Rapid population growth and artificial oasis enlargement did pose great threat to the natural riparian ecosystems of Tarim River and caused seriously ecological deterioration and greater desertification of the Tarim R...Rapid population growth and artificial oasis enlargement did pose great threat to the natural riparian ecosystems of Tarim River and caused seriously ecological deterioration and greater desertification of the Tarim River Basin in the second half of 20 century. Restoration of the endangered riparian ecosystem requires that environmental flow should be restored through restricted and uncontrolled flow diversion irrigation in tributary areas. Implementation of such restriction needs further the basin-wide reallocation of water resources through a set of engineering and non-engineering measures taken to ensure the water requirement in the tributary and maintain effective flows in Tarim River. As one of evolving HELP (Hydrology for Environment, Life and Policy) basins, the article first presents an overview of hydrology, socio-economic development and ecosystem evolution of the Tarim River Basin. Then, those measures for restoring and maintaining environmental flow are reviewed and analyzed along with its applicability and validity. The issues emerging in implementing those measures are also explored, and then the conclusions were summarized. Lessons learned could provide a good example for other basins under similar conditions.展开更多

No services, delayed services, inadequate services and poor or delayed information flow all hinder or prevent the normal course of business. The health of the service-oriented approach, the communication flow and the services themselves directly equate to the health and vitality of the enterprise. By health we mean, availability, performance, integrity, and reliability of web services. This paper proposes and details an agent based approach for web service monitoring in an enterprise environment. The objective of this approach is to provide enhanced security, improved help desk information and attribution across a diverse web services landscape that is logically a system but physically distributed. The definition of the agents, their logical locations, their functionality and relationships has not been described previously. This architecture provides many advantages over previous methodologies for event monitoring including assignment of overlapping responsibilities, reduction in help desk effort and placement of measurements throughout the upper layers of the web services system. This is also the first enumeration of significant events and information requirements at the service level. It also assigns responsibility to the components (agents, handlers or the service itself) for logging and alerting such events. In this paper, we argue that flexible helping hosts (referred to as Message Cabs (MCabs)), with deployment and routes that response to the changes in the traffic demand of the network, may overcome this drawback and reduce the message delay in the networks. To demonstrate the effectiveness of this observation, we propose a new helping host scheme namely the Message Cab (MCab) scheme for partition restoration in MANETs, and validate the performance through simulations.展开更多

目的探讨基于医院老年生活计划(the hospital elder life program,HELP)模式的集束化干预策略对老年髋部骨折患者术后谵妄的预防及护理效果。方法选取2019年9月至2022年6月住院并手术的老年髋部骨折患者167例,用数字表法随机分为对照组8...目的探讨基于医院老年生活计划(the hospital elder life program,HELP)模式的集束化干预策略对老年髋部骨折患者术后谵妄的预防及护理效果。方法选取2019年9月至2022年6月住院并手术的老年髋部骨折患者167例,用数字表法随机分为对照组87例和观察组80例,分别收住A病区和B病区。其中对照组患者给予骨折围手术期常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上,增加基于HELP模式的集束化干预方案进行谵妄的预防及护理。结果观察组患者谵妄发生率(8.75%)低于对照组(20.69%),谵妄持续时间(3.36±0.56)d短于对照组(4.25±1.03)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后3 d内疼痛评分、术后40项恢复质量评分、住院费用、出院时患者满意度调查评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组患者术后重度疼痛发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基于HELP模式的集束化干预策略应用于老年髋部骨折术后谵妄护理,能有效地降低了患者术后谵妄的发生率,最大程度提高患者术后恢复质量,提高患者满意度。展开更多
