In direct sequence spread spectrum communication both for satelliteto-ground and inter-satellite links, the system constrains due to radio frequency spectral occupation, channel data throughput and link performances in terms of data channel coding which might result in a signal structure where the symbol duration is shorter than the pseudo code period. This can generate some difficulties in the DSSS signal acquisition due to the polarity inversion caused by the data modulation. To eliminate the influence due to polarity inversion, this paper proposes a novel acquisition algorithm based on the simultaneous search of the code phase, data phase and Doppler frequency. In the proposed algorithm the data phase is predicted and the correlation period for the coherent integration can be set equal to the symbol duration. Then non-coherent accumulation over different symbol is implemented in order to enhance the acquisition algorithm sensitivity; the interval of non-coherent accumulation is the least common multiple between the symbol duration and the pseudo code period. The algorithm proposed can largely minimize the SNR loss caused by data polarity inversion and enhance acquisition performance without a noticeable increase in hardware complexity. Theoretical analysis, simulation and measured results verify the validity of the algorithm. 展开更多

We experiment high speed data acquisition and fast Fourier analysis for a plurality of groups of high frequency analog signals, at the same time the results display on the computer. Neutral beam injection is one of the effective auxiliary heating methods in magnetic-confinementfusion experiments. In order to acquire the suppressor-grid current signal and avoid the grid being damaged by overheating, a data acquisition and over-current protection system based on the PXI(PCI e Xtensions for Instrumentation) platform has been developed. The system consists of a current sensor, data acquisition module and over-current protection module. In the data acquisition module,the acquired data of one shot will be transferred in isolation and saved in a data-storage server in a txt file. It can also be recalled using NBWave for future analysis. The over-current protection module contains two modes: remote and local. This gives it the function of setting a threshold voltage remotely and locally, and the forbidden time of over-current protection also can be set by a host PC in remote mode. Experimental results demonstrate that the data acquisition and overcurrent protection system has the advantages of setting forbidden time and isolation transmission. 展开更多

This article presents a high-speed real-time data acquisition system based on peripheral component interconnect (PCI) bus and field programmable gate array (FPGA) for sampling electromagnetic radiation caused by video signal. The hardware design and controlling flow of each module are introduced in detail. The sampling rate can reach 64 Msps and system transfers speed can be up to 128 Mb/s by using time interleaving, which increases the overall sampling speed of a system by operating two data converters in parallel. 展开更多

The dynamic range of the currently most widely used 24-bit seismic data acquisition devices is 10–20 d B lower than that of broadband seismometers, and this can affect the completeness of seismic waveform recordings under certain conditions. However, this problem is not easy to solve because of the lack of analog to digital converter(ADC) chips with more than 24 bits in the market. In this paper, we propose a method in which an adder, an integrator, a digital to analog converter chip, a field-programmable gate array, and an existing low-resolution ADC chip are used to build a third-order 16-bit oversampling delta-sigma modulator. This modulator is equipped with a digital decimation filter, thus facilitating higher resolution and larger dynamic range seismic data acquisition. Experimental results show that, within the 0.1–40 Hz frequency range, the circuit board's dynamic range reaches 158.2 d B, its resolution reaches 25.99 bits, and its linearity error is below 2.5 ppm, which is better than what is achieved by the commercial 24-bit ADC chips ADS1281 and CS5371. This demonstrates that the proposed method may alleviate or even completely resolve the amplitude-limitation problem that so commonly occurs with broadband observation instruments during strong earthquakes. 展开更多

Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA),combined with ARM(Advanced RISC Machines) is increasingly employed in the portable data acquisition(DAQ) system for nuclear experiments to reduce the system volume and achieve powerful and multifunctional capacity.High-speed data transmission between FPGA and ARM is one of the most challenging issues for system implementation.In this paper,we propose a method to realize the high-speed data transmission by using the FPGA to acquire massive data from FEE(Front-end electronics) and send it to the ARM whilst the ARM to transmit the data to the remote computer through the TCP/IP protocol for later process.This paper mainly introduces the interface design of the high-speed transmission method between the FPGA and the ARM,the transmission logic of the FPGA,and the program design of the ARM.The theoretical research shows that the maximal transmission speed between the FPGA and the ARM through this way can reach 50 MB/s.In a realistic nuclear physics experiment,this portable DAQ system achieved 2.2 MB/s data acquisition speed. 展开更多

准噶尔盆地目前4 500 m以深的深层油气探明率较低,近年来深层油气勘探目标成为该地区勘探发现的战略接替区。为了查清地下深层结构,重新构建和部署了准噶尔盆地二维地震格架线,利用以往采集资料和重新采集的新资料拼接形成了数十条线组... 准噶尔盆地目前4 500 m以深的深层油气探明率较低,近年来深层油气勘探目标成为该地区勘探发现的战略接替区。为了查清地下深层结构,重新构建和部署了准噶尔盆地二维地震格架线,利用以往采集资料和重新采集的新资料拼接形成了数十条线组成的二维格架网。基于“两宽一高”技术体系,采用一系列采集关键技术,如“高激发密度、高接收密度、高覆盖密度和长排列”的“三高一长”采集技术,解决了准噶尔盆地深层油气勘探地震采集面临的深层目标地震信号“能量低、干扰强、成像差和不成像”等难题。新采集并经后期处理后的资料成像效果显著提高,为建立盆地石炭系-二叠系统一的地层格架、明确石炭系隆凹格局、查清富烃凹陷下组合地层及烃源岩展布特征提供了良好的资料基础,为下一步深层油气勘探工作提供了有效指导。 展开更多

A Cooling System with a Fan for Thermal Management of High-Power LEDs

To improve the heat dissipation of high-power light-emitting diodes (LEDs), a cooling system with a fan is proposed. In the experiment, the LEDs array of 18 W composed of 6 LEDs of 3 W is used and the room temperature is 26oC. Results show that the temperature of the substrate of LEDs reaches 62oC without the fan, however, it reaches only 32oC when the best cooling condition appears. The temperature of the LEDs decreases by 30oC since the heat produced by LEDs is transferred rapidly by the fan. The experiment demonstrates that the cooling system with the fan has good performance. 展开更多

针对卫星导航信号抗干扰领域中进行高精度高速多通道数据采集的需要,系统采用ADI公司的16位高速串行AD转换芯片AD9653,完成模数转换,其转换精度可达16比特,转换速率最高为125MSPS。分析AD9653的高速串行数据接口特点,采用Xilinx公司的Ki... 针对卫星导航信号抗干扰领域中进行高精度高速多通道数据采集的需要,系统采用ADI公司的16位高速串行AD转换芯片AD9653,完成模数转换,其转换精度可达16比特,转换速率最高为125MSPS。分析AD9653的高速串行数据接口特点,采用Xilinx公司的Kintex-7系列FPGA提供的片同步技术,进行位时钟自适应相位校准和数据帧调整研究,保证了高速串行数据传输的稳定性与正确性。采用内部FIFO数据缓存的方式实现多通道数据的片内同步以保证后续抗干扰算法的正确处理。研究结果表明,使用该方法进行高速串行数据采集时系统稳定可靠、正确无误。为多通道高速串行数据采集提供了一种切实可行的解决方案,对类似需求的数据采集系统具有一定的参考价值。 展开更多

数据采集系统是数字示波器(DSO)的核心组成单元,随着示波器带宽采样率的逐步提升,单片模数转换器(ADC)+现场可编辑门控阵列(FPGA)的架构难以满足超高速以及多通道的应用场景,因此,高端示波器中数据采集系统普遍采用“主从”FPGA控制架... 数据采集系统是数字示波器(DSO)的核心组成单元,随着示波器带宽采样率的逐步提升,单片模数转换器(ADC)+现场可编辑门控阵列(FPGA)的架构难以满足超高速以及多通道的应用场景,因此,高端示波器中数据采集系统普遍采用“主从”FPGA控制架构。在该架构下,多个FPGA之间信号的同步传输是实现采集系统的同步和精确采集的重要前提。针对多FPGA板卡之间的信号同步传输问题,提出了一种FPGA之间高速信号同步传输的方法,借助FPGA的IODELAY单元,通过测试数据训练找到最稳定的同步传输区间,实现多FPGA之间的同步传输。在自研的数字示波器上的实验表明,该方法能够有效实现FPGA之间高速信号的同步传输。 展开更多

针对当前作物表型采集平台存在适用性差、采集数据量少、对农田配套设施要求高且需要人工实地采集等问题,该研究设计了一种基于桁架导轨结构的农田高通量信息远程采集平台。采集平台的运动轨道为桁架导轨结构,平台搭载相机、雷达、北斗... 针对当前作物表型采集平台存在适用性差、采集数据量少、对农田配套设施要求高且需要人工实地采集等问题,该研究设计了一种基于桁架导轨结构的农田高通量信息远程采集平台。采集平台的运动轨道为桁架导轨结构,平台搭载相机、雷达、北斗及集成式环境传感器,可在轨道上进行前后(X轴)、左右(Y轴)、俯仰(P轴)运动,通过4G通信方式实现作物表型信息及农田环境信息的远程多方位采集。田间试验表明,4G远程通信端到端的最大延时不超过60 ms,远程监控端和采集平台端可在极短时间内进行数据交互;在远程监控端下发X、Y、P三轴阶跃信号控制指令,采集平台三轴的运动速度分别为0.5 m/s、0.0769 m/s和1.81°/s,表型传感器可在较短时间内到达目标位置进行信息采集,响应稳态误差分别为0.04 m/s、0.001 m和0.5°,运动过程平滑稳定,保证采集数据质量;Y轴从最左端移动到最右端跨度2 m的过程中,可有效对10行玉米产生近距离有效拍摄,P轴从-60°到60°的俯仰拍摄中,可对玉米苗带行垂直、前侧、后侧等几种不同的方向进行表型采集,且相机图像与雷达点云采集的一致,相机旋转俯仰拍摄的过程中受光照影响较小;对采集到相机及雷达数据融合得到具有颜色信息的三维点云,通过融合后的信息对油菜进行分株及提取株高信息,与人工实际测量株高值对比得到的R^(2)为0.96,表明采集数据效果满足后期实际作物表型参数的分析与处理;单区域的环境信息采集平均耗时10 s,各项环境参数组内无明显差异,与实测数据相比精度均大于0.95。研究结果表明该采集平台满足对农田高通量表型数据的智能化采集要求。 展开更多
