Far-field wavelets in subsurface media represent the stacking of single air-gun ideal wavelets. We derived single air-gun ideal wavelets using near-field wavelets recorded from near-field geophones and then synthesized them into far-field wavelets. This is critical for processing wavelets in marine- seismic exploration. For this purpose, several algorithms are currently used to decompose and synthesize wavelets in the time domain. If the traveltime of single air-gun wavelets is not an integral multiple of the sampling interval, the complex and error-prone resampling of the seismic signals using the time-domain method is necessary. Based on the relation between the frequency-domain phase and the time-domain time delay, we propose a method that first transforms the real near-field wavelet to the frequency domain via Fourier transforms; then, it decomposes it and composes the wavelet spectrum in the frequency domain, and then back transforms it to the time domain. Thus, the resampling problem is avoided and single air-gun wavelets and far-field wavelets can be reliably derived. The effect of ghost reflections is also considered, while decomposing the wavelet and removing the ghost reflections. Modeling and real data processing were used to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed method.展开更多

The H-PML boundary conditions can better suppress the numerical instability in some extreme models, and the computational speed of finite-element method and the dynamic range are greatly increased using this HPML. We use the finite-element method with a hybrid PML to model the acoustic reflection of the interface when wireline and well logging while drilling (LWD), in a formation with a reflector outside the borehole. The simulation results suggests that the PS- and SP- reflected waves arrive at the same time when the inclination between the well and the outer interface is zero, and the difference in arrival times increases with increasing dip angle. When there are fractures outside the well, the reflection signal is clearer in the subsequent reflection waves and may be used to identify the fractured zone. The difference between the dominant wavelength and the model scale shows that LWD reflection logging data are of higher resolution and quality than wireline acoustic reflection logging.展开更多

The effectiveness of various compensation methods in different test scenarios, however, needs to be quantitatively evaluated. In this study, four compensation methods (i.e., the polynomial extrapolation, the linear acceleration extrapolation, the inverse compensation and the adaptive inverse compensation) are selected and compared experimentally using a frequency evaluation index (FEI) method. The effectiveness of the FEI method is first verified through comparison with the discrete transfer fimction approach for compensation methods assuming constant delay. Incomparable advantage is further demonstrated for the FEI method when applied to adaptive compensation methods, where the discrete transfer function approach is difficult to implement. 文摘Due to the strong electromagnetic interferences and human interference, traditional electromagnetic methods cannot obtain high quality resistivity data of mineral deposits in Chinese mines. The wide field electromagnetic method(WFEM),in which the pseudo-random signal is taken as the transmitter source, can extract high quality resistivity data in areas with sever interference by only measuring the electric field component. We use the WFEM to extract the resistivity information of the Dongguashan mine in southeast China.Compared with the audio magnetotelluric(AMT)method, and the controlled source audio-frequency magnetotelluric(CSAMT) method, the WFEM can obtain data with higher quality and simpler operations. The inversion results indicate that the WFEM can accurately identify the location of the main ore-body,which can be used for deep mine exploration in areas with strong interference.

文摘The equivalent simplification of large wind farms is essential for evaluating the safety of power systems.However,sub-synchronous oscillations can significantly affect the stability of power systems.Although detailed mathematical models of wind farms can help accurately analyze the oscillation mechanism, the solution process is complicated and may lead to problems such as the“dimensional disaster.”Therefore, this paper proposes a sub-synchronous frequency domain-equivalent modeling method for wind farms based on the nature of the equivalent resistance of the rotor,in order to analyze sub-synchronous oscillations accurately. To this end,Matlab/Simulink is used to simulate a detailed model,a single-unit model, and an equivalent model, considering a wind farm as an example.A simulation analysis is then performed under the sub-synchronous frequency to prove that the model is effective and that the wind farm equivalence model method is valid.

文摘We demonstrate a distributed two-dimensional(2D)strain-sensing system in optical frequency domain reflectometry(OFDR)with an Archimedean spiral arrangement of the sensing fiber. The Archimedean spiral describes a simple relationship between the radial radius and polar angle, such that each circle(the polar angle from0 to 2π)can sense the 2D strain in all directions. The strain between two adjacent circles can also be easily obtained because an Archimedean spiral facilitates sensing of every angle covering the full 2D range.Based on the mathematical relation of Archimedean spirals,we deduce the relationship between the one-dimensional position of the sensing fiber and 2D distribution in polar coordinates. The results of the experiment show that an Archimedean spiral arrangement system can achieve 2D strain sensing with different strain load angles.

文摘To improve the anti-noise performance of the time-domain Bregman iterative algorithm,an adaptive frequency-domain Bregman sparse-spike deconvolution algorithm is proposed.By solving the Bregman algorithm in the frequency domain, the influence of Gaussian as well as outlier noise on the convergence of the algorithm is effectively avoided. In other words, the proposed algorithm avoids data noise effects by implementing the calculations in the frequency domain. Moreover, the computational efficiency is greatly improved compared with the conventional method.Generalized cross validation is introduced in the solving process to optimize the regularization parameter and thus the algorithm is equipped with strong self-adaptation.Different theoretical models are built and solved using the algorithms in both time and frequency domains. Finally, the proposed and the conventional methods are both used to process actual seismic data. The comparison of the results confirms the superiority of the proposed algorithm due to its noise resistance and self-adaptation capability.
文摘Obstructive Sleep Apnea(OSA)is a respiratory syndrome that occurs due to insufficient airflow through the respiratory or respiratory arrest while sleeping and sometimes due to the reduced oxygen saturation. The aim of this paper is to analyze the respiratory signal of a person to detect the Normal Breathing Activity and the Sleep Apnea(SA)activity. In the proposed method, the time domain and frequency domain features of respiration signal obtained from the PPG device are extracted. These features are applied to the Classification and Regression Tree(CART)-Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)classifier which classifies the signal into normal breathing signal and sleep apnea signal. The proposed method is validated to measure the performance metrics like sensitivity, specificity, accuracy and F1 score by applying time domain and frequency domain features separately.Additionally, the performance of the CART-PSO(CPSO)classification algorithm is evaluated through comparing its measures with existing classification algorithms.Concurrently, the effect of the PSO algorithm in the classifier is validated by varying the parameters of PSO.

文摘The time-frequency domain electromagnetic(TFEM)sounding technique can directly detect oil and gas characteristics through anomalies in resistivity and polarizability. In recent years,it has made some breakthroughs in hydrocarbon detection.TFEM was applied to predict the petroliferous property of the Ili Basin. In accordance with the geological structure characteristics of the study area,a two-dimensional layered medium model was constructed and forward modeling was performed. We used the forward-modeling results to guide fi eld construction and ensure the quality of the fi eld data collection. We used the model inversion results to identify and distinguish the resolution of the geoelectric information and provide a reliable basis for data processing. On the basis of our results, key technologies such as 2D resistivity tomography imaging inversion and polarimetric constrained inversion were developed, and we obtained abundant geological and geophysical information. The characteristics of the TFEM anomalies of the hydrocarbon reservoirs in the Ili Basin were summarized through an analysis of the electrical logging data in the study area. Moreover, the oil-gas properties of the Permian and Triassic layers were predicted, and the next favorable exploration targets were optimized.
