A dynamical model is constructed to depict the spatial-temporal evolution of malware in mobile wireless sensor networks(MWSNs). Based on such a model, we design a hybrid control scheme combining parameter perturbation and state feedback to effectively manipulate the spatiotemporal dynamics of malware propagation. The hybrid control can not only suppress the Turing instability caused by diffusion factor but can also adjust the occurrence of Hopf bifurcation induced by time delay. Numerical simulation results show that the hybrid control strategy can efficiently manipulate the transmission dynamics to achieve our expected desired properties, thus reducing the harm of malware propagation to MWSNs. 展开更多

A compliant landing strategy for a trotting quadruped robot on unknown rough terrains based on contact force control is presented. Firstly, in order to lower the disturbance caused by the landing impact force, a landing phase is added between the swing phase and the stance phase, where the desired contact force is set as a small positive constant. Secondly, the joint torque optimization of the stance legs is formulated as a quadratic programming(QP) problem subject to equality and inequality/bound constraints. And a primal-dual dynamical system solver based on linear variational inequalities(LVI) is applied to solve this QP problem. Furthermore, based on the optimization results, a hybrid motion/force robust controller is designed to realize the tracking of the contact force, while the constraints of the stance feet landing angles are fulfilled simultaneously. In this paper, a linear programming method is proposed to solve model predictive control for a class of hybrid systems. Firstly, using the (max, +) algebra, a typical subclass of hybrid systems called max-plus-linear (MPL) systems is obtained. And then, model predictive control (MPC) framework is extended to MPL systems. In general, the nonlinear optimization approach or extended linear complementarity problem (ELCP) were applied to solve the MPL-MPC optimization problem. A new optimization method based on canonical forms for max-min-plus-scaling (MMPS) functions (using the operations maximization, minimization, addition and scalar multiplication) with linear constraints on the inputs is presented. The proposed approach consists in solving several linear programming problems and is more efficient than nonlinear optimization. The validity of the algorithm is illustrated by an example. 展开更多

An appli- cation is proposed for IFPOC by combining the onboard hybrid aero-engine model with sequential quadratic pro- gramming (SQP). Firstly, a steady-state hybrid aero-engine model is designed in the whole flight envelope with a dramatic enhancement of real-time capability. Secondly, the aero-engine performance seeking control including the maximum thrust mode and the minimum fuel-consumption mode is performed by SQP. Finally, digital simu- lations for cruise and accelerating flight are carried out. Results show that the proposed method improves real- time capability considerably with satisfactory effectiveness of optimization. 展开更多

In this article, state feedback predictive controller for hybrid system via parametric programming is proposed. First, mixed logic dynamic (MLD) modeling mechanism for hybrid system is analyzed, which has a distinguished advantage to deal with the logic rules and constraints of a plant. Model predictive control algorithm with moving horizon state estimator (MHE) is presented. The estimator is adopted to estimate the current state of the plant with process disturbance and measurement noise, and the state estimated are utilized in the predictive controller for both regulation and tracking problems of the hybrid system based on MLD model. Off-line parametric programming is adopted and then on-line mixed integer programming problem can be treated as the parameter programming with estimated state as the parameters. A three tank system is used for computer simulation, results show that the proposed MHE based predictive control via parametric programming is effective for hybrid system with model/olant mismatch, and has a potential for the engineering applications. 展开更多

To implement structural hybrid simulation independent of the control system of any testing equipment in civil engineering, an external command control approach is put forward. Several setup technologies and the corresponding API approaches are investigated to simultaneously combine numerical simulation with physical testing. Hybrid program technology is put forward and described in detail, using Visual C++ program to effectively and accurately control testing equipment and MATLAB program to implement numerical simulation with easy extension. The control program of testing equipment and numerical simulation program are integrated by calling MATLAB engine in Visual C++. A hybrid simulation about a full-scale six-story masonry structure is carried out. The testing results manifest that the external command control approach has the versatility because of simple hardware connection and control program independent on control software of testing equipment; powerful program function of Visual C++ and flexible program of MATLAB are integrated by hybrid program technology; hybrid simulation system provides a realistic and cost-effective testing platform that enables earthquake engineer researchers to accurately and efficiently capture the seismic performance of large or complex structures without having to carry out physical testing of the entire structure. 展开更多

The present paper aims at validating a Model Predictive Control(MPC),based on the Mixed Logical Dynamical(MLD)model,for Hybrid Dynamic Systems(HDSs)that explicitly involve continuous dynamics and discrete events.The proposed benchmark system is a three-tank process,which is a typical case study of HDSs.The MLD-MPC controller is applied to the level control of the considered tank system.The study is initially focused on the MLD approach that allows consideration of the interacting continuous dynamics with discrete events and includes the operating constraints.This feature of MLD modeling is very advantageous when an MPC controller synthesis for the HDSs is designed.Once the MLD model of the system is well-posed,then the MPC law synthesis can be developed based on the Mixed Integer Programming(MIP)optimization problem.For solving this MIP problem,a Branch and Bound(B&B)algorithm is proposed to determine the optimal control inputs.Then,a comparative study is carried out to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed hybrid controller for the HDSs compared to the standard MPC approach.Performances results show that the MLD-MPC approach outperforms the standardMPCone that doesn’t consider the hybrid aspect of the system.The paper also shows a behavioral test of the MLDMPC controller against disturbances deemed as liquid leaks from the system.The results are very satisfactory and show that the tracking error is minimal less than 0.1%in nominal conditions and less than 0.6%in the presence of disturbances.Such results confirm the success of the MLD-MPC approach for the control of the HDSs. 展开更多

为了满足汽车行驶稳定性要求,当前依托于单一传感信息进行转向控制,容易忽略很多影响因素,使得控制后汽车转向质心侧偏角依旧较大。因此,混合动力汽车提出转向稳定性多传感器融合控制技术。考虑混合动力汽车转向过程中的动态特性,构建... 为了满足汽车行驶稳定性要求,当前依托于单一传感信息进行转向控制,容易忽略很多影响因素,使得控制后汽车转向质心侧偏角依旧较大。因此,混合动力汽车提出转向稳定性多传感器融合控制技术。考虑混合动力汽车转向过程中的动态特性,构建转向动力学模型,并计算出车辆理想横摆角速度。深入分析横摆角速度、滑移率对车辆转向稳定性的影响,得出期望的横摆力矩和滑移率调整力矩。将汽车转向稳定性控制问题看作二次规划问题,结合BP神经网络和常规PID控制器,设计转向稳定性控制算法,利用车辆转向参数的理想值、实际值和偏差值推算出稳定性控制参数。结合融合多传感器实时采集信息,推算出汽车转向姿态误差代入控制结构中,给出优化后的控制参数。实验结果表明:新提出的控制技术应用后,车辆转向的质心侧偏角不超过±0.012 rad/s,满足了混合动力汽车转向行驶要求。 展开更多

为解决混合动力系统传统动态规划(Dynamic Programming,DP)策略成本函数值受罚函数影响较大、平衡电量调试时间较长的问题,针对某款双行星排混合动力客车提出了变惩罚系数DP(Variable Penalty Coefficient DP,DP-VAR)策略和边界迭代DP(B... 为解决混合动力系统传统动态规划(Dynamic Programming,DP)策略成本函数值受罚函数影响较大、平衡电量调试时间较长的问题,针对某款双行星排混合动力客车提出了变惩罚系数DP(Variable Penalty Coefficient DP,DP-VAR)策略和边界迭代DP(Boundary Iterative DP,DP-ITE)策略。同时,还提出了基于XGBoost算法的动态规划策略模式切换规则提取方法,并对自适应等效燃油消耗最小策略(Adaptive Equivalent Fuel Consumption Minimization Strategy,A-ECMS)进行了改进,建立了具有模式切换规则的A-ECMS策略。基于C-WTVC工况的仿真结果表明:(1)相比于DP策略,DPVAR和DP-ITE策略的控制规则更为明确且百公里油耗分别降低了1.18%和4.31%;(2)DP-ITE策略在取消罚函数的前提下具有终止SOC绝对收敛性;(3)优化后的A-ECMS策略较优化前的百公里油耗降低了1.17%。 展开更多

为了改善混合动力汽车的燃油经济性,设计了基于DynaProg方法的动态规划(Dynamic Programming,DP)算法,优化能量分配策略。以并联混合动力汽车为研究对象,基于Matlab建立整车模型;以燃油消耗最小为目标,建立DynaProg最优控制的数学模型,... 为了改善混合动力汽车的燃油经济性,设计了基于DynaProg方法的动态规划(Dynamic Programming,DP)算法,优化能量分配策略。以并联混合动力汽车为研究对象,基于Matlab建立整车模型;以燃油消耗最小为目标,建立DynaProg最优控制的数学模型,求出已知工况下混合动力汽车全局最优的动力源工作状态;与传统混合动力汽车动态规划控制策略和基于规则的混合动力汽车控制策略在运算速度、油耗与排放上分别进行仿真分析比较。结果表明:采用基于DynaProg方法的动态规划控制策略,相较于采用传统动态规划控制策略,运算速度提升了22.46%;相较于采用规则的混合动力汽车控制策略,汽车燃油经济性提高了17.08%,一氧化碳(CO)和氮氧化物(NOx)尾气排放量分别降低了2.88%和16.29%。 展开更多

Two-line hybrid breeding can fully utilize heterosis in crops.In thermo-sensitive genic male sterile(TGMS)lines,low critical sterility-inducing temperature(CSIT)is vital to safeguard the production of two-line hybrid seeds in rice(Oryza sativa),but the molecular mechanism determining CSIT is unclear.Here,we report the cloning of CSIT1,which encodes an E3 ubiquitin ligase,and show that CSIT1 modulates the CSIT of thermo-sensitive genic male sterility 5(tms5)-based TGMS lines through ribosome-associated quality control(RQC).Biochemical assays demonstrated that CSIT1 binds to the 80S ribosomes and ubiquitinates abnormal nascent polypeptides for degradation in the RQC process.Loss of CSIT1 function inhibits the possible damage of tms5 to the ubiquitination system and protein translation,resulting in enhanced accumulation of anther-related proteins such as catalase to suppress abnormal accumulation of reactive oxygen species and premature programmed cell death in the tapetum,thereby leading to a much higher CSIT in the tms5-based TGMS lines.Taken together,our findings reveal a regulatory mechanism of CSIT,providing new insights into RQC and potential targets for future two-line hybrid breeding. 展开更多

This system consists of a set of devices conventionally used for cyclic tests to load the tested substructures onto the target displacement or the target force. Due to their robustness and portability, individual sets of conventional loading devices can be transported and reconfigured to realize physical loading in geographically remote laboratories. Another appealing feature is the flexible displacement-force mixed control that is particularly suitable for specimens having large disparities in stiffness during various performance stages. To conduct a substructure online hybrid test, an extensible framework is developed, which is equipped with a generalized interface to encapsulate each substructure. Multiple tested substructures and analyzed substructures using various structural program codes can be accommodated within the single framework, simply interfaced with the boundary displacements and forces. A coordinator program is developed to keep the boundaries among all substructures compatible and equilibrated. An Interuet-based data exchange scheme is also devised to transfer data among computers equipped with different software environments. A series of online hybrid tests are introduced, and the portability, flexibility, and extensibility of the online hybrid test system are demonstrated. 展开更多

One such example is solar power. The challenge remains to maximize the capture of the rays from the sun for conversion into electricity. This paper presents fabrication and installation of a solar panel mount with a dual-axis solar tracking controller. This is done so that rays from the sun fall perpendicularly unto the solar panels to maximize the capture of the rays by pointing the solar panels towards the sun and following its path across the sky.
