Hydroxyiron montmorillonite complexes are assumed to have the ability to adsorb anions such as H 2PO - 4, HPO 2- 4, CrO 2- 4, CrO - 2, H 2AsO - 4, HAsO 2- 4 , AsO 3- 4 and F -, which may come from weathered rocks or waste industrial water, and result in concentration of P, Cr, As and F in soil. In this paper, hydroxy Fe ions including Fe(OH) 2+ , Fe(OH) + 2 and Fe 2(OH) 2+ 2 are prepared through hydrolysis of iron in acid solutions with different pH values. Corresponding hydroxyiron montmorillonite complexes are obtained by intercalation and adsorption of these hydroxy Fe ions into the interlayer space and on the surface of montmorillonite. The obtained hydroxyiron montmorillonite complexes are characterized with XRD and DTA, showing that they have similar basal space and thermal stability with Fe montmorillonite.展开更多

It reacted with magnesium to form a 1∶1 fluor...A new fluorescent reagent, 7 (8 hydroxy 3, 6 disulfonaphthylazo) 8 hydroxyquinoline 5 sulfonic acid (HDNHQ) for the determination of magnesium has been developed. It reacted with magnesium to form a 1∶1 fluorescent complex with λ ex / λ em =356/495 nm immediately at room temperature in ammonia ammonium chloride buffer (pH 10.7). A linear relationship was obtained in the magnesium concentration range of 0 160 ng·mL -1 with the detection limit of 0.04 ng·mL -1 . The proposed method was simple, rapid and sensitive. It has been successfully applied to the determination of trace magnesium in blood serum with recoveries of 103.75% and 98.16%, respectively.展开更多

Results showed that these pillared montmorillonites had much better adsorption properties than traditional Na organo montmorillonite. The precursor to product ion transitions of m/z 705.3/392.3, m/z 721.2/408.3 and m/z 708.2/435.4 were used to detect and quantify itraconazole, hydroxy itraconazole and itraconazole-d3 respectively. The lower limit of quantitation was found to be 0.500 ng/mL for itraconazole and 1.00 ng/mL for hydroxy itraconazole. The mean recoveries for itraconazole and hydroxy itraconazole were found to be 100.045% and 100.021%, respectively. This developed method with a chromatographic run time of 2.0 min was successfully applied to a bioequivalence study of 100 mg itraconazole capsule.展开更多
In order to clarify the possible relationship between the changes of behavior/personality and metabolic changes of 5 hydroxytryptamine (5 HT) in Antarctic expedition members, plasma tryptophan (Trp) and urinary 5 ...In order to clarify the possible relationship between the changes of behavior/personality and metabolic changes of 5 hydroxytryptamine (5 HT) in Antarctic expedition members, plasma tryptophan (Trp) and urinary 5 hydroxy 3 indoleacetic acid (5 HIAA) were studied for 24 winter over and 19 summer over members of the 8th and 11th CHINARE respectively. Results showed that plasma Trp decreased significantly after residing 1 ̄3 months at Great Wall Station and did not recover on returning back to Beijing from Antarctica by two weeks travelling. Urinary 5 HIAA increased significantly after residing 6 months at Great Wall Station, and recovered on returning back to Beijing from Antarctica in the winter over members. The decrease of plasma Trp may be related to the decline of brain 5 HT which might play a role in the changes of behavior/personality . Increase of urinary 5 HIAA might reflect metabolic changes of 5 HT as a whole, but cold weather involving in the release response of platelet should be considered. Therefore, supplement of related food rich in Trp or intervention of L Trp might be valuable.展开更多

The results of dy...Self-vulcanizing blends of phenol hydroxy silicone rubber (PHSR) and fluoroelastomer (FPM) were prepared. Vulcanized rubbers with lower glass transition temperature (T(g)) were successfully obtained. The results of dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) show that the vulcanized FPM/PHSR (10 phr) blend has only one T(g) temperature, demonstrating the well compatibility between FPM and PHSR. The thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) demonstrates that the PHSR do little damage to the thermal stability of FPM. The vulcanization characteristics of the FPM/PHSR blends were analyzed by using oscillating disc rheometer (ODR). The results show that FPM/PHSR blends have smaller S(min) values and longer scorch time than that of FPM with the same level of bisphenol AF curing agent. It means that FPM/PHSR blends have better processability and curing security. Better mechanical properties can be gained for FPM/PHSR blends at appropriate level of PHSR.展开更多

The aggregation of HCPCF on CTAB obeys the Langmuir isothermal adsorption and the interaction of RE with the HCPCF CTAB aggregate was first found to accord with the monolayer binding. A highly sensitive and selective high performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry method was developed and validated for the quantification of alverine(ALV) and its active metabolite, para hydroxy al...A highly sensitive and selective high performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry method was developed and validated for the quantification of alverine(ALV) and its active metabolite, para hydroxy alverine(PHA), in human plasma. For sample preparation, solid phase extraction of analytes was performed on Phenomenex Strata-X cartridges using alverine-d5 as the internal standard. The analytes were separated on Symmetry Shield RP18(150 mm×3.9 mm, 5 μm) column with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and10 mM ammonium formate(65:35, v/v). Detection and quantitation was done by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry in the positive mode using multiple reaction monitoring. The assay method was fully validated over the concentration range of 15.0–15,000 pg/mL for ALV and 30.0–15,000 pg/mL for PHA. The intra-day and inter-day accuracy and precision(% CV) ranged from 94.00% to 96.00% and 0.48% to 4.15% for both the analytes. The mean recovery obtained for ALV and PHA was 80.59% and 81.26%, respectively. Matrix effect,expressed as IS-normalized matrix factor ranged from 0.982 to 1.009 for both the analytes. The application of the method was demonstrated for the specific analysis of ALV and PHA for a bioequivalence study in 52 healthy subjects using 120 mg ALV capsules. The assay reproducibility was also verified by reanalysis of 175 incurred subject samples.展开更多

The equipment test resul...An equipment test and sensory evaluation were conducted to identify the compatibility and sensory characteristics of HEC in facial masks. These results were then compared to xanthan gum usage. The equipment test results showed that HEC promoted proper tensile capacity in masks which are made from strong structured fabrics such as medium thick, thick and cross woven & homogenous thin mask fabrics. HEC was found to be more compatible with mask fabrics than xanthan gum. HEC improved mask softness and dampness and had an improved water binding and water retention ability compared to xanthan gum. The split face sensory evaluation results demonstrated that sheet masks containing HEC had improved adhesion and lubricity, provided more moisture to the skin, better elasticity and gloss after use and took longer to dry out. Overall, the panel preferred facial masks which contain HEC.展开更多
The present study aimed to evaluate the effects of manganese methionine hydroxyl analog chelated(Mn-MHAC)as a manganese(Mn)source on growth performance and trace element deposition in broilers.A total of 432 Arbor Acr...The present study aimed to evaluate the effects of manganese methionine hydroxyl analog chelated(Mn-MHAC)as a manganese(Mn)source on growth performance and trace element deposition in broilers.A total of 432 Arbor Acres commercial female broilers were fed a basal corn-soybean diet containing Mn at 25.64 mg/kg diet for 10 d.They were then randomly assigned to 6 groups,including a control group(the basal diet),a Mn sulfate group(the basal diet supplemented with Mn at 100 mg/kg diet),and 4 Mn-MHAC groups(the basal diet supplemented with Mn-MHAC at 25,50,75 and 100 mg Mn/kg diet,respectively).The results showed that compared with the control group,groups supplemented with Mn-MHAC had a positive effect on BW(quadratic,P=0.017)and ADG(quadratic,P=0.017).Moreover,the Mn-MHAC(50 mg Mn/kg diet)group had significantly greater BW and ADG(P<0.05)compared with the other Mn-MHAC groups.Trace element deposition results also showed that tibial Mn increased(linear or quadratic,P-0.002 and 0.009,respectively)in groups fed diets with increased levels of Mn-MHAC.In contrast,Fe deposition decreased both in the heart(linear,P-0.020)and tibia(P<0.05).In addition,the Mn-MHAC supplement noticeably lowered serum Mn-SOD activity(linear or quadratic,P-0.048 and 0.019,respectively).The relative mRNA levels of divalent metal transporter 1(DMT1)(P=0.024),ferro-portin 1(FPN1)(P=0.049),and Cu transporter-1(CTR1)(P<0.001)in the duodenum,as well as CTR1 in the jejunum and ileum(P=0.040 and 0.011,respectively)were higher in the Mn-supplemented group than in the control group.Furthermore,the relative mRNA level of DMT1 in the jejunum and ileum of broilers in the Mn-MHAC group(50 mg Mn/kg diet)did not differ from those in the control group,but was lower than those in the Mn sulfate group(P<0.05).In conclusion,Mn-MHAC dietary supplementation improved the growth performance and trace element deposition in broilers.From this study,we recommend the opti-mum Mn-MHAC level to meet the Mn requirement of broilers is 50 to 75 mg Mn/kg diet.展开更多
This study was designed to compare the effect of methionine(Met)sources(DL-methionine[DLM]and DL-2-hydroxy-4-methylthio-butanoic acid(HMTBa))and their supplementation levels on broiler growth performance and redox sta...This study was designed to compare the effect of methionine(Met)sources(DL-methionine[DLM]and DL-2-hydroxy-4-methylthio-butanoic acid(HMTBa))and their supplementation levels on broiler growth performance and redox state.A 2 x 2 factorial arrangement was used with 2 sources(DLM and HMTBa)and 2 supplementation levels(0.05% and 0.252%)of Met.A total of 480 one-day-old broiler chicks were randomly divided into 4 treatments with 8 replicates per treatment(15 birds per replicate).The experiment lasted for 21 d.Broiler growth performance,redox capacity,redox-related genes expression,and Met transporters in different tissues were tested.Broilers fed high Met supplementation levels had improved(P<0.05)body weight(BW).average daily gain(ADG)and feed conversion ratio(FCR).Similarly,broilers fed high Met levels had better(P<0.05)antioxidant abilities in the serum,small intestine,and liver.Whereas,interactive effects(P<0.05)were also observed between Met sources and levels.Compared with DLM.birds fed HMTBa diets had decreased(P<0.05)total glutathione(T-GSH)and oxidized glutathione(GSSG)contents in duodenum,ileum,and liver.Similarly,broilers fed HMTBa supplemented diets had increased(P<0.05)thioredoxin(Trx)gene expression in the duodenum and ileum,but decreased(P<0.05)glutaredoxin(Grx).glutathione reductase(CSR).and glutathione synthetase(GSS)genes expression.Furthermore,lower gene expression of Na+ and Cl-dependent neutral and cationic amino acid transporter(ATB0,+).and Na+ dependent neutral amino acid transporter(B0 AT)in the duodenum brush border,but higher gene expression of diamine acetyltransferase 1(SAT1)and Na+-independent branched-chain and aromatic amino acid transporter(LAT1)in the jejunum and ileum basement membrane along with higher expression of the proton dependent monocarboxylate transporter 1(MCT1)gene in the ileum were detected in birds fed HMTBa diets.In conclusion.DLM can be effectively used in glutathione synthesis to exert antioxidant functions,whereas HMTBa favors S-adenosylmethionine(SAM)synthesis and thus stimulates antioxidant-related genes expression.展开更多

Vulcanized rubbers with lower glass transition temperature (T(g)) were successfully obtained. The results of dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) show that the vulcanized FPM/PHSR (10 phr) blend has only one T(g) temperature, demonstrating the well compatibility between FPM and PHSR. The thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) demonstrates that the PHSR do little damage to the thermal stability of FPM. The vulcanization characteristics of the FPM/PHSR blends were analyzed by using oscillating disc rheometer (ODR). The results show that FPM/PHSR blends have smaller S(min) values and longer scorch time than that of FPM with the same level of bisphenol AF curing agent. It means that FPM/PHSR blends have better processability and curing security. Better mechanical properties can be gained for FPM/PHSR blends at appropriate level of PHSR.

文摘The ternary interaction of 1, 5 bis(2 hydroxy 5 chlorphenyl) 3 cyanoformazan (HCPCF) with cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) and rare earths (RE: Yb, Dy, Er and Eu) was investigated at pH 9.84 by the microsurface adsorption spectral correction technique (MSASC). The aggregation of HCPCF on CTAB obeys the Langmuir isothermal adsorption and the interaction of RE with the HCPCF CTAB aggregate was first found to accord with the monolayer binding. The effects of temperature and ionic strength of solution on the aggregations were made. The binary aggregate and the ternary complex were characterized.
文摘The present paper covers the reversed phase HPLC separation and determination of fourteen derivatized amino acids with a new reagent N hydroxy succinimidyl 3 indolylacetate(SIIA). The derivatives of the amino acids were eluted by a mobile phase of methanol water containing 10 mmol/L H 3cit Na 2HPO 4 buffer of pH 3 5 and 1 2 mmol/L tetrabutylammonium bromide on an ODS column. The detection limits were pmol level or so, respectively, when a signal to noise ratio was 3. The method was applied to the determination of amino acids in tea sample with satisfactory results.

文摘Starch grafted poly-hydroxy alkyl-acid esters were prepared via graft polymerization.Different characteristics of grafted starches were tested such as viscosity,viscosity stability,adhesion as well as properties of sized yarns.Sizing performance was analyzed from the aspect of physical and chemical reactions between polymer molecules.It shows that starch grafted poly-hydroxy alkyl-acid esters have excellent sizing performance and could absolutely be used as sizes for polyester-cotton yarns.

文摘A highly sensitive and selective high performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry method was developed and validated for the quantification of alverine(ALV) and its active metabolite, para hydroxy alverine(PHA), in human plasma. For sample preparation, solid phase extraction of analytes was performed on Phenomenex Strata-X cartridges using alverine-d5 as the internal standard. The analytes were separated on Symmetry Shield RP18(150 mm×3.9 mm, 5 μm) column with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and10 mM ammonium formate(65:35, v/v). Detection and quantitation was done by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry in the positive mode using multiple reaction monitoring. The assay method was fully validated over the concentration range of 15.0–15,000 pg/mL for ALV and 30.0–15,000 pg/mL for PHA. The intra-day and inter-day accuracy and precision(% CV) ranged from 94.00% to 96.00% and 0.48% to 4.15% for both the analytes. The mean recovery obtained for ALV and PHA was 80.59% and 81.26%, respectively. Matrix effect,expressed as IS-normalized matrix factor ranged from 0.982 to 1.009 for both the analytes. The application of the method was demonstrated for the specific analysis of ALV and PHA for a bioequivalence study in 52 healthy subjects using 120 mg ALV capsules. The assay reproducibility was also verified by reanalysis of 175 incurred subject samples.
文摘An equipment test and sensory evaluation were conducted to identify the compatibility and sensory characteristics of HEC in facial masks. These results were then compared to xanthan gum usage. The equipment test results showed that HEC promoted proper tensile capacity in masks which are made from strong structured fabrics such as medium thick, thick and cross woven & homogenous thin mask fabrics. HEC was found to be more compatible with mask fabrics than xanthan gum. HEC improved mask softness and dampness and had an improved water binding and water retention ability compared to xanthan gum. The split face sensory evaluation results demonstrated that sheet masks containing HEC had improved adhesion and lubricity, provided more moisture to the skin, better elasticity and gloss after use and took longer to dry out. Overall, the panel preferred facial masks which contain HEC.

文摘The present study aimed to evaluate the effects of manganese methionine hydroxyl analog chelated(Mn-MHAC)as a manganese(Mn)source on growth performance and trace element deposition in broilers.A total of 432 Arbor Acres commercial female broilers were fed a basal corn-soybean diet containing Mn at 25.64 mg/kg diet for 10 d.They were then randomly assigned to 6 groups,including a control group(the basal diet),a Mn sulfate group(the basal diet supplemented with Mn at 100 mg/kg diet),and 4 Mn-MHAC groups(the basal diet supplemented with Mn-MHAC at 25,50,75 and 100 mg Mn/kg diet,respectively).The results showed that compared with the control group,groups supplemented with Mn-MHAC had a positive effect on BW(quadratic,P=0.017)and ADG(quadratic,P=0.017).Moreover,the Mn-MHAC(50 mg Mn/kg diet)group had significantly greater BW and ADG(P<0.05)compared with the other Mn-MHAC groups.Trace element deposition results also showed that tibial Mn increased(linear or quadratic,P-0.002 and 0.009,respectively)in groups fed diets with increased levels of Mn-MHAC.In contrast,Fe deposition decreased both in the heart(linear,P-0.020)and tibia(P<0.05).In addition,the Mn-MHAC supplement noticeably lowered serum Mn-SOD activity(linear or quadratic,P-0.048 and 0.019,respectively).The relative mRNA levels of divalent metal transporter 1(DMT1)(P=0.024),ferro-portin 1(FPN1)(P=0.049),and Cu transporter-1(CTR1)(P<0.001)in the duodenum,as well as CTR1 in the jejunum and ileum(P=0.040 and 0.011,respectively)were higher in the Mn-supplemented group than in the control group.Furthermore,the relative mRNA level of DMT1 in the jejunum and ileum of broilers in the Mn-MHAC group(50 mg Mn/kg diet)did not differ from those in the control group,but was lower than those in the Mn sulfate group(P<0.05).In conclusion,Mn-MHAC dietary supplementation improved the growth performance and trace element deposition in broilers.From this study,we recommend the opti-mum Mn-MHAC level to meet the Mn requirement of broilers is 50 to 75 mg Mn/kg diet.

文摘This study was designed to compare the effect of methionine(Met)sources(DL-methionine[DLM]and DL-2-hydroxy-4-methylthio-butanoic acid(HMTBa))and their supplementation levels on broiler growth performance and redox state.A 2 x 2 factorial arrangement was used with 2 sources(DLM and HMTBa)and 2 supplementation levels(0.05% and 0.252%)of Met.A total of 480 one-day-old broiler chicks were randomly divided into 4 treatments with 8 replicates per treatment(15 birds per replicate).The experiment lasted for 21 d.Broiler growth performance,redox capacity,redox-related genes expression,and Met transporters in different tissues were tested.Broilers fed high Met supplementation levels had improved(P<0.05)body weight(BW).average daily gain(ADG)and feed conversion ratio(FCR).Similarly,broilers fed high Met levels had better(P<0.05)antioxidant abilities in the serum,small intestine,and liver.Whereas,interactive effects(P<0.05)were also observed between Met sources and levels.Compared with DLM.birds fed HMTBa diets had decreased(P<0.05)total glutathione(T-GSH)and oxidized glutathione(GSSG)contents in duodenum,ileum,and liver.Similarly,broilers fed HMTBa supplemented diets had increased(P<0.05)thioredoxin(Trx)gene expression in the duodenum and ileum,but decreased(P<0.05)glutaredoxin(Grx).glutathione reductase(CSR).and glutathione synthetase(GSS)genes expression.Furthermore,lower gene expression of Na+ and Cl-dependent neutral and cationic amino acid transporter(ATB0,+).and Na+ dependent neutral amino acid transporter(B0 AT)in the duodenum brush border,but higher gene expression of diamine acetyltransferase 1(SAT1)and Na+-independent branched-chain and aromatic amino acid transporter(LAT1)in the jejunum and ileum basement membrane along with higher expression of the proton dependent monocarboxylate transporter 1(MCT1)gene in the ileum were detected in birds fed HMTBa diets.In conclusion.DLM can be effectively used in glutathione synthesis to exert antioxidant functions,whereas HMTBa favors S-adenosylmethionine(SAM)synthesis and thus stimulates antioxidant-related genes expression.
