The results showed that the optimal addition of discarded nutrient medium of Cordyceps militaris in the diet of laying hens was 10%. According to the results of measuring the conventional indicators of eggs, the weight of eggs produced by laying hens fed with discarded nutrient medium of Cordyceps militaris was higher than that of laying hens fed with ordinary laying hens. The content of interleukin-1(IL-1) in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the concentration of IL-1 increased by 141.5 pg/mL, which indicated that the application of discarded nutrient medium of Cordyceps militaris effectively improved the immunity of laying hens. The high-throughput analysis of the intestinal contents of the two groups of laying hens showed that the microbial population abundance of the intestinal tract of the experimental group was greater than that of control group, and the application of discarded nutrient medium of Cordyceps militaris increased the diversity of bacteria in the intestinal tract of laying hens. In addition, the sensitivity of some pathogenic bacteria in the intestinal tract of chickens to drugs was also increased, thereby reducing the use of antibiotics. The secondary utilization of discarded nutrient medium of Cordyceps militaris has great development and utilization prospects, which provided a scientific reference and basic theoretical basis for the development of discarded nutrient medium of Cordyceps militaris as feed in the production of laying hens.展开更多

Chronic leg ulcers (CLUs) are susceptible to microbial infections and serious complications such as tissue necrosis and osteomyelitis, can result without the timely control of infections. Recent studies have also reported an increase in the association of fungal infections with chronic non-healing ulcers. Aim: To determine the prevalence of bacterial and fungal infections among patients reporting with chronic leg ulcers in participants without co-morbidities. Methods: A prospective cross-sectional study was conducted among patients with chronic leg ulcers at the National Reconstructive Plastic Surgery and Burns Centre, Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital (NRPS/BC-KBTH) and those who consented were enrolled. Characteristics of the wound as well as micro-organisms cultured from wound swabs were recorded. Results: A total of 50 participants were enrolled for the study with the mean (SD) age of 40.7 (10.7) years. Eighty percent of the participants presented with post traumatic leg ulcers with 80% being artisans and traders in the age group 31 - 50 years. There was no statistically significant association between sex and the organism cultured for post traumatic and cellulitis (p-value > 0.05). The prevalence of bacterial and fungal infection was 79.3% and 20.7% respectively. Pseudomonas species was the most isolated bacteria (61.5%) while Aspergillus niger was the most isolated fungi (41%). Conclusion: From this study, fungal infections should be included in managing chronic leg ulcers, especially among artisans, famers and gardeners even though there was a significantly higher burden of bacterial infections.展开更多

Vuill and Colletotrichum dematium (Pers.) Grove). Among these three elicitors, V. dahliae had the highest inducing efficiency, but none of them manifests any noticeable effects on the cell growth of the hairy root cultures. The artemisinin content of the hairy root cultures treated with V. dahliae elicitor was 1.12 mg/g DW, which was 45% higher than the control (0.77 mg/g DW). The results showed that elicitation was dependent on the elicitor concentration, the incubation period and the physiological stage at which the hairy root cultures were treated. In addition, the authors found that for V. dahliae , the optimum concentration was 0.4 mg carbohydrate per millilitre medium, the strongest response of A. annua hairy root cultures to the elicitation was at the late exponential growth stage, and the highest artemisinin content of the hairy root cultures was on the 4th day post treatment.展开更多

The communities were about 30 m in height and were divided into three layers as tree layer, shrub layer, and herb layer. The flora of the communities had obvious temperate character. Phanerophytes (accounted for 65.9%), Mesophyllous (62.7%), Papyraceous (84.1%), simple leaf (83.3%), un-entire leaf (69.8%) were dominant in life form, leaf size class, leaf texture, leaf form, and leaf margin respectively. According to important value of species, the communities were divided into three types as Davidia involucrata + Litsea pungens community, Cercidiphyllum japanicum + Padus wilsonii community, and Padus wilsonii + Acer mono community. The indexes of species diversity of tree layer had little difference among communities and evenness was high. The results indicated that the communities had complex structure and relative stability.展开更多

The floristic composition of each is concisely enumerated. Their geographical elements at generic level are analyzed. Furthermore, a comparison of floristic similarities between southern Yunnan and Hainan Island and Malay Peninsula and Brunei of western Malesia is made, based on existing regional flora treatments. The following is concluded: (1) The flora of southern China consists mainly of tropical floristic elements which contribute about 60% at the family level and more than 80 % at the generic level of its total flora. The dominant distribution type of the flora of southern China at the generic level is the tropical Asian distribution pattern. This reveals that the flora of southern China is of tropical nature with a strong tropical Asian affinity; (2) Most of the dominant families from the flora of southern China are also dominant in the Malesian flora. The floristic similarities between the regional flora of southern China and the regional flora of western Malesia are over 70% at the family level and more than 50% at the generic level. This suggests that the tropical flora of southern China belongs to the Malesian floristic region; (3) Situated at the northern margin of tropical Asia, on the other hand it is also obvious that the flora of southern China comprises less strictly tropical elements compared to the Malesian flora, and is consequently only a marginal type of the latter; (4) The close affinity of the flora of southern China to the Malesian flora can be explained by the geological history of southeast Asia.展开更多

Up to now, four types of cordaitean cuticles in situ and three types of dispersed ones have been reported from the Cathaysian Flora in China. However compared with the Euramerican Flora, the research work on cordaitean cuticles from the Cathaysian Flora in China is much more insufficient. In this paper, three kinds of dispersed cordaitean cuticles are described in detail from the Permian coal-bearing strata in China. Among these cuticles two kinds are collected from the roof shale of Coal Seam No. A(1) in Shanxi Formation (Lower Permian) in Xinzhuangzhi Coal Mine of Huainan, Anhui Province, southern border of North China Subprovince of the Cathaysian Flora in China. The third one was collected from Coal Seam No. 11 in the top of Longtan Formation (lower Upper Permian) in Dahebian Coal Mine of Shuicheng Mining District, Guizhou Province, South China Subprovince of the Cathaysian Flora in China. Comparison of these three kinds of cordaitean cuticles with the known ones from the Cathaysian Flora in China and from the Euramerican Flora is made. The authors consider that they are all new types of cordaitean cuticles. The significance they bear on palaeobotany is discussed.展开更多

ESLD is associated to immunodepression and the resulting increased susceptibility to infections. Recent perspectives of the management of the critically ill patient with ESLD do not specify the rate of isolation of fungi in critically ill patients, not even the antifungals used for the prophylaxis, neither optimal treatment. We reviewed,in order to focus the epidemiology, characteristics, and, considering the high mortality rate of SFP,the use of optimal empirical antifungal therapy the current literature.展开更多

One of the possible mechanisms of developing SBP is bacterial translocation. Although the number of polymorphonuclear cells in the culture of ascitic fluid is diagnostic for SBP, secondary bacterial peritonitis is necessary to exclude. The severity of underlying liver dysfunction is predictive of developing SBP; moreover, renal impairment and infections caused by multidrug-resistant(MDR) organism are associated with a fatal prognosis of SBP. SBP is treated by antimicrobials, but initial empirical treatment may not succeed because of the presence of MDR organisms, particularly in nosocomial infections. Antibiotic prophylaxis is recommended for patients with LC at a high risk of developing SBP, gastrointestinal bleeding, or a previous episode of SBP, but the increase in the risk of developing an infection caused by MDR organisms is a serious concern globally. Less is known about SFP in patients with LC, but the severity of underlying liver dysfunction may increase the hospital mortality. SFP mortality has been reported to be higher than that of SBP partially because the difficulty of early differentiation between SFP and SBP induces delayed antifungal therapy for SFP.展开更多

In agricultural production, long-term monoculture and continuous cropping lead to changes in fungal community diversity. However, the effects of long-term monoculture and continuous cropping on strawberry plant health and fungal community diversity have not been elucidated. In this study, using high-throughput sequencing(HTS), we compared the fungal community and diversity of strawberry rhizosphere soil after various durations of continuous cropping(0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 years). The results showed that soil fungal diversity increased with consecutive cropping years. Specifically, the soil-borne disease pathogens Fusarium and Guehomyces were significantly increased after strawberry continuous cropping, and the abundance of nematicidal(Arthrobotrys) fungi decreased from the fourth year of continuous cropping. The results of correlation analysis suggest that these three genera might be key fungi that contribute to the changes in soil properties that occur during continuous cropping. In addition, physicochemical property analysis showed that the soil nutrient content began to decline after the fourth year of continuous cropping. Spearman's correlation analysis showed that soil pH, available potassium(AK) and ammonium nitrogen(NH_4^+-N) were the most important edaphic factors leading to contrasting beneficial and pathogenic associations across consecutive strawberry cropping systems.展开更多

This study systematically reviewed published randomized controlled trials(RCTs) that compared natamycin to other antifungal agents, and conducted feasible Meta-analysis of efficacy results using Revman 5.2 software.RESULTS: We included seven trials which were mainly carried out in developing countries of Asia, with five trials conducted in India, one each in China and Bangladesh. A total of 804 participants were randomized to following comparisons: 2% econazole versus 5%natamycin showed little difference in the effects of treatment of fungal keratitis [RR =0.99, 95% confidence interval(CI), 0.8 to 1.21]; chlorhexidine gluconate versus5% natamycin indicated that the results on healing of the ulcer at 21 d was less conclusive(RR=0.77, 95% CI, 0.55 to 1.08; I2=0%); 1% voriconazole versus 5% natamycin suggested that natamycin treatment appeared to be significantly better outcomes than voriconazole(regression coefficient =-0.18 log MAR; 95% CI,-0.30 to-0.05; P =0.006), especially in Fusarium cases(regression coefficient=-0.41 log MAR; 95% CI,-0.61 to-0.20; P 【0.001);natamycin versus fluconazole showed a significant difference in cure rate(χ2=5.048, P 【0.05) and natamycin group was more effective than fluconazole in average period of therapy(t =7.94, P 【0.01).CONCLUSION: Natamycin was a preferable choice in the treatment of fungal keratitis, especially in the early period of Fusarium cases.展开更多
文摘BACKGROUND Simulated microgravity environment can lead to gastrointestinal motility disturbance. The pathogenesis of gastrointestinal motility disorders is closely related to the stem cell factor(SCF)/c-kit signaling pathway associated with intestinal flora and Cajal stromal cells. Moreover, intestinal flora can also affect the regulation of SCF/c-kit signaling pathway, thus affecting the expression of Cajal stromal cells.Cajal cells are the pacemakers of gastrointestinal motility.AIM To investigate the effects of Bifidobacterium lactis(B.lactis)BLa80 on the intestinal flora of rats in simulated microgravity and on the gastrointestinal motility-related SCF/c-kit pathway.METHODS The internationally recognized tail suspension animal model was used to simulate the microgravity environment, and 30 rats were randomly divided into control group, tail suspension group and drug administration tail suspension group with 10 rats in each group for a total of 28 days. The tail group was given B.lactis BLa80 by intragastric administration, and the other two groups were given water intragastric administration, the concentration of intragastric administration was 0.1 g/mL,and each rat was 1 mL/day.Hematoxylin&eosin staining was used to observe the histopathological changes in each segment of the intestine of each group, and the expression levels of SCF,c-kit,extracellular signal-regulated kinase(ERK)and p-ERK in the gastric antrum of each group were detected by Western blotting and PCR.The fecal flora and mucosal flora of rats in each group were detected by 16S rRNA.RESULTS Simulated microgravity resulted in severe exfoliation of villi of duodenum, jejunum and ileum in rats, marked damage, increased space between villi, loose arrangement, shortened columnar epithelium of colon, less folds, narrower mucosal thickness, reduced goblet cell number and crypts, and significant improvement after probiotic intervention.Simulated microgravity reduced the expressions of SCF and c-kit,and increased the expressions of ERK and P-ERK in the gastric antrum of rats. However, after probiotic intervention, the expressions of SCF and ckit were increased, while the expressions of ERK and P-ERK were decreased, with statistical significance(P<0.05).In addition, simulated microgravity can reduce the operational taxonomic unit(OTU)of the overall intestinal flora of rats,B.lactis BLa80 can increase the OTU of rats, simulated microgravity can reduce the overall richness and diversity of stool flora of rats, increase the abundance of firmicutes in stool flora of rats, and reduce the abundance of Bacteroides in stool flora of rats, most of which are mainly beneficial bacteria.Simulated microgravity can increase the overall richness and diversity of mucosal flora, increase the abundance of Bacteroides and Desulphurides in the rat mucosal flora, and decrease the abundance of firmicutes, most of which are proteobacteria. After probiotics intervention, the overall Bacteroidetes trend in simulated microgravity rats was increased.CONCLUSION B.lactis BLa80 can ameliorate intestinal mucosal injury, regulate intestinal flora, inhibit ERK expression, and activate the SCF/c-kit signaling pathway, which may have a facilitating effect on gastrointestinal motility in simulated microgravity rats.

文摘Background:The type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)pharmacodynamic study of various parts of Schisandra sphenanthera was conducted in the previous stage, and it was found that dichloromethane extracted part(SDP)had a significant hypoglycemic effect. Therefore, the components of SDP were analyzed, and the specific mechanism of its anti-T2DM was explored. Methods:We used a high-fat,high-sugar diet in combination with streptozotocin to induce a T2DM rat model, and the model rats were divided into two groups according to body weight and blood glucose.Triglyceride, oral glucose tolerance test, fasting blood glucose, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, superoxide dismutase, insulin, glycated hemoglobin, total cholesterol, nonesterified free fatty acids, alanine aminotransferase,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, aspartate aminotransferase, malondialdehyde, and glutathione peroxidase were measured, organ indices were calculated, and pathological sections of pancreas and liver were observed. The 16S rRNA V3–V4 region of intestinal flora was sequenced to explore the effect of SDP on biochemical indicators and intestinal flora.Based on the above indicators, the anti-T2DM mechanism of SDP in Schisandra sphenanthera was analyzed. Results:After six weeks of administration, the biochemical indices of diabetic rats were diminished compared to the control group. And SDP could significantly increase the gut microbialα-diversity index, resulting in significant changes in the flora of T2DM rats, with increased richness and diversity, reduced harmful flora, and significantly back-regulated the levels of acetic acid, propionic acid, and butyric acid. Conclusion:SDP can improve the symptoms associated with elevated blood glucose, dyslipidemia, elevated fasting insulin levels, and damaged glucose tolerance in rats.SDP against T2DM may be through the control of intestinal flora to normalize and exert anti-diabetic effect;its main active components may be lignans and terpenoids.

文摘BACKGROUND Anal fistula is increasingly prevalent due to modern lifestyle factors, and surgery remains the primary treatment. However, the rising incidence of antibiotic resistance, particularly to cefuroxime, complicates perioperative management. The role of gut microbiota in influencing this resistance is not well understood.AIM To investigate the relationship between gut microbiota composition and cefuroxime resistance in anal fistula patients and to assess probiotic intervention impact.METHODS This study included 30 anal fistula patients categorized into cefuroxime-sensitive(Cefur-S)and cefuroxime-resistant(Cefur-NS)groups.Gut microbiota samples were collected during colonoscopy, and 16S ribosomal DNA sequencing was performed to analyze microbial diversity.Patients in the Cefur-NS group received a 7-day course of Clostridium butyricum tablets.Post-intervention,microbial composition and cefuroxime resistance were reassessed.RESULTS Alpha and beta diversity analyses showed no significant differences in microbial diversity between the Cefur-S and Cefur-NS groups. However, effect size analysis identified Roseburia and Butyricicoccus as dominant genera in the Cefur-S group, with higher butyrate production potentially protecting against cefuroxime resistance.Post-intervention,the Cefur-NS group showed a significant reduction in cefuroxime resistance, improved stool consistency, and reduced bowel movement frequency.CONCLUSION This study suggests that specific gut microbiota, particularly Butyricicoccus and Roseburia, may mitigate cefuroxime resistance in anal fistula patients by increasing butyrate production.Probiotic intervention targeting gut microbiota composition presents a promising strategy for reducing antibiotic resistance and improving clinical outcomes.

文摘The aim of the experiment was to explore the feasibility of discarded nutrient medium of Cordyceps militaris as feed in the production of laying hens. 100 g/kg, 200 g/kg, 300 g/kg of discarded nutrient medium of Cordyceps militaris were added to the basal diet of laying hens. The secondary utilization of discarded nutrient medium of Cordyceps militaris has great development and utilization prospects, which provided a scientific reference and basic theoretical basis for the development of discarded nutrient medium of Cordyceps militaris as feed in the production of laying hens.

文摘BACKGROUND Intestinal flora disorder(IFD)poses a significant challenge after laparoscopic colonic surgery, and no standard criteria exists for its diagnosis and treatment.AIM To analyze the clinical features and risk factors of IFD.METHODS Patients with colon cancer receiving laparoscopic surgery were included using propensity-score-matching(PSM)methods.Based on the occurrence of IFD,patients were categorized into IFD and non-IFD groups. The clinical characteristics and treatment approaches for patients with IFD were analyzed.Multivariate regression analysis was performed to identify the risk factors of IFD.RESULTS The IFD incidence after laparoscopic surgery was 9.0%(97 of 1073 patients). After PSM,97 and 194 patients were identified in the IFD and non-IFD groups, respectively. The most common symptoms of IFD were diarrhea and abdominal, typically occurring on post-operative days 3 and 4.All patients were managed conservatively, including modulation of the intestinal flora(90.7%),oral/intravenous application of vancomycin(74.2%),and insertion of a gastric/ileus tube for decompression(23.7%).Multivariate regression analysis identified that preoperative intestinal obstruction[odds ratio(OR)=2.79,95%CI:1.04–7.47,P=0.041]and post-operative antibiotics(OR=8.57,95%CI:3.31–23.49,P<0.001)were independent risk factors for IFD,whereas pre-operative parenteral nutrition(OR=0.12,95%CI:0.06–0.26,P<0.001)emerged as a protective factor.CONCLUSION A stepwise approach of probiotics, vancomycin, and decompression could be an alternative treatment for IFD.Special attention is warranted post-operatively for patients with pre-operative obstruction or early use of antibiotics.
文摘BACKGROUND Invasive fungal infections, particularly candidemia, pose significant clinical challenges globally.Understanding local epidemiology, species distribution, and antifungal susceptibility patterns is crucial for effective management despite regional variations.AIM To investigate the epidemiology, species distribution, antifungal susceptibility patterns, and associated risk factors of candidemia among patients in Bahrain from 2021 to 2023.METHODS This retrospective study analyzed demographic data,Candida species distribution, antifungal susceptibility profiles, and risk factors among candidemia patients treated at a tertiary care hospital in Bahrain over three years.Data was collected from medical records and analyzed using descriptive statistics.RESULTS A total of 430 candidemia cases were identified. The mean age of patients was 65.7 years, with a mortality rate of 85.5%.Candida albicans(C.albicans)was the most common species, followed by Candida parapsilosis,Candida tropicalis(C.tropicalis),and emerging multidrug-resistant Candida auris(C.auris).Antifungal susceptibility varied across species, with declining susceptibility to azoles observed, particularly among C.albicans and C.tropicalis.Major risk factors included central venous catheters,broad-spectrum antibiotics, and surgical procedures.CONCLUSION This study highlights the substantial burden of candidemia among older adults in Bahrain, characterized by diverse Candida species. It also concerns levels of antifungal resistance, notably in C.auris.The findings underscore the importance of local epidemiological surveillance and tailored treatment strategies to improve outcomes and mitigate the spread of multidrug-resistant Candida species.Future research should focus on molecular resistance mechanisms and optimizing therapeutic approaches to address this growing public health concern.
文摘Background: Chronic ulcers are responsible for considerable morbidity and significantly contribute to the escalation in the cost of health care. Conclusion: From this study, fungal infections should be included in managing chronic leg ulcers, especially among artisans, famers and gardeners even though there was a significantly higher burden of bacterial infections.
文摘Objective:In order to reveal the potential association between intestinal flora and atopic dermatitis with asthma, the study compares the changes in intestinal flora before and after treatment with antibiotics in children and explores the risk factors for the disease development in children. The differences between asthma-controlled children and healthy children were also analyzed to investigate whether there was a correlation between the level of control and intestinal flora in asthmatic children.Methods:367 children with atopic dermatitis and asthma were selected, and the control group was healthy children who did not have other skin diseases.Fecal samples were collected from healthy children and children with asthma, and the intestinal flora was tested at Beijing Nebula Medical Testing Laboratory Co.At the same time,50 children were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria to take amide antibiotics during hospitalization, and stool samples were collected before and after taking antibiotics. Results:The proportion of Gram-positive cocci increased and the proportion of Gram-positive bacilli decreased after the administration of antibiotics in children with atopic dermatitis and asthma(P<0.05),and no significant difference was shown in the gender and age of the children(P>0.05).The proportion of family history of atopic dermatitis with asthma was higher in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of antibiotics in children with atopic dermatitis with asthma showed a positive correlation with changes in intestinal flora. The use of antibiotics may lead to changes in intestinal flora and increase the risk of atopic dermatitis with asthma.Antibiotic use in infancy and childhood is also recognized as a risk factor for atopic dermatitis with asthma. Therefore, the use of antibiotics should be minimized in preventing and treating atopic dermatitis with asthma.
文摘The artemisinin accumulation in the hairy root cultures of Artemisia annua L. was enhanced via a treatment of three fungal elicitors separately ( Verticillium dahliae Kleb., Rhizopus stolonifer (Ehrenb. ex Fr.) Vuill and Colletotrichum dematium (Pers.) Grove). In addition, the authors found that for V. dahliae , the optimum concentration was 0.4 mg carbohydrate per millilitre medium, the strongest response of A. annua hairy root cultures to the elicitation was at the late exponential growth stage, and the highest artemisinin content of the hairy root cultures was on the 4th day post treatment.

文摘According to the investigation of sampling area of 6800 m2 on the south slope of Shennongjia Mountain, there were 126 vascular plant species, belonging to 108 genera and 64 families, in the investigated rare plant communities, of which 9 rare plant species were recorded, accounting for 27.3% of the total rare plants. The results indicated that the communities had complex structure and relative stability.
文摘The tropical flora in southern China is represented mainly by three regional flora, i.e. southern Yunnan (southwestern China), southwestern Guangxi (southwestern China) and Hainan Island (southern China). This suggests that the tropical flora of southern China belongs to the Malesian floristic region; (3) Situated at the northern margin of tropical Asia, on the other hand it is also obvious that the flora of southern China comprises less strictly tropical elements compared to the Malesian flora, and is consequently only a marginal type of the latter; (4) The close affinity of the flora of southern China to the Malesian flora can be explained by the geological history of southeast Asia.

文摘To investigate the effects of different vegetable growing regions and planting modes on soil quality, soils in high, medium and low altitude areas of Guizhou were respectively sampled under different vegetable efficient planting modes, and the variations of soil microbial flora and enzyme activities were analyzed. The soil microbial count and total bacteria of the vegetable efficient cultivation mode were significantly higher than that of the control (traditional planting mode) in each planting area, and the microbial diversity index was also improved to varying de- grees. The soil phosphatase, catalase and urease activities of the vegetable efficient planting mode were higher than that of the control. The soil catalase and urease activities were higher than that of the control by 1.37-1.44 and 1.51-2.80 times. Application of vegetable efficient planting mode in different regions will help to im- prove the soil quality in a given period.
文摘Although the research on Cordaites of the Cathaysian Flora in China started early in 1883, the study of the cordaitean cuticles began late in 1991. The significance they bear on palaeobotany is discussed.
文摘Multiple sclerosis is an inflammatory disorder chara cterized by inflammation, demyelination, and neurodegeneration in the central nervous system.Although current first-line therapies can help manage symptoms and slow down disease progression, there is no cure for multiple sclerosis. The gut-brain axis refers to complex communications between the gut flo ra and the immune, nervous, and endocrine systems, which bridges the functions of the gut and the brain.Disruptions in the gut flora, termed dys biosis, can lead to systemic inflammation, leaky gut syndrome, and increased susceptibility to infections. The pathogenesis of multiple sclerosis involves a combination of genetic and environmental factors, and gut flora may play a pivotal role in regulating immune responses related to multiple scle rosis. To develop more effective therapies for multiple scle rosis,we should further uncover the disease processes involved in multiple sclerosis and gain a better understanding of the gut-brain axis. This review provides an overview of the role of the gut flora in multiple scle rosis.
文摘Spontaneous bacterial peritonitis is a complication of ascitic patients with end-stage liver disease(ESLD); spontaneous fungal peritonitis(SFP) is a complication of ESLD less known and described. We reviewed,in order to focus the epidemiology, characteristics, and, considering the high mortality rate of SFP,the use of optimal empirical antifungal therapy the current literature.
文摘Spontaneous bacterial(SBP) and spontaneous fungal peritonitis(SFP) can be a life-threatening infection in patients with liver cirrhosis(LC) and ascites. SFP mortality has been reported to be higher than that of SBP partially because the difficulty of early differentiation between SFP and SBP induces delayed antifungal therapy for SFP.

文摘Soil fungi play a very important role in the soil ecological environment. Spearman's correlation analysis showed that soil pH, available potassium(AK) and ammonium nitrogen(NH_4^+-N) were the most important edaphic factors leading to contrasting beneficial and pathogenic associations across consecutive strawberry cropping systems.
