Persistent infections with specific high-risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV)strains are the leading cause of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions.HPV-16 and HPV-18 are associated with more than 70%of cervical cancer.However,with recent widespread vaccination efforts against cervical cancer,the infection rates of HPV-16 and HPV-18 have decreased across all age groups,while the infection rates of other HR-HPV strains have increased.The non-16/18 HR-HPV strains play an important role in cervical lesions.These strains can be identified with extended genotyping,and the 2019 American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology(ASCCP)guidelines recommended an HPV-based testing to assess the risk of cervical disease in patients.We reviewed and analyzed the clinical benefits of applying extended HR-HPV genotyping,which was published by the International Agency for Research on Cancer(HPV-16,18,31,33,35,39,45,51,52,56,58,59,66,and 68),to cervical cancer screening.This review concluded that cervical cancer screening needs to include extended HR-HPV genotyping.The examination of extended HR-HPV genotyping in cervical intraepithelial lesions and cervical cancers can help guide clinical practices. 展开更多

Background: Since 2021, high-risk Human Papilloma Virus (HR-HPV) testing has been the recommended screening test for cervical cancer for all settings;either used alone in a “test and treat” strategy, or with a triage test, with or without biopsy, before treatment. Cameroon has rolled out immunization against HPV 16 and 18, but studies show a higher prevalence of non-16/18 HR-HPV types. Objectives: Determine the prevalence of precancerous lesions, in women with HR-HPV infection and evaluate association of digital cervicography (DC) VIA/VILI positivity with HPV serotype, as a measure of their contribution to precancer and cancer incidence. Methodology: The study was cross-sectional, descriptive, and analytic. It took place at the Etoug-Ebe and Ekoudoum Baptist Hospitals in Yaoundé, during the period April-September 2022. We reviewed the records of women screened for cervical cancer between February 2020 and December 2021 and evaluated the prevalence of lesions on digital cervicography (DC) with VIA/VILI for women positive for HR-HPV serotypes. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 20.0 for Windows. P values Results: We identified 315 cases with a positive HR-HPV deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) test, 224 (71.1%) had a DC VIA/VILI triage test done. Of these, 30 (13.4%) women had a positive DC VIA/VILI, with five women (2.2%) having lesions suggestive of cancer. Out of 11 cases positive for HPV 16 alone, 05 (45.5%) had a positive DC VIA/VILI test. Of the 14 cases positive for HPV 18 alone, 03 (21.4%) had a positive VIA/VILI, meanwhile only 19 (10.7%) of the 177 cases positive for non-16/18 HPV had a positive VIA/VILI test. Conclusion: A high proportion of women (13.4%) with HR HPV had a positive DC VIA/VILI, with a significant proportion (2.2%) having lesions suggestive of invasive cervical cancer HR-HPV serotype was associated with DC VIA/VILI positivity;HPV 16 had the strongest association (45.5%), followed by HPV 18 (21.4%), and non-16/18 HR-HPV (10.7%), suggesting a decreasing order of oncogenicity. 展开更多

Background: The incidence of cervical cancer is high in Bangladesh and there is a high prevalence of preinvasive lower genital tract disease among women of reproductive age. Persistent high-risk Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) infection is the main underlying cause of cervical cancer and its precursor, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN). Objective: The aim of the study was to identify the subtypes of high-risk HPV infection among women with the colposcopic diagnosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia in Bangladesh. Methods: This cross-sectional observational study was conducted in the colposcopy clinic of Dhaka Medical College Hospital over a six-month period. A total of 100 participants were enrolled. Married women, between 30 - 60 years of age with colposcopically diagnosed cervical intra epithelial neoplasia were enrolled. Women with chronic illness, pregnancy, and women unable to consent were excluded from this study. After counselling, colposcopically directed punch biopsies were taken from each CIN case concurrently with high-risk HPV testing by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Results: The mean age of the patients was 38.69 (SD ±7.76) years. CIN 1 was diagnosed in 57% of participants, while 24% had CIN II and 19% had CIN III lesions. High-risk HPV was present in 52 patients. HPV 16 was the most common identified in 28 (53.84%) and HPV 18 was the second most common with 20 (38.46%) either singly or in combination with other high-risk subtypes. The other HPV strains, HPV 31, 33, 35, 52, 56 and 58, were also detected either as mono or co-infections. Out of the 52 HPV positive cases, 29 (55.8%) had mono infection and 23 (44.2%) had co-infection with several subtypes. The highest incidence (50%) of oncogenic HPV infections was present among women aged 35 - 45 years. Risk factors associated with HPV positive cases were high parity (P 0.05), early age at marriage (P = 0.754) and early age of first child. Conclusion: This study identified a high prevalence of HPV 16 and 18 genotypes. HPV vaccination with the current 9-valent HPV vaccine, which contains HPV types 6, 11, 16, 18, 31, 33, 45, 52, and 58. Will be an effective public health measure to eradicate cervical cancer in Bangladesh. 展开更多

Today, there is growing evidence that HPV can be transmitted early in life, and one potential route is mother-to-child transmission. Data on this route of HPV transmission are scarce in Africa and particularly in Burkina Faso, where no data on the subject are yet available. The aim of our study was to estimate the rate of mother-to-child transmission of HPV infection and to identify circulating genotypes. Methodology: Cervico-uterine samples were collected from 100 full-term pregnant women and, buccal samples were obtained from their newborns at Hopital Saint Camille de Ouagadougou (HOSCO) by the specialist physician. HPV DNA amplification and genotyping were performed by PCR followed by hybridization using the HPV Direct Flow Chips kit, detecting 36 genotypes including 18 high-risk and 18 low-risk. Results: The prevalence of HPV in newborns was 8% (8/100). Six (6) HPV-positive neonates had HPV-positive mothers, while 2 HPV-positive neonates had HPV-negative mothers. The vertical transmission rate was 26.09% (6/23). Mother-newborn genotypes were concordant. However, the genotype profile of the newborns was more restricted than that of the mothers. Conclusion: HPV DNA was found in 8% of newborns in our study. The genotype profile of the mother-newborn pair was concordant. Asymptomatic HPV infection in a pregnant woman could constitute a risk factor for vertical transmission. 展开更多

Objective: Precise prevention is more desired for cervical cancer due to the huge population, high prevalence of human papillomavirus(HPV) infection in China and the vision of screen-and-treat strategies in low-and middleincome countries(LMICs). Considerations of combining type-specific prevalence and attribution proportion to high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia are informative to more precise and effective region-specific cervical cancer prevention and control programs. The aim of the current study was to determine the genotype distribution of HPV and attribution to cervical precancerous lesions among women from rural areas in North China.Methods: A total of 9,526 women participated in the cervical cancer screening project in rural China. The samples of women who tested positive for HPV were retested with a polymerase chain reaction(PCR)-based HPV genotyping test. The attribution proportion of specific high-risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV) types for different grades of cervical lesions was calculated by using the type contribution weighting method.Results: A total of 22.2%(2,112/9,526) of women were HR-HPV positive and HPV52(21.7%) was the most common HR-HPV genotype, followed by HPV58(18.2%), HPV53(18.2%) and HPV16(16.2%). The top three genotypes detected in HR-HPV-positive cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)1 were HPV16(36.7%), HPV58(20.4%), HPV56(15.3%). Among CIN2+, the most frequent genotypes were HPV16(75.6%), HPV52(17.8%),HPV58(16.7%). HPV16, 56, 58, 53, 52, 59, 68, and 18 combined were attributed to 84.17% of all CIN1 lesions,and HPV16, 58, and 52 combined were attributed to 86.98% of all CIN2+ lesions.Conclusions: The prevalence of HR-HPV infection among women from rural areas in North China was high and HPV16, HPV58, HPV52 had paramount attributable fraction in CIN2+. Type-specific HPV prevalence and attribution proportion to cervical precancerous lesions should be taken into consideration in the development of vaccines and strategy for screening in this population. 展开更多

Methods Forty eight patients with pathologically diagnosed common warts were screened for the presence of HPV with HPV type-specific PCR and direct sequencing analysis. The genomic diversity of HPVs prevalent in Chinese patients was analyzed based on LCR. Results Forty one (85.5%) samples were positive for HPV DNA, 13(31.7%)-HPV-57, 12(29.3%)-HPV-la, 7(17%)-HPV-27 and 5(12.2%)-HPV-2a. Four cases were infected with two different HPV types, two (4.9%) with HPV-la and HPV-27, one (2.4%) with HPV-1 and HPV-57 and one (2.4%) with HPV-27 and HPV-57. In contrast to the prevalence of single strain of novel HPV-57 variant and HPV-1 prototype, two HPV-2 and three HPV-27 novel variants were found to circulate in Beijing. Conclusion HPV-1, -2, -27 and -57 are predominantly prevalent in patients with common warts in Beijing. 展开更多

Efficacy of 2LPAPI®, a Micro-Immunotherapy Drug, in Patients with High-Risk Papillomavirus Genital Infection

Human papillomaviruses (HPVs) are well known for being linked to the development of cervical cancers, most of them being caused by the high-risk (HR) oncogenic genotypes, mainly 16 and 18. The efficacy of 2LPAPI<sup><sup>&reg;</sup> </sup>(Labo’Life), a micro-immunotherapy homeopathic drug, has been evaluated in HR-HPV infected women (n = 18), in a private gynecology practice, by comparing them to an untreated control group (n = 18). Patients were 20 to 45 years old and had cytology with Atypical Squamous Cells of Undetermined Significance (ASCUS) or Low grade Superficial Intra Lesions/ Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia Grade I (LSIL/CINI). Patients freely chose to be treated with the drug or not. Those deciding not to take the drug remained untreated and were followed as a control group. The drug was taken at the regimen of one capsule per day during 6 months. HR-HPV and cytology were evaluated at 6 and 12 months. After 12 months, HR-HPV was cleared in 78% of the patients taking the drug versus 44% in those not taking it (p = 0.086). In patients over 25 years, HR-HPV clearance in the treated group was significantly higher (81.3%) than in the control group (20%) (p = 0.004). The difference in the regression of the lesion grades almost reached statistical significance (p = 0.053). This follow-up confirms that the micro-immunotherapy drug 2LPAPI<sup><sup>&reg;</sup></sup> is a safe and effective therapeutic approach to treat HR-HPV cervical lesions in women over 25 years. 展开更多

7345例女性HPV感染状况及亚型分布特征分析

目的了解于日照市中医医院就诊的女性人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染状况及基因型分布特征,为宫颈癌早期筛查防治、疫苗接种提供数据参考。方法收集2020年1月至2022年12月于日照市中医医院行HPV基因分型的7345名女性的检测结果,分析总体及不同... 目的了解于日照市中医医院就诊的女性人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染状况及基因型分布特征,为宫颈癌早期筛查防治、疫苗接种提供数据参考。方法收集2020年1月至2022年12月于日照市中医医院行HPV基因分型的7345名女性的检测结果,分析总体及不同年龄组的HPV感染率、基因型分布及疫苗保护的HPV基因型感染情况。结果在7345份检测标本中,检测出阳性标本1563份,阳性率为21.28%。其中来自妇科门诊的标本阳性率25.54%(1097/4295),来自健康中心的标本阳性率15.28%(466/3050),门诊标本阳性率明显高于健康中心的标本阳性率,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=112.13,P<0.05)。单一高危型感染率为11.79%(866/7345),多重分型感染率为5.62%(413/7345)。感染率最高的5种高危型依次是HPV16(3.89%)、HPV52(3.05%)、HPV58(2.06%)、HPV 53(1.97%)、HPV 31(1.54%)。HPV感染率在年龄分组分析中出现两个高峰,分别为≤20岁组(39.06%)和≥61岁组(27.24%)。HPV九价疫苗涵盖的基因型感染占比为64.43%。结论于日照市中医医院就诊的女性HPV感染率为21.28%,以单一高危型感染为主,青少年女性感染率最高,适龄女性推荐选择九价疫苗。 展开更多

大连地区10818例健康体检女性人乳头瘤病毒感染特征分析

目的探讨大连地区体检女性人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染型别及分布特征,为宫颈癌防治提供有效的流行病学依据。方法收集2023年1月至2024年1月大连大学附属中山医院的女性健康体检者样本10818例,采用DNA芯片技术对23种HP... 目的探讨大连地区体检女性人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染型别及分布特征,为宫颈癌防治提供有效的流行病学依据。方法收集2023年1月至2024年1月大连大学附属中山医院的女性健康体检者样本10818例,采用DNA芯片技术对23种HPV分型进行检测,并比较不同年龄段人群感染情况和基因分型差异。结果10818例样本中HPV阳性率为9.69%(1048/10818),HPV亚型中阳性率最高的5种型别分别为HPV16(1.80%,195/10818)、HPV53(1.59%,172/10818)、HPV52(1.20%,1300/10818)、HPV81(1.15%,124/10818),HPV56(0.81%,88/10818)。不同年龄段间阳性率差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=24.494,P<0.01),其中≥60岁组HPV阳性率最高(14.60%,79/541),其次为25~29岁组(13.07%,63/482),30~34岁组HPV阳性率最低(8.78%,157/1788)。在HPV阳性患者中,单一亚型感染占75.29%(789/1048),多重亚型感染占24.71%(259/1048)。各年龄组HPV感染均以单一感染为主,其次为双重感染,构成比差异不具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.630,P>0.05)。结论辽宁省大连市健康体检女性HPV阳性率为9.69%,高危型HPV16、HPV53、HPV52、HPV56和低危型HPV81是最常见的5种感染亚型。各年龄组均以单一高危型感染为主。≥60岁组HPV阳性率最高,应高度关注。 展开更多

目的:分析宫颈病变患者人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)基因分型检测及临床意义。方法:回顾性分析2021年5月—2023年5月泰兴市人民医院收治的125例宫颈病变患者的临床资料,均进行HPV基因分型检测。统计125例宫颈病变患者HPV感染阳性率、HPV基因分型情... 目的:分析宫颈病变患者人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)基因分型检测及临床意义。方法:回顾性分析2021年5月—2023年5月泰兴市人民医院收治的125例宫颈病变患者的临床资料,均进行HPV基因分型检测。统计125例宫颈病变患者HPV感染阳性率、HPV基因分型情况(多重感染重复计算)。比较不同程度宫颈病变患者中HPV感染阳性率、高危型HPV感染阳性率。以病理检查为“金标准”,分析并比较液基薄层细胞学检查(TCT)单独诊断、TCT联合HPV基因分型诊断子宫颈癌的准确度、敏感度、特异度。结果:125例宫颈病变患者中,HPV感染阳性率为51.20%(64/125),HPV感染阳性患者中HPV基因型总数为92株,其中高危型HPV为63.04%(58/92),低危型HPV为36.96%(34/92)。高危型HPV感染阳性率最高的前5位基因型分别为HPV16(16.30%)、HPV18(11.96%)、HPV58(8.70%)、HPV53(6.52%)、HPV51(4.35%);低危型HPV感染阳性率最高的前3位基因型分别为HPV6(8.70%)、HPV11(7.61%)、HPV40(4.35%)。不同级别宫颈病变患者HPV感染阳性率、高危型HPV感染阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TCT单独诊断子宫颈癌的准确度为78.40%(98/125),敏感度为66.67%(18/27),特异度为81.63%(80/98),阳性预测值为50.00%(18/36),阴性预测值为89.89%(80/89),Kappa值为0.431;TCT联合HPV基因分型诊断子宫颈癌的准确度为88.00%(110/125),敏感度为59.26%(16/27),特异度为95.92%(94/98),阳性预测值为80.00%(16/20),阴性预测值为89.52%(94/105),Kappa值为0.609;TCT联合HPV基因分型诊断子宫颈癌的准确度、特异度均显著高于TCT单独诊断,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);TCT联合HPV基因分型诊断子宫颈癌的敏感度低于TCT单独诊断,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:宫颈病变类型与HPV基因分型密切相关,且不同宫颈病变恶性程度患者HPV感染阳性率、高危型HPV感染阳性率存在显著差异,因此HPV基因分型用于辅助子子宫颈癌筛查具有重要意义。 展开更多

Background:The SPF10 LiPA-25 system for human papillomavirus(HPV)detection with high analytical perfor-mance is widely used in HPV vaccine clinical trials.To develop and evaluate more valent HPV vaccines,other comparable methods with simpler operations are needed.Methods:The performance of the LiPA-25 against that of other 7 assays,including 4 systems based on reverse hybridization(Bohui-24,Yaneng-23,Tellgen-27,and Hybribio-16)and 3 real-time polymerase chain reaction(PCR)assays(Hybribio-23,Bioperfectus-21,and Sansure-26),was evaluated in selected 1726 cervical swab and 56 biopsy samples.A total of 15 HPV genotypes(HPV 6,11,16,18,31,33,35,39,45,51,52,56,58,59,and 66)were considered for comparison for each HPV type.Results:Among the swab samples,compared to LiPA-25,compatible genotypes were observed in 94.1%of samples for Hybribio-23,92.8%for Yaneng-23,92.6%for Bioperfectus-21,92.4%for Hybribio-16,91.3%for Sansure-26,89.7%for Bohui-24,and 88.0%for Tellgen-27.The highest overall agreement of the 15 HPV genotypes combined was noted for Hybribio-23(κ=0.879,McNemar’s test:P=0.136),followed closely by Hybribio-16(κ=0.877,P<0.001),Yaneng-23(κ=0.871,P<0.001),Bioperfectus-21(κ=0.848,P<0.001),Bohui-24(κ=0.847,P<0.001),Tellgen-27(κ=0.831,P<0.001),and Sansure-26(κ=0.826,P<0.001).Additionally,these systems were also highly consistent with LiPA-25 for biopsy specimens(all,κ>0.897).Conclusions:The levels of agreement for the detection of 15 HPV types between other 7 assays and LiPA-25 were all good,and Hybribio-23 was most comparable to LiPA-25.The testing operation of HPV genotyping should also be considered for vaccine and epidemiological studies. 展开更多

目的:回顾性分析广西壮族自治区南宁市女性人乳头瘤病毒(humanpapillomavirus,HPV)的感染情况、基因分型及年龄的分布特征,为宫颈癌的早期筛查、诊断和治疗提供参考依据。方法:收集2020年4月-2022年12月在广西南宁市第二人民医院妇科门... 目的:回顾性分析广西壮族自治区南宁市女性人乳头瘤病毒(humanpapillomavirus,HPV)的感染情况、基因分型及年龄的分布特征,为宫颈癌的早期筛查、诊断和治疗提供参考依据。方法:收集2020年4月-2022年12月在广西南宁市第二人民医院妇科门诊、妇科住院部及体检中心就诊的女性宫颈脱落细胞标本24158例,应用聚合酶链式反应和导流杂交法检测样本中人乳头瘤病毒的21种基因分型,分析不同年龄段HPV的感染状况、高危型和低危型分布情况、感染型别的情况。结果:在24158例标本中,4745例检查出感染HPV,感染率为19.64%;检测出HPV基因型别6546例,其中高危型别5231例,在总阳性例数中的比例为79.91%,低危型别1315例,所占的比例为20.09%,单一型别感染3527例,双重型别感染865例,三重及以上型别感染353例。其中居前五位的高危型基因型别依次为HPV53型、HPV59型、HPV18型、HPV52型、HPV56型,居前三位的低危型基因型别依次为HPV11、HPV42型、CP8304型。其中≤20岁患者占38.43%(362/942),41~50岁患者占14.44%(735/5091)。结论:24158例样本中,HPV感染率达19.64%,高危型感染以HPV53型、HPV59型、HPV18型、HPV52型、HPV56型为主,低危型感染以HPV11、HPV42、CP8304型为主,高危型别的检出率均高于低危型别。因此定期对青年和中老年女性群体HPV筛查,科普HPV知识,提高多价HPV疫苗的人群接种率,对于预防HPV感染及早期诊断、临床治疗具有重大意义。 展开更多

Histological low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion/cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade 1 (LSIL/CIN1) preceded by normal or mildly abnormal cytology is recommended for conservative follow-up, with no separated management. In this study, we assessed the triage value of human papillomavirus (HPV) 16/18 genotyping in 273 patients with LSIL/CINI. HPV16/18 genotyping was performed at baseline and follow-up was at 6-monthly intervals for up to 2 years. At each follow-up, women positive for cytology or high-risk HPV (hrHPV) were referred for colposcopy. Enrollment cytology, HPV16/18 genotyping, and questionnaire-obtained factors were linked to the 2-year cumulative progression rate. Univariate and multivariate analyses were performed taking into account time-to-event with Cox proportional hazard regression. The results showed that 190 cases (69.6%) regressed, 37 (13.6%) persisted, and 46 (16.8%) progressed. HPV16/18 positivity (hazard ratio (HR), 2.708; 95% confidence interval (CI), 1.432-5.121; P=-0.002) is significantly associated with higher 2-year cumulative progression rate. Sub-analysis by enrollment cytology and age restricted the positive association among patients preceded by mildly abnormal cytology and aged 30 years or older. Immediate treatment is a rational recommendation for the high-risk subgroup, when good compliance is not assured. 展开更多

目的分析滨州市某医院妇科自然就诊患者人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)基因型分布及HPV感染例数,为当地宫颈癌防治提供参考。方法统计分析2020年1月—2022年12月妇科自然就诊患者HPV基因亚型及单一和多重感染率。结果2020——2... 目的分析滨州市某医院妇科自然就诊患者人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)基因型分布及HPV感染例数,为当地宫颈癌防治提供参考。方法统计分析2020年1月—2022年12月妇科自然就诊患者HPV基因亚型及单一和多重感染率。结果2020——2022年滨州市某医院妇科自然就诊患者进行HPV基因型检测,三年共检测HPV 22580例,共检出HPV阳性者4458例,阳性率为19.86%;单一HPV基因型感染者3301例,阳性率14.62%,多重HPV感染者1184例,阳性率5.24%。对2020——2022年HPV感染患者进行HPV基因型统计分析,结果显示:高危型HPV(HR-HPV)前五位是HPV 52型、HPV 16型、HPV 58型、HPV 51型、HPV 68型,低危型HPV感染第一位为HPV 42型;HPV感染最少的基因型是HPV 83型。年龄方面,HPV感染者以21~60岁年龄段人群为主,≤20岁HPV感染者126例,最小年龄者16岁;>60岁HPV感染者153例,最大年龄为87岁,此两年龄组HPV多重感染率均高出21~60岁年龄组。结论本地患者HPV感染者以HPV 52型最多,其次为HPV 16型。HPV感染以单一型为主,多重感染者比例也不容忽视。HPV基因型检测是宫颈癌筛查的重要手段。 展开更多

目的探讨潍坊地区女性人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染情况及不同年龄感染者病毒基因型分布特点,为该地区女性优化宫颈癌筛查和防控提供依据。方法选取潍坊市某三甲医院进行HPV检测的18237例女性作为研究对象,其中≤25岁1684例,26~35岁5374例,36... 目的探讨潍坊地区女性人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染情况及不同年龄感染者病毒基因型分布特点,为该地区女性优化宫颈癌筛查和防控提供依据。方法选取潍坊市某三甲医院进行HPV检测的18237例女性作为研究对象,其中≤25岁1684例,26~35岁5374例,36~45岁组4629例,46~55岁组4459例,>55岁组2091例。采用PCR-反向点杂交分型技术进行HPV型别检测,分析HPV感染情况和基因型的分布,比较各年龄组女性HPV感染率差异。结果HPV总感染率为25.09%,其中单一感染和多重感染分别占70.65%和29.35%。高危型HPV(HR-HPV)的感染率为21.43%,占HPV感染者的85.42%,检出率居前5位的依次为HPV16(4.33%)、HPV52(4.30%)、HPV58(2.93%)、HPV53(2.67%)和HPV51(2.32%);低危型HPV(LR-HPV)的感染率为6.97%,检出率较高的为HPV81(2.36%)、HPV42(2.05%)和HPV43(1.45%)。不同年龄组HPV总感染率、HR-HPV和LR-HPV的感染率比较均存在统计学差异(P均<0.05)。各年龄组HPV感染率呈“U”型分布,≤25岁组感染率最高,其次是>55岁组。10种主要HR-HPV基因型中,有9种感染率在各年龄组间比较差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论潍坊地区女性HPV感染率以单一感染、HR-HPV基因型感染为主,常见的5种HR-HPV基因型为HPV16、HPV52、HPV58、HPV53和HPV51;不同年龄HPV感染者具有不同的基因型分布特点。 展开更多

基于ARIMA模型的天津地区单中心HPV感染趋势及基因型特征

目的采用自回归移动平均(ARIMA)模型构建时间序列,分析天津地区单中心人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染趋势及基因型特征。方法选择2018年1月-2022年12月某院进行HPV检测的7236例女性患者,比较2018-2022年天津地区HPV感染情况及基因型分布。建立AR... 目的采用自回归移动平均(ARIMA)模型构建时间序列,分析天津地区单中心人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染趋势及基因型特征。方法选择2018年1月-2022年12月某院进行HPV检测的7236例女性患者,比较2018-2022年天津地区HPV感染情况及基因型分布。建立ARIMA模型时间序列,分析模型拟合。预测2023年HPV感染数,并与实际发生数进行比较,评价模型的预测效果。结果2018-2022年天津地区HPV感染率为14.41%;HPV感染率在31~40岁年龄段最高,感染率为15.47%。阳性标本中HPV单一型别感染比率最高,占比为73.54%(767/1043),以高危型HPV为主。低危型感染占比最高的是HPV-6型,为2.59%,高危型感染占比最高的是HPV-16型,为16.06%。建立ARIMA模型,确定最佳模型为ARIMA(0,1,2)(0,1,1)12,其AIC值和BIC值分别为3.877、4.005,经白噪声检验Ljung-Box Q=8.828差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。利用模型预测2023年HPV感染数,实际值、预测值的总体趋势基本保持一致,模型RMSE、MAPE、MAE分别为6.289、34.149、4.706,提示模型的预测效果较好。结论天津地区女性人群中,HPV病毒感染类型以单一高危型感染为主,其中HPV-16型感染率最高。天津地区HPV感染存在季节性,ARIMA模型在HPV感染流行趋势的预测中效果较好,适用于短期预测。 展开更多

目的分析皮肤科门诊男性患者人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染情况及基因亚型分布,为防治男性HPV感染提供参考。方法回顾性调查2022年1月-2023年3月在某院皮肤科门诊就诊并进行HPV检测的男性患者,并将全部受检患者分为5组:病毒性疣组、皮炎皮疹组... 目的分析皮肤科门诊男性患者人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染情况及基因亚型分布,为防治男性HPV感染提供参考。方法回顾性调查2022年1月-2023年3月在某院皮肤科门诊就诊并进行HPV检测的男性患者,并将全部受检患者分为5组:病毒性疣组、皮炎皮疹组、泌尿道感染组、包皮阴茎炎组、无症状组。统计分析患者年龄组成、临床诊断、症状类型与基因型分布之间的关系。结果共有1035例男性患者进行了HPV检测,567例检测阳性,阳性率54.78%。其中病毒性疣组286例,皮炎皮疹组164例,泌尿道感染组6例,包皮阴茎炎组109例,无症状组470例。21种HPV亚型均被检出,检出率位于前3位的亚型依次是6型(17.97%)、11型(12.37%)、52型(8.70%)。单一型HPV感染阳性率为29.86%,占54.50%。不同年龄组的感染阳性率、低危感染阳性率和多重混合型感染阳性率比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。<20岁年龄组感染阳性率高于20~<30岁组、30~<40岁组和40~<50岁组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。阳性患者中199例(35.10%)无临床症状,368例(64.90%)有临床症状,主要表现为病毒性疣(40.74%,231例)。病毒性疣组中HPV阳性患者以低危型为主,占80.95%;包皮阴茎炎组中HPV阳性患者以高危型为主,占84.78%;无症状组中HPV阳性患者以高危型感染为主,占86.43%。结论皮肤科门诊男性HPV感染以单一型感染为主,低危型感染临床诊断主要表现为病毒性疣,高危型感染主要表现为包皮阴茎炎,无症状组中阳性感染者以高危型为主。 展开更多

目的探讨大连地区女性人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染情况以及不同年龄段中HPV的分布特征,为宫颈病变预防、治疗、随访提供流行病学依据。方法选取2022年7月至2024年7月在大连市第二人民医院和大连市中心医院进行健康体检... 目的探讨大连地区女性人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染情况以及不同年龄段中HPV的分布特征,为宫颈病变预防、治疗、随访提供流行病学依据。方法选取2022年7月至2024年7月在大连市第二人民医院和大连市中心医院进行健康体检并接受HPV基因型检测的女性为研究对象,使用商业试剂盒进行HPV基因型检测,分析HPV感染情况,比较不同年龄段之间HPV阳性率差异。结果HPV总阳性率为15.48%,其中仅高危型感染阳性率为10.96%,仅低危型感染阳性率为3.13%,高低危型合并感染阳性率为1.39%。单一感染阳性率为12.44%,多重感染阳性率为3.03%。阳性率居前五位的基因型为HPV52、HPV81、HPV58、HPV1和HPV42。HPV阳性率在不同年龄段间的差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=34.301,P<0.001)。不同年龄段之间HPV多重感染的阳性率差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=21.793,P<0.001)。12种HPV基因型(HPV11、16、18、31、33、39、51、52、53、56、81和82)的阳性率在不同年龄段间的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大连地区健康女性HPV感染以高危型、单一感染为主,不同年龄层具有不同的HPV基因型分布特点,为大连地区制定HPV防控策略提供参考依据。 展开更多
