Potato is the largest non-cereal food crop worldwide and ranked as the world's fourth most important food crop after rice, wheat, and maize. Potato is a vital food-security crop and substitute for cereal crop considering its high yield and great nutritive value. Therefore, by replacing wheat, rice or maize in traditional staple foods partly by potato, the nutritional value of traditional foods and the utilization of potato are expected to be improved. China is the largest potato producer worldwide in terms of either volume or area. However, majority of potatoes are consumed as fresh vegetables for cuisine, and the industrial processing rate is much lower than the global average. Thus, research and development for nutritional potato stable food suitable for the dietary habits of Chinese residents are of great significance. However, we still confronted plenty of constraints in the development of potato staple food. In order to develop potato staple food suitable for Chinese residents' dietary habit like noodles, Mantou(steamed bread), rice and rice noodles, also to industrialize production of potato staple foods, some transformations need to be realized. Independent innovation is the only choice to realize the potato staple food processing and industrial development strategy on the technical level. Thus a lot of researches have been done to promote the development of potato staple food in China. Artificial Intelligence (AI) expands its recognition rapidly through the past few years in the context of generating content dynamically, remarkably challenging the human creativity. This study aims to evaluate the efficacy of AI in enhancing personal branding for musicians, particularly in crafting brand images based on emotions received from the artist’s music will improve the audience perceptions regarding the artist’s brand. Study used a quantitative approach for the research, gathering primary data from the survey of 191 people—music lovers, musicians and music producers. The survey focuses on preferences, perceptions, and behaviours related to music consumption and artist branding. The study results demonstrate the awareness and understanding of AI’s role in personal branding within the music industry. Also, results indicate that such an adaptive approach enhances audience perceptions of the artist and strengthens emotional connections. Furthermore, over 50% of the participants indicated a desire to attend live events where an artist’s brand image adapts dynamically to their emotions. The study focuses on novel approaches in personal branding based on the interaction of AI-driven emotional data. In contrast to traditional branding concepts, this study indicates that AI can suggest dynamic and emotionally resonant brand identities for artists. The real time audience response gives proper guidance for the decision-making. This study enriches the knowledge of AI’s applicability to branding processes in the context of the music industry and opens the possibilities for additional advancements in building emotionally appealing brand identities. 展开更多

In this study, the connection between organizational innovation (OI) and OL within the inf3rmation and communication technology (ICT) industry in Malaysia is surveyed. These relationships are examined, because various previous inquiries have shown that an imperative precursor to firm performance is OL. Two hundred and seventy-eight surveys were completed by small and medium organizations across Malaysia. The connections existing between the causes of OL and the causes of OI were ascertained by using structural equation modeling (SEM). Amongst the Malaysian small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that participated in fire study, OI and OL are considerably linked. 展开更多

It is important to quantitatively analyze the whole Internet industry and hence master its development direction clearly, which will provide regulators with reference for industry analysis, policy formulation, and policy evaluation. This article re-constructs the calculation method of traditional Prosperity Indexes, and builds up a new indicators portfolio for Internet Industry Prosperity Indexes. By calculation, the Internet Industry Coincidence Index value is 105.9. And the Leading Index and Coincidence Index are all within the up-going range, which suggests that China's Internet Industry is likely to remain in its usual fast growing state. 展开更多

Purpose: This study aims at identifying potential industry-university-research collaboration(IURC) partners effectively and analyzes the conditions and dynamics in the IURC process based on innovation chain theory.Design/methodology/approach: The method utilizes multisource data, combining bibliometric and econometrics analyses to capture the core network of the existing collaboration networks and institution competitiveness in the innovation chain. Furthermore, a new identification method is constructed that takes into account the law of scientific research cooperation and economic factors.Findings: Empirical analysis of the genetic engineering vaccine field shows that through the distribution characteristics of creative technologies from different institutions, the analysis based on the innovation chain can identify the more complementary capacities among organizations.Research limitations: In this study, the overall approach is shaped by the theoretical concept of an innovation chain, a linear innovation model with specific types or stages of innovation activities in each phase of the chain, and may, thus, overlook important feedback mechanisms in the innovation process.Practical implications: Industry-university-research institution collaborations are extremely important in promoting the dissemination of innovative knowledge, enhancing the quality of innovation products, and facilitating the transformation of scientific achievements.Originality/value: Compared to previous studies, this study emulates the real conditions of IURC. Thus, the rule of technological innovation can be better revealed, the potential partners of IURC can be identified more readily, and the conclusion has more value. 展开更多

Academia and industry research enables researchers to conduct research projects that are more relevant to current business practices and context. Although, several construction research works have been done by the academics in the tertiary institutions in Ghana, it is sad to know that, a large number of these research works have not moved from the pure stage to the applied stage. This study seeks to establish the imperative of academia and industry collaboration in building research in Ghana. A total of 116 construction practising professionals consisting of Ghana Institute of Construction (GIOC) corporate members (QS, Architects, Engineers and so on) from the industry, and academics from tertiary academic institutions (That’s, Lecturers from KNUST and UEW) that run postgraduate construction programmes in Ghana as at February 2016 constituted the respondents for this study. Census and systematic sampling techniques were used for the sampled population. Descriptive statistics was employed in the data analysis for the mean and standard deviation (SD) score values of variables. The most imperatives for academia and industry collaboration were found to be: ensuring research findings solve socio-economic and development problems, the intermittent collapse of buildings, support for the local industries to produce quality materials locally to feed the construction industry, proper contract documentations and administration. This research would bring to light the urgent issues in the construction industry that calls for greater collaboration between the academia and industry in Ghana. It reveals a deeper understanding on the need for collaborative research in the Ghanaian construction industry, by providing the most imperatives to academia-industry collaborative research in Ghana. 展开更多

Emerging technologies such as edge computing,Internet of Things(IoT),5G networks,big data,Artificial Intelligence(AI),and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs)empower,Industry 4.0,with a progressive production methodology that shows attention to the interaction between machine and human beings.In the literature,various authors have focused on resolving security problems in UAV communication to provide safety for vital applications.The current research article presents a Circle Search Optimization with Deep Learning Enabled Secure UAV Classification(CSODL-SUAVC)model for Industry 4.0 environment.The suggested CSODL-SUAVC methodology is aimed at accomplishing two core objectives such as secure communication via image steganography and image classification.Primarily,the proposed CSODL-SUAVC method involves the following methods such as Multi-Level Discrete Wavelet Transformation(ML-DWT),CSO-related Optimal Pixel Selection(CSO-OPS),and signcryption-based encryption.The proposed model deploys the CSO-OPS technique to select the optimal pixel points in cover images.The secret images,encrypted by signcryption technique,are embedded into cover images.Besides,the image classification process includes three components namely,Super-Resolution using Convolution Neural Network(SRCNN),Adam optimizer,and softmax classifier.The integration of the CSO-OPS algorithm and Adam optimizer helps in achieving the maximum performance upon UAV communication.The proposed CSODLSUAVC model was experimentally validated using benchmark datasets and the outcomes were evaluated under distinct aspects.The simulation outcomes established the supreme better performance of the CSODL-SUAVC model over recent approaches. 展开更多

The manufacturing of composite structures is a highly complex task with inevitable risks, particularly associated with aleatoric and epistemic uncertainty of both the materials and processes, as well as the need for <i>in-situ</i> decision-making to mitigate defects during manufacturing. In the context of aerospace composites production in particular, there is a heightened impetus to address and reduce this risk. Current qualification and substantiation frameworks within the aerospace industry define tractable methods for risk reduction. In parallel, Industry 4.0 is an emerging set of technologies and tools that can enable better decision-making towards risk reduction, supported by data-driven models. It offers new paradigms for manufacturers, by virtue of enabling <i>in-situ</i> decisions for optimizing the process as a dynamic system. However, the static nature of current (pre-Industry 4.0) best-practice frameworks may be viewed as at odds with this emerging novel approach. In addition, many of the predictive tools leveraged in an Industry 4.0 system are black-box in nature, which presents other concerns of tractability, interpretability and ultimately risk. This article presents a perspective on the current state-of-the-art in the aerospace composites industry focusing on risk reduction in the autoclave processing, as an example system, while reviewing current trends and needs towards a Composites 4.0 future. 展开更多

Added to this is the desire to closely track all process data and prepare it in a timely manner. Mobile devices nowallow the researcher to vary parameters close to the process during observation. In the following lecture the question will bediscussed which of the many definitions and varieties of "Industry 4.0" can be meaningfully transferred to the field of research. Indoing so, we are guided by the findings that have been gained with modularized spinning systems in recent years. The respectivespinning processes require different analysis focuses and different conversion options. The digital world must follow the realdemands of the analog world. Digitization allows intelligent analyzes to be developed independently of the various spinningprocesses and can be flexibly adapted to the respective process conditions. The variability of spin systems depends on the intelligentmodularization of individual functions and the physics that require the spinning conditions.
