HybridⅡ型杂交和全弓置换术在急性Stanford A型主动脉夹层合并脏器灌注不良的疗效比较

目的比较HybridⅡ型杂交与全弓置换术治疗急性A型主动脉夹层合并脏器灌注不良的疗效。方法2016年1月~2020年1月我院诊治的急性A型主动脉夹层合并脏器灌注不良病人127例,按手术方法不同分为两组,Hybrid组56例,采用HybridⅡ型杂交手术,全... 目的比较HybridⅡ型杂交与全弓置换术治疗急性A型主动脉夹层合并脏器灌注不良的疗效。方法2016年1月~2020年1月我院诊治的急性A型主动脉夹层合并脏器灌注不良病人127例,按手术方法不同分为两组,Hybrid组56例,采用HybridⅡ型杂交手术,全弓置换组71例,采用全弓置换术。结果HybridⅡ组和全弓置换组术后呼吸机辅助时间分别为(32.6±26.7)小时和(61.8±31.1)小时,术后ICU住院时间分别为(75.3±30.6)小时和(104.4±34.1)小时,术后肾功能不全发生率分别为21.4%和46.5%,术后30天内死亡率分别为1.8%和12.7%,术后1年内死亡率分别为5.4%和18.3%,永久性神经功能损伤分别为8.9%和22.5%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后二次开胸止血、肝功能不全、气管切开、暂时性神经功能损伤、术后3年内死亡率及内漏发生率比较,差异无统计学意义。结论急性A型主动脉夹层合并脏器灌注不良病人,行HybridⅡ型杂交手术近期预后满意,远期预后有待进一步研究。 展开更多

Recently, a kind of hybrid solution MEA-methanol shows a better CO_2 capture performance over aqueous MEA solution. However, the vaporization of methanol is the biggest disadvantage that hinders its application, so it is necessary to minimize the vaporization of methanol during both the absorption and regeneration processes. In this work, two kinds of hybrid solutions were studied and compared with aqueous MEA solution and MEA-methanol solution, including MEA/TEA/methanol solution and MEA/glycerol/methanol solution. The absorption property of MEA/glycerol/methanol solution is better than aqueous MEA solution within a certain period of time and the absorption property of MEA/TEA/methanol solution is too poor to be used in CO_2 capture. By increasing the concentration of TEA and decreasing the concentration of MEA, the absorption rate, CO_2 capture efficiency and absorption capacity all decreased. Upon adding glycerol, the cyclic capacity decreased and the generation temperature increased, and moreover, the density and viscosity also increased considerably. So after adding TEA and glycerol, the CO_2 capture performance of MEAmethanol solvent cannot be improved. 展开更多

The crystal belongs to monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 8.2905(17), b = 16.078(3), c = 13.213(3)A, β = 99.44(3)°, Mr = 950.86, V = 1737.3(6) A^3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.818 g/cm^3, F(000) = 924, m = 2.450 mm(-1), the final R = 0.0198 and w R = 0.0467 for 3053 observed reflections(I &gt; 2σ(I)). The Cd(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated by four N atoms of four 3-pbpmb ligands and two iodine ions to furnish a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The Cd(Ⅱ) ion and its own symmetry-related ions are bridged by N atoms from two 3-pbpmb ligands to generate a "zigzag" 1-D chain coordination polymer. These 1D chains are further connected into a three-dimensional(3D) framework by C–H×××pinteractions and intermolecular C–H×××I hydrogen bond. 构建以新能源为主体的新型电力系统逐渐成为电力行业转型升级的发展趋势。由风电、光伏、水电、储能电池多种新能源组成的多能互补系统,通过对出力条件(风力发电机出力、光伏组件出力、水电站水轮机组出力)、储能电池容量以及充放电功... 构建以新能源为主体的新型电力系统逐渐成为电力行业转型升级的发展趋势。由风电、光伏、水电、储能电池多种新能源组成的多能互补系统,通过对出力条件(风力发电机出力、光伏组件出力、水电站水轮机组出力)、储能电池容量以及充放电功率等约束的综合考虑,建立以系统出力波动性最小和运行经济效益最大为目标的多目标优化模型。利用改进粒子群优化算法和NSGA-Ⅱ优化算法,以中国西北地区某风电场、光伏电站、水电站以及电化学储能电站组成的多能互补系统为例,验证目标模型和求解方法的有效性。算例与结果表明:相比改进MOPSO,采用NSGA-Ⅱ算法求解此风光水储联合系统中的多目标问题可以减少15%的出力波动,提高28 835元/年的经济效益,相对风-光-储互补系统,小型水电站的加入通过NSGA-Ⅱ算法可降低31%的出力波动。 展开更多

PSⅡ Photochemistry and Xanthophyll Cycle in Two Superhigh-yield Rice Hybrids, Liangyoupeijiu and Hua-an 3 During Photoinhibition and Subsequent Restoration 被引量:6

PSⅡ photochemistry and xanthophyll cycle during photoinhibition (exposed to strong light of 2 000 μmol photons·m -2 ·s -1 ) and the subsequent restoration were compared between two superhigh_yield rice hybrids (Liangyoupeijiu and Hua_an 3, the newly developed rice hybrids from two parental lines) and the traditional rice hybrid Shanyou 63 developed from three parental lines. The results showed that the maximal efficiency of PSⅡ photochemistry ( Fv/Fm ), the efficiency of excitation energy capture by open PSⅡ centers ( Fv′/Fm′ ), and the yield of PSⅡ electron transport ( Φ PSⅡ ) of the three rice hybrids decreased during photoinhibition. However, a greater decrease in Fv/Fm , Fv′/Fm′ , and Φ PSⅡ was observed in Shanyou 63 than in Liangyoupeijiu and Hua_an 3. At the same time, the components of xanthophyll cycle, antherxanthin (A) and zeathanxin (Z) increased rapidly while violaxanthin (V) decreased considerably. Both the rate of accumulation and the amount of A and Z in the two superhigh_yield rice hybrids were higher than that in Shanyou 63. The de_epoxidation state (DES) of xanthophyll cycle increased rapidly with the fast accumulation of A and Z, and reached the maximal level after first 30 min during photoinhibition. Of the three hybrids, the increasing rate of DES in Liangyoupeijiu and Hua_an 3 was higher than that in Shanyou 63. After photoinhibition treatment, the plant materials were transferred to a dim light (70 μmol photons·m -2 ·s -1 ) for restoration. During restoration, both chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and xanthophyll cycle relaxed gradually, but the rate and level of restoration in the two superhigh_yield rice hybrids were higher than those in Shanyou 63. Our results suggest that Liangyoupeijiu and Hua_an 3 had higher resistance to photoinhibition and higher capacity of non_radiative energy dissipation associated with xanthophyll cycle, as well as higher rate of restoration after photoinhibition, than Shanyou 63 when subjected to strong light. 展开更多

The preparation of hydrogel adsorbents with admirable performance for efficient selective remove Pb(Ⅱ)in complex wastewater still remains a great challenge.Herein,a novel bifunctional modified polymer hydrogel PAM-PAMPS was prepared by crosslinking acrylamide(AM)and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS).Compared with PEG,PAA and PAMPS,PAM-PAMPS exhibited both the maximum adsorption capacity of Pb(Ⅱ)(541.90 mg/g)and satisfactory selectivity for Pb(Ⅱ)in multiple heavy metal ions coexistence solutions.Various characterizations indicated that–SO3H and–NH2as active sites on PAM-PAMPS occur the synergistic effects of ion-exchange and coordination with Pb(Ⅱ)during the adsorption process,respectively.The adsorption energy Ead(PAM-PAMPS)obtained from density functional theory(DFT)calculations was lower than the other three hydrogels,manifesting that PAMPAMPS formed the most stable complex with Pb(Ⅱ),which further demonstrated that Pb(Ⅱ)preferred to combine with PAM-PAMPS to selective capture of Pb(Ⅱ).The practice utilization of PAM-PAMPS was assessed by wastewater of electroplate containing Pb(Ⅱ).Meanwhile,the removal ratio of PAM-PAMPS was maintained at about 89%after 4 adsorption-desorption cycles.This study establishes a new and effective idea for the design and fabrication of bifunctionalized modified polymer hydrogels. 展开更多

The method of laser capture microdissection (LCM) combined with suppressive subtractive hybridization (SSH) was developed to isolate specific germ cells from human testis sections and to identify the genes expressed during differentiation and development. In the present study, over 10,000 primary spermatocytes and round spermatid cells were successfully isolated by LCM. Using the cDNAs from primary spermatocytes and round spermatids, SSH cDNAs library of primary spermatocyte-specific was constructed. The average insert size of the cDNA isolated from 75 randomly picked white clones was 500 bp, ranging from 250 bp to 1.7 kb. Using the dot-blot method, a total of 421 clones were examined, resulting in the identification of 390 positive clones emitting strong signals. Partial sequence of cDNAs prepared from each clone was determined with an overall success rate of 84.4%. Genes encoding cytochrome c oxidase II and the rescue factor-humanin were most frequently expressed in primary spermatocytes, suggesting their roles involved in meiosis. 展开更多

A series of novel silica-based hybrid adsorbents were prepared by the crosslinking reaction of N-[3- (trimethoxysilyl)propyl] ethylene diamine (TMSPEDA) with epichlorohydrin (ECH) via a sol-gel process. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectra confirmed that the reaction occurred. TGA curves showed that the thermal stability of these hybrid adsorbents reached as high as 180 ℃. As a typical example, the adsorption performance of nickel(U) ions onto an adsorbent (the volume ratio of TMSPEDA and ECH was 4:1 ) was explored. It was found that the adsorption of nickel(Ⅱ) ions onto this adsorbent followed the Lagergren pseudo-second-order kinetic model. The investigation of the adsorption mechanism demonstrated that nickel(Ⅱ) adsorption was chiefly controlled by diffusion-chemisorption, suggesting that more diffusion processes were involved in the adsorption of nickel(Ⅱ) ions onto this type of adsorbents. Desorption experiment indicates that these hybrid adsorbents can be regenerated. These findings reveal that this type of silica-based hybrid adsorbent is promising in the separation and recovery of nickel(Ⅱ) ions from Ni-containing wastewater or contaminated water. 展开更多

Motivated by inconveniences of present hybrid methods,a gradient-augmented hybrid interface capturing method(GAHM) is presented for incompressible two-phase flow.A front tracking method(FTM) is used as the skeleton of the GAHM for low mass loss and resources.Smooth eulerian level set values are calculated from the FTM interface,and are used for a local interface reconstruction.The reconstruction avoids marker particle redistribution and enables an automatic treatment of interfacial topology change.The cubic Hermit interpolation is employed in all steps of the GAHM to capture subgrid structures within a single spacial cell.The performance of the GAHM is carefully evaluated in a benchmark test.Results show significant improvements of mass loss,clear subgrid structures,highly accurate derivatives(normals and curvatures) and low cost.The GAHM is further coupled with an incompressible multiphase flow solver,Super CE/SE,for more complex and practical applications.The updated solver is evaluated through comparison with an early droplet research. 展开更多

We study the Kondo screening of a spin-1/2 magnetic impurity in the hybrid nodal line semimetals(NLSMs) and the type-Ⅱ NLSMs by using the variational method. We mainly study the binding energy and the spin–spin correlation between magnetic impurity and conduction electrons. We find that in both the hybrid and type-Ⅱ cases, the density of states(DOS) is always finite, so the impurity and the conduction electrons always form bound states, and the bound state is more easily formed when the DOS is large. Meanwhile, due to the unique dispersion relation and the spin–orbit couplings in the NLSMs, the spatial spin–spin correlation components show very interesting features. Most saliently, various components of the spatial spin–spin correlation function decay with 1/r^(2) in the hybrid NLSMs, while they follow 1/r^(3) decay in the type-Ⅱ NLSMs. This property is mainly caused by the special band structures in the NLSMs, and it can work as a fingerprint to distinguish the two types of NLSMs. 展开更多

目的探讨高危型人乳头瘤病毒杂交捕获法Ⅱ(HC2)评估宫颈上皮内瘤变的临床价值。方法回顾性分析了2002年3月至今在我院妇科门诊进行宫颈液基薄层细胞学(TCT)检测和HC2二联筛查的723例患者,以及其中进行TCT、HC2和阴道镜下多点活检三联检... 目的探讨高危型人乳头瘤病毒杂交捕获法Ⅱ(HC2)评估宫颈上皮内瘤变的临床价值。方法回顾性分析了2002年3月至今在我院妇科门诊进行宫颈液基薄层细胞学(TCT)检测和HC2二联筛查的723例患者,以及其中进行TCT、HC2和阴道镜下多点活检三联检查的350例患者的临床资料。结果在TCT和HC2二联筛查的723例患者中,不典型鳞状细胞(ASC)组、低度鳞状上皮内病变(LSIL)组和高度鳞状上皮内病变(HSIL)组高危型HPV感染率分别为70·7%(94/133)、88·9%(249/280)和90·9%(90/99),均明显高于TCT正常组的55·5%(117/211)(P=0·005,P<0·001,P<0·001)。在TCT、HC2和阴道镜加点活检三联检查的350例患者中,宫颈轻度不典型增生(CIN1)组和宫颈中度不典型增生(CIN2)组高危型HPV感染率分别为88·9%(72/81)和96·3%(52/54),均明显高于病理学结果正常组的77·7%(153/197)(P=0·03,P=0·002);宫颈重度不典型增生(CIN3)组和子宫颈癌组高危型HPV感染率分别为91·7%(11/12)和100·0%(6/6),也呈明显升高趋势。在三联检查TCT为ASC的患者群中,高危型HPV感染率为79·3%(69/87)。其中高危型HPV感染者发生CIN2-3的比率为38·0%,明显高于无高危型HPV感染者的5·9%(P=0·04)。结论高危型HPV感染与宫颈癌前病变及子宫颈癌密切相关,其感染率随宫颈病变严重程度呈上升趋势。 展开更多

以人工气候室内的高山松(Pinus densata)及其亲本油松(P.tabulaeformis)和云南松(P.yunnanensis)实生苗为材料,通过测定低温胁迫和恢复后其幼苗的快速叶绿素荧光诱导动力学(JIP-test)参数,分析高山松及其亲本的光系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ)功能稳定... 以人工气候室内的高山松(Pinus densata)及其亲本油松(P.tabulaeformis)和云南松(P.yunnanensis)实生苗为材料,通过测定低温胁迫和恢复后其幼苗的快速叶绿素荧光诱导动力学(JIP-test)参数,分析高山松及其亲本的光系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ)功能稳定性以及对低温胁迫的响应差异,以探讨高山松适应高海拔低温环境的光合生理生态机制。结果表明:经过33 d的低温(12℃/5℃,昼/夜)处理后,高山松PSⅡ功能参数单位截面积吸收的能量(ABS/CSo)、捕获的能量(TRo/CSo)、电子传递的能量(ETo/CSo)、耗散的能量(DIo/CSo)、有活性反应中心的数量(RC/CSo),以及原初光化学反应的最大量子产额(φPo)、吸收光能用于QA-以后的电子传递的能量比例(φEo)、捕获光能用于QA-以后的电子传递的能量比例(Ψo)、光能利用能力参数(PIabs)、2 ms时相对可变荧光(VJ)、荧光上升的初始斜率(Mo)、荧光曲线与Fm所围面积(Area)、介于F0和Fm之间的相对面积(Sm)和QA氧化还原次数(N)均与处理前无显著差异;油松和云南松的φPo、φEo、Ψo、PIabs、Area与对照差异显著,云南松的VJ、Mo、Sm、N、ETo/CSo、DIo/CSo、ABS/CSo也与对照存在显著差异;温度恢复之后(25℃/18℃,昼/夜),这些荧光参数的恢复程度表现为高山松>油松>云南松。可见,低温胁迫显著影响了油松和云南松的光能传递和光能利用能力以及受体库大小,且云南松遭受伤害的程度高于油松,而高山松的PSⅡ功能及其稳定性在遭受低温胁迫时明显高于亲本油松和云南松,且胁迫解除后恢复程度高,从而使得高山松能够在高海拔低温环境中累积代谢所需的有机物,保证其正常的生长和发育。 展开更多

背景与目的:胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅱ(Insulin-likegrowthfactorⅡ,IGF-Ⅱ)能促进细胞分裂、增殖,B细胞淋巴瘤-2(bcl-2)蛋白能明显抑制细胞的凋亡,使细胞寿命延长。近来发现两者在结肠直肠癌中均存在过表达,但两者在结肠直肠癌中的联合检测... 背景与目的:胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅱ(Insulin-likegrowthfactorⅡ,IGF-Ⅱ)能促进细胞分裂、增殖,B细胞淋巴瘤-2(bcl-2)蛋白能明显抑制细胞的凋亡,使细胞寿命延长。近来发现两者在结肠直肠癌中均存在过表达,但两者在结肠直肠癌中的联合检测尚未见报道。本文通过观察结肠直肠腺癌中IGF-ⅡmRNA、bcl-2蛋白的表达情况,结合肿瘤中细胞增殖和凋亡状态的研究,探讨IGF-Ⅱ,bcl-2基因表达的相关性以及与结肠直肠腺癌浸润、转移的关系,并探求两者联合检测的临床意义。方法:选取48例结肠直肠腺癌石蜡标本,采用原位分子杂交检测IGF-ⅡmRNA,S-P法检测bcl-2蛋白,增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA),TUNEL法检测细胞凋亡,多媒体图文分析系统定量肿瘤阳性细胞率。以10例正常结肠直肠组织作为对照。结果:结肠直肠腺癌中IGF-ⅡmRNA,bcl-2蛋白阳性细胞率犤(38.70±7.80)%和(30.97±7.40)%犦均显著高于正常结肠直肠组织犤(23.12±4.07)%和(12.69±1.31)%犦(P<0.01),IGF-ⅡmRNA和bcl-2蛋白表达呈负相关(P<0.05),且均与肿瘤Dukes'分期有关和淋巴结转移有关,而与患者的年龄,性别,肿瘤大小,部位,分化程度无关。IGF-ⅡmRNA与PCNA,细胞凋亡显著正相关(P<0.01),bcl-2蛋白与细胞凋亡显著负相关(P<0.01),而与PCNA表达无关(P>0.05)。 展开更多

风电并网在实现节约化石能源和减少有害气体排放等效益的同时,也将对电力系统的可靠性造成一定的负面影响。为达到投资经济性、系统可靠性、环保效果的整体最优,构建了多目标风电场接入的输电线路与电网的联合优化规划模型;针对目标权... 风电并网在实现节约化石能源和减少有害气体排放等效益的同时,也将对电力系统的可靠性造成一定的负面影响。为达到投资经济性、系统可靠性、环保效果的整体最优,构建了多目标风电场接入的输电线路与电网的联合优化规划模型;针对目标权重未知、人工神经网络(artificial neuralnetwork,ANN)收敛困难、无法合理决策等问题,采用方差最大化决策和分类逼近理想解的排序方法(technique fororder preference by similarity to an ideal solution,TOPSIS)缩小最优解的范围,并在此基础上提出了随机模拟、神经元网络和非劣排序遗传算法II(non-dominated sorting geneticalgorithm II,NSGA-Ⅱ)相结合的混合智能算法;对增加风电场的改进IEEE Garver-6系统进行计算分析,结果表明该方法具有较高的决策效率和计算精度,从而验证了所提出模型和方法的合理性和有效性。 展开更多
