A Study on the Interaction among Financial Development,Industrial Adjustment and Urbanization

This paper attempts to study the interactive relationship among financial development,industrial structure adjustment and urbanization in China.Based on the data from 1978 to 2018,this paper establishes a VAR model for empirical analysis.The results show that after the impulse response analysis and variance decomposition of the model,industrial structure adjustment and urbanization have a positive impact on financial development in the long run.Financial development and industrial structure adjustment do not play a positive role in the process of urbanization,and there is still room for further development.It is suggested that the state should strengthen the financial support for urbanization so that the two can develop in coordination.At the same time,we should adhere to the simultaneous development of industrial structure adjustment and urbanization to ensure the simultaneous development of financial scale and efficiency.

Research on the Ability of Regional Industrial Sustainable Development

In this paper, firstly, we construct the regional industrial sustainable development indicator system which are consist with resource, environment, technology and industrial economy efficiency levels and 16 indicators from the perspective of “two-oriented society”;Secondly, using the method of AHP to determine the weight of each indicator and evaluate the ability of industrial sustainable development of 30 regions in China;Finally, according to the results, we used the method of cluster analysis to put the regions into classification and then author put forward certain suggestions to improve the ability of industrial sustainable development of each region.

SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF MARINE ECONOMY IN CHINA

China is a large marine country. Developing marine economy is an effective way to solve a series of problems with which man is faced, such as the want of natural resources, space limitation, the environmental deterioration, etc. This article analyzes the rich resources of marine biology, harbor, offshore oil and natural gas and coastal tourism resources in China and describes the developing features and regional differences of marine economy. To realize the sustainable development of marine economy in China, what we need to do are as follows: 1) to list exploiting ocean into national development strategy; 2) to realize integrated economy of sea and land; 3) to develop ocean by science and technology; 4) to perfect legal institution of marine environment; 5) to establish new idea of sea defending.

Local Governments’ Tax Competition, Industrial Structure Adjustment and Regional Green Development in China

Based on the inter-provincial panel data from 200 to 2014 in China,this paperapplies the spatial panel simultaneousequations model to test the impact of localgovermments'tax competition and industrial structure adjustment on the regionalgreen development in China.The conclusions are as follows.Local govermments'tax competition and industrial development have a negative impact on greendevelopment.Tax competition and industrialization in the neighboring regions willalso suppress local green development through the negative incentives of"race to thebottom",Evidently,regulating the tax competition behavior of the local governmentand rationally guiding the upgrading of local industrial structure have importantpolicy implications for the high-quality growth of China's regional economy and thegreen,coordinated development between regions in the new era.

Industry Interaction,Structure Transformation and High-Quality Economic Development in China

Industry interaction is becoming an important approach to promoting highquality economic development.In this paper,the multi-sector general equilibrium model is developed to clarify the theoretical mechanism among industry interaction,structure transformation,and high-quality economic development;the empirical tests are carried out based on the provincial panel data from 2000 to 2017;and the empowerment paths for digital technologies are explored to drive high-quality economic development.The findings are as follows.(1)The industry interaction can promote high-qualityy economic development in China on the whole,but it shows a significant imbalance and a healthy two-way promotion mode have not been formed.(2)The impact of industry interaction on high-quality economic development is significantly heterogeneous at the sector and regional levels.(3)The current unhealthy industry interaction may widen the productivity gap between manufacturing and service sectors,and transform China's economic into service-oriented structure,thus leading the economic development to a vicious circle of“low efficiency to low-end servitization and further to lower efficiency”and hindering the sustainability of high-quality economic development:.(4)Digitaltlechnologies can break the development dilemma and achieve high-quality economic development by alleviating structural contradictions,boosting healthy industry interaction,and narrowing the productivity gap among sectors.The conclusions provide empirical evidence for the government to promote the integration of advanced manufacturing and modern service sectors and achieve highquality economic development.

Agricultural Development Mode Transformation and Government Functions in Guizhou Province

Based on the brief account of the connotation of transforming economic development pattern and government functions,the thesis will introduce the development status of agricultural economy in Guizhou Province:firstly,single agricultural industrial structure;secondly,large gap between urban and rural development;thirdly,low-level utilization of agricultural science and technology;fourthly,fierce contradiction between agricultural mode of production and ecological environment.Then it analyzes the basic requirements for government functions in transforming the development pattern of agricultural economy in Guizhou Province:the first one is the function to guide sustainable development and the structural adjustment of agricultural production;the second is the function to coordinate urban-rural development and equally supply basic public goods;the third is the function to input science and technology to serve agriculture;the fourth one is the dominant function to promote the harmonious development of man and nature as well as to reduce the number of peasants.In order to promote the transformation of agricultural development mode and maintain the sound and rapid economic development,some corresponding measures and suggestions are proposed from the perspective of government functions:firstly,promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure;secondly,the government should take the lead in providing rural public goods;thirdly,strengthening the skills training and technological education of rural labor force;fourthly,reducing the number of farmers and retaining the farmers.

数字经济发展促进产业结构转型升级的实证研究

从理论上来说,数字经济发展通过影响产业间结构转变、产业内劳动生产率提升和产业资源配置效率提高等方式来促进产业结构转型升级。文章以我国247个地级及以上城市2016—2019年的数据为例,采用固定效应模型分析数字经济发展对产业结构转型升级的影响。实证结果发现:数字经济发展对第一维度、第二维度和第三维度产业结构转型升级均具有显著的促进作用,子样本数据的实证结果和采取替代变量的实证结果均支持这一研究结论;在控制内生性问题后,研究结论依然成立。进一步的机制检验发现,数字经济发展主要通过消费升级效应和技术外溢效应两种途径促进产业结构转型升级。

绿色金融、产业结构升级与海洋经济高质量发展——基于环境规制调节的中介模型

绿色金融是促进“双碳”目标实现和提升海洋经济高质量发展水平的重要抓手。论文基于2009—2019年我国11个沿海省市的面板数据,运用中介模型考察了绿色金融对海洋经济高质量发展的影响及其传导路径。在此基础上构建有调节的中介效应模型,基于产业结构高级化和合理化的中介路径与环境规制的调节效应探究绿色金融对海洋经济高质量发展的路径机制。研究发现:首先,绿色金融显著促进海洋经济高质量发展,产业结构高级化和合理化均存在正向中介效应;其次,环境规制正向调节绿色金融发展对产业结构升级的积极影响,同时强化产业结构升级对海洋经济高质量发展的促进作用,且在绿色金融对海洋经济高质量发展的直接效应中起到显著正向调节作用。

数字经济赋能区域高质量发展的溢出效应研究

基于数字经济突破空间距离约束的集约优势,使用2012-2021年30个省(市、区)1的面板数据,通过区域协同的空间分层逻辑,实证探究数字经济赋能区域高质量发展的效应及其作用机制。实证结论表明:(1)数字经济对经济高质量发展呈现显著的直接效应和空间溢出效应。(2)数字经济促进经济高质量发展的根本动能源于数字经济驱动产业结构高度化、合理化、技术化“三位一体”共生互促。(3)数字经济对区域经济高质量发展的溢出效应在东部和西部表现明显,中部则不显著。为此,本文从区域协同促进区域共享发展视角提出相应对策,即:补齐数字经济区域发展短板,放大数字经济空间溢出效应优势,推进数字经济与产业发展深度融合。

坚持“四水四定”推动经济社会高质量发展——以宁夏回族自治区“四水四定”创新实践为例

坚持“四水四定”,强化水资源刚性约束,既是缓解我国水资源供需矛盾、保障水安全的必然选择,也是推动高质量发展、建设美丽中国的客观要求。文章以宁夏回族自治区为例,深入分析了宁夏回族自治区“四水四定”改革实践,总结了相关经验启示,为探索以水资源节约集约利用推动经济社会高质量发展提供了参考。

数字新质生产力与实体经济高质量发展:理论分析与实证检验

扎实推进实体经济高质量发展是当前及未来一段时间内中国经济发展的重要命题。作为一种新型生产力,数字新质生产力对实体经济高质量发展的重要作用日渐凸显。文章在测度实体经济高质量发展水平的基础上,借助固定效应模型探究数字新质生产力与实体经济高质量发展之间的关系。结果表明,数字新质生产力能够有效促进实体经济高质量发展。机制检验结果表明,技术创新扩散与产业结构升级是数字新质生产力影响实体经济的重要渠道。异质性检验结果证实,数字新质生产力对实体经济高质量发展的赋能作用在东部地区更为显著。

数字经济赋能黄河流域高质量发展内在机理及其实证检验

为探讨数字经济赋能黄河流域高质量发展的机理,并为黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展重大国家战略的全面实施提供参考,在数字经济与高质量发展关系理论分析基础上,分别构建高质量发展水平和数字经济发展水平指标体系,基于黄河沿线60个城市2011—2020年的面板数据,采用熵值法测度黄河流域数字经济发展水平和高质量发展水平,进而以高质量发展水平为被解释变量、以数字经济发展水平为核心解释变量、以产业结构升级和绿色技术创新为机制变量、以环境水平和就业水平等为控制变量,构建基准计量模型和机制检验模型,通过模型回归实证分析数字经济推动黄河流域高质量发展的作用机制,并对实证分析结果进行内生性和稳健性检验。结果表明:数字经济赋能黄河流域高质量发展具有显著性,其内在机理是促进产业结构升级和绿色技术创新;数字经济赋能黄河流域高质量发展存在空间异质性,其作用在黄河中游地区最明显、在上游地区和下游地区相对较小。提出了全面推动黄河流域数字经济发展并使其进一步赋能高质量发展、推动产业结构升级、提升绿色技术创新水平、实施区域差异化发展战略、推动区域一体化发展等政策建议。

数字经济、区域创新与经济高质量发展——基于空间杜宾模型的分析

文章构建三级指标体系测度中国省级数字经济和经济高质量发展水平,采用2011—2020年省级面板数据检验了数字经济、区域创新对经济高质量发展的影响,研究发现:第一,数字经济水平提升显著促进经济高质量发展;当期区域创新水平上升抑制经济高质量发展,但在上一期发挥促进效应。第二,采用系统GMM模型实证研究发现,当期数字经济水平提升和上一期区域创新增加均会显著促进经济高质量发展。第三,IV因果中介效应回归表明,数字经济提高可以促进区域创新发展,进而提升经济高质量发展水平,因此区域创新具有中介效应。第四,分地区来看,东北地区和中部地区的数字经济通过直接效应影响本区域经济高质量发展;东部地区的数字经济具有直接和间接效应;西部地区的数字经济具有直接效应,但西部地区的区域创新会显著降低经济高质量发展水平。

Effect of Digital Economy Development onHuman Capital Structure

Based on the panel data on 276 prefectural-level cities from 2011 to 2018,this paper uses longitudinal fixed effects models,panel threshold effects and instrumental variables to explore the relationship between digital economy development and human capital structure advancement.In addition,this paper examines how the development of the digital economy is related to human capital levels.The results show that digital economy development significantly boosts human capital structure advancement,as well as low-level and high-level human capital.However,the effect of digital economy development on midlevel human capital is not statistically significant.In terms of heterogeneity,we find that digital economy development significantly promotes human capital structure advancement in eastern and central-western regions of China,as well as in core and peripheral cities.Effects on the various levels of human capital show significant differences.Furthermore,digital economy development has a positive effect on human capital structure when industrial structure advancement is low.Past a certain threshold,however,the effect reverses.This paper suggests that each region should accelerate the development of digital infrastructure,rationally promote industrial structure advancement and boost the effectiveness of human resources to achieve high-quality economic development.

数字经济与经济高质量发展:作用机制与溢出效应

数字经济是驱动经济高质量发展的重要引擎。基于我国2013—2020年30个省级行政区的面板数据,实证探讨数字经济对经济高质量发展的影响。研究表明:数字经济显著促进了经济高质量发展,东部地区数字经济对经济高质量发展的影响效果最佳,中部地区优于西部地区;数字经济发展存在显著的空间相关性,对经济高质量发展具有正向溢出效应,产业结构合理化与高级化在其中发挥了部分中介作用;进一步分析表明,互联网发展、信息化发展与数字交易发展均显著促进了经济高质量发展,互联网发展的促进作用领先,信息化发展的促进作用优于数字交易发展。因此,应持续推进数字经济的发展,促进数字技术与传统产业融合以及区域间资源合理分配,实现经济高质量转型发展。

数字经济对区域经济高质量发展的影响机理研究

数字经济随着信息化发展已成为促进经济增长的新引擎。通过构建数字经济与经济高质量发展的综合指标评价体系,根据中国2011—2021年31个省份的数据,分析数字经济对区域经济高质量发展的作用程度以及在产业结构升级水平的作用下,数字经济对区域经济高质量发展的影响程度。结果表明:数字经济对经济高质量发展存在双重影响作用,一是数字经济直接促进经济高质量发展,二是数字经济通过产业结构升级间接的促进经济高质量发展;基于区域异质性视角,我国数字经济促进经济高质量发展的程度按照东中西部地区的顺序依次减弱。

平台经济赋能实体经济发展研究——来自中国省级面板数据的证据

随着数字经济快速发展,平台经济逐渐成长为具有重要影响力的经济模式,其特性为实体经济的增长赋予了新的动能。本文采用2012~2022年间中国省级面板数据,研究平台经济是否能够促进实体经济发展。实证结果表明,平台经济能够显著地对实体经济发展产生正向影响。进一步的研究发现,产业结构、数字普惠金融和财政分权度均能强化平台经济对实体经济发展的正向影响,上述因素在推动平台经济与实体经济融合发展中发挥重要作用。本文的研究为理解当前我国平台经济与实体经济之间的关系提供了经验证据。

利用区位熵分析产业结构合理性——以黑龙江为例

由于地理条件、资源分布、历史因素、人文环境和技术水平等多重原因影响,黑龙江省在区域经济发展上呈现不平衡态势。这种区域间的经济差异正在阻碍黑龙江省整体经济的持续稳定发展。本文利用各地区的区位熵值来分析黑龙江省各地区产业结构的实际状况,发现黑龙江省各地区存在第一二三产业结构趋同化、产业集聚程度较高等问题。本文针对黑龙江省在实际情况中遇到的挑战,分析发展受到阻碍的原因,并对产业结构优化调整和升级提出解决方法,以供参考。

人口集聚对经济高质量发展的作用机制研究

经济发展初期,人口集聚对经济增长具有显著的正向促进作用,然而随着人口红利的消失及粗放式发展呈现出的负外部性加剧,现阶段我国经济发展面临巨大挑战,经济增速开始放缓。此时,中国发展迈入新的转折点,国家开始将重心从速度转向质量与效益,更注重经济增长的可持续性。本文紧扣新发展理念,围绕创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享五个维度展开分析,构建人口集聚对经济高质量发展作用机制的理论分析框架,并得出结论:人口集聚对经济高质量发展的影响呈倒“U”型关系,并存在空间溢出效应,产业结构高级化在此过程中起正向调节作用。鉴于此,积极发挥人口集聚的经济效应,制定适宜的人口调控政策,推进经济高质量发展区域协调化及深化产业结构高级化可以有效推进我国经济高质量发展。

数字经济对江西经济高质量发展的赋能效应——基于产业结构升级视角

数字经济是产业结构升级和经济发展提质增效的新动能和新引擎.以2005—2021年江西省11个地级市为研究对象,构建数字经济和经济高质量发展综合评价指标,采用熵值法和多模型实证检验数字经济与江西省经济高质量发展的关系,结果显示:数字经济赋能江西省经济高质量发展,经过剔除省会城市、替换解释变量和增加控制变量后的稳健性检验,结果仍保持不变,且这种赋能效应随着数字经济发展水平提升而呈现出非线性递增的特点.产业结构升级是数字经济赋能江西经济高质量发展的重要渠道,在两者的关系中发挥了部分中介作用,应当从加大数字基础设施投资、加强数字经济与实体经济深度融合、做好数字化人才保障顶层设计等方面强化数字经济的赋能效应.
