Study on the Distribution Characteristics and Influencing Factors of Park Green Space in Wuhan City

The distribution characteristics of park green space in Wuhan City were studied by standard deviation ellipse(SDE)method,average nearest neighbor index,kernel density estimation(KDE)method and scale index method.At the same time,the influencing factors of its distribution were discussed from three aspects of nature,social economy and culture with a geographical detector.The results show that(1)the distribution of park green space in Wuhan was relatively concentrated,and the directionality was not strong.The distribution mode was clustered mode.There were four main aggregation centers,which were located in Jianghan District,Qingshan District,Dongxihu District and Wuchang District respectively.Among them,the scale index of Jianghan District was the highest,up to 0.5902,while that of Xinzhou district was the lowest,only 0.0047.(2)The order of interpretation intensity of park green space distribution in Wuhan was population density(0.382)>regional GDP(0.278)>location of historical relics(0.165)>urbanization rate(0.136)>watershed zoning(0.069)>altitude(0.012).(3)The interaction of population density and watershed zoning had the strongest explanation for the distribution of park green space in Wuhan.Except for the influence of population density,the interaction of urbanization rate and regional GDP had the strongest explanation for the distribution of park green space in Wuhan.

Composition of Garden Road System in Urban Park

Based on the idea of system,the paper had analyzed components of garden road system in urban park and their relations from the perspective of function,pattern and facility,and established framework of garden road system for guidance of garden road construction.After introduction of the connotation of garden road system,its attributes were summarized which were isolated elements,integrated collection,clear level and dynamic development;and its functional composition had been concluded from the aspects of practical function and social function.Practical functions contained traffic organization and guidance tour,space division and landscape composition,facility organization and habitat improvement.Social functions consisted of communication and education function.The pattern of garden road system had been introduced in terms of pattern elements,level structure and layout form.Facilities of garden road system had been classified into five categories covering rest facilities,ornamental facilities,light facilities,display facilities and service facilities.

Balanced Consideration of Urban Park Green Space to Provide Services and Disservices

Ecosystem services(ES),the benefits of ecosystem function and structure to human well⁃being,have been receiving continued attention from international community since the publication of the millennium ecosystem assessment(MA).While humans enjoy all kinds of services provided by the ecosystem,they are also adversely affected by the services provided by the ecosystem,which are called ecosystem disservices(EDS).Based on EDS related research,this paper expounds the EDS concept and connotation to urban park green space as the research object,defines the concept and classification of urban park green space ecosystem disservices(PEDS),and introduces the influencing factors of the listed examples of urban PEDSs.It also discusses equilibrium relationship of the urban park green space service and disservice,and summarizes the research on urban PEDS to improve the meaning of human well⁃being.Finally,it points out the factors that should be considered in the planning,design,management,and maintenance of future urban park green space.

面向地方的绿色智慧工业园区标准化评价研究

国家标准委于2014年成立国家智慧城市标准化协调推进组、总体组和专家咨询组,正式开启了智慧城市标准化的进程。2016年,中国标准化研究院发布了《绿色城市评价指标》,宣告着绿色城市标准化的深化。2023年国务院发布了《城市标准化行动方案》,将智慧城市和绿色城市作为一个城市的不同标准化角度对其进行评价。综合考虑绿色园区和智慧园区,本文提出了一个综合评价体系,该体系涵盖环境可持续性、智能化运营、资源效率、产业创新能力和园区生态与社会责任五个方面,为县城工业园区的发展提供了一个具体而全面的评价标准和质量评估方法。

城市生态公园生态—文化耦合评价及优化策略研究——以重庆市渝北区为例

城市生态公园在重庆城市绿地系统中扮演重要角色,既提供自然生态功能,也满足市民休闲娱乐需求。然而,目前其生态和文化效益未得到充分发挥。本研究采用样方法、访谈法和观察记录法,对渝北区城市生态公园进行调研,构建了生态-文化功能耦合评价体系,揭示了重庆城市生态公园的特征和建设问题。研究发现,这些公园具有多样的生境类型和良好的绿色生态本底,但在生境营造、植物多样性、游憩空间、服务设施、科普宣教和可达性方面存在不足。针对这些问题,研究提出了优化设计思考,包括公园边界、植物配置、游憩空间、科普宣教和可达性改善。这些成果为提升重庆城市生态公园的品质和规划设计提供了依据和指导。

化工园区物流系统绿色发展路径

介绍了我国化工园区绿色物流的概念与内涵;分析了化工园区物流系统存在的主要问题;在阐述了国家相关政策文件对化工园区物流系统要求基础上,提出了我国化工园区物流系统绿色发展的基本路径。

云南省绿色产业园区标准体系构建研究

本文介绍了绿色产业园区产生的背景,对国内及云南省产业园区标准化现状进行了分析,提出云南省绿色产业园区标准化存在的问题,进而构建出包含基础通用、园区规划与土地利用、园区建设、园区运营管理、园区生产、园区服务和园区评价等标准子体系的云南省绿色产业园区标准体系,并提出了云南省绿色产业园区标准化工作建议。

广东省产业园区绿色低碳标准体系框架构建

产业园区作为区域经济发展的重要引擎,正成为落实“双碳”战略的先行区、示范区和主战场,广东作为中国经济发展的排头兵,拥有众多产业园区,研究构建广东省产业园区绿色低碳标准体系具有重要意义。本文在研究国内外产业园区绿色低碳标准化现状的基础上,提出了包括基础通用、规划建设、生产运营和管理评价四大子体系的广东省产业园区绿色低碳标准体系框架。建议在标准体系框架指引下,紧密结合政策、市场和技术发展需求,提出并推动落实重点标准的制修订工作,为广东省产业园区绿色低碳高质量发展提供有力的标准技术支撑。

城市绿地系统规划中社区生活圈规划理念运用策略——以岳阳市为例

社区生活圈休闲空间配置效率关乎休闲空间能否满足居民美好生活的需要。从《城市居住区规划设计标准》提出“生活圈居住区”到《社区生活圈规划技术指南》提出“社区生活圈”,社区生活圈以公共绿地为主的休闲空间规划相关规定日趋完善;《城市居住区规划设计标准》明确了公共绿地配套规模和复合利用,《社区生活圈规划技术指南》拓展了休闲空间范畴、复合利用范围,《城市绿地规划标准》等标准规范从指标整合、设施设置两方面进行有效补充;但系列标准规定对休闲空间系统挖潜整合不深入、利用范围规定不完善、功能实现措施不到位,导致根据标准规范编制的城市绿地系统规划中休闲空间服务要素配置效率不高。选取3个城市近期编制的城市绿地系统规划案例进行分析,印证生活圈有关绿地标准规范解读结果。基于此,提出研究国土空间规划体系下城市绿地系统规划中社区生活圈规划理念高质量运用策略的思路,将休闲空间纳入公园体系,对规模、布局和功能进行系统性整合,并以岳阳为例进行实践,总结出城市绿地系统规划中“整理资源构建完整系统、复合利用提升效率品质、精准供给保障规模覆盖、规划指引控规精准继承”四大社区生活圈规划理念运用策略,保障休闲空间服务要素高效配置,以期为城市绿地系统规划中社区生活圈理念应用提供借鉴经验。

基于绿色设计理念的创意园区标识系统设计研究

通过对绿色设计理念和创意园区标识系统的具体研究,思考如何将两者结合起来,并能够更好地在现实设计中运用。对绿色设计理念进行解读并对创意园区标识系统现状和问题进行分析,同时结合创意园区的标识设计案例进行思考,从对旧物件与景观的充分利用、把握能耗与视觉效果的合理平衡、应用环保材料3个方面探讨了创意园区标识系统的绿色设计途径。旨在探索如何将绿色设计理念运用到创意园区标识系统的设计中,为绿色标识系统的设计提供参考。

工业园区清洁生产评价指标体系构建与应用

我国在重点行业清洁生产评价方面已开展了大量工作,但是工业园区清洁生产评价仍处于起步阶段,需要进一步开展理论研究和实践探索。本研究回顾了工业园区清洁生产评价方法的研究进展,分析了相关学术研究和标准制定存在的不足,基于国家层面已发布的工业园区绿色低碳发展领域相关评价标准,构建了包含6项一级指标和32项二级指标的工业园区清洁生产评价指标体系,并以此对我国华中地区X园区进行评价分析。结果显示,2020—2022年X园区的清洁生产水平整体呈上升趋势,并于2021年达到了清洁生产Ⅱ级水平,但是距离清洁生产先进水平仍有一定差距。针对清洁生产评价发现的问题,本研究提出了深化固体废物综合利用、改善园区空气质量、强化园区生态建设、完善清洁生产管理机制、加强清洁生产能力建设等对策措施,X园区有望在2024年达到清洁生产先进水平。该评价指标体系在X园区得到了较好的应用,具有一定的适用性和可操作性,可以为工业园区开展清洁生产评价提供参考,并为提升清洁生产水平提供决策支持,促进工业园区减污降碳协同增效和绿色低碳高质量发展。

绿证-碳交易机制下热电灵活响应的园区综合能源系统优化调度

为进一步提高园区综合能源系统的可再生能源消纳率以及系统的低碳性和经济性,提出了一种考虑绿证-碳交易机制和热电联产机组热电灵活响应的园区综合能源系统低碳经济调度策略。首先,通过绿色证书交易模型和阶梯式碳交易模型构建绿证-碳交易机制,旨在提高系统可再生能源消纳水平并降低系统碳排放量;其次,将有机朗肯循环引入系统,与传统的热电联产机组和电锅炉构建热电联产机组热电灵活响应模型,从而优化系统运行并为绿证-碳交易机制提供更大发挥空间;最后,以系统总成本最小为目标,构建考虑绿证-碳交易机制和热电联产机组热电灵活响应的园区综合能源系统优化模型。算例结果表明,该策略可提高系统的可再生能源消纳率,降低系统碳排放量和总成本。

北京大兴生物医药基地慢行系统与绿地系统更新实践

积极实施城市更新行动、引领城市高质量发展是新时代人居环境提升的重要举措。以北京大兴生物医药基地慢行系统与绿地系统提升工程为例,以问题为导向研究现有条件下的更新思路,通过整合医药产业、生态空间、基础设施等既有资源条件,提出“系统统筹,建立框架”“借力绿隔,城景交融”“产业活化,三生融合”的规划设计策略,以人为本地提升基地环境品质,引领基地可持续健康发展。

基于大语言模型绿电预测和绿电交易的园区综合能源系统集群多目标协同运行方法

为实现传统工业园区数字化和智能化升级,助力区域高质量发展,亟需园区智能化调度模型。为此,该文结合智慧园区管理系统和园区综合能源系统物理模型建立园区综合能源系统集群架构,提出了园区综合能源系统集群绿电交易三阶段协同运行方法,以解决多园区综合能源系统绿电交易的问题,实现分布式绿电的精准预测以及就地消纳。首先,基于大语言模型LLAMA-7B实现绿电预测,进一步以绿电功率划分购售电园区。其次,基于绿电价格配额曲线预测模型和动态绿电定价策略,制定园区间绿电交易差异价格。在此基础上,建立了多目标低碳经济优化运行模型,从而解决绿电交易所带来的经济因素和环境因素的矛盾问题。算例分析表明:所提出的模型可以统筹规划园区综合能源系统集群的经济成本、实际碳排放量和新能源利用率,对多园区综合能源系统的智能调度具有积极的推动作用。

Utilization Pattern of Olympic Parks and Its Application in Beijing

With great promotion of mega-events in both quantities and qualities in China, the research of Mega-events has been increased. As a global hallmark event, the Olympics, with their enormous scale, universal attraction for the media and tremendous political significance, have increasingly drawn attention from the researchers. It is obvious that Beijing has been greatly impacted by the 2008 Olympic Games as the host. The event aroused close attention of researchers, especially the problem how the Olympic stadiums and facilities can be utilized after Olympic Games. The paper employed 3 methods to conduct a survey, that is, sending questionnaires to tourists, in- terviewing with government officers, and collecting information about former Olympic Parks from Intemet and lit- eratures. The utilization of former Olympic Parks after Games was summarized and some experiences were refined. Besides, 3 main bodies including government, business operators and visitors which formed basic driving forces to influence the park＇s use were analyzed. At the same time, the paper believes that 3 topics affect the park＇s utilization involving ＇prepare to use＇, ~how to use it＇ and ~how to manage it＇, and Beijing Olympic Park can also follow that thinking and reference in the ft^her practices. Based on it, suggestions are given that Beijing Olympic Park can be planned spatially from 3 layers, the point, line and area, based on their function and infrastructure in the Games, and the area would be shaped as a new urban center with multi-functions while Mega-events and sport events are still the main content of the park.

Research on Micro Technology of Microclimate Environment in Urban Green Space Based on Humanization Concept

To create a comfortable microclimate environment,the design methods of green layout and green structure of four common forms of urban green space(park green space,road green space,waterfront open green space,and green space between houses)were discussed,and the modes"concentric three rings"and"three-layer sandwich cake",as well as the matching principles of three-dimensional green elements of trees and shrubs with lawn and hard matrix elements,were proposed.

从城市公园系统的初兴与发展看20世纪20—30年代中国城市绿地系统的建设

20世纪20—30年代城市公园系统作为“现代化都市”的象征,其规划与实施在近代中国城市公共空间的发展中起着非常重要的作用,是近代城市规划与园林建设紧密结合的先行探索,为其后的城市绿地系统规划建设奠定了基础。这一时期的园林规划借鉴了当时欧美城市公园系统的规划设计理论,结合本土城市的自然环境与历史特征进行在地性的实践探索。明确提出了分阶段建设城市公园系统的整体策略,即近期改扩建已有公园、中期新建公园和林荫道、远期建设郊区预留地公园,最终构建起完整的城市绿色开放空间网络,体现了科学性与艺术性兼备且务实的规划理念。同时,尊重本土山水格局、充分依托传统山水形胜进行建设的思路对于指导当代国土空间规划背景下城市生态空间格局的延续与保护等均具有重要的启示意义和借鉴价值。
