Certain problems occur when using a bike, such as cycle overlapping, repeating function, and short life cycle, which go against the principles of energy conservation and the environmental protection intensive design concept. In this paper, a rational multi-function method of design through functional superposition, transformation, and technical implementation is proposed. An organic combination of frog-style scooter and children’s tricycle is developed using the multi-function method. From the ergonomic perspective, the paper elaborates on the body size of children aged 5 to 12 and effectively extracts data for a multi-function children’s bike, which can be used for gliding and riding. By inverting the body, parts can be interchanged between the handles and the pedals of the bike. Finally, the paper provides a detailed analysis of the components and structural design, body material, and processing technology of the bike. The study of Industrial Product Innovation Design provides an effective design method to solve the bicycle problems, extends the function problems, improves the product market situation, and enhances the energy saving feature while implementing intensive product development effectively at the same time.展开更多

Even though BOC signals can bring several advantages such as better track performance and higher positioning accuracy, there is a drawback that the autocorrelation functions have multiple side-peaks if BOC modulation is adopted. This characteristic will lead to false acquisition and the tracking loop will be locked in false phase point. The proposed Correlation Combination Ambiguity Removing Technology(CCART) cancelled all the side-peaks of the sine-phased BOC(kn,n) signals completely by making use of two kinds of correlation functions. Two kinds of sub-correlation functions were combined separately and then final correlation function without side-peaks was acquired. Given that China is implementing a top-down emis...Regional CO_(2) emissions are closely related to their territorial function, which is the major role a region plays in sustainable processes on the earth's surface. Given that China is implementing a top-down emission allocation quota strategy, studying the impact of a territorial function on emissions addresses the research gap from a spatial integration dimension.By investigating the effects of three basic functional territories(urbanization zones(UZ), food security zones(FSZ), and ecological security zones(ESZ)), horizontal spatial structure and vertical combinations of functional territories on CO_(2) emission patterns in China, we found that functional territory patterns were highly coupled with the spatial distribution of CO_(2) emissions, with a ratio of CO_(2) emissions from UZ–FSZ–ESZ was stable at around 5:2:1 from 2000 to 2017. Spatially, CO_(2) emissions in FSZ and ESZ were 1.06–2.12 times higher than the average value within 200 km from the UZ. As territorial function combination increased with spatial upscaling, the emission characteristics attributable to functional territories became indistinct. The findings above can provide a basis for the long-term prediction of CO_(2) emissions from spatial dimension, support scientific guidance for inter-zone cooperation and classified management of carbon emissions with the major function oriented zones as impetus.展开更多
To investigate the effects of patient-controlled intravenous analgesia (PCIA) with lornoxicam and fentanyl on arrhythmia and the expression of platelet membrane glycoproteins in patients with coronary artery disease (...To investigate the effects of patient-controlled intravenous analgesia (PCIA) with lornoxicam and fentanyl on arrhythmia and the expression of platelet membrane glycoproteins in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) after abdominal surgery.Methods Eighty ASA Ⅱ or Ⅲ patients with CAD aged 51~66 yrs weighing 59~68 kg presenting for abdominal surgery participated in this study.CAD was diagnosed by clinical symptoms and ischemic changes on ECG.The patients were premedicated with intramuscular henobarbital 0.1 g and scopolamine 0.3 mg.Anesthesia was induced with fentanyl,droperidol,propofol and vecuronium and maintained with propofol,fentanyl and vecuronium.The patients received PCIA after operation.The PCIA solution contained fentanyl 0.9 mg and droperidol 5 mg in 100 ml of normal saline (N.S.) in group A (n=40) or lornoxicam 56 mg,fentanyl 0.2 mg and droperidol 5 mg in 100 ml N.S. in group B (n=40).In group A the loading dose was fentanyl 0.05 mg and group B lornoxicam 4 mg.PCIA included a background infusion at 2 ml·h -1 and a bolus of 0.5 ml with a 15 min lock-out.VAS(0=no pain,10= worst pain) was used to measure pain intensity.In addition to BP,HR and SpO2 monitoring ECG was continuously monitored with a Holter monitor after operation.Blood samples were taken from peripheral vein before and 6 h after operation and on the 1st,2nd,7th and 8th postoperative days for determination of the expression of CD 62p ,CD 63 and CD 41 /CD 61 on the platelet membrane,platelet count,prothrombin time (PT) thrombin time (TT) and partial thromboplastin time (PTT).Results The two groups were comparable with respect to sex,age,body weight,severity of CAD,duration of operation and intraoperative blood loss.The patients received no blood transfusion during operation.There was no significant difference in VAS score,platelet count,PT,TT and PTT between the two groups.The incidence of atrial and ventricular premature beat on ECG and the expression of CD 41 /CD 61 ,CD 62p and CD 63 on the platelet membrane were significantly lower in group B than in group A on the 7th and 8th postoperative days(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion Postoperative PCIA with lornoxicam and fentanyl can more effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative arrhythmia in patients with CAD.Suppression of activation of platelets by lornoxicam may contribute to the mechanism.10 refs,3 tabs.展开更多

The potential ecotoxicologial risks of methamidophos,copper,and their combinations on microbial community of black soil ecosystem in the Northeast China were assessed in species richness and structures by using 16S rD...The potential ecotoxicologial risks of methamidophos,copper,and their combinations on microbial community of black soil ecosystem in the Northeast China were assessed in species richness and structures by using 16S rDNA-PCR-DGGE analysis approach,and functional characteristics at community levels by using BIOLOG^(GN) system analysis method as well as two conventional methods(DHA and SIR).All results of DGGE banding fingerprint patterns(amplified by bacterial specific 16S rDNA V_(3) high variable region universal primer)indicated that the species richness of bacterial community in tested soil was significantly decreased to different extents by using different concentrations of single methamidophos,copper,especially some of their combinations had worse effects than their corresponding single factors.In addition,the structures of soil bacterial community had been disturbed under all stresses applied in this study because of the enrichment of some species and the disappearance of other species from the bacterial community.The effects of the single factors with lower concentrations on the communiy structure were weaker than those with higher concentrations.Moreover,the bacterial community structures under the combined stresses of methamidophos and copper were significantly different from those of control and their corresponding single factors.The change of DHA and carbon source substrate utilizing fingerprint patterns based on BIOLOG^(GN)system were two relatively sensitive directors corresponding to the stress presented in this study.Between methamodophos and copper,there happened the significant joint-toxic actions when they were used in combination on DHA and carbon source substrate utilizing fingerprint patterns of soil bacterial communities.The DHA of soil under the combined stresses was lower than that of the control and that under the single factors,and the BIOLOG^(GN) substrate utilizing patterns of soil treated by combinations were distinctively differentiated from the control and their corresponding single factors.From all of above,the methamidophos,copper,especially their combinations had the clearly potential ecotoxicological risks to influence the natural soil microbial ecological system by changing the structure,richness,and the functional characteristics of microbial community.展开更多
The series composed by beam mode function is used to approximate the displacement function of constrained damping of laminated cantilever plates, and the transverse deformation of the plate on which a concentrated for...The series composed by beam mode function is used to approximate the displacement function of constrained damping of laminated cantilever plates, and the transverse deformation of the plate on which a concentrated force is acted is calculated using the principle of virtual work.By solving Lagrange's equation, the frequencies and model loss factors of free vibration of the plate are obtained, then the transient response of constrained damping of laminated cantilever plate is obtained, when the concentrated force is withdrawn suddenly.The theoretical calculations are compared with the experimental data, the results show:both the frequencies and the response time of theoretical calculation and its variational law with the parameters of the damping layer are identical with experimental results.Also, the response time of steel cantilever plate, unconstrained damping cantilever plate and constrained damping cantilever plate are brought into comparison, which shows that the constrained damping structure can effectively suppress the vibration.展开更多

The interannual atmosphere-ocean-sea ice interaction (AOSI) in high northern latitudes is studied with a global atmosphere-ocean-sea ice coupled model system, in which the model components of atmosphere and land sur...The interannual atmosphere-ocean-sea ice interaction (AOSI) in high northern latitudes is studied with a global atmosphere-ocean-sea ice coupled model system, in which the model components of atmosphere and land surface are from China National Climate Center and that of ocean and sea ice are from LASG, Institute of Atmospheric Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. A daily flux anomaly correction scheme is employed to couple the atmosphere model and the ocean model with the effect of inhomogenity of sea ice in high latitudes is considered. The coupled model system has been run for 50 yr and the results of the last 30 years are analyzed. After the sea level pressure (SLP), surface air temperature (SAT), sea surface temperature (SST), sea ice concentration (SIC), and sea surface sensible heat flux (SHF) are filtered with a digital filter firstly, their normalized anomalies are used to perform the decomposition of combined complex empirical orthogonal function (CCEOF) and then they are reconstructed with the leading mode. The atmosphere-ocean-sea ice interactions in high northern latitudes during a periodical cycle (approximately 4 yr) are analyzed. It is shown that: (1) When the North Atlantic Oscillation (NAO) is in its positive phase, the southerly anomaly appears in the Greenland Sea, SAT increases, the sea loses less SHF, SST increases and SIC decreases accordingly; when the NAO is in its negative phase, the northerly anomaly appears in the Greenland Sea, SAT decreases, the sea loses more SHF, SST decreases and SIC increases accordingly. There are similar features in the Barents Sea, but the phase of evolution in the Barents Sea is different from that in the Greenland Sea. (2) For an average of multi-years, there is a cold center in the inner part of the Arctic Ocean near the North Pole. When there is an anomaly of low pressure, which is closer to the Pacific Ocean, in the inner part of the Arctic Ocean, anomalies of warm advection appear in the region near the Pacific Ocean and anomalies of cold advection appear in the region near the Atlantic Ocean. Accompanying with these anomalies of warm and cold advection in these two regions~ warm and cold anomalies appear respectively. Accordingly, SHF sent to the atmosphere from the sea surface decreases and increases, and SST increases and decreases~ SIC decreases and increases in these two regions. When there is an anomaly of high pressure in the inner part of the Arctic Ocean, the former relationships reverse. From these results~ it can be deduced that, during the interannual cycle of the coupled atmosphere-ocean system, the variability of large-scale atmospheric circulation plays a dominant role and variations of SST and SIC are mainly responding to that of atmospheric circulation.展开更多

文摘The series composed by beam mode function is used to approximate the displacement function of constrained damping of laminated cantilever plates, and the transverse deformation of the plate on which a concentrated force is acted is calculated using the principle of virtual work.By solving Lagrange's equation, the frequencies and model loss factors of free vibration of the plate are obtained, then the transient response of constrained damping of laminated cantilever plate is obtained, when the concentrated force is withdrawn suddenly.The theoretical calculations are compared with the experimental data, the results show:both the frequencies and the response time of theoretical calculation and its variational law with the parameters of the damping layer are identical with experimental results.Also, the response time of steel cantilever plate, unconstrained damping cantilever plate and constrained damping cantilever plate are brought into comparison, which shows that the constrained damping structure can effectively suppress the vibration.

文摘In order to improve the performance of the Hefei Light Source (HLS),in particular to get higher brilliance synchrotron radiation and increase the number of straight section insertion devices,an upgrade project called HLSII will be launched soon.The storage ring lattice,which has a double bend achromatic structure with four periods,comprises eight dipoles,32 quadrupoles and 32 combined function sextupoles.The design and analysis of the magnets are shown in this paper,along with the optimization of the multipurpose combined function magnet,which consists of three magnets:skew quadrupole,horizontal dipole and vertical dipole,with the main sextupole magnet.This type of magnet is the first one that has been designed and used in China.The mechanical design and fabrication procedures for the magnets are also presented.
文摘In this article, we consider analytical solutions of the time fractional derivative Gardner equation by using the new version of F-expansion method. With this proposed method multiple Jacobi elliptic functions are situated in the solution function. As a result, various exact analytical solutions consisting of single and combined Jacobi elliptic functions solutions are obtained.

文摘The interannual atmosphere-ocean-sea ice interaction (AOSI) in high northern latitudes is studied with a global atmosphere-ocean-sea ice coupled model system, in which the model components of atmosphere and land surface are from China National Climate Center and that of ocean and sea ice are from LASG, Institute of Atmospheric Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. A daily flux anomaly correction scheme is employed to couple the atmosphere model and the ocean model with the effect of inhomogenity of sea ice in high latitudes is considered. The coupled model system has been run for 50 yr and the results of the last 30 years are analyzed. After the sea level pressure (SLP), surface air temperature (SAT), sea surface temperature (SST), sea ice concentration (SIC), and sea surface sensible heat flux (SHF) are filtered with a digital filter firstly, their normalized anomalies are used to perform the decomposition of combined complex empirical orthogonal function (CCEOF) and then they are reconstructed with the leading mode. The atmosphere-ocean-sea ice interactions in high northern latitudes during a periodical cycle (approximately 4 yr) are analyzed. It is shown that: (1) When the North Atlantic Oscillation (NAO) is in its positive phase, the southerly anomaly appears in the Greenland Sea, SAT increases, the sea loses less SHF, SST increases and SIC decreases accordingly; when the NAO is in its negative phase, the northerly anomaly appears in the Greenland Sea, SAT decreases, the sea loses more SHF, SST decreases and SIC increases accordingly. There are similar features in the Barents Sea, but the phase of evolution in the Barents Sea is different from that in the Greenland Sea. (2) For an average of multi-years, there is a cold center in the inner part of the Arctic Ocean near the North Pole. When there is an anomaly of low pressure, which is closer to the Pacific Ocean, in the inner part of the Arctic Ocean, anomalies of warm advection appear in the region near the Pacific Ocean and anomalies of cold advection appear in the region near the Atlantic Ocean. Accompanying with these anomalies of warm and cold advection in these two regions~ warm and cold anomalies appear respectively. Accordingly, SHF sent to the atmosphere from the sea surface decreases and increases, and SST increases and decreases~ SIC decreases and increases in these two regions. When there is an anomaly of high pressure in the inner part of the Arctic Ocean, the former relationships reverse. From these results~ it can be deduced that, during the interannual cycle of the coupled atmosphere-ocean system, the variability of large-scale atmospheric circulation plays a dominant role and variations of SST and SIC are mainly responding to that of atmospheric circulation.
