Isolated resection of caudate lobe is a major challenge especially when it is carried out laparoscopically. We report a case of successful total laparoscopic resection of caudate lobe using the technique of curettage and aspiration on a hepatic hemangioma which measured 7 cm ×5 cm. As far as we know, this is the first report from Asia on isolated laparoscopic resection of the hepatic caudate lobe.展开更多
