The results show that F-TRIP steel, a tradi- tional TRIP steel containing as-cold-rolled ferfite and pearlite as the original microstructure, consists of equiaxed grains of intercritical ferrite surrounded by discrete particles of M/RA and B. In contrast, M-TRIP steel, a modified TRiP-aided steel with martensite as the original mi- crostlucture, containing full martensite as the original microstructure is comprised of lath-shaped grains of ferrite separated by lath-shaped martensite/retained austenite and bainite. Most of the austenite in F-TRIP steel is granular, while the austenite in M-TRIP steel is lath-shaped. The volume fraction of the retained austenite as well as its carbon content is lower in F-TRIP steel than in M-TRIP steel, and austenite grains in M-TRIP steel are much finer than those in F-TRIP steel. Therefore, M-TRIP steel was concluded to have a higher austenite stability, re- sulting in a lower transformation rate and consequently contributing to a higher elongation compared to F-TRIP steel. Work hardening be- havior is also discussed for both types of steel.展开更多

For Ni-rich Ti80-xNixHf20 alloys, their phase transformation temperatures are averagely increased more than 100 K by aging at 823 K for 2 h. Especially for the alloys with Ni-content of 50.4 at. pct and 50.6 at. pct, their martensitic transformation start temperatures (Ms) are more than 473 K after aging. TEM observation confirmed that some fine particles precipitate from the matrix during aging. The aged Ni-rich TiNiHf SMAs show the better thermal stability of phase transformation temperatures than the solutiontreated TiNiHf alloys. The fine particles precipitated during aging should be responsible for the increase of phase transformation temperatures and its high stability.展开更多

A high magnetic field accelerates ferrite transformation, changes the morphology of the transformed microstructures and increases the A3 and A1 temperature. In a magnetic field of 30T, the A1 temperature increases by about 37.1℃ for Fe-0.8C, the A3 temperature for pure Fe increases by about 33.1℃. The measured transformation temperature data are not consistent with calculation results using Weiss molecular field theory. Ferrite grains are elongated and aligned along the direction of magnetic field in Fe-0.4C and Fe-0.6C alloys by ferrite transformation, but elongated and aligned structure was not found in pure Fe, Fe-0.05C alloy and Fe-1.5Mn-0.11C-0.1V alloy.展开更多

Meanwhile, the underlying mechanism behind discharge breakdown failure and nanofiller enhancement under high-frequency electrical stress remains unclear. An electric-thermal coupled discharge breakdown phase field model was constructed to study the evolution of the breakdown path in polyimide nanocomposite insulation subjected to high-frequency stress. The investigation focused on analyzing the effect of various factors, including frequency, temperature, and nanofiller shape, on the breakdown path of Polyimide(PI) composites. Additionally, it elucidated the enhancement mechanism of nano-modified composite insulation at the mesoscopic scale. The results indicated that with increasing frequency and temperature, the discharge breakdown path demonstrates accelerated development, accompanied by a gradual dominance of Joule heat energy. This enhancement is attributed to the dispersed electric field distribution and the hindering effect of the nanosheets. The research findings offer a theoretical foundation and methodological framework to inform the optimal design and performance management of new insulating materials utilized in high-frequency power equipment.展开更多

In particular, we discuss the use of blockwise integer to integer transforms, subsequent application of a dimensionality reduction method, and Burrows-Wheeler based lossless compression for the PNG data and the use of high correlation based modeling of sorted transform coefficients for the raw floating point magnitude and phase data. The gains exhibited are substantial over the application of different lossless methods directly on the data and competitive with existing lossy approaches. The methods presented are effective for large scale processing of similar data formats as they are heavily based on techniques which scale well on parallel architectures.展开更多

文摘The hot deformation behavior and microstructure evolution of high manganese transformation induced plasticity steel(Fe - 20Mn - 3Si - 3Al) were investigated by using hot compression test in a temperature range from 800℃to 1 050℃and strain rate ranging from 0.01 s^(-1) to 5.0 s^(-1).The effects of temperature, strain rate, and true strain on the flow behavior and microstructures of high manganese transformation induced plasticity steel were discussed. The results show that the dynamic recrystallization occurs only at higher temperature and lower strain rate.Hot deformation behaviors of high manganese transformation induced plasticity steel were sensitive to temperature and strain rate. The apparent stress exponent and the apparent activation energy of the investigated steel were about 4.280 and 463.791 kJ/mol, respectively. The apparent activation energy of the high manganese transformation induced plasticity steel was approached to the austenitic stainless steel(400 -500 kJ/mol).The hot working equation is obtained. Hot deformation peak stress increased with increasing of the value of lnZ.Peak stress and InZ exhibits a linear variation, the linear correlation coefficient was 0.988 9.The results show that the dynamic recrystallization was prone to occur when lnZ≤43.842 26 and Z≤1.098×10^(19),and better hot deformation properties would be obtained under this condition.

文摘We investigated phase transition and precipitation of ultra-high strength steel(UHSS)in a new "short process" with controlled rolling and controlled cooling.Thermalexpansion test combined with metallographic observation was used to research the continuous cooling transformation(CCT)curve. Moreover, the microstructuraltransformation and precipitation law was revealed by morphologicalobservation and alloying elements by electron probe micro-analyzer(EPMA).Transmission electron microscopy(TEM)was utilized to analyze the composition and grain orientation of microstructure. The study showed that the measured criticaltransformation temperatures of Ac1 and Ac3 were 746 and 868 ℃,respectively. The CCT curve indicated that the undercooled austenite was transformed into proeutectoid ferrite and bainite with HV 520 in a broad range of cooling rate 0.1^(-1) ℃·s^(-1).When subjected to a cooling rate of 1 ℃·s^(-1),the undercooled austenite was divided into small-sized blocks by formed martensite. With further increase of cooling rate,micro-hardness increased dramatically, the microstructure of specimen was mainly lathe bainite(LB),granular bainite(GB),lath martensite(LM)and residualaustenite.By diffraction test analysis,it was identified that there was K-S orientation relationship between martensite and austenite for {110}_α//{111}_γ,{111}_α//{101}_γ.EPMA clearly showed that carbon diffused adequately due to staying for a long time at high temperature with a lower cooling rate of 2 ℃·s-1.Phase transition drive force was lower and the residualaustenite existed in the block form of Martensite austenite island(M-A).With the increase of cooling rate to 10 ℃·s^(-1),the block residualaustenite reduced, the carbon content of residualaustenite increased and α phase around the residualaustenite formed into a low carbon bainite form.
文摘In this paper, we investigate an integrable high order nonlocal coupled Ablowitz-Kaup-Newell-Segur (AKNS) system for the first time. With the aid of Lax pair of this nonlocal system, Darboux transformation (DT) and new soliton-like solutions are obtained. Different from local equations, Darboux transformation of nonlocal systems needs to meet certain conditions. In this article, under the condition of symmetry reduction, the components of Darboux transformation need to satisfy <img src="Edit_6aa5df34-2f85-4c91-a185-17195a7f82ee.bmp" alt="" />. In order to study the dynamic information of the solutions, the images of the solutions are given.
文摘In this document, we present new techniques for near-lossless and lossy compression of SAR imagery saved in PNG and binary formats of magnitude and phase data based on the application of transforms, dimensionality reduction methods, and lossless compression. The methods presented are effective for large scale processing of similar data formats as they are heavily based on techniques which scale well on parallel architectures.
