To avoid the negative effects of disturbances on satellites,the characteristics of micro-vibration on flywheels are studied.Considering rotor imbalance,bearing imperfections and structural elasticity,the extended model of micro-vibration is established.In the feature extraction of micro-vibration,singular value decomposition combined with the improved Akaike Information Criterion(AIC-SVD)is applied to denoise.More robust and self-adaptable than the peak threshold denoising,AIC-SVD can effectively remove the noise components.Subsequently,the effective harmonic coefficients are extracted by the binning algorithm.The results show that the harmonic coefficients have great identification in frequency domain.Except for the fundamental frequency caused by rotor imbalance,the harmonics are also caused by the coupling of imperfections on bearing components. 展开更多

Super-speed rail (SSR) is a kind of train design based on the theory of vacuum pipeline transportation, having the advantages of superspeed, high safety, low energy consumption, low noise, no vibration and no pollution. SSR may be a new generation of trains after cars,ships, trains and aeroplanes. The SSR system includes two parts, namely vacuum pipe technology and magnetic levitation technology.Based on the definition of SSR, the present paper analyses the operation principle of SSR. According to distribution characteristicsof SSR, the evaluation index system of SSR was set up. In analysing the main characteristics of SSR, this paper builds the evaluationmodel by improved value function. The application results validate the feasibility of the new method in comprehensive evaluationfor SSR. It is consistent with the results of other methods. The result reveals that SSR is completely feasible from a theoretical pointof view and it is impossible to build SSR in a short time from the application perspective. The evaluation results can reflect the actualsituation. The comprehensive evaluation model is scientific and the process is simple。 展开更多

A five-step method framework is proposed by combing improved value stream mapping with simulation and design of experiment(DOE) to design the lean system for engineer-to-order(ETO) manufacturing,and lean practice implementation path is decided.Meanwhile,a real company case like HAVC is taken to display the application of the framework.The results indicate that compared to supermarket Kanban,constant work in process(Conwip) has the broader applicability in ETO manufacturing and the critical business process,like purchasing of key parts,and has more significant effects on value stream performance.Therefore,it should have priority in lean practice implementation. 展开更多
