Value Analysis and Protective Planning of Famous Historical and Cultural Villages: A Case Study of Ancient Sangyuan Village in Jishui County, Jiangxi Province

Through analyzing historical value of patriarchal society, village layout, and characteristic folk dwel ings in Ancient Sangyuan Village, Jishui County, Jiangxi Province, this paper proposed the protective planning based on the gist of protecting villagers' benefits, applied classified protection of buildings, enhanced water protection and landscape design, and tried to carry out its intangible cultures via folk custom activities, in order to further develop the value of its historical and cultural resources.

Protection Countermeasures for Guxin Famous Historical and Cultural Town

After the analysis of characteristics and value of Guxin Ancient Town, the paper had introduced residential architectures with distinctive features, ancient architectural groups of northern castle style, historical streets full of characteristics, long old locust culture, temple culture of South Hebei and colorful folk culture. There existed many problems in cultural protection of Guxin, for example, new and old residential architectures had mingled together, historical environment had suffered damage, public service facilities and infrastructures had lagged behind, and folk culture had been damaged. Based on this, it had proposed that protection of the ancient town should comply with principles of authenticity, integrity, readability and sustainability; discussed countermeasures for the protection of Guxin Ancient Town; and emphasized protection and treatment of architectures. It should conduct filing and listing protection on historical architectures, protect old streets and reconstruct infrastructure, protect non-material heritages, positively advocate public participation and improve protection consciousness, so as to protect and extend historical cultural context, and inherit abundant historical and cultural resources.

Cultural Connotation and Contemporary Value of Japanese Garden

Culture is the soul of a nation, and also the basis of landscape design, the basis of historical inheritance and innovation. Japanese garden was born out of Chinese garden, but because of the difference of geographical environment and national culture, Japanese gardens combine Chinese culture with local national characteristics, forming a unique garden culture in Japan. Based on the research on Japanese gardens like pond garden, rock garden and tea garden, this study analyzed the cultural connotation in Japanese garden landscape design, made in-depth understanding of Japanese landscape development, explored the value existing in the contemporary garden design of Japanese gardens, with the aim to make use of the excellent experience to the garden landscape design in the future.

General Evaluation of the Potential of the Cultural-Historical Heritage Built in the Republic of Moldova

This article analyzes the efficiency of the administration, as well as the way of financing the cultural heritage of the Republic of Moldova through the prism of the legal, institutional and cultural policy framework. Following the research, it was found that in the last 30 years the efficient and transparent management of the material cultural heritage of the Republic of Moldova has not been ensured, which endangers the national cultural heritage. If the current management and financing model does not change significantly in the near future, there is a risk that the cultural heritage of the Republic of Moldova will reach an unrecoverable condition.

Connecting Concepts of Cultural Landscape and Historic Urban Landscape: The Politics of Similarity

This paper projects the concept of cultural landscapes into the realm of urban conservation in the context of the Historic Urban Landscape(HUL)paradigm.To do this I take an historical overview of how,during the latter half of the 1980s and early 1990s,academic and professional interest in heritage studies started to embrace the cultural landscape construct.This movement continued through the 2000s with increasing links between theory and practice on urban conservation concerns and the concept of cities as cultural landscapes.In this connection the move in 2011 by UNESCO with the Recommendation on the Historic Urban Landscape is particularly notable.Coincidental were two significant movements.First was increasing questioning of heritage as focusing narrowly on the monuments and sites mentality.Second has been the growing appreciation that urban conservation locking onto separate historic towns or specific parts of cities is counter-productive;it ignores towns and cities as holistic entities isolating historic areas virtually as museum pieces separate from the rest of the urban fabric and lacking sustainability.In contrast HUL with its landscape approach is a process1 that embraces-city-wide-cultural,natural,tangible and intangible,social,economic,visual and experiential aspects of the physical morphology of the city and the image of the city;it underpins the fundamental concept of urban areas as a series of layers through time that link past,present and future as in the construct of cultural landscape.

基于多尺度价值链接的城市遗产统筹保护与文化空间系统组构

基于人本价值视角,将遗产对象视为历史文化传承的场域空间,从城市与城区、片区与地段、建筑与场所三重空间尺度,提出城市遗产统筹保护与文化空间系统组构方法。以孤岛文化空间历史价值链接、历史文化空间当代价值链接、小微文化空间价值媒介链接3种价值链接机制为底层逻辑,建立城区遗产同源要素统筹、地段遗产文化生境统筹、建筑遗产价值媒介统筹3种要素统筹模式,以及城市文化空间网络建构、地段文化空间功能组织、建筑文化空间场景营造3种空间组构方案,以期突破传统遗产保护理论在遗产价值认知、价值链接和要素统筹方面的瓶颈,为我国城市遗产保护活化和价值传承实践提供参考。

中华人民共和国成立以来,我国文化遗产保护传承体系在发展中完善,逐渐形成了增强文化自信、振奋民族精神的文化场域和整体性保护的中国方案,是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的重要基石。随着我国文物保护体系、历史文化名城名镇名村体系和传统村落,以及非物质文化遗产保护体系的多元化形态和价值凸显,新形势下适应文化遗产整体性保护的目标及其创新发展诉求,从文化遗产本体价值-关联价值-转译价值出发,基于价值链逻辑,阐释文化遗产的时空脉络和文化内涵,即文脉价值;针对现实矛盾与发展困境,从多头管理的现实出发,建构以历史文化价值保护为核心的制度体系和保障;从人与遗产环境的共生关系,认知其社会价值,并适应于社会经济需求和价值约束,实现文化传承与复兴发展,即从固守到“守正适变”的创造性转化和创新性发展。

四川通济堰的历史变迁、文化遗产价值与活化利用展望

本文通过系统梳理四川通济堰的历史变迁,力图发掘该工程蕴涵的文化遗产价值,并在此基础上提出了保护传承及活化利用展望。通济堰初修于西汉中后期,在唐宋时期尤其是南宋时期进入治理高峰,清代以降再度兴盛。在两千年的发展过程中,通济堰工程成为区域史的一个重要组成部分,围绕该工程诞生了一批有影响力的文学作品,同时,它所蕴涵的先进技术价值也是独树一帜。这一工程彰显了中国古代灌溉工程高超的治水智慧,为可持续灌溉发展提供了历史经验和启示。

浙江省风景名胜区人文景源分布特征及影响因素研究

风景名胜区在数千年的演进过程中,高度融合了中国大地多样且深厚的传统文化,见证了中华民族几千年的历史文明进程,是最具中国特色的自然保护地。从省域层面探析风景名胜区的人文景源分布特征及影响因素,对于风景名胜区的整体价值认知具有重要意义,有利于中国自然保护地体系完整性保护。以浙江省57个风景名胜区为研究对象,对其人文景源进行统计分析,并将结果呈现到浙江省域空间,总结出浙江省风景名胜区的人文景源和特、一、二级3级人文景源数量的占比特征,以及不同人文景源占比的风景名胜区在浙江省域空间的分布规律,提出风景名胜区人文景源占比与该区域的地形地貌、平原湖泊、政治文化中心、山水游赏活动、宗教活动、军事要隘等因素存在关联关系。

历史主动精神涵养新时代青年中医药文化自信的新路径

[目的]以历史主动精神为内核,探索构建新时代青年中医药文化自信的培养路径,为塑造文化自信提供明晰的价值引领方向。[方法]通过文献调查、逻辑分析等方法,厘清自新中国成立以来历史主动精神在中医药发展中发挥的精神力量,探析历史主动精神在培养新时代青年中医药文化自信中的价值着力点。[结果]历史主动精神作为中国共产党精神品格的重要内容,为中医药卫生事业和中医药文化的复兴发展注入不竭的精神动力,其丰富的精神要义为时代青年构筑“坚定文化自信”“坚守人民主体”“坚持问题导向”三个维度的思想指引。通过对“学习文化经典”“树立中医思维”“加强创新转化”“讲好中医药故事”等涵养路径的探索,进一步增强新时代青年的中医药文化自信。[结论]历史主动精神涵养下的新时代青年中医药文化自信培养,更具理论的指导性和实践性,以伟大的精神力量为时代青年树立中医药文化自信明方向、立志向、强担当。

江苏地域特色档案文化的类型、价值及发展进路

江苏地域特色档案是指在江苏省范围内,由政府机构、民间机构、个人等主体进行收集、保存的反映当地历史、经济、社会等方面的档案资料。江苏地域特色档案文化主要包括历史文化与方言文化两种类型,其中历史文化细分为吴文化、金陵文化、淮扬文化、楚汉文化和海洋文化,方言文化细分为吴语、中原官话和江淮官话。江苏地域特色档案文化具有见证历史变迁、丰富群众文化生活和传承地域文化的价值。在分析江苏地域特色档案文化类型和价值的基础上,提出了江苏地域特色档案文化的发展进路,即保护文化遗产档案,留存历史记忆;积极开发文化产品,满足群众文化需求;全面融合文化产业,推动文化传承发展。

日用类书涉医文献的历史特点及当代价值

日用类书自南宋末年诞生伊始就收录有医学文献,并伴随着时代发展而呈现出风貌迥异的文献特征。通过历史性与共时性两个视角,梳理总结日用类书涉医文献的三个历史特点:内容类型两极化、医学知识实用化及资料来源时效化。日用类书涉医文献作为中医药文化遗产的重要组成部分,不仅对中医文献学、中国医学史、出版文化史、通俗文化等领域的学术研究具有参考价值,而且对当今编纂入门医书和中医药科普书籍以及传承传播中医药文化,也具有现实的借鉴意义。

我国历史文化村落保护研究的内容综述与工作前瞻

历史文化村落既是历史文化遗产保护的核心要素,又是我国乡村振兴战略推进的工作对象。文章借助CiteSpace分析工具,对相关文献进行关键信息的检索、提取、分析和研判。分析结果表明,我国历史文化村落研究大体可划分为依附研究、专属研究和拓展研究3个阶段,主要围绕“本体机理的认知解读”“文化遗产的保护转型”“社会体系的组织治理”和“产业发展的创新规划”4大主题展开讨论,体现从“实体历史空间”到“复合多元要素”的对象演变、从“孤立对象保护”到“区域统筹发展”的目标拓展、从“单科定性”到“交叉定量”的方法进化等研究特征。最后,面对乡村振兴的机遇与乡村收缩的挑战,从研究视角、保护理论、实践方法等方面提出工作展望,以期为新时代我国历史文化村落保护实践提供科学的理论支持。
