Geodetic functional models, stochastic models, and model parameter estimation theory are fundamental for geodetic data processing. In the past five years, through the unremitting efforts of Chinese scholars in the field of geodetic data processing, according to the application and practice of geodesy, they have made significant contributions in the fields of hypothesis testing theory,un-modeled error, outlier detection, and robust estimation, variance component estimation, complex least squares, and ill-posed problems treatment. Many functional models such as the nonlinear adjustment model,EIV model, and mixed additive and multiplicative random error model are also constructed and improved.Geodetic data inversion is an important part of geodetic data processing, and Chinese scholars have done a lot of work in geodetic data inversion in the past five years, such as seismic slide distribution inversion, intelligent inversion algorithm,multi-source data joint inversion, water reserve change and satellite gravity inversion. This paper introduces the achievements of Chinese scholars in the field of geodetic data processing in the past five years, analyzes the methods used by scholars and the problems solved, and looks forward to the unsolved problems in geodetic data processing and the direction that needs further research in the future. 展开更多

We analyze co-seismic displacement field of the 26 December 2004, giant Sumatra–Andaman earthquake derived from Global Position System observations, geological vertical measurement of coral head, and pivot line observed through remote sensing. Using the co-seismic displacement field and AK135 spherical layered Earth model, we invert co-seismic slip distribution along the seismic fault. We also search the best fault geometry model to fit the observed data. Assuming that the dip angle linearly increases in downward direction, the postfit residual variation of the inversed geometry model with dip angles linearly changing along fault strike are plotted. The geometry model with local minimum misfits is the one with dip angle linearly increasing along strike from 4.3oin top southernmost patch to 4.5oin top northernmost path and dip angle linearly increased. By using the fault shape and geodetic co-seismic data, we estimate the slip distribution on the curved fault. Our result shows that the earthquake ruptured *200-km width down to a depth of about 60 km.0.5–12.5 m of thrust slip is resolved with the largest slip centered around the central section of the rupture zone78N–108N in latitude. The estimated seismic moment is8.2 9 1022 N m, which is larger than estimation from the centroid moment magnitude(4.0 9 1022 N m), and smaller than estimation from normal-mode oscillation data modeling(1.0 9 1023 N m). 展开更多

Simple navigation receivers can be used for positioning with sub-centimeter accuracy in a wireless sensor network if the read-out of the carrier phase(CP)data is possible and all data are permanently broadcast to a central processing computer. At this base station an automated near real-time processing takes place and a precise differential GNSS-based positioning of the involved sensor nodes is computed. The paper describes the technical principles of such a system with its essential demands for the sensing, the communication, and the computing components.First experiences in a research project related to landslide monitoring are depicted.Of course the developed system can also be embedded for location finding in a widespread multifunctional geo sensor network. The quality of the obtained result is restricted due to the fact that the CP measurements must be recorded over a certain time span, usually a few minutes for every independent position solution. As far as possible a modular structure with commercial off-theshelf components,e.g.standard wireless local area network for communication, and in cooperation of existing proofed and powerful program tools is chosen.Open interfaces are used as far as possible. 展开更多
