BACKGROUND In high-intensity sports like golf,knee joints are prone to injury,leading to pain,limited mobility,and decreased quality of life.Traditional treatment methods typically involve rehabilitation exercises,but...BACKGROUND In high-intensity sports like golf,knee joints are prone to injury,leading to pain,limited mobility,and decreased quality of life.Traditional treatment methods typically involve rehabilitation exercises,but their effectiveness may be limited.In recent years,sodium hyaluronate has emerged as a widely used biomedical material in the treatment of joint diseases.AIM To explore the effect of sodium hyaluronate combined with rehabilitation training on pain degree,flexion range of motion and motor function of knee joint injured by golf.METHODS Eighty patients with knee joint injury caused by golf were randomly divided into control(group B)and observation group(group A).The group B was treated with rehabilitation training,and the group A was treated with sodium hyaluronate combined with rehabilitation training.The clinical efficacy,range of motion and function of knee joint,quality of life and inflammatory factors were compared.RESULTS The excellent and good rate of rehabilitation in the group A was raised than group B.At 6 weeks and 3 months after treatment,the range of motion of the two groups was raised than that before treatment,and that of the group A was raised than group B.After treatment,the scores of Lysholm and International Knee Documentation Committee(IKDC)in the group A were raised,and those in the group A were raised than group B.The VAS score of the two groups was reduced than that of the group B,and the SF-36 score of the group A was reduced than group B.The interleukin(IL)-1β,IL-8 and tumor necrosis factor-αin the two groups were reduced,and those in the group A were reduced than group B.CONCLUSION Sodium hyaluronate combined with rehabilitation training has a good clinical effect in the treatment of patients with knee joint injury caused by golf,which relieve pain,maintain knee joint function and improve patients'life quality.展开更多

Glaucoma is a progressive eye disease that can lead to blindness if left untreated.Early detection is crucial to prevent vision loss,but current manual scanning methods are expensive,time-consuming,and require special...Glaucoma is a progressive eye disease that can lead to blindness if left untreated.Early detection is crucial to prevent vision loss,but current manual scanning methods are expensive,time-consuming,and require specialized expertise.This study presents a novel approach to Glaucoma detection using the Enhanced Grey Wolf Optimized Support Vector Machine(EGWO-SVM)method.The proposed method involves preprocessing steps such as removing image noise using the adaptive median filter(AMF)and feature extraction using the previously processed speeded-up robust feature(SURF),histogram of oriented gradients(HOG),and Global features.The enhanced Grey Wolf Optimization(GWO)technique is then employed with SVM for classification.To evaluate the proposed method,we used the online retinal images for glaucoma analysis(ORIGA)database,and it achieved high accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity rates of 94%,92%,and 92%,respectively.The results demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms other current algorithms in detecting the presence or absence of Glaucoma.This study provides a novel and effective approach to Glaucoma detection that can potentially improve the detection process and outcomes.展开更多
Plyometrics training,can improve the club speed,ball speed and the hitting distance in swinging and hitting.According to the experimental method,15 professional golfers were randomly selected as the reference object,a...Plyometrics training,can improve the club speed,ball speed and the hitting distance in swinging and hitting.According to the experimental method,15 professional golfers were randomly selected as the reference object,and 24 golfers joined the 8 weeks of plyometrics training.The conclusion was that after 8 weeks of plyometrics training,the experimental group had an increase of the club speed,ball speed and smash factor more obviously than that of the control group.Affected by training years,there is still a gap between the two and professional players.With the increase of club speed and ball speed,both groups have a certain increase in the carry length and total length.Compared to the control group,the experimental group has further hitting distance,but there are still significant differences between them affected by training years.It is suggested that during the teaching and training of golf techniques,practice of the stability of the lower limbs and the instability of the upper limbs should be increased,to improve the hitting distance.展开更多

Generally speaking, titanium has poor for geability and therefore the threshold to invest in the titanium forging operatio n is high. Process parameters have been discussed and computer simulation on the forging processes has been conducted and compared with the forging practices. N ormally, titanium rod was preferred billet on titanium golf club head forging, w hich is the case on iron head, but it is not appropriate on wood head because of its large hollow volume. Therefore, a study on wood head forging from titanium plate has been explored and simulation of the forging processes have been conduc ted and shown reasonable results. DEFORM software has been adopted in the study of the forging processes simulation on the titanium golf head forging simulation . Some successful results will be demonstrated in this paper.展开更多
