Modification of Nano-α-Al2O3 and Its Influence on the Surface Properties of Waterborne Polyurethane Resin Composite Passivation Films

Silane coupling agent KH560 was used to modify the surface of nano-α-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> in ethanol-aqueous solution with different proportions. The particle size of nano-α-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> was determined by nano-particle size analyzer, and the effects of nano-α-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> content, ethanol-aqueous solution ratio and KH560 dosage on the dispersion and particle size of nano-α-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> were investigated. The material structure before and after modification was determined by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Aqueous polyurethane resin and inorganic components are combined with modified nano-α-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> dispersion to form chromium-free passivation solution. The solution is coated on the galvanized sheet, the adhesion and surface hardness are tested, the bonding strength of the coating and the surface hardness of the substrate are discussed. The corrosion resistance and surface morphology of the matrix were investigated by electrochemical test, neutral salt spray test and scanning electron microscope test. The chromium-free passivation film formed after the modification of nano-α-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> increases the surface hardness of galvanized sheet by about 85%. The corrosion resistance of the film is better than that of a single polyurethane film. The results show that the surface hardness and corrosion resistance of polyurethane resin composite passivation film are significantly improved by the introduction of nano-α-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>. 展开更多

Highly pure active γ-Al2O3 nanoparticles were synthesized from aluminum nitrate and ammonium carbonate with a little surfactant by chemical precipitation method. The factors affecting the synthesis process were studied. The properties of γ-Al2O3 nanoparticles were characterized by DTA, XRD, BET, TEM, laser granularity analysis and impurity content analysis. The results show that the amorphous precursor AI(OH)3 sols are produced by using 0.1 mol/L Al(NO3)3·9H2O and 0.16 mol/L (NH4)2CO3·H2O reaction solutions, according to the volume ratio 1.33, adding 0.024%(volume fraction) surfactant PEG600, and reacting at 40℃, 1000 r/min stirring rate for 15min. Then, after stabilizing for 24 h, the precursors were extracted and filtrated by vacuum, washed thoroughly with deionized water and dehydrated ethanol, dried in vacuum at 80℃ for 8h, final calcined at 800℃ for 1h in the air, and high purity active γ-Al2O3 nanoparticles can be prepared with cubic in crystal system, OH^7-FD3M in space group, about 9 nm in crystal grain size, about 20 nm in particle size and uniform size distribution, 131.35 m^2/g in BET specific surface area, 7 - 11 nm in pore diameter, and not lower than 99.93% in purity. 展开更多

Al2O3p-Al composites were synthesized using an in-situ reaction in the 80%Al-20%CuO (mass fraction) system. The effects of the CuO particle size on the synthesis temperature and microstructure of the composites were investigated by various methods. The results indicate that the CuO particle size has a significant effect on the temperature at which the complete reaction in the Al-CuO system occurs:the temperature is 200 ℃ lower in the Al-CuO system containing CuO particles with sizes less than 6μm than that containing CuO particles with sizes less than 100μm. The interfacial bonding between Al2O3 particles and Al is not complete when the temperature is below a critical value. The morphology of the Al2O3 particles varies from ribbon-like shape to near spherical shape when the temperature is above a critical value. These two critical temperatures are affected by the particle size of CuO, and the critical temperature of the sample containing CuO particles with sizes less than 6μm is 100 ℃ lower than that of the sample containing CuO particles with sizes less than 100μm. 展开更多

采用高纯Ga作为辅助电极,通过考察取样量、放电参数对基体信号强度、信号稳定性、基体和Ga的信号比值的影响,建立了直流辉光放电质谱法(dc-GDMS)测定高纯α-Al_(2)O_(3)颗粒中的Li、Be、Na、Mg等16种杂质元素含量的分析方法。当选取3颗2... 采用高纯Ga作为辅助电极,通过考察取样量、放电参数对基体信号强度、信号稳定性、基体和Ga的信号比值的影响,建立了直流辉光放电质谱法(dc-GDMS)测定高纯α-Al_(2)O_(3)颗粒中的Li、Be、Na、Mg等16种杂质元素含量的分析方法。当选取3颗2 mm左右大小的α-Al_(2)O_(3)颗粒用Ga包裹,在1.6 mA/950 V的放电参数下,基体27 Al信号稳定,强度为3.2×10^(8) cps,Al、Ga的信号比约为1∶270。采用实验方法对α-Al_(2)O_(3)颗粒独立测定5次,相对标准偏差均在30%以内。为了验证Ga对α-Al_(2)O_(3)颗粒测定结果的影响,分别采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)和dc-GDMS法对易于消解的γ-Al_(2)O_(3)粉进行测定。对于dc-GDMS法,选择压在Ga上的γ-Al_(2)O_(3)粉直径约为4~5 mm,在同样的放电参数下,27 Al的信号强度为3.0×10^(9) cps,Al、Ga的信号比约为1∶29。γ-Al_(2)O_(3)粉的GDMS测定结果和ICP-OES基本一致。采用Ga作辅助电极测定α-Al_(2)O_(3)颗粒和γ-Al_(2)O_(3)粉的检出限均可达ng/g。 展开更多

In this study,Ag/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)catalysts were synthesized by an Ar dielectric barrier discharge plasma using silver nitrate as the Ag source andγ-alumina(γ-Al_(2)O_(3))as the support.It is revealed that plasma can reduce silver ions to generate crystalline silver nanoparticles(Ag NPs)of good dispersion and uniformity on the alumina surface,leading to the formation of Ag/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)catalysts in a green manner without traditional chemical reductants.Ag/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)exhibited good catalytic activity and stability in CO oxidation reactions,and the activity increased with increase in the Ag content.For catalysts with more than 2 wt%Ag,100%CO conversion can be achieved at 300°C.The catalytic activity of the Ag/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)catalysts is also closely related to the size of theγ-alumina,where Ag/nano-γ-Al_(2)O_(3)catalysts demonstrate better performance than Ag/micro-γ-Al_(2)O_(3)catalysts with the same Ag content.In addition,the catalytic properties of plasma-generated Ag/nano-γ-Al_(2)O_(3)(Ag/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)-P)catalysts were compared with those of Ag/nano-γ-Al_(2)O_(3)catalysts prepared by the traditional calcination approach(Ag/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)-C),with the plasma-generated samples demonstrating better overall performance.This simple,rapid and green plasma process is considered to be applicable for the synthesis of diverse noble metal-based catalysts. 展开更多

Transference of CuO species and thermal solid-solid interaction in CuO/CeO2-Al2O3 catalyst prepared by an impregnation method were characterized by in-situ XRD, Raman spectroscopy and H2-TPR techniques. For the catalyst calcined at 300℃, two kinds of CuO species coexist on the surface, that is, highly dispersed and bulk CuO crystalline phase. Four kinds of CuO species are present for the catalyst calcined at 600 ℃, : (1) highly dispersed CuO, (2) bulk CuO on the surface, (3) bulk CuO in the internal layer of CeO2, and (4) CuAl2O4 formed from CuO-Al2O3 interaction. For the catalyst calcined at 800 ℃,C, besides very little highly dispersed and bulk CuO on the surface, most of the CuO has transferred into the internal layer of CeO2 and the mass of CuAl2O4 are increased. At 900 ℃,, all of CuO has diffused into the internal layer of CeO2 and formed CuAl2O4. The results show that the distribution of CuO species in the catalysts depends on the calcination temperature; the different CuO species can be effectively confirmed by in-situ XRD, Raman spectroscopy and H2-TPR techniques. 展开更多

In this work, γ-Al2O3and hydrogen peroxide treated g-C3N4(O-g-C3N4) were combined through a novel in-situ hydrothermal method to form heterojunction structured photocatalysts. These photocatalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), UV–vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy and photoluminescence spectroscopy (PL). FT-IR results indicate that oxygen functional groups can be grafted on the surface of O-g-C3N4by hydrogen peroxide treatment. The visible light photocatalytic hydrogen evolution rate was investigated in 10 vol% TEOA aqueous solution. The optimal Al2O3mass content is set to be 20 wt% and the corresponding hydrogen evolution rate is 1288 µmol/h/g which is approximately 6, 3 folds that of pristine g-C3N4and O-g-C3N4respectively and 1.6 folds that of mechanical mixed composite with the same Al2O3mass content. The photocurrent density–time curves were carried out under visible light illumination for four on–off cycles. The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) measurements verified the enhanced separation efficiency of electron–hole pairs. This work raised a new method to form the heterojunction structured photocatalysts and achieved a remarkable improvement of the photocatalytic activity in water splitting for hydrogen under visible light irradiation. © 2016 展开更多

The Fe3O4@SiO2 composite nanoparticles were obtained from as-synthesized magnetite (Fe3O4) nanoparticles through the modified St?ber method. Then, the Fe3O4 nanoparticles and Fe3O4@SiO2 composite nanoparticles were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectra, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). Recently, the studies focus on how to improve the dispersion of composite particle and achieve good magnetic performance. Hence effects of the volume ratio of tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) and magnetite colloid on the structural, morphological and magnetic properties of the composite nanoparticles were systematically investi-gated. The results revealed that the Fe3O4@SiO2 had better thermal stability and dispersion than the magnetite nanoparticles. Furthermore, the particle size and magnetic property of the Fe3O4@SiO2 composite nanoparticles can be adjusted by changing the volume ratio of TEOS and magnetite colloid. 展开更多

用X-射线衍射(XRD)、紫外-可见漫散射光谱(UV-VisDRS)、程序升温还原(TPR)、CO化学吸附和微反测试等方法研究了Ni2+在γ-Al2O3上的分散状态和负载型Ni/γ-Al2O3催化剂的α-蒎烯加氢催化活性。结果表明,当Ni2+负载量远低于其在γ-Al2O3... 用X-射线衍射(XRD)、紫外-可见漫散射光谱(UV-VisDRS)、程序升温还原(TPR)、CO化学吸附和微反测试等方法研究了Ni2+在γ-Al2O3上的分散状态和负载型Ni/γ-Al2O3催化剂的α-蒎烯加氢催化活性。结果表明,当Ni2+负载量远低于其在γ-Al2O3载体表面分散容量时,Ni2+优先嵌入载体表面四面体空位,随着Ni2+负载量的增加,嵌入载体表面八面体空位Ni2+的比例增大。由于八面体Ni2+易被还原为金属态Ni0,NiO/γ-Al2O3样品的还原度随Ni2+负载量的增加而大幅度地增加,经氢还原所得Ni/γ-Al2O3催化剂的CO吸附量和α-蒎烯加氢催化活性大幅度增加。对La2O3助剂的作用进行了研究,结果表明分散在γ-Al2O3上的La3+物种可阻止Ni2+嵌入γ-Al2O3表面四面体空位,增大了八面体Ni2+物种所占比例,提高了催化剂的还原度,故Ni-La2O3/γ-Al2O3催化剂催化活性高于Ni/γ-Al2O3催化剂。 展开更多

以γ-Al2O3为载体,采用浸渍法制备了不同P添加量的负载型NiW加氢催化剂,采用固定床加氢装置,对模型化合物萘和低温焦油富集的芳烃组分进行了催化加氢。催化剂采用N2吸附、XRD、H2-TPR、XPS以及NH3-TPD的方法进行表征,加氢产物采用GC-MS... 以γ-Al2O3为载体,采用浸渍法制备了不同P添加量的负载型NiW加氢催化剂,采用固定床加氢装置,对模型化合物萘和低温焦油富集的芳烃组分进行了催化加氢。催化剂采用N2吸附、XRD、H2-TPR、XPS以及NH3-TPD的方法进行表征,加氢产物采用GC-MS和GC×GC-TOFMS进行分析。结果表明,P助剂能够扩大催化剂的孔径并促进活性金属组分在载体表面的分散;当P含量为1.0%1.5%时,能够促进Ni-W-O混合相生成,并提高催化剂表面弱酸的含量;萘加氢反应的转化率和十氢萘的选择性也在添加1.0%的P时达到最高,分别为80%和50%左右;低温焦油芳烃组分的催化加氢结果显示,芳烃饱和加氢反应占优,绝大部分芳烃转化为环烷烃,且催化剂具有显著的脱除杂原子效果。 展开更多
