肢运动功能的影响

目的:探讨脊髓损伤患者进行动态四点跪位训练对髋关节骨密度及下肢运动功能的影响。方法:采用前瞻性随机对照研究方法,选取2019年1月至2022年1月收治的80例脊髓损伤患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各40例,对照组采用常规康复训... 目的:探讨脊髓损伤患者进行动态四点跪位训练对髋关节骨密度及下肢运动功能的影响。方法:采用前瞻性随机对照研究方法,选取2019年1月至2022年1月收治的80例脊髓损伤患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各40例,对照组采用常规康复训练+直立床训练,观察组采用常规康复训练+动态四点跪位训练,两组均连续干预12周。干预前及干预4周、8周、12周时,分别记录髋关节骨密度、下肢臀大肌及腘绳肌肌电信号、感觉评分、下肢运动功能评分(LEMS),股四头肌、臀大肌及腘绳肌的肌张力(改良Ashworth分级)和肌力,并统计两组不良事件(体位性低血压、膝关节疼痛、摩擦伤、跌倒)发生情况。结果:干预4周、8周、12周时,两组髋关节骨密度T-值均低于干预前,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预4周、8周、12周时,两组表面肌电信号积分肌电值及LEMS均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预前及干预4周、8周、12周时,两组感觉评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预4周、8周、12周时,观察组肌张力低于对照组(P<0.05),肌力高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良事件发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:动态四点跪位训练可以在部分负重下通过动态训练刺激髋关节周围肌肉收缩以延缓脊髓损伤患者髋关节骨量流失,改善损伤平面以下下肢运动功能,且安全性较好。 展开更多

An accurate mapping and understanding of remaining oil distribution is very important for water control and stabilize oil production of mature oilfields in ultra-high water-cut stage.Currently,the Tuo-21 Fault Block of the Shengtuo Oilfield has entered the stage of ultra-high water cut(97.2%).Poor adaptability of the well pattern,ineffective water injection cycle and low efficiency of engineering measures(such as workover,re-perforation and utilization of high-capacity pumps)are the significant problems in the ultra-high water-cut reservoir.In order to accurately describe the oil and water flow characteristics,relative permeability curves at high water injection multiple(injected pore volume)and a semiquantitative method is applied to perform fine reservoir simulation of the Sand group 3e7 in the Block.An accurate reservoir model is built and history matching is performed.The distribution characteristics of remaining oil in lateral and vertical directions are quantitatively simulated and analyzed.The results show that the numerical simulation considering relative permeability at high injection multiple can reflect truly the remaining oil distribution characteristics after water flooding in an ultrahigh water-cut stage.The distribution of remaining oil saturation can be mapped more accurately and quantitatively by using the‘four-points and five-types’classification method,providing a basis for potential tapping of various remaining oil types of oil reservoirs in late-stage of development with high water-cut. 展开更多

本文针对目前山地茶园机械转场稳定性差的问题和作业姿态调整的需求,基于四点中心不动调平法原理,设计了一种搭载于底盘上,匹配多种作业机具的全向动态调平装置;开展调平装置关键部件参数设计和力学分析,建立了各支腿受力的数学模型,并... 本文针对目前山地茶园机械转场稳定性差的问题和作业姿态调整的需求,基于四点中心不动调平法原理,设计了一种搭载于底盘上,匹配多种作业机具的全向动态调平装置;开展调平装置关键部件参数设计和力学分析,建立了各支腿受力的数学模型,并仿真验证了模型的准确性。搭建样机并对整机的稳定性进行了分析,然后在丘陵山地综合性能测试平台上进行了转场及斜坡作业试验。试验结果表明:在转场试验中,底盘俯仰角和侧倾角幅值分别为17.9°、16.5°,平台俯仰角和侧倾角分别为6.4°、4.3°,平台俯仰角和侧倾角均值都小于1.8°;在斜坡4种作业工况下,底盘倾斜度均值分别为14.1°、15.2°、15.5°、14.1°,平台倾斜度均值分别为1.8°、1.6°、1.7°、1.6°,且平台的倾斜度标准差均小于底盘倾斜度标准差。研究表明该全向动态四点调平装置精度和稳定性满足山地茶园机具转场和坡地作业的需求。 展开更多

体外预应力节段式超高性能混凝土(UHPC)无腹筋桥梁由于其施工工业化水平高且构造简单,得到广泛地关注,但其抗剪性能研究尚不成熟,相关规范也相对滞后。为了研究体外预应力节段式UHPC无腹筋梁的抗剪性能,开展了静力破坏试验,共制作了5根... 体外预应力节段式超高性能混凝土(UHPC)无腹筋桥梁由于其施工工业化水平高且构造简单,得到广泛地关注,但其抗剪性能研究尚不成熟,相关规范也相对滞后。为了研究体外预应力节段式UHPC无腹筋梁的抗剪性能,开展了静力破坏试验,共制作了5根体外预应力节段式UHPC无腹筋梁、2根体外预应力节段式UHPC有腹筋梁和1根体外预应力整体式UHPC无腹筋梁,选取了剪跨比、钢纤维掺量、箍筋间距为研究参数进行试验。结果表明:接缝张开后梁刚度明显下降;添加钢纤维的试验梁的裂缝多而密;钢纤维的掺入可以提高梁的开裂强度、极限强度和裂后性能,2%钢纤维掺量的梁开裂强度比1.5%和0%掺量的增大8.20%和1.16倍;配箍筋的梁在钢纤维失效后箍筋开始受力,并且很快达到屈服,箍筋的存在可以提高梁极限承载力,无腹筋梁的极限承载力比箍筋间距为150 mm和75 mm的梁低15.9%和19.6%。采用AASHTO GSCB INTERIM-2003标准中计算干接缝节段式梁的折减系数0.85。在不考虑安全系数的情况下,法国规范NF P 18-710中UHPC梁抗剪承载力计算公式可以准确地预测含钢纤维体外预应力节段式UHPC无腹筋梁的抗剪强度,其试验值和预测值比值的平均值为1.04,标准差为0.28。 展开更多

目的 观察不同方法治疗桡骨远端骨折患者的效果。方法 45例桡骨远端骨折患者,随机分为A组、B组、C组,每组15例。A组运用手法复位三点外固定架固定治疗, B组运用手法复位四点外固定架固定治疗, C组运用手法复位石膏固定治疗。对比三组治... 目的 观察不同方法治疗桡骨远端骨折患者的效果。方法 45例桡骨远端骨折患者,随机分为A组、B组、C组,每组15例。A组运用手法复位三点外固定架固定治疗, B组运用手法复位四点外固定架固定治疗, C组运用手法复位石膏固定治疗。对比三组治疗后1个月数字X线摄影术(DR)影像学各参数、临床疗效;A组和B组耗材费用、手术时间。结果 治疗后1个月, A组患者掌倾角、尺偏角、桡骨高度分别为(9.5±0.6)°、(21.2±0.4)°、(9.5±0.7)mm, B组患者分别为(9.8±0.4)°、(21.5±0.6)°、(9.6±0.5)mm, C组患者分别为(8.3±0.6)°、(19.1±0.6)°、(9.0±0.6)mm。A组和B组患者掌倾角、尺偏角、桡骨高度对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组和B组患者掌倾角、尺偏角大于C组,桡骨高度高于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1个月, A组、B组患者优良率分别为93.3%、86.7%,高于C组的53.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组、B组患者优良率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组患者耗材费用(11360±1649)元少于B组的(19600±1573)元,手术时间(41±8)min短于B组的(52±10)min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 手法复位外固定架治疗桡骨远端骨折可以达到良好的治疗效果,且三点外固定架费用更低,手术时间相应缩短,其外科快速康复和骨折的微创治疗理念切合目前背景下的骨折处理方式,提高了社会效益。 展开更多

为掌握带UHPC接缝的桥面板受弯状态下的力学特点,进一步探究UHPC接缝的合理宽度及在接缝宽度相同情况下,不同接缝截面形式、钢筋搭接形式对带UHPC接缝的桥面板抗弯性能影响,设计制作了一块现浇整体板和3块不同湿接缝构造的UHPC预制桥面... 为掌握带UHPC接缝的桥面板受弯状态下的力学特点,进一步探究UHPC接缝的合理宽度及在接缝宽度相同情况下,不同接缝截面形式、钢筋搭接形式对带UHPC接缝的桥面板抗弯性能影响,设计制作了一块现浇整体板和3块不同湿接缝构造的UHPC预制桥面板,并分别进行四点弯曲试验评估接缝处抗弯性能,对荷载-跨中位移曲线、荷载-主裂缝宽度曲线、混凝土荷载-拉应变曲线、混凝土荷载-压应变曲线、荷载-受拉钢筋应变曲线、极限抗弯承载能力、裂缝发展状况展开相关研究。结果表明:由于UHPC优异的力学性能,4组试验板的荷载-跨中挠度曲线基本相近,带UHPC接缝的桥面板极限承载力优于整体板;接缝宽度、钢筋连接方式相同的情况下,漏斗形或楔形接缝截面形式不会影响预制桥面板的极限承载力,彼此刚度差异不大;在保证桥面板整体性和承载力的前提下,预制桥面板UHPC湿接缝可减小为15 cm宽;UHPC接缝连接的整体性良好,不会影响现浇接缝区段及连接界面的抗拉性能,带UHPC接缝的预制拼装桥面板的初始裂缝和主裂缝均位于普通混凝土区域,UHPC的高弹性模量使得接缝区域局部刚度提高,相较于接缝周围混凝土区域,接缝处的受压区混凝土压应变与受拉区钢筋的拉应变都较小,接缝区域未出现裂缝,UHPC湿接缝与混凝土预制板界面处的裂缝扩展速度缓慢。 展开更多
