Under the background of rural revitalization,high-quality professional farmers are the backbone of modern agriculture.The cultivation of high-quality professional farmers has developed rapidly and achieved particularl...Under the background of rural revitalization,high-quality professional farmers are the backbone of modern agriculture.The cultivation of high-quality professional farmers has developed rapidly and achieved particularly obvious results.The number and quality of professional farmers have been continuously improved,and the scope and level of security have been continuously improved,and remarkable achievements have been made.The significance of studying it lies in that,under the trend of developing modern agriculture,the change of psychological capital of high-quality professional farmers as the object of cultivation has an important influence on the effect of cultivation.Studying the change of psychological capital of high-quality professional farmers can better improve the enthusiasm of high-quality professional farmers and improve their sense of self-efficacy,cultivate optimism,increase resilience in the face of difficulties,and enhance hope for better development.By referring to relevant literature,the author learned the current research status of many aspects of the cultivation of high-quality professional farmers in China,and had a certain understanding of its current situation.At the same time,the cultivation of high-quality professional farmers in Shanghai is in the forefront of the whole country.The author takes the leaders of Shanghai Agricultural Cooperatives as the investigation objects,and based on the social capital theory,studies their psychological capital situation and the influence of external factors on psychological capital situation.Psychological capital emphasizes who you are and what you want to be,while social capital emphasizes who you know and focuses on networks and connections.It is hoped that this study can provide suggestions on how to effectively increase the psychological capital of high-quality professional farmers.展开更多

The former encompasses a wide range of teachereducation initiatives at the levels of diploma, bachelor’s degree, postgraduate diploma, and even master’s degree for teacher licensure purposes. These are widely documented in the literature.What is important is how teacher professional development contributes to bolstering the teachereducator force, which is relatively insufficiently documented due to the very fact that different educational systems have somewhat different expectations of such programs in relation to the ideologies and theories underpinning the teacher professional development program design and curriculum offering. Taking stock of a postgraduate diploma program in English language teaching(PGDELT) for teachers’ continuing professional development with a 31-year history housed at a premier teacher education institution in Singapore, which has successfully graduated over 1, 000 English language teachers for colleges and universities in China, I intend to highlight some of its key features, as a former student and then a lecturer on the program, in order to draw implications for sustainable growth of language teacher education programs, especially those whose main purposes are to prepare teachers of English as a second or foreign language(ESL/EFL) and provide continuing professional development opportunities for such inservice teachers.展开更多

The main principles of project teaching, the technology of its adoption in teaching process, and some kinds of projects used in studying are reviewed. During the research the following methods were used: theoretical analysis, empirical, and statistical. While studying the course "Professional foreign language", the monitoring of effectiveness of project method use in teaching a foreign language was made. Monitoring was conducted under the following criteria: percent of progress, percent of quality of knowledge, and the level of motivation in studying English. The paper also ascertained the importance of maritime language in the global seafaring profession of maritime youth in the Philippines. The respondents of the present study were the young officers and seafarers of the maritime university, specifically, John B. Lacson Foundation Maritime University-Molo, Iloilo City, Philippines. Quantitative and qualitative mode of data collection was employed by the researchers. A researcher-made data gathering instrument was used to capture the necessary data in understanding the role of maritime language in the global seafaring profession. Sample utterances were gathered from the respondents and were subject to corresponding statistical interpretation. Qualitative information, comments, and remarks were utilized in this study to showcase the importance of maritime language in the profession of young officers and seafarers as graduates of leading global supplier in the international maritime industry.展开更多

After a summary of central problems concerning the German health sector and its current challenges, the study design behind the systematic content analysis as well as its criteria are presented. Selected results describe characteristics of expert literature for employer attractiveness in general, the attractiveness of German hospitals as employers (“hospital employer attractiveness” for short) as well as employer attractiveness from a medical doctor’s point of view.
