Research on the Content and Implementation Measures of College English Multiple Dimensional Teaching

Based on the reality of college English teaching, this paper puts forward the concept of three-dimensional teaching in college English. Combined with the application of modern technology, this paper discusses the system of college English teaching curriculum, the modernization of teaching content, and the modernization of teaching methods under the network environment. The teaching methods are diversified, and the content of college English teaching reform is discussed in detail. The combination of the leading role of teachers and the main role of students is proposed.

Safeguard Measures for Implementation of New Round of Land Consolidation Planning

We conduct a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of security system for implementation of China's land consolidation planning. The prominent problems in the process of implementing safeguard measures for planning are summarized as follows: the guiding ideology for planning formulation is imperfect; the legal basis is weak, and administrative means are not sound; the economic security mechanism is not brought into full play, and the social security measures still need to be further deepened; the technical safeguard measures are short. From laws and regulations, administrative management, economic security, social supervision, technology management and other aspects, we establish the scientific security system for implementation of land consolidation planning; put forth the recommendations for guaranteeing the implementation of planning in China.

The Establishment of Measurement Model and Implementation Strategy for Service Productivity

Study On Safeguard Measures for Implementing Overall Planning of Land Use

Based on minutely analysing the main problems existing in safeguard measures for implementing a new round of overall planning of land use,this paper constructs implementation security system of overall planning of land use,and puts forward the principles and basis of formulating safeguard measures for implementing overall planning of land use.Finally,this paper establishes the content system of safeguard measures:effectively strengthen social supervision;strengthen administrative management of land use planning;strengthen economic management of land use planning;reinforce the legal status of planning;establish incentive and constraint mechanism for reinforcing implementation;improve support system of planning.

Exploring Factors in the Systematic Use of Outcome Measures: A Multi-Disciplinary Rehabilitation Team Perspective

Purpose: The implementation of routine outcome measurement was initiated as a quality improvement initiative in a unit delivering intensive functional rehabilitation for people with lower limb amputation. Two years post-implementation, completion rates remained low which raised the need to gain an indepth understanding of the factors that might impact the systematic use of Outcome Measures (OMs). Method: A qualitative exploratory study embedded in the ongoing quality improvement initiative was designed. Data were gathered through a focus group with members of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. A deductive content analysis was performed using Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research (CFIR) as a guide to explore factors that impact routine outcome measurement. Results: Respondents perceived OMs as valid and offering clear advantages in clinical practice. At the organizational level, lack of fit with clinical practice, loss of project leaders and lack of clear management directives had negative repercussions on the use of OMs. Conclusion: Our results suggest that a dedicated project leader throughout the implementation process and effective communication may contribute to bypassing barriers associated to practice changes leading to a more systematic use of OMs among clinicians.

Effective implementation and improvement of fast labeled multi-Bernoulli filter

Effective implementation of the fast labeled multi-Bernoulli(FLMB)filter is addressed for target tracking with interval measurements.Firstly,a sequential Monte Carlo(SMC)implementation of the FLMB filter,SMC-FLMB filter,is derived based on generalized likelihood function weighting.Then,a box particle(BP)implementation of the FLMB filter,BP-FLMB filter,is developed,with a computational complexity reduction of the SMC-FLMB filter.Finally,an improved version of the BP-FLMB filter,improved BP-FLMB(IBP-FLMB)filter,is proposed,improving its estimation accuracy and real-time performance under the conditions of low detection probability and high clutter.Simulation results show that the BP-FLMB filter has a great improvement of the real-time performance than the SMC-FLMB filter,with similar tracking performance.Compared with the BP-FLMB filter,the IBP-FLMB filter has better estimation performance and real-time performance under the conditions of low detection probability and high clutter.

Suggestions on Strengthening Greening Construction of Ecological Residential Areas

Greening construction is an important part of the construction of ecological residential areas,but there exist some misunderstandings in greening construction of ecological residential districts at present.Based on the description of functions of green space in ecological residential areas,the summarization of principles of greening design,and the discussion of questions in greening construction of ecological residential districts,some suggestions as well as specific measures for strengthening greening construction of ecological residential areas were proposed to promote the healthy development of greening construction in ecological residential areas.

Problems in the Transfer of Rural Surplus Labor Force in Chengdu Plain——A Empirical Analysis of Xiyu Village,Gexianshan Town,China

Under the new situation of the coordination of rural and urban development,the employment and transfer of surplus labor force have become the major social problems in China.Based on the field investigation on Xiyu Village of Gexianshan Town in Pengzhou City,the surplus labor force and the absorptive capacity of non-agricultural industries are estimated by using per capita cultivated method and output value absorption method.Based on this,the transfer pattern of surplus labor force is generalized and the corresponding suggestions for transfer are put forward.

Through on-the-spot survey and research on the actual situation of agricultural cooperatives and the conditions of production and living of farmers and herdsmen in Nagqu,Tibet,going through a lot of literature,this paper studies and analyzes the development of local cooperative organizations of farmers and herdsmen,understands the actual benefits of cooperative organizations to farmers and herdsmen,aims to increase the income of farmers and herdsmen,and thus puts forward the main problems and measures on agricultural cooperatives in Nagqu area,in order to offer some suggestions for farmers and herdsmen to get rid of poverty through the conclusion of the study.

Statistically Dual Distributions and Estimation

The reconstruction of a parameter by the measurement of a random variable depending on the parameter is one of the main tasks in statistics. In statistical inference, the concept of a confidence distribution and, correspondingly, confidence density has often been loosely referred to as a distribution function on the parameter space that can represent confidence intervals of all levels for a parameter of interest. In this short note, the notion of statistically dual distributions is discussed. Based on properties of statistically dual distributions, a method for reconstructing the confidence density of a parameter is proposed.

精细化护理管理模式在控制医院感染中的效果

目的探讨将精细化护理管理模式运用于医院感染控制中的效果。方法选取吉林省前卫医院医院感染率较高的重点科室(重症医学科、普通外科、心内科、综合内科)的住院患者及护理人员作为研究对象,其中2023年1月至3月为干预前阶段设为对照组(住院患者1850例,护理人员74人),4月至6月实施精细化护理管理模式为干预后阶段设为观察组(住院患者1880例,护理人员74人),分析比较实施精细化护理前后医院感染监测指标、医院感染知识掌握及院感措施落实情况。结果观察组的院内感染发生率低于对照组,住院患者治疗前病原学送检率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的多重耐药菌检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护士的感控知识知晓率、环境清洁消毒合格率、消毒物品管理合格率、无菌物品的管理合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的医疗废物管理情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在医院感染管理中实施有针对性的精细化护理管理模式,能够显著提高护理质量,有效控制医院感染。

健康教育在学校结核病防控中的价值研讨

目的研究学校结核病防控中应用健康教育的效果。方法于2021年1月—2022年12月时间段对某高中学校进行调查,选择该校三年级400名进行研究,其中1~5班采用常规校园疾病防控管理(200名),6~10班采用健康教育疾病防控管理模式(200名),观察指标为健康知识水平、防控措施落实情况、新发结核病发生情况。结果6~10班学生结核病防控知识高于1~5班学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);6~10班学生防控措施落实情况高于1~5班学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);6~10班学生新发结核病发生为0,低于1~5班学生3例(1.50%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);6~10班学生结核病主动汇报15例(7.50%),高于1~5班学生4例(2.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论学校结核病防治过程中采用健康教育模式可以提升学生的健康知识水平,强化结核病防治措施落实效果,有效预防新发结核病发生,并提高其主动汇报率,改善学生预后效果。
