Purpose–This study aims to analyze the development direction of track geometry inspection equipment for high-speed comprehensive inspection train in China.Design/methodology/approach–The development of track geometry inspection equipment for highspeed comprehensive inspection train in China in the past 20 years can be divided into 3 stages.Track geometry inspection equipment 1.0 is the stage of analog signal.At the stage 1.0,the first priority is to meet the China’s railways basic needs of pre-operation joint debugging,safety assessment and daily dynamic inspection,maintenance and repair after operation.Track geometry inspection equipment 2.0 is the stage of digital signal.At the stage 2.0,it is important to improve stability and reliability of track geometry inspection equipment by upgrading the hardware sensors and improving software architecture.Track geometry inspection equipment 3.0 is the stage of lightweight.At the stage 3.0,miniaturization,low power consumption,self-running and green economy are co-developing on demand.Findings–The ability of track geometry inspection equipment for high-speed comprehensive inspection train will be expanded.The dynamic inspection of track stiffness changes will be studied under loaded and unloaded conditions in response to the track local settlement,track plate detachment and cushion plate failure.The dynamic measurement method of rail surface slope and vertical curve radius will be proposed,to reveal the changes in railway profile parameters of high-speed railways and the relationship between railway profile,track irregularity and subsidence of subgrade and bridges.The 200 m cut-off wavelength of track regularity will be researched to adapt to the operating speed of 400 km/h.Originality/value–The research can provide new connotations and requirements of track geometry inspection equipment for high-speed comprehensive inspection train in the new railway stage. 展开更多

The high-end equipment represented by high-end machine tools and aero-engines is the core component of the national intelligent manufacturing plan,and the mass unbalance is the main reason for its excessive vibration,that seriously impacts the operation efficiency and running life of the equipment.In order to change the traditional way that the fault of equipment can only be repaired by human,the self-recovery mechanism of human and animal are given to the equipment in this paper,which forms the self-recovery regulation(SR)system for unbalance vibration of high-end equipment.The system can online generate the self-recovery force to restrain the unbalance vibration of the equipment in operation,which is an important direction for the development of the equipment to the advanced intelligent stage.Based on the basic principles of SR technique,the typical engineering application cases of this technique in the field of aeroengine and high-end machine tools are introduced,and four related studies promoting the development of this technique are summarized and analyzed in turn.It includes feature extraction,imbalance location,regulation method and balancing actuator.Self-recovery Regulation(SR)Technique is an important way to realize intelligent manufacturing and intelligent maintenance.Relevant research can lay a technical foundation for the development of high-end equipment with self-health function. 展开更多

Decomposition of tasks and selection of optimal schemes are key procedures in high-end equipment development processes.However,such procedures are highly innovative,technology intensive,interdisciplinary,and multi-party engineering projects,making the decomposition and scheme selection more difficult and complicated than that in the development of ordinary equipment.In this study,we consider three factors,namely,functional structure,task granularity,and task feasibility in task decomposition of high-end equipment development.Based on the principles of systems engineering,a method of task decomposition is proposed.As for decomposition scheme selection,a method based on the superiority and inferiority ranking(SIR)method mixed information and multiple attribute decision making is proposed by considering attributes of scheme feasibility,uncertainty risk and task integration complexity.To verify the proposed method,development of a military electric vehicle is used as an example to demonstrate the calculation process. 展开更多

Targeted at production opera-tion of the railway transportation department of a mining group and aimed at mine railway equipment management, we have estab-lished a management information system for the equipment in the entire process of the life cycle of equipment. The project deals with basic data about equipment, initial management, maintenance, operation and even disposal, based on a C/S and B/S structure. We adopted an object-oriented approach, dealing with software engineering, information engineering, economic and organizational measures. With the development of high-speed railway and heavy-haul rail transport in China,a large number of new types of electric locomotives and electric multiple units have been put into operation,improving the efficiency and equipment quality of railway transportation.However,harmonics emitted from the traction system and locomotives often interfere with the railway signalling equipment,which can lead to critical malfunction of the equipment.Based on field test data,this paper analyses the interference coupling mechanism and magnitude of traction harmonics to the signalling equipment using a three-element method of interference.It examines the three essential elements of electromagnetic interference,studies harmonic mitigation measures and proposes to solve the problem of inteference with signalling equipment by installing a passive high-pass filter in the coupling path.After comparing the effects of several types of filters using simulation tests,this paper verified the validity of the method and concluded that a second-order passive filter is the optimal solution for harmonic interference mitigation. 展开更多

First, online data are collected with focused crawlers and preprocessed to filter noise and duplicate. Then, user opinions are extracted based on the defined template, and users' sentiments are analyzed.Based on the relationship between user sentiments and attribute parameters, the parameter range that satisfies customers can be obtained.
