The influence of free-end torsion on compressive behavior of an extruded AZ31 rod at various temperatures was studied.Pre-torsion generates a high density of dislocations and a large number of{1012}twins in the matrix,which can largely enhance the compressive yield strength at RT and 100℃.However,with increasing temperature,hardening effect via pre-torsion gradually decreases.When the compressive temperature reaches 300℃,pre-torsion reduces the compressive yield strength.Moreover,initial dislocations and twins via torsion help to refine the sub-structure and accelerate the continuous dynamic recrystallization during compression at 200℃.Thus,twisted sample exhibits more rapid flow softening behavior than the as-extruded sample at 200℃.When compressed at 300℃,the twins and dislocations via torsion were largely eliminated during the holding time,and the discontinuous dynamic recrystallization was enhanced.It is found that the compression curves of twisted sample and as-extruded sample tended to be coincident at 300℃.Related mechanisms were discussed in detail. 展开更多

目的:探讨游离端缺牙患者可摘局部义齿修复前后咀嚼运动不同时段脑血流变化。方法:从临床选择双侧游离端缺牙患者16例,应用经颅多普勒超声探测仪,记录其咀嚼前、咀嚼5min和咀嚼10min三个时段的大脑中动脉脑血流数值,在患者可摘局部义齿... 目的:探讨游离端缺牙患者可摘局部义齿修复前后咀嚼运动不同时段脑血流变化。方法:从临床选择双侧游离端缺牙患者16例,应用经颅多普勒超声探测仪,记录其咀嚼前、咀嚼5min和咀嚼10min三个时段的大脑中动脉脑血流数值,在患者可摘局部义齿修复1个月后,再分别测量其三个时段的脑血流数值,比较修复前后咀嚼运动不同时段脑血流流速的变化。结果:患者修复前后配对t检验结果显示:游离端缺牙患者修复前、后咀嚼5min的Vs、Vd、Vm值均有显著差异(P<0.05),修复前、后咀嚼10min的Vd、Vm值有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:可摘局部义齿的修复恢复了游离端缺牙患者的咀嚼功能,脑部供血量有所增加,咀嚼运动具有促使老年人脑血流量增加的趋势。 展开更多

目的调查上海市普陀区、闸北区部分中老年居民牙齿缺失及修复的情况。方法通过问卷调查方式和口腔检查对上海部分地区不同年龄的居民进行抽样调查。结果共调查人数为853人,其中男性394人,女性459人。不同年龄、不同性别、不同经济收入... 目的调查上海市普陀区、闸北区部分中老年居民牙齿缺失及修复的情况。方法通过问卷调查方式和口腔检查对上海部分地区不同年龄的居民进行抽样调查。结果共调查人数为853人,其中男性394人,女性459人。不同年龄、不同性别、不同经济收入、不同文化程度居民的牙齿缺失和修复率均有显著差异,其中牙列缺损占91.8%,牙列缺失为8.2%,失牙原因中龋齿占80.6%,牙周病占14.7%。结论应加强龋齿、牙周病的防治,有效地开展口腔健康教育,强化人们牙齿保健意识,建立良好的口腔卫生习惯,同时应提高口腔治疗及修复水平并宣传修复的及时性和有效性。 展开更多

The Swift effect of Mg alloy is sensitive to initial texture.However,dislocation slip is the main deformation mechanism during torsion of Mg alloy.The underlying relation of Swift effect and dislocation slip is still not clarified.The effect of stress state and pre-straining on Swift effect was studied experimentally during free-end torsion for an extruded AZ31 alloy.The free-end torsion was performed with axial tension and compression stress which is lower than yield stress.It is found that the transition of axial deformation from contraction to elongation occurs when the axial stress changes from negative to positive.The pre-dislocations introduced by pre-tension promote axial shortening during torsion.While the pre-twins introduced by pre-compression are inhibition of axial shortening.The change of axial deformation is attributed to competition between twinning and prismatic slip.The axial shortening of extruded Mg alloy is generated by tensile twinning leading to c-axis strain.In contrast,the axial elongation can be generated by the activation of prismatic slip.The magnitude of axial strain generated by twinning is larger than that by prismatic slip.Moreover,the occurrence of detwinning results in axial elongation at low shear strain. 展开更多

Based on the mechanical system of free-end fibers and the analysis of pulling free-end fibers out of the spun yarn during spinning,a low-fiber hollow spindle is designed and the air distribution of fluent field is simulated numerically. The negative pressure effect is much bigger at the top of low-fiber hollow spindle than that in Murata No.861,which is more conducive for single fiber to get into the channel of hollow spindle. The tangential velocity in 0-3 mm at the top of hollow spindle increases and the fluctuation of radial velocity is much stronger,which enhance the wrapping effect.
