With the continuous implementation of national measures related to carbon neutrality strategy,the concept of a low-carbon economy has been deeply rooted in people’s hearts.Low-carbon tourism has gradually become an inevitable trend,and the tourism industry is also undergoing orderly transformation and upgrading.To promote the sustainable development of the tourism industry,the tourism and hotel industry should also shift towards a low-carbon and green model.Hotel activities can easily bring related environmental issues,such as energy consumption,garbage generation,ecological pollution,etc.Therefore,building a green hotel will bring huge social and economic benefits to the low-carbon tourism industry.This article will address the above issues and take a low-carbon economy as the starting point,proposing sustainable development strategies and suggestions for green hotels from both the internal and external environment of the hotel,creating a low-carbon management atmosphere,and promoting the low-carbon operation of the green hotel industry. 展开更多

露天煤矿安全绿色高效低碳开采是全球露天煤矿发展的共识性目标。我国露天煤矿资源开发强度与生态承载力呈现逆向发展特征,我国西北部生态环境脆弱区已成为露天煤炭的主产区,使得露天煤矿开采与生态环境保护成为亟需解决的重要科学问题... 露天煤矿安全绿色高效低碳开采是全球露天煤矿发展的共识性目标。我国露天煤矿资源开发强度与生态承载力呈现逆向发展特征,我国西北部生态环境脆弱区已成为露天煤炭的主产区,使得露天煤矿开采与生态环境保护成为亟需解决的重要科学问题、生态问题和发展问题。基于我国露天煤矿发展概况、自然条件及主要影响因素,阐释了实现露天煤矿安全-绿色-高效-低碳开采内涵特征与总体架构,针对露天煤矿采前-采中-采后全生命开采周期特点,从安全开采技术、绿色开采技术、高效开采技术、低碳开采技术4个层次,归纳总结了时效边坡控制技术、智能预警决策技术、运输环节新模式、矿区生态建设、相邻矿山协调开采、智能采矿设计、电动矿卡应用以及采矿源头生态减损8项关键技术,明确了露天煤矿安全-绿色-高效-低碳协同开采研究重点工作和方向。在安全-绿色-高效-低碳协同发展措施方面,从强化顶层设计、加快分布实施、深化科研攻关、提升人才培养以及完善标准规范5个方面,提出2025年、2030年、2035年不同阶段需要完成的目标任务。新时期露天煤矿要坚定不移走安全-绿色-高效-低碳发展路径,实现露天煤矿在新时期、新格局下的高质量发展目标。 展开更多

为了保护综合能源系统中不同运营主体的信息隐私,权衡系统运行低碳性和经济性,解决天然气网络鲁棒模型难以求解的问题,提出了考虑碳-绿证耦合机制的电-气-热综合能源系统分布式鲁棒低碳经济调度方法。考虑天然气网络和热力网络的动态特... 为了保护综合能源系统中不同运营主体的信息隐私,权衡系统运行低碳性和经济性,解决天然气网络鲁棒模型难以求解的问题,提出了考虑碳-绿证耦合机制的电-气-热综合能源系统分布式鲁棒低碳经济调度方法。考虑天然气网络和热力网络的动态特性、碳-绿证耦合机制,构建综合能源系统动态低碳经济调度模型;为了保护各网络运营商的数据隐私,根据能量耦合关系对综合能源系统解耦,建立电-气-热网络的分布式协同优化模型;在此基础上,考虑风电出力和多能负荷的不确定性,提出基于一致性交替方向乘子法的分布式鲁棒优化框架,并利用二阶锥对偶理论与交替优化方法实现含二阶锥约束和二元变量的鲁棒子问题求解。以修改的IEEE 39节点电力网络、比利时20节点天然气网络和15节点热力网络为算例进行仿真分析,验证所提方法能够在源荷不确定性条件下实现综合能源系统各网络分散自治运行,同时兼顾系统运行的低碳性和经济性。 展开更多

It has become a common pursuit of designers to construct comfortable,energy-conserving,high-efficiency and natural living environment since the early 21st century.In the coming low-carbon age,the evolution of low-carbon concepts will surely bring positive influence on the present planning concepts of residential community,and meanwhile,propose higher requirements on the natural and ecological properties of residential community,such as its infrastructure construction,traffic organization,environment greening and so on.Through analyzing relevant concepts of low carbon,the authors studied the development of low-carbon concepts in "human-centered" designs,and its applications in architecture,traffic and green spaces.This study proposed that the improvement of low-carbon society could be started from the design of low-carbon residential communities,so as to satisfy the increasing ecological needs of people on living environment,and play a promotional role in facilitating the sustainable development of society. 展开更多

Low carbon landscape development is an emerging approach of landscape design,which aims to promote sustainable development,and reduce energy consumption and environmental impact by reducing carbon emissions.As an important component of low carbon landscape construction,the construction of urban pocket park system based on mini-parks plays a crucial role in improving the urban greening level,increasing the urban green space,alleviating the urban pressure,improving the living and healthy environment of urban residents,and promoting the urban ecological balance.Taking Chaowai district of Beijing as an example,this paper calculates the ecological value of trees including energy contribution,carbon sequestration,ability to improve rainfall runoff and aesthetic value by collecting the information of trees and the plot on which the trees are located through the i-Tree platform,which provides important reference value for the urban pocket park system planning to create low carbon comprehensive benefits. 展开更多

As the upstream of high-energy consumption industries such as metallurgy and chemical enterprises, the “carbon neutrality” ability of mining and mining enterprises can have a strong influence on the progress of China’s non-ferrous metal industry to achieve the “double carbon” goal. According to the Global Mining Development Report 2021, although mining occupies an important position in global economic development, it also accounts for 4% to 7% of global greenhouse gas emissions. Therefore, as an important part of promoting China’s economic development and energy structure transformation, mining will also face scale adjustment. By investigating and studying the carbon emission sources of mining enterprises at the current stage at home and abroad, the carbon neutrality method that has been implemented in mines, and the future low-carbon technologies to be developed, this paper provides the thoughts and prospects for promoting the development of green mines, as well as the reference value for the transformation of China’s mining industry. 展开更多

In the newly ratified Paris Agreement, the carbon emission reduction target willingly and determinedly proposed by China is very challenging. It will increase China's cost per unit of carbon dioxide emissions, slow China's economy growth, and set the upper limit for China's carbon emissions in the future. Facing these challenges, China needs to properly conduct carbon allocations under restrictions and promote green and low carbon development of the Chinese economy primarily by reinforcing structural adjustments and optimizing energy structures, upgrading industrial structures, being actively involved in international cooperation on carbon emission reduction and using other positive strategies. 展开更多

全面建设社会主义现代化国家的战略部署对中国经济社会发展的绿色低碳转型提出了新的要求。企业作为推进这一凤凰涅槃过程的核心主体,其践行环保减排、承担绿色责任的激励机制已经成为社会和学界关注的热点。该研究以低碳城市试点政策... 全面建设社会主义现代化国家的战略部署对中国经济社会发展的绿色低碳转型提出了新的要求。企业作为推进这一凤凰涅槃过程的核心主体,其践行环保减排、承担绿色责任的激励机制已经成为社会和学界关注的热点。该研究以低碳城市试点政策的实施作为一项代表性低碳转型政策和准自然实验,基于2009—2021年中国上市公司的微观数据,运用渐进双重差分模型考察了该政策实施对上市公司环境-社会责任-公司治理(ESG)质量的影响及作用机制。研究发现:①中国自2010年以来实施的低碳城市试点政策显著提升了上市公司的ESG质量,该政策使试点城市上市公司的ESG指数平均提高了27.42%,且这一结果在排除其他政策干扰、倾向得分匹配、安慰剂检验等一系列稳健性检验后依旧可靠。②在该政策的影响下,来自政府监管和公众舆论监督的压力是企业自主改善ESG质量的重要动因。③通过绿色金融支持缓解企业融资约束和推动企业绿色技术创新,是低碳转型政策改善企业ESG质量的重要机制。其中,绿色技术创新表现为量质齐升的良好态势,且能源节约类绿色技术的创新水平和质量提升在低碳城市试点政策改善企业ESG质量过程中发挥着更重要的作用。该研究表明,中国的低碳城市试点政策不仅在宏观层面推动了区域绿色低碳转型,在微观上也促进了企业践行低碳转型理念、承担可持续发展和绿色发展责任,这在丰富和补充企业ESG质量影响因素研究内容的同时,也为我国实现“双碳”目标提供了一定的学理支持和决策依据。 展开更多
