Diversity and Application of Herbaceous Flowers in Urban Road Greening in Hefei City

In urban road greening,the planting of ground cover flowers is essential,and herbaceous flowers are an important part.Through the investigation on the diversity of herbaceous flowers in urban road green spaces of Hefei City,the types,colors,application frequency and planting of herbaceous flowers in urban road green spaces were statistically analyzed,and the application forms of herbaceous flowers in the road greening of Hefei City were studied.The characteristics and problems of herbaceous flowers in the road greening of Hefei City were found,and some development suggestions were put forward.

Effects of Light Source in Road Green Spaces on the Growth of Picea koraiensis in Harbin

With Picea koraiensis as the research object which have similar growth vigor in a same habitat, the photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, chlorophyll content, weight of dry-matter and leaf color change of Picea koraiensis in different lighting conditions were determined. Environment without light sources was taken as the control group. The results showed that different light sources and different distances from light sources to plants had diversified impact on the photosynthetic physiology of Picea koraiensis. Among these different color lights, green light had the least influence on Picea koraiensis, yellow light and purple light had greater influence.

The road map for green development of Western China

China has made some remarkable achievements in sustainable development,but the constant deterioration of the overall trend of the environment has not yet been effectively curbed.To achieve the goal of sustainable development,we must first ensure coordination and coherence of national development goals in different areas and adhere to green development road.To achieve the objectives related to green development,and to clarify the direction of green development in the next 20years,a road map is needed to guide and coordinate the process.This paper describes the concept of the green development road map,introduces a green development road map for the western region,and further elaborates it The road map clarifies the objectives and guiding principles of green development in the western region,points the areas that deserve more concern and institutional innovation,and builds a green development monitoring and evaluation(M&E)framework.Finally,the paper provides corresponding policy recommendations based on the established road map.

Study on Road Greening in the Main Urban Area of Chongqing City Based on Plant Diversity

The greening situation of 242 road greenbelts in 7 administrative regions in the main urban city of Chongqing City was investigated by field survey, and the plant composition, application frequency, species richness and diversity of plants used for road greening in the main urban area were analyzed. The results show that there were 105 species of plants used for road greening(not including seasonal flowers displayed temporarily) in the main urban area of Chongqing City, belonging to 80 genera, 47 families. Among them, there were 95 species of woody plants and 10 species of perennial herbs, accounting for 90.47% and 9.53% of the total number respectively. Some suggestions were put forward according to the current situation and problems of road greening in the main urban area of Chongqing City.

Functions, Selection and Collocation of Greening Plants in the Construction of Ecological Roads

From the perspective of ecological construction of roads, the reduction and purifying effects of greening plants on noise, raising dust and automobile exhaust, selection principles of arbors, shrubs, ground cover plants and herbaceous fl owers, and the methods of collocating arbors shrubs and grass in the construction of ecological roads were discussed in this study.

Total road pavement in Guangzhou reaches 77×10~6m^2.Its huge maintenance and potential rehabilitation calls for a green road system.This paper presents a discussion,first about green road construction technologies together with their applications and development like reclaimed asphalt pavement,rubberized asphalt pavement,and warm mix asphalt; and then,about the key obstacles for promotion and activities,primarily for green road promotion,in the perspectives of the current technical and application situations in China and separately in Guangzhou.Based on environmental and conditional analysis,as well as a development expectation from an industrial viewpoint,this paper creates a development trend of green road technologies.

Integrating Green Tourism of Jiangxi Province into “One Belt and One Road” Strategy

"One Belt and One Road" is a signifi cant move of China to further deepen reform and opening up and improve economic development, and also a key working point of the future national development. This paper, on the basis of study on "One Belt and One Road" strategy and current situation of green tourism in Jiangxi, proposed that green tourism in Jiangxi could integrate into the construction of "One Belt and One Road" from the four perspectives of information flow, cultural flow, traffic flow and regional collaboration flow, which contributed to the implementation of national strategies, promoted green tourism development of Jiangxi, and showed the "exceptionally beautiful scenes" of Jiangxi.

作为向国际社会展示气候政策、承诺和成就的重要传播策略,战略传播在提升中国气候政策国际影响力以及塑造中国治理形象方面发挥了重要作用。借助组织传播、人际传播、媒介传播等多元的战略传播路径,中国在全球气候治理领域的政策、立场及治理成效得到了全方位、立体化的对外宣示。这种宣示既很好地传递了中国“天人合一”的气候治理理念,也积极引导了全球气候治理议程。以绿色“一带一路”的战略传播为例,它不仅展示了中国在全球气候治理和可持续发展方面的引导力,也体现了中国在国际合作、公众参与和应对全球挑战方面的努力。实践表明,中国的气候治理及战略传播经验可以帮助发展中国家更好地应对气候变化挑战,同时也在全球气候治理进程中发出自己的声音。

考虑碳排放的市政道路绿色施工评价研究

【目的】有效减少施工过程中的碳排放量,优选出绿色施工水平较高的市政道路建造方案,提升市政道路科技创新和绿色建造水平。【方法】从碳减排的角度出发,针对市政道路绿色施工综合评价问题,结合市政道路施工的特点,建立了市政道路绿色施工评价体系和标准,构建了基于组合赋权的灰色关联模型,在综合主、客观权重基础上进一步运用灰色关联法计算各指标和各路段施工方案的灰色关联度,分析比较绿色施工水平。【结果】该研究建立的市政道路绿色施工评价体系具有适用性,通过长沙市某市政道路各路段的施工建造方案对所提出的模型进行了验证,其结果与实际情况相符,据此确定了一套合理的市政道路绿色施工方案。【结论】基于组合赋权的灰色关联理论在市政道路绿色施工评价中的应用具有可行性和科学性,并为市政道路绿色施工方案设计提供了参考依据。

“公转铁”政策对京津冀绿色物流效率的影响

为落实绿色发展理念,促进京津冀物流业高质量发展,有效发挥“公转铁”政策对绿色物流效率的提升效应,在系统梳理“公转铁”政策促进绿色物流效率理论机制的基础上,用2010—2020年京津冀地区面板数据,通过双重差分模型、广义双重差分模型和中介效应模型,研究“公转铁”政策对绿色物流效率的促进效应以及作用机制。研究发现,“公转铁”政策在京津冀地区的实施对提升绿色物流效率具有显著的促进效应,并且该效应在经过稳健性检验后依旧成立;政策实施力度对绿色物流效率存在显著的影响,绿色物流效率随着政策实施力度增强而不断提升;“公转铁”政策通过改变物流企业的运输方式偏好,增强铁路运输对公路运输的替代作用,提升绿色物流效率;绿色物流效率提升还受到铁路设施水平、区域建设水平、经济水平、创新能力等多种因素的影响。因此,京津冀绿色物流效率提升,应该考虑多种因素的综合影响,以多层次和系统性支撑政策推动“公转铁”政策的实施;以改变承担社会物流活动企业运输偏好为导向;充分考虑当地内外部环境,结合产业结构、创新能力等因素调整“公转铁”政策实施力度。

基于生态恢复的西南山区高速公路路域景观设计——以巫镇高速公路为例

我国西南山区高速公路普遍存在桥隧比大,土建创面大,视觉感受差,景观不连续等问题。巫镇高速线位穿山跨沟,多为桥隧相接和隧道群,针对巫镇高速沿线现状,中分带、隧道、互通、路侧边坡特点,提出相应的生态恢复方案,并采用自然恢复、人工种植、生态袋绿化+喷播有机材绿化等方法,在满足车辆顺畅、安全通行的基本要求上,运用接近自然、无强烈人工痕迹的绿化方式来缓解公路与环境的冲突,保护和恢复路域生态自然,达到自然景观与再造景观的和谐统一。

基于云物元的寒区公路绿色施工评价体系研究

脆弱性冻土生态环境与寒区公路建设存在复杂的博弈关系,二者相互制约、相互影响,为践行绿色低碳公路的战略目标,科学构建一套寒区公路绿色施工评价体系,是十分迫切且重要的。鉴于此,文章基于文献调查法和德尔菲法进行寒区公路绿色施工评价指标体系的构建,运用改进的三标度层次分析法对评价指标权重进行确定,将云模型引入到物元可拓评价模型,建立各评价指标正态云评价语言云参数,实现模糊性指标评价语言从定性到定量的转换,通过MATLAB多次仿真计算评价指标与各评价等级间隶属度,运用最大隶属度原则判断寒区公路绿色施工评价等级。对黑龙江省多年冻土区呼玛至十八站段公路项目进行绿色施工评价,得到“Ⅳ”级评价结果,绿色施工发展态势较好。对比模型计算结果与项目实际绿色施工情况得,绿色施工模型评价结果与项目绿色施工实际开展状况相吻合,证实了建立的指标体系与评价模型的科学合理性,可为同类寒区公路项目开展绿色施工评价提供一定的借鉴。

基于DPSIR-GEES的寒区改扩建绿色公路评价研究——以黑龙江省为例

以黑龙江省改扩建公路作为研究对象,构立DPSIR-GEES模型,从公路建设与政府、经济、环境、社会关系的角度,建立寒区改扩建绿色公路评价研究体系.通过SPSS和MATLAB软件,运用博弈论组合理论将变异系数法和熵权法求出的权重组合综合赋权.采用障碍度模型进行横向分析,由逼近理想值排序法模型纵向分析.最终得到障碍度最大的5个指标因子:旅游服务、线性规划、土体冻融侵蚀、人性化、信息运行和管理服务.公路项目总体绿色度水平:丹东—阿勒泰公路呼十、黑卧、逊黑工程段改扩建绿色度水平较高,评定等级为“绿色”,前锋农场—嫩江公路工程段在建设过程中绿色度有所欠缺,评定等级为“浅绿”.

随着“双碳”目标的提出,在绿色生态视角下进行道路设计成为必然。文章以实际项目为例,介绍了项目概况,从生态体系、道路生态改造、断面和路面设计等方面探讨了城市道路设计中绿色生态理念的应用,以期为相关研究提供参考。

城镇密集区公路桥群绿色建造创新探索

为提升城镇密集区公路绿色建造水平,结合南(沙)—中(山)高速的项目特点及工程需求,将绿色发展理念贯彻到公路设计、施工、运营、养护和管理的全寿命周期,重点研发了公路桥群工业化智能建造、公路资源综合利用、滨海湿地区公路环境保护与粤港澳大湾区交旅融合设计等四类十项创新技术。其中,预制梁环形生产线、非标准八车道等为项目特色首创技术,初步构建了典型城市群绿色桥群公路技术体系,并对未来重点发展方向进行了展望,以期丰富和完善粤港澳大湾区绿色公路技术体系,为其他高度城镇化区域可持续发展提供参考。

市政道路绿化工程的施工要点与养护策略

在当前社会发展的背景下,公众对生态环境的重视程度持续上升。市政道路建设亦逐步将重点放在绿化工程上,通过栽植多样的植被来美化道路环境,显著提升城市道路的生态环境质量,起到净化空气、预防环境污染、调节城市气候、降低噪音以及优化交通效率等多重作用。基于此,文中结合笔者丰富的工作经验,深入分析了市政道路绿化工程的施工要点及后期养护策略,旨在推动城市绿化建设向更高标准迈进。

城市道路绿化形态对机动车尾气颗粒物扩散影响的对比观测研究

为了分析城市道路边乔木、灌木及草的不同绿化配置形态对机动车尾气污染物扩散的影响特征,在西安市典型绿化路段对比观测了颗粒污染物浓度。结果显示,路边颗粒物浓度总体上随远离机动车道而减小,绿化良好路段降幅更大,说明路边绿化带对机动车尾气污染物的扩散有明显的阻碍作用;将道路绿化形态归纳为树-灌木-草、树-灌木、树-草、灌木、树五类,其中树-灌木-草绿化形态对不同粒径的颗粒物扩散都有显著影响,净化百分率都在6%左右;树和树-草这两种绿化形态对细颗粒物的消减效果更为显著,净化百分率最高可达10%以上;树-灌木绿化形态对粗颗粒物消减效果更佳,净化百分率在5%左右。

基于博弈论的蒙古国经济社会-生态环境耦合协调度驱动因素及其特征研究

蒙古国生态环境持续恶化及中蒙边境生态屏障薄弱是2国面临的共同发展问题,但目前全国尺度下综合性、多要素的经济社会与生态环境耦合协调发展类型、特征及驱动因素等尚缺乏定量评估,影响了中蒙双方共建“一带一路”绿色发展格局的统筹推进.本文总结了蒙古国经济社会及生态环境发展现状,采用AHP-CRITIC-博弈论法计算指标要素主客观组合权重,综合评价了蒙古国经济社会-生态环境发展的耦合协调度.结果表明,2005−2021年蒙古国经济社会-生态环境耦合协调度呈现波动上升趋势,耦合协调度类型始终属于严重失调类型,生态环境发展滞后是目前发展阶段的特征.社会发展水平和生态环境禀赋是经济社会子系统和生态环境子系统的主要驱动因素.皮尔逊相关性分析表明,水域面积和森林资源减少、水质恶化以及沙尘天气等灾害/事故响应增加与经济社会稳步发展的不匹配可能是导致该特征形成且耦合协调度始终较低的原因.为推动双边绿色发展战略深化对接,中蒙2国应在促进经济社会发展交流的同时,深化加强生态环境保护修复力度以恢复生态环境禀赋的交流合作.
