Research on the Implementation Path of Labor Education in Colleges and Universities from an International Perspective

Universities shoulder the important mission of talent cultivation,scientific research,social service,cultural heritage and innovation,and international exchange and cooperation.International exchange and cooperation have become the fifth major function of universities.Based on the background of the globalization era,undergraduate colleges and universities should pay more attention to the cultivation of students’intercultural communication and understanding ability while cultivating their professional skills,and take expanding students’international vision and enhancing the international competitiveness of China’s education as important tasks.Labor education is an important content of the national education system,which has the comprehensive nurturing value of cultivating morality,increasing intelligence,strengthening physical fitness,and cultivating beauty.Higher education institutions should further optimize the system of labor education,expand students’space and field of thinking in the process of labor education,and broaden students’international perspectives.

Implementation Path and Development Trend of Green Buildings Based on Life Cycle Management

In response to the Beautiful China development strategy,in accordance with the"applicable,economical,green and beautiful"architectural policy of the new era,green buildings have been continuously optimized and popularized.Based on the life cycle theory,from the multi-dimensional perspectives of policy,building materials,construction,design,evaluation standards,operation,etc.,this paper studied the implementation path and development trend of green buildings.It discussed the main implementation paths and restrictive factors of green buildings,and provided solutions and development directions.It mainly elaborated the influencing factors and development direction of green buildings,in order to provide a documentary support for the development of green building industry,and provide a certain reference for the ecological civilization construction of beautiful China.

Research on the Implementation Path of Youth Financial Quotient Education: Based on a Survey in Chongqing

Financial quotient education has become an inevitable requirement of quality education in China,with vital practical significance.By investigating the current financial education situation for teenagers in Banan District,Chongqing,we find some problems such as parents'weak awareness of financial education,lack of financial education in schools,and lack of professional teachers.This paper proposes the"three-in-one"financial quotient education implementation path of family,school,and government,hoping to explore the construction of a youth financial quotient education system and provide a reference for various subjects to carry out financial quotient education for young people.Further,enrich the achievements of characteristic education and promote the development of quality education in primary and secondary schools.

Thoughts on strategies and paths to achieve carbon peaking and carbon neutrality in China

First,a brief introduction is made to the four basic judgments and understandings of the goals of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality."Then,an in-depth elaboration is provided on the eight major strategies for achieving the goals of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,"including conservation and efficiency priority,energy security,non-fossil energy substitution,reelectrification,resource recycling,carbon sequestration,digitalization and cooperation between countries.Next,eight major implementation paths for achieving the goals of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"are discussed in detail,including industrial restructuring;building a clean,low-carbon,safe and_efficient energy system,and renewing the understanding of China's energy resource endowment;accelerating the construction of a new-type power system with a gradually growing proportion of new energy,and realizing the"possible triangle"of highquality energy system development;utilizing electrification and deep decarbonization technologies to promote the orderly peaking and gradual neutralization of carbon emissions in the industrial sector;promoting the lowcarbon transition of transportation vehicles to achieve carbon peaking and carbon neutrality in the transportation sector;focusing on breaking through key green building technologies to achieve zero carbon emissions from building electricity and heat;providing a strong technical support for carbon removal to achieve carbon neutrality;accelerating the construction of the integrated planning and assessment mechanism for pollution and carbon reduction,establishing a sound strategy,planning,policy and action system,and optimizing the carbon trading system.Afterwards,it is particularly pointed out that the realization of the goals of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"cannot be separated from the support of scitech innovation.Finally,it is stressed that carbon neutrality is not the end,but an important milestone.If viewed from the perspective of future energy,the significance and historical status of the goals of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"will be more understandable.

A Tentative Approach to Hidden Moral and Political Education in English-Major Courses in China-A Case Study of the Audio-Visual English Speaking Course

This essay proposes a tentative approach to the implementation path and construction of teaching design mode of hidden M&P(moral and political)education in English-major courses in China.The main research literature review about this theme in recent years can roughly fall into three categories,namely,studies on the integration of M&P elements in teaching,studies on tentative system construction of M&P education or of a certain English course for English majors,and studies on using a certain teaching mode as vehicle of M&P teaching content.An open mode for curriculum design is thereby proposed based on a case analysis of the main textbook of AESC(the Audio-visual English Speaking Course)offered by Taizhou University,in the hope that the power of hidden M&P education will be manifested as it is integrated into English-major courses.

Construction of a blockchain-based intelligent platform for government data

The management and application of government data are the bases for the construction of a digital government.Building an intelligent platform for government data by using artificial intelligence,blockchain,and other technical means to achieve open sharing,development,and utilization of data is an important link to promote continuously the construction of a digital government and improve the level of government management and service efficiency.According to the current construction status of government data platforms and the application prospect of blockchain technology,this study proposes to build a blockchain-based intelligent platform for government data.In combination with the technical advantages of blockchain,this study investigates the theory and technical logic of building a blockchain-based intelligent platform for government data and then proposes the theoretical model,architecture,operation mechanism,and core technology of platform construction.This study explores sthe implementation path of building a blockchain-based intelligent platform for government data from five aspects,i.e.,promoting technology upgrading,improving top-level design,strict supervision and regulation,strengthening collaborative research and judgment,and improving technical support.

Lean System Design for Engineer-to-Order Manufacturing

A five-step method framework is proposed by combing improved value stream mapping with simulation and design of experiment(DOE) to design the lean system for engineer-to-order(ETO) manufacturing,and lean practice implementation path is decided.Meanwhile,a real company case like HAVC is taken to display the application of the framework.The results indicate that compared to supermarket Kanban,constant work in process(Conwip) has the broader applicability in ETO manufacturing and the critical business process,like purchasing of key parts,and has more significant effects on value stream performance.Therefore,it should have priority in lean practice implementation.
