Investigation of Village Greening in the New Countryside Construction of Xinyu City, Jiangxi Province

On the basis of field investigation in 13 typical villages in Xinyu City, Jiangxi Province, and questionnaire survey over 45 local residents, this paper analyzed rural production and living environment, greening conditions, and villagers' consciousness about greening in the local area, and proposed 5 major principles for village greening: government plays the leading role, rural households are subjects; adopt unifi ed planning and coordinated development; choose suitable species for suitable land according to actual conditions; put ecology on the top priority, balance economic and ecological development; facilitate operation and management. In addition, the paper highlighted 5 characters in village greening, namely, cultural, ecological, practical, concise, and lifeconcerned.

City Professionals Bring Their Skills to Countryside

In October 1995 eight departments of the central government and the Party central committee, including the Ministry of Culture and the CPC Publicity Department, jointly launched a national program to send culture （principally entertainment） to the countryside. In 1996, under the joint sponsorship of ten departments of the central authorities, the national program broadened to include science/technology and medical services. The program, known as ＂Three Things for the Countryside,＂ has been executed for ten years. How good is their effect？ What are peasants＇ reactions to the program？ To find an answer, these reporters have recently visited Tianjin, Hunan and Shandong.

The Trackless Tram: Is It the Transit and City Shaping Catalyst We Have Been Waiting for?

Recent innovations in transport technology are now providing mobility that is cheaper, autonomous, electric, and with improved ride quality. While much of the world’s attention has been on how this can be applied to cars, there have been rapid adoption of these and other technologies in High Speed Rail and Metro Rail systems that run between and across cities. This paper shows how such innovations have now been applied to create the next generation of urban transit system called a Trackless Tram. Trackless Trams are effectively the same as traditional light rail except they run on rubber tyres avoiding disruption from construction for Light Rail, but they retain the electric propulsion (with batteries) and have high ride quality due to rail-type bogies, stabilization technologies and precision tracking from the autonomous optical guidance systems—with infrastructure costs reduced to as low as one tenth of a Light Rail system. As with Light Rail, a Trackless Tram System provides a rapid transit option that can harness the fixed route assurance necessary to unlock new land value appreciation that can be leveraged to contribute to construction and running costs whilst creating urban regeneration. The paper considers the niche for Trackless Trams in cities along with its potential for city shaping through the creation of urban re-development along corridors. The paper suggests that the adoption of Trackless Tram Systems is likely to grow rapidly as a genuine alternative to car and bus systems, supplementing and extending the niche occupied by Light Rail Transit (LRT). This appears to be feasible in any medium-sized or larger city, especially in emerging and developing economies, and case studies are outlined for Perth and Thimpu to illustrate its potential.

Research on Model of Guiding Rural Residents' Relatively Centralized Residence——A Case Study of Chongqing City

On the basis of expounding the status quo of rural residents' residence, the thesis notes that influenced by the weak foundation of rural economy, the characteristic of mountain landscape, smallholder consciousness, shortage of capital and other factors, the rural residents in Chongqing City mainly live scattered. In addition to opportunities of the expansion and drive of city, rural market development, rural resources development, rural industrial development, and rural ecological migration, the model of urban development promotion, the model of market development drive, the model of land development drive, the model of rural industry construction and the model of resettlement and reconstruction are advocated in order to guide the rural residents to adopt relative centralized residence. The suggestions concerning guiding rural residents' relative centralized residence are put forward as follows: firstly, act according to circumstances and conduct scientific planning and design; secondly, propagate extensively and activate famers' willingness; thirdly, first experiment and exert the exemplary guide; fourthly, perfect policy and guarantee farmers' benefit; fifthly, strengthen leadership and decrease the risk of centralized residence; sixthly, boost gradually and realize moderate centralized residence.

Thinking on Beautiful Countryside Construction Based on Land Consolidation in Hefei City

This paper stated the background under which beautiful countryside construction was proposed;reviewed the new countryside construction profile of Hefei City before beautiful countryside construction was proposed;analyzed the practices of beautiful countryside construction of Hefei City from the perspective of the land consolidation when considering the development of new-type urbanization conjunctively;then,on the basis of the analysis,it proposed a consideration that the land consolidation and beautiful countryside construction practices of Hefei City should be used for reference,that is to say,the city should focus on beautiful countryside construction planning and comprehensively promote the land consolidation.And it also indicated that there were three kinds of relations needed to be treated well and"five combinations"needed to be done well in land consolidation.

Urban Social Mobility Plight of City Wives from Countryside

Through field investigation,this paper discusses the social mobility of city wives from countryside and analyses the causes of the upward social mobility plight of this group in urban society.The author believes that city wives from countryside cannot continue to move upward in urban society because of their lack of culture capital and social capital.To break such plight of upward mobility for the group demands the system renovation.

霍华德的著作《GardenCitiesofTomorrow》自被翻译为中文并引入中国后,关于GardenCity究竟应译为田园城市还是花园城市这一关乎理论核心思想的问题始终众口难调。本文试图通过对霍华德原著的深入研读,从Garden City理论背景的研究、规划方案的剖析、理论本质的解读、霍华德城乡观的挖掘、著作命名逻辑的分析五个方面进行探究,并在此基础上得出结论:一方面,霍华德提出GardenCity理论的初衷是为解决当时日益严重的城市问题提供一种社会改革的"正确的思想体系",他在构建的理想城市GardenCity上寄托了对美好城市新生活的向往,garden代表了英国居住生活的传统;另一方面,"田园城市"这一译名,为GardenCity理论带来新的更深的误解。因此,唯有还原Garden City思想的本质,才能回归霍华德的本意。

科技支撑常州市数字乡村建设的对策

建设数字乡村是推进农业农村现代化的重要举措,是实现乡村全面振兴的重要途径,也是建设数字中国的重要内容。调查发现,科技支撑常州市乡村数字建设的信息基础薄弱、数字化公共平台不完善、乡村数字人才短缺、数字化应用水平不够高。对此,需要加强数字乡村基础建设、增强数字乡村平台支撑力度、加快数字乡村人才培养速度、加大数字乡村应用推广力度。

从本土书写到他者想象:当代东北文学中的城市与乡村

东北作为市场经济的边隅,以高度复杂的特质文化成为当代文学中地域书写的空间对象,形成区别于北京、上海、香港地区等中心城市的文学场域。以“铁西三剑客”、迟子建等人为代表的本土东北作家群体从主体经验出发进行叙述,与域外视角的旅华记者梅英东的东北书写构成了鲜明的差异。本土与外域的视角彼此补充,全方面、多元素地呈现了东北城乡的集体记忆,而自我与他者之眼中隐而不彰的表述差异为地域文学的创作提供了新的诠释视角与理论观照。

安阳市数字技术赋能乡村振兴的实践探索与推进策略研究

数字经济成为世界经济发展的趋势,如何以数字技术赋能农业农村现代化、促进乡村振兴意义重大。近年来,借数字经济东风,安阳市加快数字乡村实践探索,智慧农业生产,夯实粮食安全数字化支撑;电商直播助农,快速提升农产品流通效率;装备数字升级,实现农业生产节本又增效;数字链式发展,助推农产品品牌创建推广;质量数字监测,提供农产品质量安全保障;数字乡村示范,注入乡村振兴的源头活水;智慧乡村治理,赋予农民生活数字化密码。但仍存在农民数字素养、数字设施、数字人才等制约。突破制约,加速数字技术赋能乡村建设,要补基础设施短板、强政策扶持、重人才支撑、促转型,营造良好数字乡村发展生态。

盾构近距离穿越主干道下大断面隧道措施研究

研究目的:针对在城市敏感区近距离穿越城市主干道下既有大断面隧道工程中变形控制难的问题,本文以北京地铁19号线下穿城市主干道下既有1号线隧道为背景,具有近距离穿越、隧道二衬混凝土无配筋,建设年代久远,裂缝病害、地层上硬下软等不利因素,项目穿越采取了洞外小导洞注浆、洞内芳纶布与钢板加固相结合的措施进行控制,同时工程通过分析计算与试验段确定最佳的盾构参数进行穿越,施工前对各项穿越措施进行了数值分析,对穿越方案与参数的确定起到指导作用,施工后根据监测结果对比分析,并验证了控制措施的可行性与数值计算的准确性。研究结论:(1)采用洞外小导洞开挖注浆加固措施能够减小沉降,满足变形控制要求;(2)洞内钢板+芳纶布的结构加固措施能够有效增加既有地铁隧道的刚度,减小结构应力;(3)土仓压力、同步注浆压力最优取值范围为0.08~0.10 MPa和0.20~0.24 MPa;(4)数值模拟与现场监测结果对比偏差率不大于15.0%,能够有效预测盾构施工对既有结构的变形影响;(5)本文研究可为类似穿越工程控制措施的设计施工提供技术支撑。

乡村道德建设推动文旅名城发展若干问题研究

乡村道德建设是全面推进乡村振兴的重要举措,是实现乡风文明和乡村治理现代化的基础,也是文旅名城发展不可缺少的重要因素。文旅名城发展将乡村的文化资源、乡村习俗、乡村道德规范与旅游产业相结合,使乡规民约在乡村道德建设中发挥积极价值。目前,乡村道德建设相关工作受到各种内在与外在因素的影响,文旅名城难以实现创新发展。为此,需要采取相关对策和措施,将乡村道德建设与文旅名城建设更好地融合起来,强化内涵建设,以契合新时代人民群众对美好生活的需求。

可持续乡村建设现状及模式——以长沙市为例

在界定可持续乡村内涵与系统构成的基础上,采用统计分析法、问卷调查法和访谈法,从共性问题和个性特征2个方面对长沙市乡村可持续发展现状进行分析,并提出可持续乡村建设模式与路径。结果显示:1)可持续乡村是可以持续为本地乡村居民提供优质的就业、居住、出行、医疗、教育、养老、交往等服务,也能不断为周边城市居民提供健康的农产品、良好的生态产品和文旅体验的乡村系统,包括可持续的农村产业、可持续的农村环境以及可持续的农民生活三大内容;2)长沙市乡村地区存在青壮年劳动力流失、主体老弱化、乡村吸引力不明显、公共服务供给质量偏低、韧性不强、内生动力不足、居民满意度一般等共性问题,此外,旅游型乡村的旅游吸引力不强,农业型乡村的带农机制不足,传统型乡村的传统文化功能有所衰退、一般型乡村的产业发展基础薄弱等个性问题突出;3)提出了生态休闲旅游模式、高效生态农业模式、特色保护模式和融合发展模式等4种针对性的可持续乡村优化模式,生态休闲旅游模式通过结合生态化、低碳化和乡土化的发展理念,设计休闲、娱乐、度假、体验、教育等多样化的乡村旅游活动,持续提升乡村生态旅游吸引力;高效生态农业模式通过利用生态化、智慧化技术,促进专业化、规模化生产与小农户生产有机结合的方式,持续提高农产品供给能力与农业生态景观功能;特色保护模式主要依托乡村特有的历史文化遗产,结合乡村田园风光、农事体验活动和生态环境等乡村特有资源,适度发展文化旅游及相关产业;融合发展模式主要凭借城市及周边村镇资源,发挥城市带动作用,实现村镇联动发展。

乡村振兴战略下茂名市美丽乡村建设发展现状与对策研究

各个地区积极响应乡村振兴战略,在系列工作中坚持从实际出发,规划引领,推进乡村振兴,基于此,总结、借鉴了国内外乡村建设的实践经验,以茂名市为例,深入分析了茂名市美丽乡村建设的现状和取得的成效,同时发现存在基础设施欠缺、精神文明建设不够完善、村民欠缺主体意识和参与治理积极性低、建设人才缺乏及人员行政意识不高、缺少足够的资金支持等问题。基于此,从加大精神文明建设投入、提高村民主体意识、培养专业乡村人才队伍、发展旅游业和数字经济型产业4个方面提出了优化茂名市美丽乡村建设的策略。
