Word limit per article: less than 3000 words (less than 5 pages). 2. TEIC will become a quarterly in 1999. Each issue, 64 pages, will be published in the mid-month of a season. 3. TEIC is internationally recognized academic magazine on English Language Teaching (ELT) and its ISSN number is 1005-538X. 4. Anyone can subscribe the four issues of 1999 free of charge by filling the subscription form. Next year (2000), TEIC will charge its subscribers with a minimum printing cost.
