Union examination of AFP,AFU,AFPL3 and γ-GT in early diagnosis of primary liver cancer

Objective To explore the significance of union examination of blood serum liver cancer tracers in the early diagnosis of liver cancer. Methods We observed and compared the level of blood serum liver cancer tracers armor embryo protein (AFP),crag algae glycosidase (AFU),armor embryo protein heteroplasmon (AFPL3) and γ-Gu Anxian transferase (γ-GT) in early time for primary liver cancer patients and hepatitis liver cirrhosis patients and those chronic hepatitis B patients who had liver cancer family history. Results Finally among the 30 patients in the early liver cancer group,23 were positive with AFP,20 with AFU,15 with AFPL3 and 21 with γ-GT. Five were found positive with blood serum AFP,AFPL3,AFU and γ-GT at the same time; 5 with AFP,AFPL3 and γ-GT; 5 with AFP,AFU and AFPL3; 7 with AFP,AFU and γ-GT. By contrast,in the control group,among the 30 hepatitis liver cirrhosis patients and those chronic hepatitis B patients with liver cancer family history,11 were found positive with AFP,3 with AFPL3,12 with AFU and 14 with γ-GT. None of the patients were found positive with union examination of AFP,AFPL3,AFU and γ-GT in the blood serum at the same time. Conclusion The union examination of AFP,AFU,AFPL3 and γ-GT is significant to the early diagnosis of primary liver cancer. 展开更多

The interactions between TCS and AMP, ADO, TUB., CMP were studied by crystallographic method, which confirmed that TCS specially recognizes ADE, but does not recognize cytosine. When TCS interacts with mononucletide, the ligand with or without phosphate is not important. The proton H + of guanidinum group of Arg163 is shared by N 3 of ADE, but is not received by N 7. This enriches the model of N glycosidase mechanism about TCS and AMP. This model should suit to the interaction between RIPs and AMP, and reflect the main interaction between RIPs and rRNA. However, the interaction between RIPs and rRNA is more complicated. To comprehensively understand recognition and catalysis of RIPs against rRNA, at least the RIP/RNA segment complex crystal structure should be determined. This RNA segment should contain stem and loop with GAGA sequence. 展开更多

The glycoconjugates,herein glyco-proteins,existing in animal skins are closely related to the effectiveness of unhairing and fiber opening-up.Glycosidases have been used in leather making processes to reduce pollutants and improve leather quality.But the selection of glycosidases is still blind because the related mechanisms are not well understood yet.Hence,the animal skin structures and glycoconjugates components,the advances in the methods and mechanisms of removing glycoconjugates related to unhairing and fiber opening-up in leather manufacture,the kinds,compositions,structures and functions of typical glycoconjugates in skin are summarized.Then the approaches to destroy them,possible glycosidases suitable for leather making and their acting sites are analyzed based on the recognition of glycoconjugates in skin and the specificities of glycosidases toward substrates.It is expected to provide useful information for the optimization of glycosidases and the development of new enzymes and the cleaner technologies of unhairing and opening up fiber bundles assisted by glycosidases. 展开更多

Three pairs of novel 2-aryl-3,4,5-trihydroxypiperidines (6-8 and their enantiomers), the piperidine analogues of the pyrrolidine alkaloids radicamine A and radicamine B, were prepared from six- membered cyclic nitrones through a concise two-step procedure, i.e., Grignard reagent addition and deprotection. These novel polyhydroxylated piperidine iminosugars were assayed against 10 types of enzymes. Only compound 8 exhibited weak inhibition (IC50 1080 μmol/L) against β-galactosidase from rat intestinal lactases. 展开更多
