GMF is prepared based on an SMA plate, and combined into a GMF-SMA composite plate. The Van der Pol item is improved to explain the hysteretic phenomena of GMF and SMA, and the nonlinear dynamics model of a GMF-SMA composite cantilever plate subjected to in-plane stochastic excitation is developed. The stochastic stability of the system is analyzed, and the steady-state probability density function of the dynamic response of the system is obtained. The condition of stochastic Hopf bifurcation is discussed, the reliability function of the system is provided, and then the probability density of the first-passage time is given. Finally, the stochastic optimal control strategy is proposed by the stochastic dynamic programming method. Numerical simulation shows that the stability of the trivial solution varies with bifurcation parameters, and stochastic Hopf bifurcation appears in the process; the system's reliability is improved through stochastic optimal control, and the first- passage time is delayed. A GMF-SMA composite plate combines the advantages of GMF and SMA, and can reduce vibration through passive control and active control effectively. The results are helpful for the engineering applications of GMF-SMA composite plates.展开更多

The governing equations of the two-field problem (i.e., the interactions of elastic and magnetic effects) are formulated in a two-dimensional model. The magnetostriction curves and magnetization loops are calculated over a wide range of parameters. The effects of applied magnetic field frequency f and amplitude B0 and critical current density on magnetostriction and magnetization are discussed. Results show that the critical current density of high temperature superconductor (HTS) YBCO has a significant effect on the magnetization and magnetostriction. The pinning-induced magnetostriction which has been observed in experiment can be qualitatively simulated by this model.展开更多

文摘A new method to drive and control micro in-pipe robot by means of magneticfield outside pipe is put forward, in which wireless micro robot can move forward driven by thevibration of its legs through converting magnetic energy into mechanical one under the action ofpiezomagnetism and magnetomechanical coupling of its micro GMA, when time varied oscillatingmagnetic field with different frequency applied outside pipe. Firstly its systematical structure andoperation principle are introduced, and energy converting process from outside magnetic one intomechanical one is analyzed through setting up the magnetic and mechanical dynamic model of GMA andestablishing dynamic model of two stage amplifier of mobile earner. Robot systematical experimentsshow the correctness of the theoretical analysis and its feasibility. As a result, drive and controlmethod without cable through outside magnetic field is realized.

文摘The coupling iteration (CI) of the finite element method(FEM) is used to simulate the magnetic and mechanical characteristics for a GMM actuator. The convergent ability under different prestress and different load types is investigated. Then the calculated deformations are compared with the experimental values. The results convince that the CI of FEM is suitable for the simulation of energy coupling and transformation mechanism of the GMM. At last, the output deformation properties are studied under different input currents, showing that there is a good compromise between good linearity and large strain under the prestress 6 MPa.
文摘The magnetic properties and the phase Transformation of Tb1-xPrx Fe1.96(x = 0 to 0.7) compounds were studied by means of vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and SEM back-scattered electron (BSE). The result indicates that the saturation magnetization σs of compounds along an easy axis decreases with the addition of Pr contents, which reduces from 77.24 Am^2·kg^-1(x =0) to 11.84 Am^2·kg^-1(x =0.5) and then returns to 37.14 Am2·kg^-1 ( x = 0.7). The non-cubic phases appear when x exceeds 0.2, and the matrix of Tb1-xPrxFe1.96 compounds changes from (Tb, Pr)Fe2 phase with x = 0 to (Tb, Pr)Fe3 phase with x = 0.4, and at last to (Tb, Pr)2Fe17 phase in Tb0.3Pr0.7Fe1.96. Moreover, the structure, of the compounds may become more complex with the increase of Pr content.

文摘This paper presents a fully coupled model to account for the flux pinning induced giant magnetostriction in type-Ⅱ superconductors under alternating magnetic field The superconductor E-J constitutive law is characterized by power law where the critical current density is assumed to depend exponentially on the flux density. The pinning-induced magnetostriction which has been observed in experiment can be qualitatively simulated by this model.
