High-frequency keywords have revealed the four clinical nursing research hotspots of population, diseases, nursing intervention, and others. Chinese medicine nursing, prevention, treatment and nursing, and new technology-aided nursing of ventilator-associated pneumonia are the study frontiers of clinical nursing. Conclusions: Clinical nursing studies are rich in content and cover a wide range of areas, and their hotspots and frontiers are closely related to the requirements of clinical nursing. Collaborations across regions, provinces, and cities are not adequate; there is an urgent need to strengthen the cross-regional exchanges and collaborations to promote the further development of clinical nursing.展开更多

This study aims to explore to what extent anxiety affects the whole process of three English majors writing their M.A. theses, as well as testing the relationships between anxiety and self-regulation in the whole process. The findings indicate that anxiety appears with high degree atthe preparation stage, slumps at the writing stage and reaches another high level at the revision stage. Anxiety also exists when negotiating with supervisors. What’s more, self-regulation has been proved to alleviate anxiety in the process of writing. This studycontributes new knowledge to the field by relating anxiety to self-regulation in the process of writing M.A. theses, yielding a deepened understanding of self-regulation that reduces anxiety in terms of the progress gradually achieved in the writing process. It alsohas implications for supervisors to pay attention to the way of negotiating with students that may cause anxiety during the academictheses writing process.展开更多

This paper aims to analysis the abstract in the graduation theses of English majors from the perspective of the macrostructure. The finding shows that incomplete macro-structural units of the Introduction-Methods-Results-Discussion/Conclusions and failure to meet the word limit and paragraphing are the main problems. Suggestions as how to write the abstract of the paper are also attempted in the last part of this paper.展开更多
