Offshore wind farms are becoming increasingly distant from onshore centralized control centers,and the communication delays between them inevitably introduce time delays in the measurement signal of the primary freque...Offshore wind farms are becoming increasingly distant from onshore centralized control centers,and the communication delays between them inevitably introduce time delays in the measurement signal of the primary frequency control.This causes a deterioration in the performance of the primary frequency control and,in some cases,may even result in frequency instability within the power system.Therefore,a frequency response model that incorporates communication delays was established for power systems that integrate offshore wind power.The Padéapproximation was used to model the time delays,and a linearized frequency response model of the power system was derived to investigate the frequency stability under different time delays.The influences of the wind power proportion and frequency control parameters on the system frequency stability were explored.In addition,a Smith delay compensation control strategy was devised to mitigate the effects of communication delays on the system frequency dynamics.Finally,a power system incorporating offshore wind power was constructed using the MATLAB/Simulink platform.The simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed delay compensation control strategy.展开更多
Research efforts on electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding materials have begun to converge on green and sustainable biomass materials.These materials offer numerous advantages such as being lightweight,porous,and...Research efforts on electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding materials have begun to converge on green and sustainable biomass materials.These materials offer numerous advantages such as being lightweight,porous,and hierarchical.Due to their porous nature,interfacial compatibility,and electrical conductivity,biomass materials hold significant potential as EMI shielding materials.Despite concerted efforts on the EMI shielding of biomass materials have been reported,this research area is still relatively new compared to traditional EMI shielding materials.In particular,a more comprehensive study and summary of the factors influencing biomass EMI shielding materials including the pore structure adjustment,preparation process,and micro-control would be valuable.The preparation methods and characteristics of wood,bamboo,cellulose and lignin in EMI shielding field are critically discussed in this paper,and similar biomass EMI materials are summarized and analyzed.The composite methods and fillers of various biomass materials were reviewed.this paper also highlights the mechanism of EMI shielding as well as existing prospects and challenges for development trends in this field.展开更多
The virtual synchronous generator(VSG)technology has been proposed to address the problem of system frequency and active power oscillation caused by grid-connected new energy power sources.However,the traditional volt...The virtual synchronous generator(VSG)technology has been proposed to address the problem of system frequency and active power oscillation caused by grid-connected new energy power sources.However,the traditional voltage-current double-closed-loop control used in VSG has the disadvantages of poor disturbance immunity and insufficient dynamic response.In light of the issues above,a virtual synchronous generator voltage outer-loop control strategy based on improved linear autonomous disturbance rejection control(ILADRC)is put forth for consideration.Firstly,an improved first-order linear self-immunity control structure is established for the characteristics of the voltage outer loop;then,the effects of two key control parameters-observer bandwidthω_(0)and controller bandwidthω_(c)on the control system are analyzed,and the key parameters of ILADRC are optimally tuned online using improved gray wolf optimizer-radial basis function(IGWO-RBF)neural network.A simulationmodel is developed using MATLAB to simulate,analyze,and compare the method introduced in this paper.Simulations are performed with the traditional control strategy for comparison,and the results demonstrate that the proposed control method offers superior anti-interference performance.It effectively addresses power and frequency oscillation issues and enhances the stability of the VSG during grid-connected operation.展开更多
Patients with complete spinal cord injury retain the potential for volitional muscle activity in muscles located below the spinal injury level.However,because of prolonged inactivity,initial attempts to activate these...Patients with complete spinal cord injury retain the potential for volitional muscle activity in muscles located below the spinal injury level.However,because of prolonged inactivity,initial attempts to activate these muscles may not effectively engage any of the remaining neurons in the descending pathway.A previous study unexpectedly found that a brief clinical round of passive activity significantly increased volitional muscle activation,as measured by surface electromyography.In this study,we further explored the effect of passive activity on surface electromyographic signals during volitional control tasks among individuals with complete spinal cord injury.Eleven patients with chronic complete thoracic spinal cord injury were recruited.Surface electromyography data from eight major leg muscles were acquired and compared before and after the passive activity protocol.The results indicated that the passive activity led to an increased number of activated volitional muscles and an increased frequency of activation.Although the cumulative root mean square of surface electromyography amplitude for volitional control of movement showed a slight increase after passive activity,the difference was not statistically significant.These findings suggest that brief passive activity may enhance the ability to initiate volitional muscle activity during surface electromyography tasks and underscore the potential of passive activity for improving residual motor control among patients with motor complete spinal cord injury.展开更多
Vascular endothelial growth factor and its mimic peptide KLTWQELYQLKYKGI(QK)are widely used as the most potent angiogenic factors for the treatment of multiple ischemic diseases.However,conventional topical drug deliv...Vascular endothelial growth factor and its mimic peptide KLTWQELYQLKYKGI(QK)are widely used as the most potent angiogenic factors for the treatment of multiple ischemic diseases.However,conventional topical drug delivery often results in a burst release of the drug,leading to transient retention(inefficacy)and undesirable diffusion(toxicity)in vivo.Therefore,a drug delivery system that responds to changes in the microenvironment of tissue regeneration and controls vascular endothelial growth factor release is crucial to improve the treatment of ischemic stroke.Matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)is gradually upregulated after cerebral ischemia.Herein,vascular endothelial growth factor mimic peptide QK was self-assembled with MMP-2-cleaved peptide PLGLAG(TIMP)and customizable peptide amphiphilic(PA)molecules to construct nanofiber hydrogel PA-TIMP-QK.PA-TIMP-QK was found to control the delivery of QK by MMP-2 upregulation after cerebral ischemia/reperfusion and had a similar biological activity with vascular endothelial growth factor in vitro.The results indicated that PA-TIMP-QK promoted neuronal survival,restored local blood circulation,reduced blood-brain barrier permeability,and restored motor function.These findings suggest that the self-assembling nanofiber hydrogel PA-TIMP-QK may provide an intelligent drug delivery system that responds to the microenvironment and promotes regeneration and repair after cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury.展开更多

The author has obtained satisfactory results using this new MPPT control method. This paper investigates the application of the new MPPT control method for a PCS (power conditioning system) in a grid-connected type PV power generation system. The experimental results clearly demonstrate that the developed PCS offers outstanding effectiveness in tracking the maximum power point in partially shaded environments.展开更多
An improved automatic voltage coordination control strategy (AVCCS) based on ;automatic voltage control (AVC) and battery energy storage control (BESC) is proposed for photovoltaic grid-connected system (PVGS)...An improved automatic voltage coordination control strategy (AVCCS) based on ;automatic voltage control (AVC) and battery energy storage control (BESC) is proposed for photovoltaic grid-connected system (PVGS) to mitigate the voltage fluctuations caused by environmental disturbances. Only AVC is used when small environ- mental disturbances happen, while BESC is incorporated with AVC to restrain the voltage fluctuations when large disturbances happen. An adjustable parameter determining the allowed amplitudes of voltage fluctuations is introduced to realize the above switching process. A benchmark low voltage distribution system including ]?VGS is established by using the commercial software Dig SILENT. Simulation results show that the voltage under AVCCS satisfies the IEEE Standard 1547, and the installed battery capacity is also reduced. Meanwhile, the battery's service life is ex- tended by avoiding frequent charges/discharges in the control process.展开更多
Due to the characteristics of intermittent photovoltaic power generation and power fluctuations in distributed photovoltaic power generation,photovoltaic grid-connected systems are usually equipped with energy storage...Due to the characteristics of intermittent photovoltaic power generation and power fluctuations in distributed photovoltaic power generation,photovoltaic grid-connected systems are usually equipped with energy storage units.Most of the structures combined with energy storage are used as the DC side.At the same time,virtual synchronous generators have been widely used in distributed power generation due to their inertial damping and frequency and voltage regulation.For the PV-storage grid-connected system based on virtual synchronous generators,the existing control strategy has unclear function allocation,fluctuations in photovoltaic inverter output power,and high requirements for coordinated control of PV arrays,energy storage units,and photovoltaic inverters,which make the control strategy more complicated.In order to solve the above problems,a control strategy for PV-storage grid-connected system based on a virtual synchronous generator is proposed.In this strategy,the energy storage unit implements maximum power point tracking,and the photovoltaic inverter implements a virtual synchronous generator algorithm,so that the functions implemented by each part of the system are clear,which reduces the requirements for coordinated control.At the same time,the smooth power command is used to suppress the fluctuation of the output power of the photovoltaic inverter.The simulation validates the effectiveness of the proposed method from three aspects:grid-connected operating conditions,frequency-modulated operating conditions,and illumination sudden-drop operating condition.Compared with the existing control strategies,the proposed method simplifies the control strategies and stabilizes the photovoltaic inverter fluctuation in the output power of the inverter.展开更多

This paper reviews recent developments in ADP along with RL and ...Reinforcement learning(RL) has roots in dynamic programming and it is called adaptive/approximate dynamic programming(ADP) within the control community. This paper reviews recent developments in ADP along with RL and its applications to various advanced control fields. First, the background of the development of ADP is described, emphasizing the significance of regulation and tracking control problems. Some effective offline and online algorithms for ADP/adaptive critic control are displayed, where the main results towards discrete-time systems and continuous-time systems are surveyed, respectively.Then, the research progress on adaptive critic control based on the event-triggered framework and under uncertain environment is discussed, respectively, where event-based design, robust stabilization, and game design are reviewed. Moreover, the extensions of ADP for addressing control problems under complex environment attract enormous attention. The ADP architecture is revisited under the perspective of data-driven and RL frameworks,showing how they promote ADP formulation significantly.Finally, several typical control applications with respect to RL and ADP are summarized, particularly in the fields of wastewater treatment processes and power systems, followed by some general prospects for future research. Overall, the comprehensive survey on ADP and RL for advanced control applications has d emonstrated its remarkable potential within the artificial intelligence era. A control strategy of sine-sine pulse width modulation (PWM) is studied. Compared with the traditional current-source inverter, the power frequency inductors and power frequency transformer are replaced with high frequency inductors and a high frequency transformer. Thus, the proposed inverter has advantages of small volume, low cost, low total harmonic distortion (THD), low power losses, high power factor (PF) and simple control. Furthermore, grid voltage cannot influence output current of the grid-connected inverter and the current-source inverter with a high PF that approaches one has been realized. Finally, validity of the theory analysis and feasibility of the control scheme are shown by simulation and experimental results.展开更多

This impact is not generic for any network, but it may manifest itself either positively or negatively, depending on the grid configuration, interface control modes, operation mode, and load profile. Grid-connected PV systems have three control options of the local voltage controller of the interface DC-AC converter. These control modes are Power Factor control, voltage control, and Droop Voltage control. This paper aims at evaluating and comparing the impacts of those control modes on the grid power flow. A set of evaluation criteria and indices is defined and mathematically formulated. Based on the requirements of the used program (Power Factory Dig Silent V14.1.3), a computation plan (algorithm) has been proposed. The algorithm has been applied to a typical weak network and a wide range of simulations has been carried out. This paper studies the problem of time-varying formation control with finite-time prescribed performance for nonstrict feedback second-order multi-agent systems with unmeasured states and unknown nonlinearities.To eli...This paper studies the problem of time-varying formation control with finite-time prescribed performance for nonstrict feedback second-order multi-agent systems with unmeasured states and unknown nonlinearities.To eliminate nonlinearities,neural networks are applied to approximate the inherent dynamics of the system.In addition,due to the limitations of the actual working conditions,each follower agent can only obtain the locally measurable partial state information of the leader agent.To address this problem,a neural network state observer based on the leader state information is designed.Then,a finite-time prescribed performance adaptive output feedback control strategy is proposed by restricting the sliding mode surface to a prescribed region,which ensures that the closed-loop system has practical finite-time stability and that formation errors of the multi-agent systems converge to the prescribed performance bound in finite time.Finally,a numerical simulation is provided to demonstrate the practicality and effectiveness of the developed algorithm.展开更多

At the same time, energy storage device is added. The inverter of the energy storage device adopts V/f control. In the running state of the islanding because of a certain power failure, it can maintain a constant voltage and frequency. The simulation shows that as the output of the photovoltaic power increases, harmonic rate decreases under the same conditions, and the energy storage device can increase the stability of photovoltaic grid and reduce harmonic contents. An observer-based adaptive backstepping boundary control is proposed for vibration control of flexible offshore riser systems with unknown nonlinear input dead zone and uncertain environmental disturbances.The control...An observer-based adaptive backstepping boundary control is proposed for vibration control of flexible offshore riser systems with unknown nonlinear input dead zone and uncertain environmental disturbances.The control algorithm can update the control law online through real-time data to make the controller adapt to the environment and improve the control precision.Specifically,based on the adaptive backstepping framework,virtual control laws and Lyapunov functions are designed for each subsystem.Three direction interference observers are designed to track the timevarying boundary disturbance.On this basis,the inverse of the dead zone and linear state transformation are used to compensate for the original system and eliminate the adverse effects of the dead zone.In addition,the stability of the closed-loop system is proven by Lyapunov stability theory.All the system states are bounded,and the vibration offset of the riser converges to a small area of the initial position.Finally,four examples of flexible marine risers are simulated in MATLAB to verify the effectiveness of the proposed controller.展开更多

文摘Vascular endothelial growth factor and its mimic peptide KLTWQELYQLKYKGI(QK)are widely used as the most potent angiogenic factors for the treatment of multiple ischemic diseases.However,conventional topical drug delivery often results in a burst release of the drug,leading to transient retention(inefficacy)and undesirable diffusion(toxicity)in vivo.Therefore,a drug delivery system that responds to changes in the microenvironment of tissue regeneration and controls vascular endothelial growth factor release is crucial to improve the treatment of ischemic stroke.Matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)is gradually upregulated after cerebral ischemia.Herein,vascular endothelial growth factor mimic peptide QK was self-assembled with MMP-2-cleaved peptide PLGLAG(TIMP)and customizable peptide amphiphilic(PA)molecules to construct nanofiber hydrogel PA-TIMP-QK.PA-TIMP-QK was found to control the delivery of QK by MMP-2 upregulation after cerebral ischemia/reperfusion and had a similar biological activity with vascular endothelial growth factor in vitro.The results indicated that PA-TIMP-QK promoted neuronal survival,restored local blood circulation,reduced blood-brain barrier permeability,and restored motor function.These findings suggest that the self-assembling nanofiber hydrogel PA-TIMP-QK may provide an intelligent drug delivery system that responds to the microenvironment and promotes regeneration and repair after cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury.
文摘This paper proposes a robust dichotomy-based model predictive control(DS-MPC)with a fixed switching frequency for the grid-connected inverter(GCI).The proposed fast dichotomy algorithm can select and deduce the optimal voltage vector dynamically through the space vector plane.Therefore,the proposed DS-MPC strategy could ensure dynamic performance and steady-state performance as well.Also,the current control robustness can be improved through DS-MPC with disturbance observer(DO)based on the extended Kalman filter(EKF).The novelty of this control is that the current control with fast dynamic response can be realized in the weak grid,even if the grid voltages are greatly distorted.Simulation and hardware experiments on the weak grid validate the effectiveness of the proposed DS-MPC with the EKF observer approach.
文摘For a standalone PV (photovoltaic) power generation system, the author previously proposed a new MPPT (maximum power point tracking) control method in which the I-V characteristics are scanned with a detection interval control that operates at specified intervals and monitors the maximum power point. The author has obtained satisfactory results using this new MPPT control method. This paper investigates the application of the new MPPT control method for a PCS (power conditioning system) in a grid-connected type PV power generation system. The experimental results clearly demonstrate that the developed PCS offers outstanding effectiveness in tracking the maximum power point in partially shaded environments.

文摘An improved automatic voltage coordination control strategy (AVCCS) based on ;automatic voltage control (AVC) and battery energy storage control (BESC) is proposed for photovoltaic grid-connected system (PVGS) to mitigate the voltage fluctuations caused by environmental disturbances. Only AVC is used when small environ- mental disturbances happen, while BESC is incorporated with AVC to restrain the voltage fluctuations when large disturbances happen. An adjustable parameter determining the allowed amplitudes of voltage fluctuations is introduced to realize the above switching process. A benchmark low voltage distribution system including ]?VGS is established by using the commercial software Dig SILENT. Simulation results show that the voltage under AVCCS satisfies the IEEE Standard 1547, and the installed battery capacity is also reduced. Meanwhile, the battery's service life is ex- tended by avoiding frequent charges/discharges in the control process.

文摘Due to the characteristics of intermittent photovoltaic power generation and power fluctuations in distributed photovoltaic power generation,photovoltaic grid-connected systems are usually equipped with energy storage units.Most of the structures combined with energy storage are used as the DC side.At the same time,virtual synchronous generators have been widely used in distributed power generation due to their inertial damping and frequency and voltage regulation.For the PV-storage grid-connected system based on virtual synchronous generators,the existing control strategy has unclear function allocation,fluctuations in photovoltaic inverter output power,and high requirements for coordinated control of PV arrays,energy storage units,and photovoltaic inverters,which make the control strategy more complicated.In order to solve the above problems,a control strategy for PV-storage grid-connected system based on a virtual synchronous generator is proposed.In this strategy,the energy storage unit implements maximum power point tracking,and the photovoltaic inverter implements a virtual synchronous generator algorithm,so that the functions implemented by each part of the system are clear,which reduces the requirements for coordinated control.At the same time,the smooth power command is used to suppress the fluctuation of the output power of the photovoltaic inverter.The simulation validates the effectiveness of the proposed method from three aspects:grid-connected operating conditions,frequency-modulated operating conditions,and illumination sudden-drop operating condition.Compared with the existing control strategies,the proposed method simplifies the control strategies and stabilizes the photovoltaic inverter fluctuation in the output power of the inverter.

文摘Reinforcement learning(RL) has roots in dynamic programming and it is called adaptive/approximate dynamic programming(ADP) within the control community. This paper reviews recent developments in ADP along with RL and its applications to various advanced control fields. First, the background of the development of ADP is described, emphasizing the significance of regulation and tracking control problems. Some effective offline and online algorithms for ADP/adaptive critic control are displayed, where the main results towards discrete-time systems and continuous-time systems are surveyed, respectively.Then, the research progress on adaptive critic control based on the event-triggered framework and under uncertain environment is discussed, respectively, where event-based design, robust stabilization, and game design are reviewed. Moreover, the extensions of ADP for addressing control problems under complex environment attract enormous attention. The ADP architecture is revisited under the perspective of data-driven and RL frameworks,showing how they promote ADP formulation significantly.Finally, several typical control applications with respect to RL and ADP are summarized, particularly in the fields of wastewater treatment processes and power systems, followed by some general prospects for future research. Overall, the comprehensive survey on ADP and RL for advanced control applications has d emonstrated its remarkable potential within the artificial intelligence era. In addition, it also plays a vital role in promoting environmental protection and industrial intelligence.

文摘The brushless doubly-fed wind power system based on conventional power control strategies lacks ‘inertia’ and the ability to support grid,which leads to the decline of grid stability.Therefore,a control strategy of brushless doubly-fed reluctance generator(BDFRG) based on virtual synchronous generator(VSG) control is proposed to solve the problem in this paper.The output characteristics of BDFRG based on VSG are similar to a synchronous generator(SG),which can support the grid frequency and increase the system ‘inertia’.According to the mathematical model of BDFRG,the inner loop voltage source control of BDFRG is derived.In addition,the specific structure and parameter selection principle of outer loop VSG control are expounded.The voltage source control inner loop of BDFRG is combined with the VSG control outer loop to establish the overall architecture of BDFRG-VSG control strategy.Finally,the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed strategy are verified in the simulation.

文摘This paper proposes a cascade repetitive control strategy based on odd internal mode,and combines it with proportional-integral(PI)control to establish a compound repetitive control system for improving the quality of grid connected current of LCL grid connected inverter.More specifically,the proposed method could effectively improve the control effect of grid-connected current of LCL inverter,restrain current harmonics and reduce the distortion rate of grid-connected current.Simulation experiment is conducted to verify the proposed repetitive control strategy,and the verification results show that,compared with traditional PI control,the proposed improved compound repetitive control strategy has a higher response speed,and the steady-state and dynamic performance have also been significantly improved.
文摘As to the concrete topology of three-phase LCL type grid-connected inverter with damping resistance, mathematical model was deduced in detail, using method of equivalent transformation to the structure diagram, damping resistance was virtualized, mathematical model under the DQ frame that can realize decoupling control was established, a dual-loop control strategy for grid-connected inverter with LCL filter was proposed, the system stability was analyzed and the design method of controller was given. The proposed method overcame the flaws of loss increase, efficiency reduce and cost increase which were caused by damping resistance in LCL type grid-connected inverter, the system efficiency and power supply quality of the output were improved. Feasibility and effectiveness of the new method were validated by simulation and experimental results.

文摘A novel topology of the current-source grid-connected inverter is proposed based on the immittance converter theory. A control strategy of sine-sine pulse width modulation (PWM) is studied. Compared with the traditional current-source inverter, the power frequency inductors and power frequency transformer are replaced with high frequency inductors and a high frequency transformer. Thus, the proposed inverter has advantages of small volume, low cost, low total harmonic distortion (THD), low power losses, high power factor (PF) and simple control. Furthermore, grid voltage cannot influence output current of the grid-connected inverter and the current-source inverter with a high PF that approaches one has been realized. Finally, validity of the theory analysis and feasibility of the control scheme are shown by simulation and experimental results.
文摘Integration of Solar Photovoltaic (PV) generation into an existing distribution system has many impacts on the system, with the power flow being one of the major issues. This impact is not generic for any network, but it may manifest itself either positively or negatively, depending on the grid configuration, interface control modes, operation mode, and load profile. Grid-connected PV systems have three control options of the local voltage controller of the interface DC-AC converter. These control modes are Power Factor control, voltage control, and Droop Voltage control. This paper aims at evaluating and comparing the impacts of those control modes on the grid power flow. A set of evaluation criteria and indices is defined and mathematically formulated. Based on the requirements of the used program (Power Factory Dig Silent V14.1.3), a computation plan (algorithm) has been proposed. The algorithm has been applied to a typical weak network and a wide range of simulations has been carried out. Simulation results have been thoroughly discussed and important findings have been concluded.

文摘This paper studies the problem of time-varying formation control with finite-time prescribed performance for nonstrict feedback second-order multi-agent systems with unmeasured states and unknown nonlinearities.To eliminate nonlinearities,neural networks are applied to approximate the inherent dynamics of the system.In addition,due to the limitations of the actual working conditions,each follower agent can only obtain the locally measurable partial state information of the leader agent.To address this problem,a neural network state observer based on the leader state information is designed.Then,a finite-time prescribed performance adaptive output feedback control strategy is proposed by restricting the sliding mode surface to a prescribed region,which ensures that the closed-loop system has practical finite-time stability and that formation errors of the multi-agent systems converge to the prescribed performance bound in finite time.Finally,a numerical simulation is provided to demonstrate the practicality and effectiveness of the developed algorithm.

文摘Modeling method for the current control loop of a grid-connected PWM inverter with the LCL output filter was discussed.Firstly,the current control loop with the LCL inverter-side current as feedback was established.Then,parameters of PI controller were calculated on the basis of an equivalent controlled object.Finally,Norton equivalent circuit for the current control loop of grid-connected system was derived by integrating one control equation,which connected the PWM inverter output voltage and the LCL inverter-side current,with two circuit equations,separately using the LCL inverter-side current and the injected current as loop currents.With the induced Norton equivalent circuit,system-level resonant and unstable issues on real grid-connected system applied in weak distributed power systems can be easily analyzed.The validity of substituting Norton equivalent circuit for grid-connected system is verified by simulation and experiment.
文摘This paper mainly studies scheduling type photovoltaic generation system, and establishes a three-phase photovoltaic grid-connected model in Matlab/Simulink, which uses the MPPT control that can make full use of the solar energy. At the same time, energy storage device is added. The inverter of the energy storage device adopts V/f control. In the running state of the islanding because of a certain power failure, it can maintain a constant voltage and frequency. The simulation shows that as the output of the photovoltaic power increases, harmonic rate decreases under the same conditions, and the energy storage device can increase the stability of photovoltaic grid and reduce harmonic contents. So it’s very necessary to add energy storage device in the photovoltaic system.

文摘An observer-based adaptive backstepping boundary control is proposed for vibration control of flexible offshore riser systems with unknown nonlinear input dead zone and uncertain environmental disturbances.The control algorithm can update the control law online through real-time data to make the controller adapt to the environment and improve the control precision.Specifically,based on the adaptive backstepping framework,virtual control laws and Lyapunov functions are designed for each subsystem.Three direction interference observers are designed to track the timevarying boundary disturbance.On this basis,the inverse of the dead zone and linear state transformation are used to compensate for the original system and eliminate the adverse effects of the dead zone.In addition,the stability of the closed-loop system is proven by Lyapunov stability theory.All the system states are bounded,and the vibration offset of the riser converges to a small area of the initial position.Finally,four examples of flexible marine risers are simulated in MATLAB to verify the effectiveness of the proposed controller.

文摘The stamping-out strategy has been used to control highly pathogenic avian influenza viruses in many countries,driven by the belief that vaccination would not be successful against such viruses and fears that avian influenza virus in vaccinated birds would evolve more rapidly and pose a greater risk to humans.In this review,we summarize the successes in controlling highly pathogenic avian influenza in China and make suggestions regarding the requirements for vaccine selection and effectiveness.In addition,we present evidence that vaccination of poultry not only eliminates human infection with avian influenza virus,but also significantly reduces and abolishes some harmful characteristics of avian influenza virus.
