Research on the Status Quo and Improvement Needs of Foreign Language Teachers’ Teaching Competence in Curriculum-Based Ideological Education in Xinjiang Colleges and Universities

This study investigated the status quo and further improvement needs of foreign language teachers’teaching competence in curriculum-based ideological education(CIE)in Xinjiang colleges and universities.The results show that the teachers’teaching competence in CIE is generally good,with the“cultivating quality”being the highest and the“scientific research quality”the lowest;there still exist several problems,such as teachers’lack of theoretical knowledge in CIE,lack of teaching resources,and insufficient abilities in teaching design and research.It is hoped that with the support and efforts from university administrations,teachers can improve their teaching competence in CIE through various approaches adopted and multiple measures taken,thus optimizing their teaching effectiveness,promoting the construction of CIE in Xinjiang colleges and universities in the new era,and contributing to Xinjiang’s high-quality development.

Three Subjects and Seven Duties Model:Empowering Informatization Teaching Ability of Pre-Service Teachers

By constructing a model,this study seeks to provide suggestions for strengthening pre-service teachers’informatization teaching ability.It aims to answer the following research questions:(1)What do the pre-service teachers know about informatization instruction?What is their level of informatization teaching ability?(2)What factors influence pre-service teachers’ability to deliver informatization instruction?How to overcome the obstacles?The inquiry focuses on the theoretical exploration of informatization teaching ability,questionnaire,and interview analysis on the current condition and improvement of pre-service teachers’informatization teaching ability.The data from the questionnaire and interview of the pre-service teachers were evaluated from three dimensions:awareness and attitude towards informatization teaching,knowledge of informatization teaching,and the ability to apply informatization teaching skills innovatively and comprehensively.The 3S-7D(Three Subjects and Seven Duties)model consisting of three subjects and the seven duties that go with them is established.The three subjects include pre-service teachers,teacher educators,and higher education schools.The seven duties involve pre-service teachers demonstrating learning motivation,cross-discipline thinking,and information and communications technology mastery;teacher educators actively constructing informatization teaching practice and formative assessment;and higher education schools providing adequate hardware and software equipment while offering cooperative opportunities with primary and junior schools through institutionalization.

Ways to Improve the Teaching Ability of College Teachers in the New Era

The teaching ability of college teachers is analyzed and there is a realization of the necessity to improve the teaching ability in colleges and universities in view of the new era.The core purpose of this paper is to summarize the factors that affect the teachers'teaching ability,construct targeted strategies to improve the comprehensive quality of college teachers,as well as to provide reference for educational innovation and the education system reform.

Improvement of Teaching Ability based on Teaching Reflection and Evaluation： Taking Economics Teaching as an Example

Scientific teaching quality evaluation system and the effective operation mechanism have a positive meaning for promoting teaching reform. Teachers’ specialization is the core of education, and is the starting point and end-result of education reform. Teachers’ professional development has three kinds of orientation rational orientation, reflection-evaluation orientation, and ecological orientation. Some new research suggests that re？ ection-evaluation orientation is the best way to improve teachers’ professional abilities. At present, reflective teacher education has become worldwide trend. Compared with experiential teaching, reflective teaching is a sort of positive tool which is used to help teachers conduct their active and professional work. The main purpose of reflective teaching is to allow teachers to reffect on their own work and self-evaluation, and improve their methodology, eventually improve teaching methods and promote student learning. Nevertheless, there are many problems in the teaching quality evaluation system in the aspects of concept, subject, standard, organization, etc. Therefore, we have to reffect and reconstruct the teaching quality evaluation system in colleges and universities.

Current Situation and Improvement Strategies of Teaching Engagement by Teachers in Higher Medical Colleges Under the Background of“New Medical Education”

The“New Medical Education”is a new requirement for the development of medical education in the new era.As a key and core element of the construction of the“New Medical Education,”the engagement in teaching work of university teachers is a key issue that determines the level of teaching development of university teachers and affects the quality of talent cultivation in universities.Using the literature review method,this study analyzed 39 relevant literatures retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)from 1997 to 2023.The concept,connotation,current situation,influencing factors,and improvement strategies of teaching engagement by university teachers were reviewed and summarized.The results showed that the issue of teaching engagement by university teachers has not received high attention in the field of higher education,especially in higher medical education,which has not yet been reported.Although the overall number of literature is not large,some of the conclusions have important implications for the next research on the influencing factors and mechanisms of double-qualified teacher engagement in higher medical colleges.

Teachers＇ teaching innovation abilities in financial management courses are very important to train the major of financial management undergraduate students＇ innovation sense, spirits and abilities. This paper firstly explores the structure of teaching innovation abilities, characteristics of creative teachers. Secondly, combined with teaching practice, this paper inquires into how to explore students＇ innovative abilities, how to teach differently according to different students, and how to guide correctly. Finally, from the perspective of department and office environments, continuing education and teachers＇ self-questioning, this paper probes into how to train professional teachers＇ teaching innovation abilities in financial management courses.

Strategies for Enhancing the Affinity of College Ideological and Political Course Teachers

This article aims to explore effective ways to enhance the affinity of ideological and political course teachers in universities.By analyzing the connotation of affinity,the factors that affect the affinity of ideological and political course teachers are analyzed,and corresponding improvement strategies are proposed.Research suggests that strengthening the construction of teacher ethics and conduct,improving teaching skills,enhancing emotional engagement,and enhancing practical training are key paths to enhance the affinity of ideological and political course teachers.The implementation of these paths will help improve the teaching quality and effectiveness of ideological and political courses,and promote the comprehensive development of students.

Related Measures on Improving the Teaching Quality of DGED Course

Engineering Drawing course is one of the main contents of teaching at most of science and engineering colleges or univer- sities. In this paper, some feasible measures is discussed on improving the teaching quality of Engineering Drawing course from four aspects, including diversified teacher participation and coordinating the teaching process, optimizing the content of teaching and im- proving teaching quality, improving teaching effect and reforming teaching methods, and integrating practice and cultivating practi- cal ability.

数字经济时代中职“双师型”教师教学能力优化策略

数字经济时代浪潮下,教育数字化转型为职业教育高质量发展提供新动能和新优势,同时对中职“双师型”教师的教学能力提出新要求。面对数字化教学资源量少质低、传统教学模式固化、教学设计缺乏创新以及数字评价体系不完善等现实困境,提出树立数字化教学理念、开发数字化教学资源、加强数字化能力培训、建立考核激励机制、创新数字化教学模式、完善数字教学评价机制等教师教学能力优化策略,旨在帮助中职“双师型”教师适应数字化转型并提高教学水平。

基于BIM的施工图识读能力提升研究——以建筑类专业为例

建筑施工图识图能力是土木建筑类专业学生的基本能力,但是其培养效果往往欠佳。本文首先分析了目前建筑施工图识读教学中存在的问题。其次列出了用传统方法解决这些问题的弊端,这些弊端会叠加阻碍识图能力的培养。再次提出了基于BIM技术进行建筑施工图识读能力培养的方式,并介绍了此种教学方式的可行性以及将BIM技术应用于建筑施工图识读教学的具体方法。最后介绍了此种教学方式良好的教学效果,以期为提升他人的识图教学提供借鉴。

同伴教学模式下体育师范生“教学相长”研究

我国体育教育专业技术课长期存在着“重训练而轻教学”的情况,不能充分契合体育教育专业的培养理念。如何改善现行技术课的授课模式,使其可以同时提高专业学生的技战术运用和教学实践能力是一个值得研究的项目。目的:旨在解决现阶段“教学相长”理念未在我国体育教育专业运动技术课上得到科学贯彻和应用的问题。方法:采用教学实验法,对24名体育师范生进行了基于同伴教学模式的篮球专项教学活动,为期2个课时,并使用观察法对其专门学科知识掌握进行评测。结果:同伴教学模式可以提升体育师范生的普通学科知识和专门学科知识,“教学者”的专门学科知识提升比“学习者”更加显著。结论:同伴教学模式可以有效提高体育师范生的基础教学能力,可以同时兼顾技战术水平和教学能力的培养,是贯彻“教学相长”理念的有效载体,应该被广泛应用于我国体育教育专业的专业技术课教授中。

护教协同背景下中医护理临床教师教学能力培训现状及需求分析

采用便利抽样方法,运用中医护理临床教师教学能力培训现状及需求调查问卷对某中医药大学5所护教协同育人基地教学医院的280名中医护理临床教师进行问卷调查,以了解护教协同背景下中医护理临床教师教学能力培训现状和需求情况。结果表明,中医护理临床教师对教学能力培训评价较高,培训效果得到一定认可,同时部分临床教师提出了培训内容和形式等方面存在的一些问题。教学能力培训需求较迫切且呈现多样性、均衡性的特点。未来需关注中医护理临床教师对教学能力培训提出的意见和需求,合理安排培训内容、完善授课形式等,为中医护理临床教师提供更好的培训条件,以提升中医护理临床教师教学水平,进一步培养出更高素质的护理人才。

核心素养理念下教师素养教学能力评估工具的开发与验证

在指向学生核心素养发展的课程改革中,教师教学的观念变革和能力提升是关键一环。在这一背景下,教师专业发展需将重心转向素养教学能力的培养。然而,由于缺少专业测评工具,现有研究未能对素养教学能力进行科学有效的评估。本研究通过综述已有文献,借助对参与素养教学项目的教师进行访谈或邀请他们座谈来收集和归纳教师的素养教学表现,构建了包含素养目标取向、情境化任务创设、小组合作实施、课堂互动改进4个维度的教师素养教学能力评估理论框架,并据此设计教师素养教学能力问卷,以期为评估教师的素养教学能力提供可靠工具。

“岗课赛证”融通综合育人模式是现代职业教育体系建设改革的重要方向,根据冷链物流技术与管理专业育人模式需求分析,提出了“岗课赛证”融通综合育人模式探索,依托培养学生职业能力、构建课程体系、多主体协同育人、深化“三教”改革等,提升技术技能人才培养质量。

教师组成结构优化下大学生双创能力提升效果研究

为探讨教师组成结构优化对大学生创新与创业能力提升的影响,采用问卷调查法开展讨论。信度检验结果显示,问卷具有较高的内部一致性,学生普遍认可教师组成结构优化对其双创能力的积极作用。相关性分析结果显示,专业背景、双创能力提升效果、教学方法及课堂互动4个维度在0.01的水平上彼此显著相关。回归分析进一步验证了教师的专业背景及课堂互动情况在0.01的水平上对双创能力的提升效果有显著影响,教学方法的多样性在0.05的水平上对双创效果有显著影响。熵值法计算结果显示,课堂互动维度所占权重最大。为进一步提升学生的创新与创业能力,高校应优化教师专业背景结构,提升课堂互动质量,加强跨学科教师协作。

基于TPACK模型的临床教师教学能力评价指标体系构建

目的构建临床教师教学能力评价指标体系,为高等医学院校及临床教学基地开展临床师资队伍建设提供工具性支持。方法采用文献分析法、结构式访谈法建立评价指标项目池,采用德尔菲法对评价指标进行筛选与修改,采用层次分析法确定评价指标权重。结果两轮专家积极系数均为100%,专家权威系数为0.859,第二轮专家协调系数为0.531~0.613。构建的临床教师教学能力评价指标体系包括4个一级指标、12个二级指标、34个三级指标,各级指标权重均通过一致性检验。结论咨询专家的积极性、权威性及一致性程度较高,构建的评价指标体系具有较高的可信度,可作为培训和评价临床教师专业发展的工具。
