Mechanism of Kinect-based virtual reality training for motor functional recovery of upper limbs after subacute stroke 被引量:15

The Kinect-based virtual reality system for the Xbox 360 enables users to control and interact with the game console without the need to touch a game controller, and provides rehabilitation training for stroke patients with lower limb dysfunctions. However, the underlying mechanism remains un- clear. In this study, 18 healthy subjects and five patients after subacute stroke were included. The five patients were scanned using functional MRI prior to training, 3 weeks after training and at a 12-week follow-up, and then compared with healthy subjects. The FugI-Meyer Assessment and Wolf Motor Function Test scores of the hemiplegic upper limbs of stroke patients were significantly increased 3 weeks after training and at the 12-week follow-up. Functional MRI results showed that contralateral primary sensorimotor cortex was activated after Kinect-based virtual reality training in the stroke patients compared with the healthy subjects. Contralateral primary sensorimotor cortex, the bilateral supplementary motor area and the ipsilateral cerebellum were also activated during hand-clenching in all 18 healthy subjects. Our findings indicate that Kinect-based virtual reality training could promote the recovery of upper limb motor function in subacute stroke patients, and brain reorganization by Kinect-based virtual reality training may be linked to the contralateral sen- sorimotor cortex. 展开更多

Objective:This paper aims to study the application of flipped classroom teaching model based on micro-course in the practical training teaching of contact lens fitting technology.Methods:From September 21 to July 23,120 students majoring in ophthalmology and optometry were selected and randomly divided into groups.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the study group adopted the flipped classroom teaching mode based on micro-course.Teaching scores and the skills,observation and judgment,adaptability,and communication skills were compared between the groups.Results:Statistical comparison of teaching scores under different management methods showed that the clinical thinking score and practice work quality in the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the effect of the study group was better(P<0.05).The overall scores of skills,observation and judgment,adaptability,and communication skills of the study group were better than those in the control group,and the comprehensive ability scores in the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:In practical training teaching of contact lens fitting technology,the application of flipped classroom teaching based on micro-course can improve the skill scores of personnel,and the overall effect is good.This can lay the foundation for advanced ophthalmology and optometry talents with profound theoretical knowledge and professional skills. 展开更多

This study aims to explore the effect of project-based teaching methods on improving students’ abilities in normal universities. This study delves into the practice teaching system based on ability training implemented in normal universities, examining the application of this teaching model in teacher education and the potential challenges it may encounter. Our case study reveals that the Project-Based Learning (PBL) approach can effectively transform students from passive recipients of knowledge into active problem solvers, thereby enhancing their critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills. However, challenges do exist, including ensuring active participation from all students, providing equal opportunities for each student to develop and showcase their abilities, and completing complex projects within a limited timeframe. Therefore, teachers may need to adjust their teaching strategies, and schools need to provide more resources and support. These adjustments can help the practice teaching system based on ability training better serve teacher education and offer students a higher-quality educational experience. 展开更多

AIM:To determine the benefits of a 10-wk resistance training programme on cardiovascular health in nonobese and active adolescents.METHODS:This is a pragmatic randomised controlled intervention.The study was carried out in a Hong Kong Government secondary school.Thirty-eight lean and active boys and girls were randomised to either the resistance training group or the control group.Students in the resistance training group received in-school 10-wk supervised resistance training twice per week,with each session lasting 70 min.Main outcome measures taken before and after training included brachial endothelial dependent flow-mediated dilation,body composition,fasting serum lipids,fasting glucose and insulin,high sensitive C-reactive protein,24-h ambulatory blood pressure and aerobic fitness.RESULTS:The only training related change was in endothelial dependent flow-mediated dilation which increased from 8.5%to 9.8%.A main effect of time and an interaction(P<0.005) indicated that this improvement was a result of the 10-wk resistance training.Main effects for time(P<0.05) in a number of anthropometric,metabolic and vascular variables were noted;however,there were no significant interactions indicating the change was more likely an outcome of normal growth and development as opposed to a training effect.CONCLUSION:Ten weeks of resistance training in school appears to have some vascular benefit in active,lean children. 展开更多

This paper analyzed core theories and design principles of TID, analyzed the successful experience of Kowloon City in Hong Kong, compared success and failure of some TID projects in Chongqing Municipality, i.e. Nanping, Chaotianmen, Lianglukou and Guanyinqiao, and fully demonstrated that TID could promote the internal update and development of the city. TID concepts for Chongqing were proposed as "rail transit stations should ensure mixed high-benefit land uses with multiple functions, public open spaces with a certain ratio, a high-efficiency pedestrian system with comfortable environment, high-efficiency seamless transfer and connection modes. 展开更多

孤独症儿童综合康复治疗实践教学基地建设的临床实践分析

目的分析建设孤独症儿童综合康复治疗实践教学基地的意义和临床实践价值。方法选取2022年1—6月60名佳木斯大学2019级康复治疗学专业学生作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将学生分成对照组与观察组,各30名。对照组学生采用理论授课与实践操... 目的分析建设孤独症儿童综合康复治疗实践教学基地的意义和临床实践价值。方法选取2022年1—6月60名佳木斯大学2019级康复治疗学专业学生作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将学生分成对照组与观察组,各30名。对照组学生采用理论授课与实践操作相结合的培训方式,观察组学生通过在孤独症儿童综合康复治疗实践教学基地进行培训。比较2组学生综合成绩(理论知识与技能操作考核成绩)、培训效果(学生学习能力、批判思考能力、逻辑思维能力、信息运用能力与实践操作能力)以及对培训的满意度。结果对照组理论成绩和技能操作成绩分别为(88.25±5.47)分、(87.59±4.27)分,观察组分别为(93.77±5.42)分、(92.24±4.20)分。对观察组学生理论成绩与技能操作成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组学生学习能力、批判思考能力、逻辑思维能力、信息运用能力与实践操作能力得分分别为(14.35±2.04)分、(13.98±1.87)分、(13.59±1.82)分、(13.55±1.74)分、(12.78±2.02)分,观察组分别为(16.23±1.98)分、(15.24±1.74)分、(15.18±1.77)分、(15.23±1.72)分、(14.56±1.87)分,观察组学生得分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组学生培训总满意度为73.33%、观察组学生培训总满意度为96.67%,观察组学生培训满意度高于对照组,2组学生培训满意度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论建设孤独症儿童综合康复治疗实践教学基地可提高康复治疗专业学生的培训效果,丰富理论知识获得并提高操作技能水平,也有利于增强理论知识与实践技能相结合的能力,为广大孤独症儿童提供更加优质的医疗服务。 展开更多

目的 探究基于图片存档及通信系统(picture archiving and communication system,PACS)的翻转课堂教学在神经外科专科医师规范化培训(简称“专培”)实习中的效果。方法 选取2019年6月—2022年6月重庆医科大学附属永川医院60名在神经外... 目的 探究基于图片存档及通信系统(picture archiving and communication system,PACS)的翻转课堂教学在神经外科专科医师规范化培训(简称“专培”)实习中的效果。方法 选取2019年6月—2022年6月重庆医科大学附属永川医院60名在神经外科实习的专培生,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30名。其中对照组采用常规传统教学法,观察组采用基于PACS系统的翻转课堂教学法。评估两组专培生实习期间出科考试成绩以及教改实践效果。结果 观察组理论考试成绩、实践技能成绩、综合测评总成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组提高学习效率、提升自学能力、促进实习参与意识、增进临床思维能力、提高信息获取能力、提高学习效率、提高临床实践技能均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 将基于PACS系统的翻转课堂应用于神经外科专培生的实习中,可有效激发专培生的自主学习能力,提高出科考试成绩,同时提升专培生的实践教学效果,为临床培育更优秀的神经外科医生。 展开更多

目的探索案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)联合模拟病例在全科住培临床小讲课应用中的效果。方法选取2022年9—12月于武汉大学人民医院参加全科住培的26名全科住培医师为研究对象,将住培医师随机分为试验组(n=13)和对照组(n=13):对... 目的探索案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)联合模拟病例在全科住培临床小讲课应用中的效果。方法选取2022年9—12月于武汉大学人民医院参加全科住培的26名全科住培医师为研究对象,将住培医师随机分为试验组(n=13)和对照组(n=13):对照组使用讲授式教学法(lecture-based learning,LBL)授课,试验组采用CBL教学法联合模拟病例授课,比较2组住培医师的课程满意度、随堂测试成绩(临床理论知识、临床思维能力)及听课教师反馈等情况。结果2组在教师授课态度、教师职业素养方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组的课堂吸引力、课堂参与度及总体满意度高于对照组[(9.83±0.92)分vs.(7.72±0.68)分;(9.63±0.89)分vs.(6.31±0.73)分;(9.21±0.95)分vs.(7.59±0.78)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组随堂临床理论知识测试成绩、临床思维能力测试成绩及总成绩均高于对照组[(46.68±4.66)分vs.(42.71±4.24)分;(43.43±4.15)分vs.(35.61±3.01)分;(89.57±7.81)分vs.(78.33±6.63)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组住培医师的自主学习能力、自主思考能力、团队协作能力、解决问题能力、表达能力及教学目标完成情况和教学效果评价均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CBL教学法联合模拟病例在全科住培临床小讲课中的教学效果优于LBL教学法,住培学员的满意度较高。 展开更多

目的探讨妇科常见疾病诊治规培中实施病例导向教学(CBL)联合实际操作训练的效果和价值。方法选择2021年2月至2023年2月在潍坊医学院附属医院妇科接受常见疾病诊治规培的50名学生作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组(n=25)和观察组(n=... 目的探讨妇科常见疾病诊治规培中实施病例导向教学(CBL)联合实际操作训练的效果和价值。方法选择2021年2月至2023年2月在潍坊医学院附属医院妇科接受常见疾病诊治规培的50名学生作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组(n=25)和观察组(n=25),对照组疾病诊治规培选用教学方法为传统教学法,观察组规培中选用CBL结合实际操作训练教学法。观察学生学习效果、岗位胜任能力变化情况及教学满意度情况等。结果观察组学生培训后理论知识、实践操作考核成绩及学习效果优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训后观察组学生的岗位胜任能力评估各项评分及总评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生教师教学态度、教学内容、教学形式及教学效果满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科常见疾病诊治规培中运用CBL联合实际操作训练教学法,在学生学习质量提高、岗位胜任能力培养方面均发挥积极作用,可获得更高教学满意度。 展开更多

量化康复训练配合循证护理模式对股骨颈骨折患者髋关节功能、生活质量的影响

目的:探讨量化康复训练配合循证护理模式在股骨颈骨折患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1—12月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的120例股骨颈骨折患者,按随机数字表法分两组,各60例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行量化康复训练配合循证护理模... 目的:探讨量化康复训练配合循证护理模式在股骨颈骨折患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1—12月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的120例股骨颈骨折患者,按随机数字表法分两组,各60例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行量化康复训练配合循证护理模式。比较两组疼痛程度、心理状态、训练依从性、并发症发生率、髋关节功能、生活质量。结果:干预后,观察组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,训练依从性高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,Harris髋关节功能评分(HHS)、世界卫生组织生存质量量表(WHOQOL-100)评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:量化康复训练配合循证护理模式可以减轻股骨颈骨折患者疼痛程度与不良情绪,改善髋关节功能,减少并发症的发生,提升患者生活质量。 展开更多
