Purpose:The present study examined the patterns of children's expectancy beliefs and subjective task values through the Physical Activity as Civil Skill Program and associated links to physical education enjoyment and total physical activity.Methods:The sample comprised 401 children aged 9–13 years from 3 small towns located in North-East Finland.All children received school-based activities across 2-year program from Grades 5 to 7.The present data were collected using questionnaires across 3 measurement phases during 2012–2014.Results:The levels of expectancy beliefs and subjective task values indicated to be relatively high and the development was stable through the program,especially in terms of expectancy beliefs,attainment value,and cost.In contrast,interest value and utility value decreased over the particular period of time.Boys believed they are physically more competent when compared to other students and valued physical education classes more important than girls.In addition,the higher the physical activity level the children reported,the higher the physical education enjoyment they perceived.Conclusion:The current program including actions to increase physical activity through manipulation of psychological and physical school environment modification indicated to be an effective strategy to prohibit declining levels of children's expectancy beliefs and task values. 展开更多

Background:Recently,Mullen et al.(2011)presented an 8-item version of the Physical Activity Enjoyment Scale(PACES)that provides a valid instrument for assessing enjoyment in physical activity.The present paper investigated the psychometric properties of a Portuguese adaptation of PACES.Methods:After a process of back-to-back translation into Portuguese,395 members of fitness centers who ranged in age from 18 to 66 years(31.11§8.90,mean§SD)completed the translated version of the PACES.On average,participants had 3.2 years of experience in fitness group classes and practiced for approximately 3.3 times per week.Results:An initial exploratory factor analysis(n=139)revealed a unidimensional structure with factor loadings ranging from 0.79 to 0.89.Results also showed acceptable internal consistency.A confirmatory factor analysis in an independent sample(n=256)provided additional support for the unidimensional structure of the questionnaire.In addition,moderate positive correlations between enjoyment and intrinsic and identified regulation,and moderate negative correlations between enjoyment and external and amotivation,demonstrate the convergent validity of the instrument.Finally,measurement invariance between 2 independent samples was also found.Conclusion:The 8-item Portuguese version of PACES is a valid and reliable instrument for measuring enjoyment of physical activity in Portuguese adult fitness exercisers,and it is therefore suitable to use as a measure of affect in exercise adherence interventions studies. 展开更多

Recent research has confirmed the predictive effect of general foreign language(FL) achievement on Foreign Language Enjoyment(FLE) and Foreign Language Classroom Anxiety(FLCA).However,few studies have examined the effect of domain-specific language achievement in shaping FL learning emotions.The present study thus aims to examine how FLE and FLCA are linked to overall FL achievement and self-perceived achievement in six different domains across listening,speaking,reading,writing,vocabulary,and grammar.A total of 1,415 Chinese senior secondary students participated in the questionnaire survey.Regression analyses showed that 1) both FLE and FLCA were predicted more by self-perceived general English proficiency,while less by actual English achievement;2) perceptions of speaking and grammar competence were significant predictors of both emotions;3) perceived reading competence predicted FLE significantly but not FLCA;and that 4) perceptions of listening,writing,and vocabulary competence predicted neither FLE nor FLCA.The implication is that domain-specificity should be taken into consideration in future explorations of FL emotions. 展开更多

Positive psychology has boosted interest in the positive as well as the negative emotions that Foreign Language learners experience. The present study examines whether -and to what extent -foreign language enjoyment (FLE) and FL classroom anxiety (FLCA) are linked to a range of learner-internal variables and teacher/classroom-specific variables within one specific educational context. Participants were 189 British high school students learning various FLs. Levels of FLE were linked to higher scores on attitudes towards the FL, the FL teacher, FL use in class, proportion of time spent on speaking, relative standing and stage of development. Lower levels FLCA were linked to higher scores on attitudes towards the FL, relative standing and stage of development. FLCA thus seems less related to teacher and teacher practices than FLE. The pedagogical implication is that teachers should strive to boost FLE rather than worry too much about students' FLCA. 展开更多

探讨4种不同运动时间和间歇模式的大强度间歇运动(HIIT)诱发愉悦情绪和享受感的效果差异。方法:将75名大学生随机分配至运动30 s间歇30 s组、运动1 min间歇1 min组、运动30 s间歇1min组和运动1 min间歇2 min组,分别于运动前、运动后即刻... 探讨4种不同运动时间和间歇模式的大强度间歇运动(HIIT)诱发愉悦情绪和享受感的效果差异。方法:将75名大学生随机分配至运动30 s间歇30 s组、运动1 min间歇1 min组、运动30 s间歇1min组和运动1 min间歇2 min组,分别于运动前、运动后即刻和20 min测量其享受感,并对运动中的疲劳感、愉悦情绪和享受感进行测试。结果:1)运动30 s间歇1 min HIIT相比运动1 min间歇2 min,运动30 s间歇30 s HIIT相比运动1 min间歇1 min HIIT均可诱发更积极的愉悦情绪。运动30 s间歇1 min HIIT诱发的愉悦情绪最高,运动1 min间歇1 min HIIT诱发的愉悦情绪最低。2)1:1间歇模式HIIT诱发的享受感水平低于1:2间歇模式,并且与运动30 s间歇30 s、运动1 min间歇1 min HIIT相比,运动1min间歇2 min HIIT诱发的享受感水平更高。3)运动30 s间歇1 min HIIT诱发的享受感水平显著高于运动1 min间歇1 min,相同间歇模式HIIT诱发的享受感水平没有显著差异。结论:1)运动时间和间歇时间等量时,运动时间越长,愉悦情绪越低,运动时间小于间歇时间的HIIT诱发的愉悦情绪更高。2)间歇期长的HIIT诱发的享受感水平更高,相同间歇模式的运动时间长短不影响运动后产生的享受感。3)短时间多组数HIIT是诱发愉悦情绪的最佳方案,长时间的间歇期HIIT是诱发享受感的最佳方案。 展开更多

肥胖青少年间歇训练中的情感反应:一项随机对照研究

目的:探讨肥胖青少年在高强度和中等强度两种强度间歇运动过程中的情感反应及动态变化特征。方法:2023年2月~7月,共招募42名肥胖青少年[年龄12.3±0.5岁,体重指数(BMI)24.0±1.1kg/m^(2)])随机分配到高强度间歇训练组、中等强... 目的:探讨肥胖青少年在高强度和中等强度两种强度间歇运动过程中的情感反应及动态变化特征。方法:2023年2月~7月,共招募42名肥胖青少年[年龄12.3±0.5岁,体重指数(BMI)24.0±1.1kg/m^(2)])随机分配到高强度间歇训练组、中等强度间歇训练组和无训练对照组。在干预前、后分别测量受试者的体重、BMI、身体成分(体脂率、内脏脂肪)、心肺适能(VO_(2max))和运动中的情感反应(情感效价、感知唤醒度、主观疲劳度)和运动后愉悦感,并比较不同指标的变化和组间差异。结果:与干预前相比,12周干预后,高强度间歇训练组受试者的BMI、体脂率和内脏脂肪显著降低(P<0.05),VO_(2max)显著提高(P<0.05);组间比较的结果显示,12周干预后,高强度间歇训练组受试者的VO_(2max)水平显著高于中等强度间歇训练组(P<0.05)。此外,高强度间歇训练组和中等强度间歇训练组受试者均具有正向情感效价和运动愉悦感;组间比较结果显示,中等强度间歇训练组比高强度间歇训练组情感反应更积极,但高强度间歇训练组负荷期的唤醒度(P<0.01)和整个干预期间的运动愉悦度得分(P<0.05)均显著高于中等强度间歇训练组。结论:间歇训练是改善肥胖青少年身体成分和心肺适能的有效手段,较高的运动强度和唤醒度可能是影响改善作用大小的关键因素;间歇训练产生的积极情感反应和运动愉悦感能够使肥胖青少年保持较高的锻炼依从性,进而发挥长效促进作用。 展开更多

目的探究运动乐趣对青少年体育参与、体质健康、主观幸福感的影响,为促进青少年身心健康的干预研究提供依据。方法采取分层随机整群抽样,选取山西省某市初、高中共845名中学生为研究对象。问卷调查内容包括人口学特征、运动乐趣量表、... 目的探究运动乐趣对青少年体育参与、体质健康、主观幸福感的影响,为促进青少年身心健康的干预研究提供依据。方法采取分层随机整群抽样,选取山西省某市初、高中共845名中学生为研究对象。问卷调查内容包括人口学特征、运动乐趣量表、体育活动等级量表和主观幸福感。根据《国家学生体质健康标准》对身体形态、机能和素质进行现场测试。分析各变量间的相关性及人口学差异。结果运动乐趣得分17.0(14.0,21.0),体测得分71.1(62.4,78.5),59.3%研究对象体育活动量小,81.0%研究对象报告主观幸福感为正性水平(含比较幸福和非常幸福)。男女运动乐趣得分、体测得分及体育活动量差异有统计学意义(Z=-10.28,P<0.001;Z=-3.16,P=0.002;X^(2)=98.98,P<0.001),表现为男生体育活动量和运动乐趣高于女生,而女生体测得分高于男生。不同年级体测得分、体育活动量及主观幸福感差异有统计学意义(H=93.72,P<0.001;X^(2)=18.91,P=0.041;X^(2)=35.83,P=0.008),表现为初三体测得分和体育活动量最高,初一的主观幸福感最强。运动乐趣与体测得分、主观幸福感、体育活动量均呈现显著正相关(r=0.291,P<0.001;r=0.294,P<0.001;r=0.622,P<0.001)。结论青少年运动乐趣表现为男生高于女生,与体育活动量、体质健康水平及主观幸福感相关。 展开更多

目的:了解积极心理学视角下大学生外语焦虑与愉悦的相关性,结合研究结果分析影响大学生外语焦虑与愉悦的影响因素,为提升大学生健康的学习情绪提供对策。方法:选取山西省3所高校在校本科生1361名,通过外语焦虑量表、外语愉悦量表进行调... 目的:了解积极心理学视角下大学生外语焦虑与愉悦的相关性,结合研究结果分析影响大学生外语焦虑与愉悦的影响因素,为提升大学生健康的学习情绪提供对策。方法:选取山西省3所高校在校本科生1361名,通过外语焦虑量表、外语愉悦量表进行调查,采用独立样本t检验和单因素方差分析探究大学生外语焦虑及外语愉悦现状及差异性;采取皮尔逊积差相关、多元线性回归分析探查外语焦虑与外语愉悦两种情绪之间关系。结果:(1)被试总体外语焦虑水平2.95处于中等水平、不同性别学生外语焦虑水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),男生外语焦虑水平总体高于女生(2.99vs.2.89);(2)愉悦总体均值3.64处于高水平;女生外语愉悦总体高于男生(3.54vs.3.48);从愉悦3个维度看,不同性别学生个人愉悦及环境愉悦得分差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)外语焦虑与愉悦总体呈中等负相关(r=-0.354,P<0.01),但外语环境愉悦与外语焦虑及其4个维度呈较高正相关(r=0.792,0.741,0.783,0.753,0.684;P<0.01)。结论:大学生外语焦虑情绪有改善空间;外语焦虑、愉悦两者可以负相关,但不是完全对立、此增彼减而是相对独立的关系。 展开更多

通勤享受是衡量通勤积极效用的要素,是对现有通勤出行研究的重要补充。以通勤时耗、通勤方式及通勤活动3项重要指标作为研究对象设计通勤出行调查问卷,基于北京、上海、广州、深圳4个城市709份有效问卷数据研究对通勤享受的影响。使用SP... 通勤享受是衡量通勤积极效用的要素,是对现有通勤出行研究的重要补充。以通勤时耗、通勤方式及通勤活动3项重要指标作为研究对象设计通勤出行调查问卷,基于北京、上海、广州、深圳4个城市709份有效问卷数据研究对通勤享受的影响。使用SPSS 26.0软件和R语言4.1.3版对通勤享受量表进行信效度分析,并采用二次项回归和协方差分析进行不同群体通勤享受的差异检验。结果表明:通勤享受量表具有良好的信效度,通勤时耗与通勤享受存在非线性相关关系,通勤时耗约为29.5 min时通勤享受水平最高;不同通勤方式间通勤享受水平差异并不显著,步行和自行车出行并没有显示具有更高的通勤享受水平;相比于只进行通勤出行本身,在通勤过程中进行休闲娱乐活动能够显著提升通勤享受水平。最后,建议通过推进职住平衡、提高交通服务效率、改善通勤出行环境等措施改善通勤交通出行条件,以提高通勤享受水平、促进城市交通良性发展。 展开更多

公共转移支付是否引致“福利依赖”?——基于就业和消费变化的考察

近年来,公共转移支付的政策效能持续释放是否引致“福利依赖”现象成为一道必答题。基于2012—2020年中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据,利用渐进双重差分法检验公共转移支付对个人(家庭)的就业和消费的影响。研究表明,公共转移支付能够有效... 近年来,公共转移支付的政策效能持续释放是否引致“福利依赖”现象成为一道必答题。基于2012—2020年中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据,利用渐进双重差分法检验公共转移支付对个人(家庭)的就业和消费的影响。研究表明,公共转移支付能够有效提升个人的劳动参与和工作时间,在就业层面不存在“福利依赖”现象;同时,公共转移支付能够有效提升家庭的享受型消费,在消费层面存在“福利依赖”现象。通过分析心理路径的影响机制可知,公共转移支付有助于增强努力工作回报认可度、强化主观社会地位、弱化主观收入差距,进而促进就业和消费。进一步地,实施“志智双扶”能够激发政策靶向群体的内生脱贫动力,缓解实践中存在的“福利依赖”现象。本研究的发现对于推进公共转移支付制度改革、完善扶贫长效机制以及扎实推进共同富裕有着重要的政策启示。 展开更多

目的探讨小儿斜视矫正手术围术期同时行舒适干预、童趣化干预的临床效果及作用。方法选取2022年2月至2023年3月在宿迁市第一人民医院(江苏省人民医院宿迁分院)接受手术治疗的180例斜视患儿随机分为常规组和干预组,每组90例。常规组患儿... 目的探讨小儿斜视矫正手术围术期同时行舒适干预、童趣化干预的临床效果及作用。方法选取2022年2月至2023年3月在宿迁市第一人民医院(江苏省人民医院宿迁分院)接受手术治疗的180例斜视患儿随机分为常规组和干预组,每组90例。常规组患儿给予常规围术期干预,干预组再加行童趣化联合舒适干预。观察患儿、家属心理应激情况及患儿治疗配合度等。结果干预后干预组患儿SCARED评分、家属SAS、SDS评分比较常规组均显著降低(P<0.05);干预组患儿治疗配合优良率为94.44%,比常规组(83.33%)显著更高(P<0.05);干预组家属护理满意度评分比常规组均显著更高(P<0.05)。结论小儿斜视矫正手术围术期在常规护理基础上同时再给予患儿童趣化联合舒适干预,能够有效减轻患儿及家属的应激反应,明显提高患儿治疗配合度,有助于获得更好的治疗效果和提升护理满意度。 展开更多

近年来,学习者的积极情绪成为了二语习得领域的研究热点。文章通过对107名越南学习者的汉语愉悦和人格特质的考察,探究汉语愉悦与人格特质的关系。结果显示:(1)学习者的总体汉语愉悦水平很高,个人汉语愉悦和汉语教师愉悦是主要的愉悦来... 近年来,学习者的积极情绪成为了二语习得领域的研究热点。文章通过对107名越南学习者的汉语愉悦和人格特质的考察,探究汉语愉悦与人格特质的关系。结果显示:(1)学习者的总体汉语愉悦水平很高,个人汉语愉悦和汉语教师愉悦是主要的愉悦来源,汉语环境愉悦水平有待提高;(2)学习者的人格特质分布均衡,都具有开放性、尽责性、外向性、亲和性及神经质等五类人格特质;(3)除了神经质人格,其他四类人格特质都与汉语愉悦呈正相关,汉语愉悦水平的提高有助于人格特质的积极发展。文章基于研究结果分析了适合不同人格特质的汉语愉悦提升方式,可为个性化汉语二语教育提供一定的启示。 展开更多
