Analysis of Factors Influencing Comprehensive Productivity of Agriculture in Henan Province on the Basis of Grey Correlation

According to the data from Henan Statistical Yearbook from 2002 to 2008, from production capital, production conditions, labour inputs and financial support, this paper selects 11 variables influencing comprehensive productivity of agriculture in Henan Province. Through calculation and analysis of grey correlation of variables and comprehensive productivity of agriculture, this paper determines the impact of different variables on comprehensive productivity of agriculture. The results show that the agricultural capital has become the most important factor influencing comprehensive productivity of agriculture in Henan Province, while the impact of production conditions, labour inputs and financial support on comprehensive productivity of agriculture in Henan Province diminishes in turn. Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the sustainable development of comprehensive productivity of agriculture in Henan Province as follows: strengthen agricultural financial system building, and ensure agricultural production expenditure; scientifically arrange allocation of agricultural resources, and improve agricultural production conditions; carry out training of agricultural skills, and elevate the quality of agricultural labour forces; increase financial expenditure for agricultural production, and optimize financial expenditure structure. 展开更多

Study on Corrosion Protection Method of Reinjection Water Treatment System in a Natural Gas Processing Plant 被引量:1

The research investigated the corrosion of the reinjection water system to ensure the safe production of the system.By analyzing the composition of the methanol-containing wastewater,the corrosion status of the injection water system was studied by the on-site materials 20#steel,Q235B steel and L316 steel for that the methanol-containing wastewater of a natural gas processing plant in northern Shaanxi had high acidity,Cl-and sulfide contents,salinity and corrosion.Then the grey system theory modeling software 3.0 was used to study the influence degree of various corrosion factors on the corrosion rate and depth of Q235B steel.The most important factors were determined,and countermeasures against corrosion were proposed.The results showed that L316 steel was more resistant to corrosion,and the corrosion rate was 0.0015 mm/a,which was less than the national standard(0.0760 mm/a).The maximum corrosion depth was 47.63μm,which was the lowest among the three materials.The corrosion rate and depth were the parent factors.Among the four factors of sulfide,Cl-,salinity and pH,grey relational degrees of sulfide were 0.75 and 0.80,respectively,which was the most important factor causing corrosion;using sulfur corrosion inhibitor protection method,TS-792C was selected by electrochemical method from three corrosion inhibitors.The impedance data simulation software ZSimpWin was used to simulate the equivalent circuit diagram,and the impedance of Q235B steel was the largest.The corrosion inhibition rate was up to 90.26%when corrosion rate was 0.0130 mm/a under the fitting of Tafel polarization curve,with the best anti-sulfur effect.At 80℃and a sulfide content of 300 mg/L,the corrosion rate of Q235B steel was less than 0.0760 mm/a.When the added amount was 100 mg/L,the corrosion current density and corrosion rate of the reinjection sewage was 0.462 mA/cm 2 and 0.0505 mm/a,both at the lowest values and with good temperature and sulfur resistance. 展开更多

Two-year-old Medicago sativa at budding initial stage was taken as research materials.Five methods were used to make green hay,including flatting stems + spraying 2.5% K2CO3,flatting stems,sun curing,drying in shade and drying under 105 ℃ condition(CK).Besides,effects of different green hay making methods on dry characteristics and nutritional quality of M.sativa green hay were studied,and a comprehensive evaluation of M.sativa green hays was conducted.Results showed that,except CK,the drying rates in other making methods were all fast at first,and then slow down.Both of drying under 105 ℃ condition and flatting stems + spraying K2CO3 could speed up drying rate and reduce nutritional losses of green hay.Sun curing could also speed up drying rate,but it could not maintain the quality of green hay.The results of Grey Relational Analysis on five green hay making methods indicated that CK had the best comprehensive performance,followed by green hays made by flatting stems + spraying K2CO3.Therefore,flatting stems + spraying K2CO3 was a quick and easy method to make green hay,and it was worth to be recommended in practical production. 展开更多

In order to solve the defect of large error in current employment quality evaluation,an employment quality evaluation model based on grey correlation degree method and fuzzy C-means(FCM)is proposed.Firstly,it analyzes the related research work of employment quality evaluation,establishes the employment quality evaluation index system,collects the index data,and normalizes the index data;Then,the weight value of employment quality evaluation index is determined by Grey relational analysis method,and some unimportant indexes are removed;Finally,the employment quality evaluation model is established by using fuzzy cluster analysis algorithm,and compared with other employment quality evaluation models.The test results show that the employment quality evaluation accuracy of the design model exceeds 93%,the employment quality evaluation error can meet the requirements of practical application,and the employment quality evaluation effect is much better than the comparison model.The comparison test verifies the superiority of the model. 展开更多

Weld bead morphology plays an important role in welding procedure specification and welding process planning.In order to obtain the quantitative relationship between process parameters and weld morphology of DH36 marine steel plate,grey correlation method was used to study multiple morphology characteristics simultaneously.Eighteen experimental runs were proposed according to orthogonal method.With grey correlation theory,three response objectives,aspect ratio,depth of penetration and weld were transformed into a single grey correlation grade(GRG).The process parameters were quantitatively correlated to the GRG value and optimized with the target of maximum aspect ratio,minimum depth of penetration and maximum weld area.The results show that the optimized weld bead morphology is better than other weld bead morphology.The relative error of the predicted GRG with respect to the actual value is 5.06%,which further verifies the accuracy of the established model.The microstructure and hardness analysis suggests that the optimized welded joint has obtained required mechanical properties.The research outcomes provide a theoretical basis for multi-objective optimization of arc welding morphology in practical applications. 展开更多

In order to determine the optimal structural parameters of a plastic centrifugal pump in the framework of an orthogonal-experiment approach,a numerical study of the related flow field has been performed using CFX.The thickness S,outlet angleβ2,inlet angleβ1,wrap angle,and inlet diameter D1 of the splitter blades have been considered as the variable factors,using the shaft power and efficiency of the pump as evaluation indices.Through a parametric analysis,the relative importance of the influence of each structural parameter on each evaluation index has been obtained,leading to the following combinations:β119°,β235°,S 2 mm,wrap angle 154°,and D185 mm(corresponding to the maximum efficiency of 75.48%);β119°,β220°,S 6 mm,wrap angle 158°,and D181 mm(corresponding to the minimum shaft power of 75.48%).Moreover,the grey correlation method has been applied to re-optimize the shaft power and efficiency of the pump,leading to the following optimal combination:β119°,β215°,S 4 mm,D181 mm,and wrap angle 152°(corresponding to the maximum efficiency of 71.81%and minimum shaft power of 2.187 kW). 展开更多
