We based our approach on establishing a comprehensive advantage evaluating index system that offers scientific substance for creating a development plan and the strategic management of high-tech industry and regional clusters of high-tech enterprises. Furthermore, this paper selects some typical high-tech enterprises’ data to make comprehensive training on the network system. Meanwhile, the paper chooses some enterprises as testing samples to test the method, the result of which proves that this method is truly effective. The research of this paper provides a comprehensive advantage evaluating and managing method for high-tech enterprise.展开更多
