Currently e-books gained popularity caused by interactive new media technology and at the same time, the traditional paper books also face enormous challenges. The concepts of interactive new media and e-books were analyzed in this paper. The different design between interactive new media e-books and paper books has been analyzed comparatively, especially from the perspective of the design and layout from the text, colors, images, audio design and cover design to explore the different design between interactive new media e-books and paper books. The individual difference and non-repeatability in acupuncture have not only restricted the devel- opment of acupuncture, but have also affected the specificity of acupoints. The present study used instruments to control needle depth, lifting and thrusting frequency, and the duration of acupuncture. Effects of the quantified acupuncture were observed at Neiguan (PC6) with different stimulation parameters. A frequency of 1, 2, or 3 Hz and duration of 5, 60, or 180 seconds were used to observe cerebral blood flow and ratio of infarct volume recovery. Results showed that stimulation at Neiguan with a frequency of 1 Hz and long duration of 180 seconds or 2/3 Hz and long duration of 5/60 seconds significantly increased cerebral blood flow and decreased the ratio of infarct volume. In- teractions between frequency and duration play a critical role in quantified acupuncture therapy. 展开更多

In the last few years, there have been important new insights into the structural biology of G-protein coupled receptors. It is now known that allosteric binding sites are involved in the affinity and selec- tivity of ligands for G-protein coupled receptors, and that signaling by these receptors involves both G-protein dependent and independent pathways. The present review outlines the physiological and pharmacological implications of this perspective for the design of new drugs to treat disorders of the central nervous system. Specifically, new possibilities are explored in relation to allosteric and or- thosteric binding sites on dopamine receptors for the treatment of Parkinson's disease, and on muscarinic receptors for Alzheimer's disease. Future research can seek to identify ligands that can bind to more than one site on the same receptor, or simultaneously bind to two receptors and form a dimer. For example, the design of bivalent drugs that can reach homo/hetero-dimers of D2 dopa- mine receptor holds promise as a relevant therapeutic strategy for Parkinson's disease. Regarding the treatment of Alzheimer's disease, the design of dualsteric ligands for mono-oligomeric mus- carinic receptors could increase therapeutic effectiveness by generating potent compounds that could activate more than one signaling pathway. 展开更多

Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing(OFDM) is an effective technique to deal with a frequency selective channel since it can convert the channel into some flat fading subchannels.However,very different output SNR values of the subchannels will lead to poor bit error performance when a linear equalizer and Equal Bit Allocation(EBA) are adopted in OFDM systems.So,we proposed three novel nonlinear Joint Transceiver(JT) schemes based on Zero-Forcing(ZF) criterion and Minimum Mean Square Error(MMSE) criterion respectively,which can transform all subchannels of an OFDM system into subchannels with identical channel gain.Thus,EBA is equivalent to the Optimum Bit Allocation(OBA) for these subchannels.Numerical analysis helps us to obtain the theoretical approximate BER values of the JT scheme.Simulation results verify the numerical analysis and confirm that the performance of our proposed JT scheme greatly outperforms the traditional linear equalizer with EBA at moderate and high SNR values. 展开更多

Purpose: This paper aims to explore best practices in academic and research libraries in providing information literacy(IL) instruction to science and engineering graduate students.Design/methodology/approach: Using the questionnaire survey method, we conducted an IL assessment study on 114 graduate students enrolling in graduate courses offered by College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Graduate University of Chinese Academy of Sciences(GUCAS).Findings: The current situation of graduate students' IL competencies and the need to develop them are revealed. An IL course was designed by subject librarians of National Science Library(NSL), Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS), with three patterns addressing the development of graduate students' IL competencies.Research limitations: It is only about the practice of subject librarians at NSL, CAS, in designing IL courses for graduate students enrolling in graduate courses offered by College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, GUCAS.Practical implications: The results can provide a lot of useful information for the improvement of IL competencies of graduate students in science and technology disciplines.Originality/value: It is significant for assisting future subject librarians in incorporating IL skills into their course, especially for academic and research librarians to prepare and develop IL courses for science and engineering graduate students. 展开更多

近年来,为适应建筑工业化发展需求,华南理工大学对土木工程专业房建方向的毕业设计进行了一系列改革,包括调整毕业设计目标、选题、设计内容、实施手段、进度安排、成果提交等。为保障毕业设计改革的顺利进行,采取了一些卓有成效的措施... 近年来,为适应建筑工业化发展需求,华南理工大学对土木工程专业房建方向的毕业设计进行了一系列改革,包括调整毕业设计目标、选题、设计内容、实施手段、进度安排、成果提交等。为保障毕业设计改革的顺利进行,采取了一些卓有成效的措施,如采用PDCA循环制定了毕业设计改革的实施路径,使得毕业设计工作能逐年持续改进;引入装配式混凝土结构设计、基于BIM的预制构件深化设计、碰撞分析、施工过程模拟和计量计价等内容,改变了传统的以现浇混凝土框架结构设计为单一设计内容的状态;通过多维校企合作、线上和线下相结合的指导模式以及优秀学生助教,解决了装配式结构领域师资不足和软件使用方面的问题;通过赛教结合,提升了教师指导水平,测算了学生的实践能力。论文还探讨了传统手算内容与电算内容的取舍、现浇构件与预制构件设计内容的设定、设计难度和工作量的把握等问题,提出对于任务设置和进度安排必须基于预测结果,对于不同能力层次的学生可设置必做和选做内容适应其发展阶段。改革后,毕业设计总体工作量和难度有所增大,设计内容更符合工程实际,学生的软件应用技能有较大提高,学生对预制构件的细部构造、生产和施工过程等有了更深的理解。上述改革取得了良好的效果,为智能建造专业建设提供了良好的基础和借鉴。 展开更多

研究生人机协同教学设计实践及效果研究

教学设计能力是教师需要具备的最核心能力之一,高校在培养未来教师教学设计能力的过程中仍存在教师反馈不足与缺乏个性化指导等问题。以ChatGPT为代表的生成式人工智能(GAI)为教师教育工作提供了全新的机遇和挑战。研究尝试探究GAI支持... 教学设计能力是教师需要具备的最核心能力之一,高校在培养未来教师教学设计能力的过程中仍存在教师反馈不足与缺乏个性化指导等问题。以ChatGPT为代表的生成式人工智能(GAI)为教师教育工作提供了全新的机遇和挑战。研究尝试探究GAI支持的高校科学与技术教育专业研究生人机协同教学设计的可能性和效果。39名选修了“科学与技术教育教学设计与实施”课程的研究生在课堂围绕科技教育主题开展人机协同教学设计实践,在GAI的辅助下完成了对初始教学设计的完善,之后基于师生反馈又对第二个版本的教学设计进行了优化。研究发现,三个版本的教学设计作品质量存在显著差异,GAI的辅助以及师生反馈对研究生教学设计作品质量提升有积极影响;在人机协同过程中,研究生会反思GAI给出的反馈,倾向与GAI进行多轮交互来获取有效的反馈;教师、同伴以及GAI在协同教学设计过程中扮演不同的角色,彼此有互补;大多数研究生希望未来还可以使用GAI辅助教学设计。基于已有发现,本研究提出三点建议:人机协同教学设计过程中应加强师生反馈对提升作品质量的作用;教师可以引导学生与GAI开展高质量对话;鼓励学生规范使用GAI。 展开更多
