At present, in the team of the college counselors, there exist the problems that the responsibilities are fuzzy, and their own qualities need to be improved, and the construction of the occupation is slow, and so on, which require that we should recognize the positioning of the counselors＇ occupational role, and focus on the enhancement of the abilities of the counselors. Therefore, this paper puts forward the path to improve the abilities of the role of the counselors, in order to speed up the construction of the professionalism and specialization of the team of the college counselors, making them more capable of supporting the growth of the physical and mental health of the college students.展开更多
