This paper presents a flexible and high speed digital scan converter (DSC) with the ability to handle high frequency ultrasound imaging in real-time. The characteristics in imaging system such as focus length of transducer, the swing radius and sampling length etc. could be changed easily in compliance with the researcher's application based on this flexible digital scan converter. Linear interpolation is employed to achieve the coordinate transformations algorithm. Custom-built software is programmed to preliminarily handle the algorithm according to different ultrasound imaging applications. High performance FPGA will implement high speed interpolation calculation based on the preliminary data which are stored in the DDR2 SDRAM from the software. 64 bit 66 MHz PCI is employed to accomplish high speed data transmission. Experiment has shown that more than 500 frame rate could be achieved based on this high speed digital scan converter. The designed flexible and high speed digital scan converter could be used in current FPGA based high frequency ultrasound imaging system. 展开更多

With the widespread application of the computer and microelectronic technology in the industry,digitization becomes the inevitable developing trend of the hydraulic technology.Digitization of the hydraulic components is critical in the digital hydraulic technology.High-speed on-of valves(HSVs)which convert a train of input pulses into the fast and accurate switching between the on and of states belong to widely used basic digital hydraulic elements.In some ways,the characteristics of the HSVs determine the performance of the digital hydraulic systems.This paper discusses the development of HSVs and their applications.First,the HSVs with innovative structures which is classifed into direct drive valves and pilot operated valves are discussed,with the emphasis on their performance.Then,an overview of HSVs with intelligent materials is presented with considering of the switching frequency and fow capacity.Finally,the applications of the HSVs are reviewed,including digital hydraulic components with the integration of the HSVs and digital hydraulic systems controlled by the HSVs. 展开更多

This paper proposes the design and development of a novel, portable and low-cost intelligent electronic device (IED) for real-time monitoring of high frequency phenomena in CENELEC PLC band. A high speed floating-point digital signal processor (DSP) along with 4 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) is used to develop the intelligent electronic device. An optimized algorithm to process the analog signal in real-time and to extract the meaningful result using signal processing techniques has been implemented on the device. A laboratory environment has setup with all the necessary equipment including the development of the load model to evaluate the performance of the IED. Smart meter and concentrator is also connected to the low voltage (LV) network to monitor the PLC communication using the IED. The device has been tested in the laboratory and it has produced very promising results for time domain as well as frequency domain analysis. Those results imply that the IED is fully capable of monitoring high frequency disturbances in CENELEC PLC band. 展开更多

An optimal design approach of high order FIR digital filter is developed based on the algorithm of neural networks with cosine basis function . The main idea is to minimize the sum of the square errors between the amplitude response of the desired FIR filter and that of the designed by training the weights of neural networks, then obtains the impulse response of FIR digital filter . The convergence theorem of the neural networks algorithm is presented and proved, and the optimal design method is introduced by designing four kinds of FIR digital filters , i.e., low-pass, high-pass, bandpass , and band-stop FIR digital filter. The results of the amplitude responses show that attenuation in stop-bands is more than 60 dB with no ripple and pulse existing in pass-bands, and cutoff frequency of passband and stop-band is easily controlled precisely .The presented optimal design approach of high order FIR digital filter is significantly effective. 展开更多

为解决起伏地形下民航甚高频(very high frequency,VHF)地空通信信号覆盖范围计算精度低、冗余度大、数字高程模型(digital elevation model,DEM)数据获取缺乏自动性及信号覆盖图可视性差等问题,采用最大遮蔽角截止法等进行仿真研究。首... 为解决起伏地形下民航甚高频(very high frequency,VHF)地空通信信号覆盖范围计算精度低、冗余度大、数字高程模型(digital elevation model,DEM)数据获取缺乏自动性及信号覆盖图可视性差等问题,采用最大遮蔽角截止法等进行仿真研究。首先,考虑计算覆盖范围存在误差,提出利用反距离加权(inverse distance weight,IDW)插值法提高地形辨识度并在计算覆盖范围时考虑大气损耗;其次,为解决DEM数据获取缺乏自动性,利用MATLAB编码自动提取;再次,考虑遮蔽角计算存在冗余,采用“最大遮蔽角截止法”降低计算量;最后,为使覆盖范围直观可视,绘制二维及三维的覆盖显示图。结果表明,这些方法使遮蔽角计算量相较改进前降低了约64.60%,信号覆盖精度相较改进前提高了约3.315%。改进的覆盖仿真程序可以为VHF地面通信台站选址及飞行航线规划提供有效支撑。 展开更多

目的:分析高频数字化钼靶摄影与螺旋CT、MRI检查在乳腺癌诊断中的临床价值。方法:选取2021年2月—2023年11月广州市中西医结合医院收治的疑似乳腺癌患者123例为研究对象。患者均接受高频数字化钼靶摄影、螺旋CT、MRI及病理学检查。分析... 目的:分析高频数字化钼靶摄影与螺旋CT、MRI检查在乳腺癌诊断中的临床价值。方法:选取2021年2月—2023年11月广州市中西医结合医院收治的疑似乳腺癌患者123例为研究对象。患者均接受高频数字化钼靶摄影、螺旋CT、MRI及病理学检查。分析高频数字化钼靶摄影、螺旋CT、MRI检查技术的诊断结果,以病理学检查结果为“金标准”,比较高频数字化钼靶摄影、螺旋CT、MRI检查技术的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、准确率。结果:123例疑似乳腺癌患者,通过病理学检查确诊乳腺癌84例,阳性率为68.29%。MRI的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、准确率高于高频数字化钼靶摄影及螺旋CT,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高频数字化钼靶摄影、螺旋CT、MRI在乳腺癌的诊断中各有优势,但MRI的诊断效能较高,临床应根据患者的具体情况,合理选择合适的检查技术。 展开更多

Initialization and initial imbalance problem were discussed in the context of a three-dimensional variational data assimilation system of the new generation"Weather Research and Forecasting Model". Several options of digital filter initialization have been tested with a rain storm case. It is shown that digital filter initialization, especially diabatic digital filter initialization and twice digital filter initialization, have effectively removed spurious high frequency noise from initial data for numerical weather prediction and produced balanced initial conditions. For six consecutive intermittent data assimilation cycles covering a 3-day period, mean initialization increments and impact on forecast variables are studied. DFI has been demonstrated to provide better adjustment of the hydrometeors and vertical velocity, reduced spin-up time, and improved forecast variables quantity. 展开更多

在某些高动态弱信号场景中,载波相位难以锁定。为实现对高动态弱全球导航卫星系统(GNSS)信号的跟踪,考虑锁频环较锁相环更为鲁棒,提出了一种基于锁频环(FLL)+差分解调的算法,实现对GNSS信号的跟踪和解调。该算法采用二阶FLL实现对卫星... 在某些高动态弱信号场景中,载波相位难以锁定。为实现对高动态弱全球导航卫星系统(GNSS)信号的跟踪,考虑锁频环较锁相环更为鲁棒,提出了一种基于锁频环(FLL)+差分解调的算法,实现对GNSS信号的跟踪和解调。该算法采用二阶FLL实现对卫星信号的频率进行跟踪,差分解调算法实现对比特数据的解调。工程应用上,算法采用现场可编程门阵列和数字信号处理器(FPGA+DSP)的架构实现,在FPGA中实现信号的跟踪信号的前处理,在DSP中实现跟踪环路算法、位同步和差分解调。本文在Matlab平台中实现算法的仿真,通过模拟器平台和对天接收真实的GNSS信号对算法进行验证。仿真结果与实验结果表明,该算法在高动态弱信号条件下能实现对卫星信号的稳定跟踪和数据的解调,克服了锁相环难以锁定导致数据无法解调的难题,最终实现GNSS信号在该条件下的位置、速度和时间(PVT)解算。 展开更多

肛周指诊与高频超声检查对临床鉴别诊断肛周脓肿及其分型的准确度对比

目的对比分析肛周指诊与高频超声检查对临床鉴别诊断肛周脓肿及其分型的准确度。方法选取2021年1月~2022年6月治疗的100例肛周脓肿患者,所有患者均接受肛周指诊与高频超声检查,对比两种方式的诊断准确度以及分型诊断的准确度。结果试验... 目的对比分析肛周指诊与高频超声检查对临床鉴别诊断肛周脓肿及其分型的准确度。方法选取2021年1月~2022年6月治疗的100例肛周脓肿患者,所有患者均接受肛周指诊与高频超声检查,对比两种方式的诊断准确度以及分型诊断的准确度。结果试验结果显示,高频超声共计检出98例,检出率为98.0%,肛周指诊共计检出87例,检出率为87.0%,高频超声对肛周脓肿的检出率显著高于肛周指诊(P<0.05)。高频超声检出的98例患者分型为:皮下脓肿82例,坐骨直肠窝脓肿6例,高位肌间脓肿10例,漏诊的2例则包含坐骨直肠窝脓肿和皮下脓肿各1例;高频超声检出的98例患者分期为:48例脓肿形成前期患者,超声显示脓肿的体积差异明显,可以查见脓肿边缘,以低回声、无回声、中等回声交错,给予局部理疗和抗菌药物治疗,并根据实际情况对患者实施热水坐浴等方式进行治疗,患者均得到了治愈;有11例肛瘘形成,超声显示肛瘘部存在较低的张力,同时表现出管壁状线条低回声。能够见弯曲状或条索状,其切面表现为圆形,部分患者可发现液性暗区;也有一些腔内充满气体会表现出强回声;偶尔可在瘘管周边发现血流信号;另外39例为脓肿形成期,超声显示不稳定的形态,脓肿周围出现了数量不等的点状血流信号,39例为脓肿形成期患者和另外11例肛瘘形成患者则接受了超声引导下手术方式予以治疗,术后常规随访至今,所有患者均未出现复发现象。另外2例漏诊的患者均为肛瘘形成期。结论高频超声检查对临床鉴别诊断肛周脓肿具有很高的检出率,并显著高于肛周指诊诊断方式,且能够较为准确的判定病情分型,值得推广。 展开更多

电网中包含的高次谐波会对稳控装置运行造成不良影响,因此需研究不同类型的谐波对稳控装置采样、滤波、策略等多个环节的影响。分析了直流换流站近区高次谐波的产生原因及特性,重点分析了由于频率混叠导致的对基波产生较大影响的整次谐... 电网中包含的高次谐波会对稳控装置运行造成不良影响,因此需研究不同类型的谐波对稳控装置采样、滤波、策略等多个环节的影响。分析了直流换流站近区高次谐波的产生原因及特性,重点分析了由于频率混叠导致的对基波产生较大影响的整次谐波特性,并提出了应对方案。应对方案包括在硬件滤波回路设计上调整滤波电路的截止频率,提高硬件滤波的效果;在软件设计上通过提高采样频率,同时运用MATLAB软件进行数字滤波器功能设计,以软件滤波的形式消除频率混叠对稳控装置的影响,实现了在高频段进行采样,在低频段进行数字滤波、插值的处理,保证原有的处理原则不发生变化。最后结合RTDS仿真测试,验证了改进方案的适应性。 展开更多

The ongoing transformation of electrical power systems highlights the weaknesses of the protection schemes of traditional devices because they are designed and configured according to traditional characteristics of the system.Therefore,this work proposes a new methodology to study the fault-generated high frequency transient signals in transmission lines through multiresolution analysis.The high frequency components are determined by a new digital filtering technique based on mathematical morphology theory and a spectral energy index.Consequently,wide spectra of signals in the time–frequency domain are obtained.The performance of this method is verified on an electrical power system modeled in ATP-Draw,where simulation and test signals are developed for different locations,fault resistances,inception angles,high frequency noises,sampling frequencies,types of faults,and shapes of the structuring element.The results show the characteristics of the fault such as the traveling wave frequency,location,and starting time. 展开更多

目的开发普通话版宽带噪声数字串测试(broadband digit triplet test,BB-DTT)和低通滤波噪声下数字串测试(low-pass digit triplet test,LP-DTT)材料,验证其检测早期高频听力损失的敏感度和特异性,以期为临床提供一种快速有效的筛查工... 目的开发普通话版宽带噪声数字串测试(broadband digit triplet test,BB-DTT)和低通滤波噪声下数字串测试(low-pass digit triplet test,LP-DTT)材料,验证其检测早期高频听力损失的敏感度和特异性,以期为临床提供一种快速有效的筛查工具。方法录制引导语“数字”及0~9十个数字,将各数字调整至相同的响度(均方根)后进行连接,再与引导语连接后构成测试所用的三位数字串,并通过重复叠加数字串形成测试材料的宽带噪声与低通滤波噪声。招募听力正常者和高频听力损失者各20例,依次进行声导抗、纯音听阈以及BB-DTT和LP-DTT测试,通过每个数字在前置、居中和后置三个位点的结果和需要调整的电平值保证测试材料的同质性,通过测试结果与高频平均听阈的相关性、特征值、敏感度和特异性验证测试材料的有效性。结果①BB-DTT和LP-DTT的SRT阈值与纯音高频平均听阈PTA(3、4、6、8 kHz)之间呈高度相关(Pearson相关系数=0.73、0.71,P<0.01)。②普通话版BB-DTT和LP-DTT测试材料的最佳诊断点分别为-10.5 dB和-15.2 dB。BB-DTT和LP-DTT的受试者工作特性曲线下的面积(AUC)分别为0.97和0.96。③BB-DTT测试材料的敏感度为0.90,特异性为0.95;LP-DTT测试材料的敏感度为0.95,特异性为0.85。结论本研究开发的普通话版BB-DTT、LP-DTT在检测高频听力损失时具有较高的敏感度和特异性,可快速有效地筛查早期高频听力损失。 展开更多
