The support was pre-treated with different concentration of NH4NO3 aqueous solution. The effect of support pre-treatment on the properties of support and performance of supportedcobalt-based catalysts was investigated. To treat the support with NH4NO3 aqueous solution enlarged the pore of γ-Al2O3, decreased the impurity Na2O content, and weakened the surface acidity of γ-Al2O3. The change in the properties of the support decreased the interaction between cobalt species and support, enhanced the CO hydrogenation rate and the C5+ selectivity. For all catalysts, increasing the reaction temperature increased the CO hydrogenation rate or the CO conversion, slightly decreased the total hydrocarbon selectivity, and favored the formation of methane and light hydrocarbons, while the chain growth probability decreased. For 16.6%Co/γ-Al2O3 catalysts, prepared with the support treated with 100 g/L NH4NO3 aqueous solution, the CO conversion, the CH4 selectivity, and the C5+ selectivity were 83.13%, 6.86% and 82.75% respectively, and the chain growth probability was 0.83 under the condition of 493 K, 1.5 MPa, 500 h-1 and the molar ratio of H2 to CO being 2.0 in feed. 展开更多

The problem of the high-level processing of coal into synthetic motor fuels assumes worldwide actual meaning nowadays. Thereat, it is important especially for countries and regions which possess extensive coal resources and are forced to be guided by the import of liquid and gas hydrocarbons. However, a greater emphasis is paid to the given issue in Russia-The development of the federal program for highlevel processing of coal into synthetic motor fuels was initiated. This article describes options of underground coal gasification (UCG) use for the generation of hydrocarbons from UCG gas in the process of the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis (FTS). The technical and economic analysis of the integrated UCG-FTS powerchemical factories has detected their investment attractiveness and practicability of experimental-industrial testing at coal deposits of the Russian Federation. 展开更多

Selectively converting CO and H2 to gasoline product (isoparaffin and olefin) in one step still remains a great challenge. We demonstrate effective H-USY zeolite supported nano-cobalt bifunctional catalysts for this catalytic reaction, which are prepared by the novel physical sputtering process. Particles of the sputtered cobalt exist in nano-level and are well-dispersed on acid USY zeolite. Easy activation of the loaded nano-cobalt is also achieved in a low-temperature hydrogen reduction atmosphere. In the tandem catalytic reaction, the sputtered bifunctional Co/USY catalyst exhibits a much higher CO conversion and higher isoparaffin selectiv- ity than the conventional impregnated one. Compared with H-Mor, H-Beta and other zeolites supported catalysts, H-USY zeolite supported cobalt catalyst shows the clearest promotional effect on the activity of FischerTropsch synthesis. The described synthesis herein provides a new pathway to solve the problem caused by the strong metal-support interaction (MSI) in heterogeneous catalysis. 展开更多

A novel dimesityl-decorated bistetracene derivative 8,16-dimesityltetraceno[2,1,12,11-opqra]tetracene(DMTA) has been synthesized and characterized. Its single crystal analysis demonstrates that the parent bistetracene backbone is almost in a plane without any intermolecular 7 r-stacking interaction. DMTA exhibited the low-energy absorption at 560/607 nm and emission spectra at 617/663 nm, respectively.The fabricated device based on DMTA doping into 2,6-bis(3-(9 H-carbazol-9-yl)phenyl)pyridine(1 %) as an emitter present a maximum brightness of 632 cd/m^2 at 14.7 V with the CIE coordinate of(0.623,0.349). 展开更多
