However, organizations must be mindful of how software security may affect quality control. This paper examines and promotes methods through which secure software development processes can be integrated into the Systems Software Development Life-cycle (SDLC) to improve system quality. Cyber-security and quality assurance are both involved in reducing risk. Software security teams work to reduce security risks, whereas quality assurance teams work to decrease risks to quality. There is a need for clear standards, frameworks, processes, and procedures to be followed by organizations to ensure high-level quality while reducing security risks. This research uses a survey of industry professionals to help identify best practices for developing software with fewer defects from the early stages of the SDLC to improve both the quality and security of software. Results show that there is a need for better security awareness among all members of software development teams.展开更多

This paper highlights that the use of information technology provides higher efficiency for the performance of daily work in the municipality, thus also the provision of better services to citizens. However, the level of use of information technology in the Municipality of Ferizaj leaves much to be desired in terms of efficiency because a significant number of employees have not attended adequate training for the effective and efficient use of various IT applications and have not are still adapted to the digital environment in the municipality. Therefore, the recommendation derived from this paper is that the information technology environment in the municipality of Ferizaj needs to be improved by providing staff with adequate qualifications, while for those who are currently engaged in the municipality and who do not have adequate qualifications, training should be provided in a way that all users of IT applications are fully integrated into the digitized environment in order to be effective and efficient in providing services to citizens. This simultaneously gives the municipal staff job security and motivation for better services for citizens. Also, information technology enables a better control over the activity of the municipality because every action is recorded as data which can then be used to analyze the performance of the municipality.展开更多
AIM:To examine the regulatory role of microRNA-204(miR-204)on silent information regulator 1(SIRT1)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)under highglucose-induced metabolic memory in human retinal pigment epithe...AIM:To examine the regulatory role of microRNA-204(miR-204)on silent information regulator 1(SIRT1)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)under highglucose-induced metabolic memory in human retinal pigment epithelial(hRPE)cells.METHODS:Cells were cultured with either normal(5 mmol/L)or high D-glucose(25 mmol/L)concentrations for 8d to establish control and high-glucose groups,respectively.To induce metabolic memory,cells were cultured with 25 mmol/L D-glucose for 4d followed by culture with 5 mmol/L D-glucose for 4d.In addition,exposed in 25 mmol/L D-glucose for 4d and then transfected with 100 nmol/L miR-204 control,miR-204 inhibitor or miR-204 mimic in 5 mmol/L D-glucose for 4d.Quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR)was used to detect miR-204 mRNA levels.SIRT1 and VEGF protein levels were assessed by immunohistochemical and Western blot.Flow cytometry was used to investigate apoptosis rate.RESULTS:It was found that high glucose promoted miR-204 and VEGF expression,and inhibited SIRT1 activity,even after the return to normal glucose culture conditions.Upregulation of miR-204 promoted apoptosis inhibiting SIRT1 and increasing VEGF expression.However,downregulation of miR-204 produced the opposite effects.CONCLUSION:The study identifies that miR-204 is the upstream target of SIRT1and VEGF,and that miR-204 can protect hRPE cells from the damage caused by metabolic memory through increasing SIRT1 and inhibiting VEGF expression.展开更多
The advent of the big data era has presented unprecedented challenges to remedies for personal information infringement in areas such as damage assessment,proof of causation,determination of illegality,fault assessmen...The advent of the big data era has presented unprecedented challenges to remedies for personal information infringement in areas such as damage assessment,proof of causation,determination of illegality,fault assessment,and liability.Traditional tort law is unable to provide a robust response for these challenges,which severely hinders human rights protection in the digital society.The dynamic system theory represents a third path between fixed constitutive elements and general clauses.It both overcomes the rigidity of the“allor-nothing”legal effect evaluation mechanism of the“element-effect”model and avoids the uncertainty of the general clause model.It can effectively enhance the flexibility of the legal system in responding to social changes.In light of this,it is necessary to construct a dynamic foundational evaluation framework for personal information infringement under the guidance of the dynamic system theory.By relying on the dynamic interplay effect of various foundational evaluation elements,this framework can achieve a flexible evaluation of the constitutive elements of liability and the legal effects of liability for personal information infringement.Through this approach,the crisis of personal information infringement in the era of big data can be mitigated,and the realization of personal information rights as digital human rights can be promoted.展开更多

This wide range of applications has attractedmany researchers to this field. Inspired by the existing recognition systems,this paper proposes a new and efficient human-object interaction recognition(HOIR) model which is based on modeling human pose and scene featureinformation. There are different aspects involved in an interaction, includingthe humans, the objects, the various body parts of the human, and the backgroundscene. Themain objectives of this research include critically examiningthe importance of all these elements in determining the interaction, estimatinghuman pose through image foresting transform (IFT), and detecting the performedinteractions based on an optimizedmulti-feature vector. The proposedmethodology has six main phases. The first phase involves preprocessing theimages. During preprocessing stages, the videos are converted into imageframes. Then their contrast is adjusted, and noise is removed. In the secondphase, the human-object pair is detected and extracted from each image frame.The third phase involves the identification of key body parts of the detectedhumans using IFT. The fourth phase relates to three different kinds of featureextraction techniques. Then these features are combined and optimized duringthe fifth phase. The optimized vector is used to classify the interactions in thelast phase. TheMSRDaily Activity 3D dataset has been used to test this modeland to prove its efficiency. With the rapid advancement of wearable devices,Human Activities Recognition(HAR)based on these devices has emerged as a prominent research field.The objective of this study is to enhance the recognition performance of...With the rapid advancement of wearable devices,Human Activities Recognition(HAR)based on these devices has emerged as a prominent research field.The objective of this study is to enhance the recognition performance of HAR by proposing an LSTM-1DCNN recognition algorithm that utilizes a single triaxial accelerometer.This algorithm comprises two branches:one branch consists of a Long and Short-Term Memory Network(LSTM),while the other parallel branch incorporates a one-dimensional Convolutional Neural Network(1DCNN).The parallel architecture of LSTM-1DCNN initially extracts spatial and temporal features from the accelerometer data separately,which are then concatenated and fed into a fully connected neural network for information fusion.In the LSTM-1DCNN architecture,the 1DCNN branch primarily focuses on extracting spatial features during convolution operations,whereas the LSTM branch mainly captures temporal features.Nine sets of accelerometer data from five publicly available HAR datasets are employed for training and evaluation purposes.The performance of the proposed LSTM-1DCNN model is compared with five other HAR algorithms including Decision Tree,Random Forest,Support Vector Machine,1DCNN,and LSTM on these five public datasets.Experimental results demonstrate that the F1-score achieved by the proposed LSTM-1DCNN ranges from 90.36%to 99.68%,with a mean value of 96.22%and standard deviation of 0.03 across all evaluated metrics on these five public datasets-outperforming other existing HAR algorithms significantly in terms of evaluation metrics used in this study.Finally the proposed LSTM-1DCNN is validated in real-world applications by collecting acceleration data of seven human activities for training and testing purposes.Subsequently,the trained HAR algorithm is deployed on Android phones to evaluate its performance.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed LSTM-1DCNN algorithm achieves an impressive F1-score of 97.67%on our self-built dataset.In conclusion,the fusion of temporal and spatial information in the measured data contributes to the excellent HAR performance and robustness exhibited by the proposed 1DCNN-LSTM architecture.展开更多

AIM:To explore the effect of silent information regulator factor 2-related enzyme 1(SIRT1)on modulating apoptosis of human lens epithelial cells(HLECs)and alleviating lens opacification of rats through suppressing end...AIM:To explore the effect of silent information regulator factor 2-related enzyme 1(SIRT1)on modulating apoptosis of human lens epithelial cells(HLECs)and alleviating lens opacification of rats through suppressing endoplasmic reticulum(ER)stress.METHODS:HLECs(SRA01/04)were treated with varying concentrations of tunicamycin(TM)for 24h,and the expression of SIRT1 and C/EBP homologous protein(CHOP)was assessed using real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),Western blotting,and immunofluorescence.Cell morphology and proliferation was evaluated using an inverted microscope and cell counting kit-8(CCK-8)assay,respectively.In the SRA01/04 cell apoptosis model,which underwent siRNA transfection for SIRT1 knockdown and SRT1720 treatment for its activation,the expression levels of SIRT1,CHOP,glucose regulated protein 78(GRP78),and activating transcription factor 4(ATF4)were examined.The potential reversal of SIRT1 knockdown effects by 4-phenyl butyric acid(4-PBA;an ER stress inhibitor)was investigated.In vivo,age-related cataract(ARC)rat models were induced by sodium selenite injection,and the protective role of SIRT1,activated by SRT1720 intraperitoneal injections,was evaluated through morphology observation,hematoxylin and eosin(H&E)staining,Western blotting,and RT-PCR.RESULTS:SIRT1 expression was downregulated in TMinduced SRA01/04 cells.Besides,in SRA01/04 cells,both cell apoptosis and CHOP expression increased with the rising doses of TM.ER stress was stimulated by TM,as evidenced by the increased GRP78 and ATF4 in the SRA01/04 cell apoptosis model.Inhibition of SIRT1 by siRNA knockdown increased ER stress activation,whereas SRT1720 treatment had opposite results.4-PBA partly reverse the adverse effect of SIRT1 knockdown on apoptosis.In vivo,SRT1720 attenuated the lens opacification and weakened the ER stress activation in ARC rat models.CONCLUSION:SIRT1 plays a protective role against TM-induced apoptosis in HLECs and slows the progression of cataract in rats by inhibiting ER stress.These findings suggest a novel strategy for cataract treatment focused on targeting ER stress,highlighting the therapeutic potential of SIRT1 modulation in ARC development.展开更多

This study investigated the knowledge of residents of Lagos Nigeria on HIV/HBV co-infection and the use of information sources. The study adopted the quantitative research method of survey to find out the knowledge level of residents of Lagos, Nigeria on the HIV/HBV co-infection. While the bivariate analysis presented cross tabular data on knowledge level, the multivariate was used to test highlight the hypothesis. The study indicated that more than 75% of the respondents had heard of HIV and HBV co-infection. The result established a significant relationship between the use of information sources and the knowledge on HBV/HIV co-infection. Despite the knowledge on HBV/HIV co-infection, the study concluded on the need for preventive information campaigns to create awareness to mitigate the increasing cases of HBV/HIV co-infection cum motivates individuals toward healthy lifestyle practices.展开更多

The study found asset of results, including: 1) There is a significant effect between the quality of the output of human resources information system and institutional performance in banking sector in the Jordanian firm. 2) There is a statistically significant effect between motives and corporate performance in the banking sector in the Jordanian firm. 3) There is a significant effect between training and organizational performance in the banking sector in the Jordanian firm. The study was presented a set of recommendations, including: activating the role of human resources information system, where still the information system performs the function of traditional supply the decision maker authorized one to read the outputs historical information when they want, either directly or after completing a series of routine procedures that enable it, without that, this applies to access information system to avoid problems that many occur later. Must go beyond human resources information system (HRIS) traditional role in the process of selection and appointment of the new human resource to work in the organization, which is merely providing information to decision makers about the people who stepped forward to fill a job order that differentiation among those application. In order to accomplish the p...This study examines the key factors that have impact on the successful adoption of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) within the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA)/Jordan. In order to accomplish the purpose of the study four critical factors are inquired. So, four critical factors are inquired: First, TAM Model (Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) and Perceived Usefulness (PU)). Second, Information Technology Infrastructure (ITI). Third, Top Management Support (TMS). Finally, Individual Experience with Computer (IEC). The research model was applied to collect data from the questionnaires answered by 45 users of HRIS as a source of primary data, based on a convenience sample the response rate was about 91%. In addition, the results were analyzed by utilizing the Statistical Package for Social Software (SPSS). Furthermore, the findings were analyzed;multiple Regression analysis indicated that all research variables have significant relationship on successful adoption of HRIS. The findings indicated IT infrastructures have a positive and significant effect on the successful adoption of HRIS. But there is no significant of PU, PEOU, TMS, and IEC on the successful adoption of HRIS. Finally, the results indicated that no significant statistical differences of demographic characteristics on HRIS adoption. Depending on the research’s findings;the researchers proposed a set of recommendations for better adoption of HRIS in SEZA.展开更多
The wearable sensors have recently attracted considerable attentions as communication interfaces through the information perception,decoding,and conveying process.However,it is still challenging to obtain a sensor tha...The wearable sensors have recently attracted considerable attentions as communication interfaces through the information perception,decoding,and conveying process.However,it is still challenging to obtain a sensor that can convert detectable signals into multiple outputs for convenient,e cient,cryptic,and high-capacity information transmission.Herein,we present a capacitive sensor of magnetic field based on a tilted flexible micromagnet array(t-FMA)as the proposed interaction interface.With the bidirectional bending capability of t-FMA actuated by magnetic torque,the sensor can recognize both the magnitude and orientation of magnetic field in real time with non-overlapping capacitance signals.The optimized sensor exhibits the high sensitivity of over 1.3 T-1 and detection limit down to 1 mT with excellent durability.As a proof of concept,the sensor has been successfully demonstrated for convenient,e cient,and programmable interaction systems,e.g.,touchless Morse code and Braille communication.The distinguishable recognition of the magnetic field orientation and magnitude further enables the sensor unit as a high-capacity transmitter for cryptic information interaction(e.g.,encoded ID recognition)and multi-control instruction outputting.We believe that the proposed magnetic field sensor can open up a potential avenue for future applications including information communication,virtual reality device,and interactive robotics.展开更多

文摘The advent of the big data era has presented unprecedented challenges to remedies for personal information infringement in areas such as damage assessment,proof of causation,determination of illegality,fault assessment,and liability.Traditional tort law is unable to provide a robust response for these challenges,which severely hinders human rights protection in the digital society.The dynamic system theory represents a third path between fixed constitutive elements and general clauses.It both overcomes the rigidity of the“allor-nothing”legal effect evaluation mechanism of the“element-effect”model and avoids the uncertainty of the general clause model.It can effectively enhance the flexibility of the legal system in responding to social changes.In light of this,it is necessary to construct a dynamic foundational evaluation framework for personal information infringement under the guidance of the dynamic system theory.By relying on the dynamic interplay effect of various foundational evaluation elements,this framework can achieve a flexible evaluation of the constitutive elements of liability and the legal effects of liability for personal information infringement.Through this approach,the crisis of personal information infringement in the era of big data can be mitigated,and the realization of personal information rights as digital human rights can be promoted.

文摘Identifying human actions and interactions finds its use in manyareas, such as security, surveillance, assisted living, patient monitoring, rehabilitation,sports, and e-learning. This wide range of applications has attractedmany researchers to this field. Inspired by the existing recognition systems,this paper proposes a new and efficient human-object interaction recognition(HOIR) model which is based on modeling human pose and scene featureinformation. There are different aspects involved in an interaction, includingthe humans, the objects, the various body parts of the human, and the backgroundscene. Themain objectives of this research include critically examiningthe importance of all these elements in determining the interaction, estimatinghuman pose through image foresting transform (IFT), and detecting the performedinteractions based on an optimizedmulti-feature vector. The proposedmethodology has six main phases. The first phase involves preprocessing theimages. During preprocessing stages, the videos are converted into imageframes. Then their contrast is adjusted, and noise is removed. In the secondphase, the human-object pair is detected and extracted from each image frame.The third phase involves the identification of key body parts of the detectedhumans using IFT. The fourth phase relates to three different kinds of featureextraction techniques. Then these features are combined and optimized duringthe fifth phase. The optimized vector is used to classify the interactions in thelast phase. TheMSRDaily Activity 3D dataset has been used to test this modeland to prove its efficiency. The proposed system obtains an average accuracyof 91.7% on this dataset.

文摘There is a long-standing conflict between intellectual property rights and public freedom of information.The continuous development of the“anti-circumvention clause”has caused the conflict to intensify.As a basic human right,freedom of information is being gradually eroded by the expansion of intellectual property rights.The existing research mainly carries on the right balance from the negative protection path,but the positive protection path is more advantageous to realizing the public freedom of information and alleviates the conflict between the two kinds of rights.In practice,there are some problems in the application of the anti-circumvention clause,such as the legality of the aim,the division of the protected part,and the determination of the circumvention.This is mainly due to the lack of restrictions on technical measures,the failure to distinguish between“copyright protection”and“contact control”,and the offside and absence of administrative bodies in practice.We should protect public freedom of information by distinguishing the two measures of copyright protection and contact control and the two torts of access and use,increasing the restrictive conditions for the use of technical protection measures,and changing the functions of administrative supervision agencies.
文摘The complexity of business and information systems(IS)alignment is a growing concern for researchers and practitioners alike.The extant research on alignment architecture fails to consider the human viewpoint,which makes it difficult to embrace emergent complexity.This paper contributes to the extant literature in the following ways.First,we combine an enterprise architecture(EA)framework with a human viewpoint to address alignment issues in the architecture design phase;second,we describe a dynamic alignment model by developing a humancentered meta-model that explains first-and second-order changes and their effects on alignment evolution.This paper provides better support for the theoretical research and the practical application of dynamic alignment.

文摘With the rapid advancement of wearable devices,Human Activities Recognition(HAR)based on these devices has emerged as a prominent research field.The objective of this study is to enhance the recognition performance of HAR by proposing an LSTM-1DCNN recognition algorithm that utilizes a single triaxial accelerometer.This algorithm comprises two branches:one branch consists of a Long and Short-Term Memory Network(LSTM),while the other parallel branch incorporates a one-dimensional Convolutional Neural Network(1DCNN).The parallel architecture of LSTM-1DCNN initially extracts spatial and temporal features from the accelerometer data separately,which are then concatenated and fed into a fully connected neural network for information fusion.In the LSTM-1DCNN architecture,the 1DCNN branch primarily focuses on extracting spatial features during convolution operations,whereas the LSTM branch mainly captures temporal features.Nine sets of accelerometer data from five publicly available HAR datasets are employed for training and evaluation purposes.The performance of the proposed LSTM-1DCNN model is compared with five other HAR algorithms including Decision Tree,Random Forest,Support Vector Machine,1DCNN,and LSTM on these five public datasets.Experimental results demonstrate that the F1-score achieved by the proposed LSTM-1DCNN ranges from 90.36%to 99.68%,with a mean value of 96.22%and standard deviation of 0.03 across all evaluated metrics on these five public datasets-outperforming other existing HAR algorithms significantly in terms of evaluation metrics used in this study.Finally the proposed LSTM-1DCNN is validated in real-world applications by collecting acceleration data of seven human activities for training and testing purposes.Subsequently,the trained HAR algorithm is deployed on Android phones to evaluate its performance.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed LSTM-1DCNN algorithm achieves an impressive F1-score of 97.67%on our self-built dataset.In conclusion,the fusion of temporal and spatial information in the measured data contributes to the excellent HAR performance and robustness exhibited by the proposed 1DCNN-LSTM architecture.
文摘Based on the social network analysis methods and human network, this paper randomly selected 44 students (31 males and 13 females) as the research objects, and it used the UCINET software to analyze the friendship between them of which 43 used WeChat and 44 used QQ, and it also used the tool Netdraw to visualize the network sociogram. By mining the four aspects of density, accessibility, centrality, block model, the results demonstrated that QQ social network and WeChat social network existed the phenomenon of small world, leaders and subgroups, and the key nodes of QQ human network were more than WeChat network. Through using the key nodes, it can push the precise and efficient information and improve the accuracy of information transmission and impact among network members.

文摘With the purpose to understand better the role of information not only in communication systems,but actually in our environmental reality,this paper presented the model of Universal Triangle of Reality,composed by Matter,Energy and Information,as fundamental constitutive components of this reality.Arguments coming from the field of physics,both at the cosmic and microparticles scale are presented,showing undoubtable conclusions that information is a fundamental component of reality in our material world.At the cosmic level,where the unusual high concentration of mass in the black holes constitutes a special state of matter,suitable for analysis of their special properties,the problem of the conservation principle of information is discussed.At the quantum level,the special unusual characteristics derived from the non-localization principle are also highlighted,together with information-involved problems and solutions.The Universal Triangle of Reality in the living systems reveals the high role of the involved information,both as the informational common organization on the entire evolution scale,and as the info-dynamics processes inside of own structure and resulted from interaction with the environment.The relevant advances in the approaching and understanding of the functionality of the living systems from informational point of view are highlighted,showing the high contribution of information concepts in understanding/solving of various older/recent problems in philosophy,neuroscience/neurology/psychiatry,neuro-physics/neuropsychology/behavior sciences,geriatrics/gerontology,biology and life sciences.

文摘AIM:To explore the effect of silent information regulator factor 2-related enzyme 1(SIRT1)on modulating apoptosis of human lens epithelial cells(HLECs)and alleviating lens opacification of rats through suppressing endoplasmic reticulum(ER)stress.METHODS:HLECs(SRA01/04)were treated with varying concentrations of tunicamycin(TM)for 24h,and the expression of SIRT1 and C/EBP homologous protein(CHOP)was assessed using real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),Western blotting,and immunofluorescence.Cell morphology and proliferation was evaluated using an inverted microscope and cell counting kit-8(CCK-8)assay,respectively.In the SRA01/04 cell apoptosis model,which underwent siRNA transfection for SIRT1 knockdown and SRT1720 treatment for its activation,the expression levels of SIRT1,CHOP,glucose regulated protein 78(GRP78),and activating transcription factor 4(ATF4)were examined.The potential reversal of SIRT1 knockdown effects by 4-phenyl butyric acid(4-PBA;an ER stress inhibitor)was investigated.In vivo,age-related cataract(ARC)rat models were induced by sodium selenite injection,and the protective role of SIRT1,activated by SRT1720 intraperitoneal injections,was evaluated through morphology observation,hematoxylin and eosin(H&E)staining,Western blotting,and RT-PCR.RESULTS:SIRT1 expression was downregulated in TMinduced SRA01/04 cells.Besides,in SRA01/04 cells,both cell apoptosis and CHOP expression increased with the rising doses of TM.ER stress was stimulated by TM,as evidenced by the increased GRP78 and ATF4 in the SRA01/04 cell apoptosis model.Inhibition of SIRT1 by siRNA knockdown increased ER stress activation,whereas SRT1720 treatment had opposite results.4-PBA partly reverse the adverse effect of SIRT1 knockdown on apoptosis.In vivo,SRT1720 attenuated the lens opacification and weakened the ER stress activation in ARC rat models.CONCLUSION:SIRT1 plays a protective role against TM-induced apoptosis in HLECs and slows the progression of cataract in rats by inhibiting ER stress.These findings suggest a novel strategy for cataract treatment focused on targeting ER stress,highlighting the therapeutic potential of SIRT1 modulation in ARC development.
文摘Achieving the Sustainable Development Goal 3.3 is hinged on effective use of information sources for health communication interventions. This study investigated the knowledge of residents of Lagos Nigeria on HIV/HBV co-infection and the use of information sources. The study adopted the quantitative research method of survey to find out the knowledge level of residents of Lagos, Nigeria on the HIV/HBV co-infection. While the bivariate analysis presented cross tabular data on knowledge level, the multivariate was used to test highlight the hypothesis. The study indicated that more than 75% of the respondents had heard of HIV and HBV co-infection. The result established a significant relationship between the use of information sources and the knowledge on HBV/HIV co-infection. Despite the knowledge on HBV/HIV co-infection, the study concluded on the need for preventive information campaigns to create awareness to mitigate the increasing cases of HBV/HIV co-infection cum motivates individuals toward healthy lifestyle practices.
文摘This paper aimed to demonstrate the impact of the effectiveness of the Application of human Resources Management System in Corporate Performance which perspective of workers in the Banking Sector in Jordanian Firm, and to achieve the purpose of the study questionnaire was developed to measure the impact of the effectiveness of the Applica-tion of human Resources Management System in Corporate Performance, and the sample consists of the study (500) employees in the banking sector, and used statistical methods appropriate to answer the study questions and test hy-potheses. The study found asset of results, including: 1) There is a significant effect between the quality of the output of human resources information system and institutional performance in banking sector in the Jordanian firm. 2) There is a statistically significant effect between motives and corporate performance in the banking sector in the Jordanian firm. 3) There is a significant effect between training and organizational performance in the banking sector in the Jordanian firm. The study was presented a set of recommendations, including: activating the role of human resources information system, where still the information system performs the function of traditional supply the decision maker authorized one to read the outputs historical information when they want, either directly or after completing a series of routine procedures that enable it, without that, this applies to access information system to avoid problems that many occur later. Must go beyond human resources information system (HRIS) traditional role in the process of selection and appointment of the new human resource to work in the organization, which is merely providing information to decision makers about the people who stepped forward to fill a job order that differentiation among those application. That the ambitious goal of that system to provide a base for data (data bank) includes all of the details of the employment available in the market.
文摘This study examines the key factors that have impact on the successful adoption of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) within the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA)/Jordan. In order to accomplish the purpose of the study four critical factors are inquired. So, four critical factors are inquired: First, TAM Model (Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) and Perceived Usefulness (PU)). Second, Information Technology Infrastructure (ITI). Third, Top Management Support (TMS). Finally, Individual Experience with Computer (IEC). The research model was applied to collect data from the questionnaires answered by 45 users of HRIS as a source of primary data, based on a convenience sample the response rate was about 91%. In addition, the results were analyzed by utilizing the Statistical Package for Social Software (SPSS). Furthermore, the findings were analyzed;multiple Regression analysis indicated that all research variables have significant relationship on successful adoption of HRIS. The findings indicated IT infrastructures have a positive and significant effect on the successful adoption of HRIS. But there is no significant of PU, PEOU, TMS, and IEC on the successful adoption of HRIS. Finally, the results indicated that no significant statistical differences of demographic characteristics on HRIS adoption. Depending on the research’s findings;the researchers proposed a set of recommendations for better adoption of HRIS in SEZA.

文摘The wearable sensors have recently attracted considerable attentions as communication interfaces through the information perception,decoding,and conveying process.However,it is still challenging to obtain a sensor that can convert detectable signals into multiple outputs for convenient,e cient,cryptic,and high-capacity information transmission.Herein,we present a capacitive sensor of magnetic field based on a tilted flexible micromagnet array(t-FMA)as the proposed interaction interface.With the bidirectional bending capability of t-FMA actuated by magnetic torque,the sensor can recognize both the magnitude and orientation of magnetic field in real time with non-overlapping capacitance signals.The optimized sensor exhibits the high sensitivity of over 1.3 T-1 and detection limit down to 1 mT with excellent durability.As a proof of concept,the sensor has been successfully demonstrated for convenient,e cient,and programmable interaction systems,e.g.,touchless Morse code and Braille communication.The distinguishable recognition of the magnetic field orientation and magnitude further enables the sensor unit as a high-capacity transmitter for cryptic information interaction(e.g.,encoded ID recognition)and multi-control instruction outputting.We believe that the proposed magnetic field sensor can open up a potential avenue for future applications including information communication,virtual reality device,and interactive robotics.
文摘Human resource management has begun to conduct information technology to enhance the efficiency of human resource work.The research objectives are:(1)Does the implementation of human resource management information system enhance work efficiency?(2)What are key factors to influence the implementation of human resource management information system?This research adopts case study with in-depth interviews at W University of Science and Technology.The interviewees of this study were mainly one director and four staffs working at the Department of Human Resource.The research results show that the system quality is acceptable and the system security is perfect.All users have consistent opinions on the bad quality of information and they spend more time to check the data at work.The system use frequency of each user is different,mainly depending on the content of their work.Users who are used less have higher user satisfaction in human resource management information system.Most users perceive that the personal benefit is increased,and feel that this system can enhance personal benefits and improve the organization benefits for personnel management.
