Independent from the motion and deformation of contours,the human nature structure( HNS) embodies the most basic movement characteristics of the body. The human body can be divided into basic units like head,torso,and limbs. Using these basic units,a graph theory model for the HNS can be constructed. GMH provides a basic model for human posture processing,and the outline in the perspective projection plane is the body contour of an image. In addition,the GMH can be applied to articulated motion and deformable objects,e. g.,in the design and analysis of body posture,by modifying mapping parameters of the GMH.展开更多

First, on the basis of considering human capital quality, we use Gini coefficient law to calculate human capital structure coefficient of our country's each province (municipal or district); Second, according to the result of calculating of human capital structure coefficient, considering input of material capital, average education level and so on at the same time, we set up regional economic growth model and use the panel data to examine the model. The allelic distribution of EcoRI and BamHI fragments of ras family genes between the human primary gastric cancer tissues and the corresponding adjacent normal tissues did not show any differences. Three genotypes of...The allelic distribution of EcoRI and BamHI fragments of ras family genes between the human primary gastric cancer tissues and the corresponding adjacent normal tissues did not show any differences. Three genotypes of BamHI restriction fragments length polymorphism of c-H-ras were revealed. No significant differences in the RFLPs were observed between normal individuals and gastric cancer patients. Four protooncogenes, c-H-ras, N-ras, c-myc and c-fos, were found to be transcriptionally active in the gastric cancer tissues in some cases examined. The comparison of the expression of these oncogenes between the malignant tissues and the corresponding normal tissues showed differential patterns. The expression of c-H-ras at cellular level was detected with in situ hybridization. The enhanced expression of c-H-ras in the gastric cancer cells was demonstrated, but the degree of the expession among the cancer cells was shown to be heterogeneous. In addition, the enhanced expression of c-H-ras was seen in the inflammatory cells.展开更多

At some future time, each person alive today will be either an ancestor of everyone or an ancestor of no one. If the global population were unstructured by geography, race, religion and other factors, the time to futu...At some future time, each person alive today will be either an ancestor of everyone or an ancestor of no one. If the global population were unstructured by geography, race, religion and other factors, the time to future common ancestry for present-day humans would be between 33 and 66 generations, or about 1000 - 2000 years. In a structured population, migration and intermarriage are the necessary conditions for global common ancestry. Simulation of random and hierarchical migration models, shows that time to future global ancestry is generally less than triple, and often less than twice, that required for an unstructured population. The models suggest that someone alive today will become a common ancestor of the entire world population by about 5000 CE, or sooner;and that all current humans who are destined to become global common ancestors will be so by about 8000 CE, or sooner. With the purpose to smooth the way of a correct understanding of information concepts and their evolution,in this paper,is discussed the evolution and development of the concept of information in biological systems,sh...With the purpose to smooth the way of a correct understanding of information concepts and their evolution,in this paper,is discussed the evolution and development of the concept of information in biological systems,showing that this concept was intuitively perceived even since ancient times by our predecessors,and described according to their language level of that times,but the crystallization of the real meaning of information is an achievement of our nowadays,by successive contribution of various scientific branches and personalities of the scientific community of the world,leading to a modern description/modeling of reality,in which information plays a fundamental role.It is shown that our reality can be understood as a contribution of matter/energy/information and represented/discussed as the model of the Universal Triangle of Reality(UTR),where various previous models can be suggestively inserted,as a function of their basic concern.The modern concepts on information starting from a theoretic experiment which would infringe the thermodynamics laws and reaching the theory of information and modern philosophic concepts on the world structuration allow us to show that information is a fundamental component of the material world and of the biological structures,in correlation with the structuration/destructuration processes of matter,involving absorption/release of information.Based on these concepts,is discussed the functionality of the biologic structures and is presented the informational model of the human body and living structures,as a general model of info-organization on the entire biological scale,showing that a rudimentary proto-consciousness should be operative even at the low-scale biological systems,because they work on the same principles,like the most developed bio-systems.The operability of biologic structures as informational devices is also pointed out.展开更多
Based on international comparison, this paper arrives at the following conclusions:(1) with the progress of industrialization and rising per capita GDP, successful catch-up countries will experience an upgrade from lo...Based on international comparison, this paper arrives at the following conclusions:(1) with the progress of industrialization and rising per capita GDP, successful catch-up countries will experience an upgrade from low-level human capital to highlevel human capital;(2) the leap phenomenon exists in the deepening of high-level human capital and the universalization of tertiary education is normally completed within a relatively short period of time, which has cumulative causation with high productivity;(3) most developing countries face the critical mass of human capital upgrade, excessive lowlevel human capital and slow improvement of efficiency;(4) problems of China's human capital structure are mainly reflected in the excessive secondary human capital with poor quality and insufficient accumulation of tertiary human capital. According to the patterns of human capital deepening, the fostering of human capital in the current stage determines whether China's economic transition can succeed in the coming couple of decades. In order to mitigate the potential risks of belated transition, China must proactively seek the path of human capital upgrade.展开更多

In this study, the Brunswick River entrance and adjacent beaches ar...River training walls have been built at scores of locations along the NSW coast and their impacts on shoreline change are still not fully understood. In this study, the Brunswick River entrance and adjacent beaches are selected for examination of the impact of the construction of major training walls. Thirteen sets of aerial photographs taken between 1947 and 1994 are used in a GIS approach to accurately determine the shoreline position, beach contours and sand volumes, and their changes in both time and space, and then to assess the contribution of both the structures and natural hydrodynamic conditions to large scale (years-decades and kilometres) beach changes. The impact of the training walls can be divided into four stages: natural conditions prior to their construction (pre 1959), major downdrift erosion and updrift accretion during and following the construction of the walls in 1959~1962 and 1966, diminishing impact of the walls between 1966 and 1987, and finally no apparent impact between 1987~1994. The impact extends horizontally about 8 km updrift and 17 km downdrift, and temporally up to 25 years.展开更多
Based on the panel data on 276 prefectural-level cities from 2011 to 2018,this paper uses longitudinal fixed effects models,panel threshold effects and instrumental variables to explore the relationship between digita...Based on the panel data on 276 prefectural-level cities from 2011 to 2018,this paper uses longitudinal fixed effects models,panel threshold effects and instrumental variables to explore the relationship between digital economy development and human capital structure advancement.In addition,this paper examines how the development of the digital economy is related to human capital levels.The results show that digital economy development significantly boosts human capital structure advancement,as well as low-level and high-level human capital.However,the effect of digital economy development on midlevel human capital is not statistically significant.In terms of heterogeneity,we find that digital economy development significantly promotes human capital structure advancement in eastern and central-western regions of China,as well as in core and peripheral cities.Effects on the various levels of human capital show significant differences.Furthermore,digital economy development has a positive effect on human capital structure when industrial structure advancement is low.Past a certain threshold,however,the effect reverses.This paper suggests that each region should accelerate the development of digital infrastructure,rationally promote industrial structure advancement and boost the effectiveness of human resources to achieve high-quality economic development.展开更多

文摘Gansu Province in the northwest of China, so the research on the impact of delay retirement in Gansu province have a certain representation. This paper analyzes the current situation of human resources in Gansu province the proportion of the labor force is relatively low, the age structure of aging, education, human resources quality is still not high, the use of theoretical analysis method of overlapping generations model and AHP method to verify the proposed implementation. The delay retirement policy to increase the effective adjustment of Gansu province to improve the structure of human resources, better solve the problem of human resources structure in Gansu Province, so as to enhance Gansu's core competitive advantage.
