Enlightenment and Suggestions on the Construction of Information Platform and Processing Mechanism of Drug Shortages in Developed Countries to China

Objective To study how to improve and perfect the information platform and processing mechanism of drug shortages in China.Methods By searching the relevant policies from official websites of FDA,European Medicines Agency(EMA),Health Canada(HC)and National Health Commission,the good experience of the United States,the European Union and Canada in the construction of information platform and processing mechanism of drug shortages was summarized for reference in China.Results and Conclusion China has initially established the processing mechanism of drug shortages,but the platform construction should be improved,and the information disclosure of drug shortages varies from province to province.We should improve the information platform of drug shortages,strengthen the disclosure and communication of information,enrich the processing tools and measures after the drug shortages occurs,and strengthen the cooperation with relevant associations and other non-governmental departments.

Information service platform of forest pest forecast based on WebGIS

Taking Linkou Forestry Bureau, Heilongjiang Province, China as the demonstration plot and Dendrolimus pinidiatrea as an example, we developed a WebGIS-based information service platform for forest pest forecast using J2EE and ArcGIS Server technology. The service platform is able to predict the occurrence period, amount of pest, occurrence tendency, and pest zones in the B/S environment and realized the display, querying, analysis and editing of the spatial data and the automatically integrated control of multilevel Data,. Additionaly, the service platform offers the visualization of geographic service and predicted results. It provides a solution for prediction of forest pest and forest resource management.

A Compositive Information Collection Platform System Based on Web Service

The aim is to solve the problem that how to share dispersive and heterogeneous data inside business information system or some other information source. On the basis of Web service, this paper adopts the notion of Data As ,Service to build service-oriented data integration architecture. According to this architecture, we develop data collection system which effectively integrates data from heterogeneous informa tion source and present a uniform data view to end users by implementing sharing data from heterogeneous systems and information source . At last, this paper gives an example of a compositive information collection platform system.

Pig Price Fluctuations and Forecasting Model Based on Information Platform

Pork is common in people's daily life consumption,and it accounts for more than half of all meats. By collecting data information published by Bureau of Statistics and Bureau of Agriculture,this paper makes a statistical analysis of the influence of price fluctuation in the pork market on China's pork production,and finds that China's pork production shows a general trend of fluctuations due to the impact of price factors.According to the predecessors' studies on the factors influencing pig market price,combined with the actual situation of pig breeding in China,this paper uses the latest website data released by the government's public information platform to establish a forecasting model.

Application of Big Data Information Platform in Medical Equipment

The application of big data in the medical device industry mainly refers to the analysis and processing of various medical devices,so as to provide patients with better treatment and rehabilitation services.At present,our country already has a relatively mature and reliable large database system.This article studies the application of medical equipment in the big data information platform.The main methods used in this article are survey method,case analysis method,and interview method.The big data information platform and medical devices are studied from different aspects.The survey results show that 41%of people completely agree with the role of big data information platforms in medical devices.

Framework Construction and Application for Global Health Information Platform

In order to understand the global health related information rapidly and timely, a global health information platform based on big data from internet is constructed. In this paper, we introduce the framework and application of the global health information platform. The functions of information platform mainly include two aspects： to analyze and disseminate theoretical and technological progress of the main research fields in global health and to monitor real-time emergencies, epidemic situation and hot topics related to the field of global health. The objective of this research is to establish a Chinese-English bilingual information platform in the global health field. The platform would help academic researchers understand and master global health progress in time; acquire information of global health comprehensively, accurately and dynamically; and eventually help deal with the risk of global diseases, formulate appropriate health policies and actively participate in the international global health affairs.

GOVERNANCE OF GLOBAL SUPPLY CHAINS VULNERABILITY BY BUSINESS-BASED INTERORGANIZATIONAL INFORMATION PLATFORM

The paper introduces the business-based interorganizational information platform（IOP） and analyzes the feasibility and mechanism of business-based IOP governing global supply chains vulnerability,and then aims to develop a risk evaluation software under reliable algorithm to appraise the capability of an interorganizational information platform resisting to global supply chains risks that supports platform users and providers to make decisions.The paper respectively starts with a basic conceptual model of global supply chains vulnerability and a conceptual model of global supply chains vulnerability in business-based IOP,and then gives the simulation model of governance of global supply chain vulnerability in business-based IOP;then has a discussion with the beneficial model of governing global supply chains vulnerability by using business-based IOP or not.The results of research：（1） If given the ratio of expense per income on global supply chains using business-based IOP, we can estimate the costs to take precautions against risks that decides to the maximum value of the average income of per transaction on global supply chains using business-based IOP.（2） If given total income of transaction on global supply chains using business-based IOP,we can estimate the maximum value of the ratio of expense per income on global supply chains using business-based IOP, which would help to make pricing policy for IOP service provider.

Dual-imaging-mode smart hydrogel information platform for illumination-independent covert decryption and read

Smart hydrogel with color responsiveness is envisioned as one of the most promising materials for advanced information encryption and decryption platform,but the illumination-dependent way of decrypt-ing and reading information leads to the worrying of concealment in some particular scenarios.Herein,we proposed a smart hydrogel information platform with dual imaging modes by utilizing the accom-panying behaviors in transparency change and heat releasing after crystallization of supercooled solution.For this smart hydrogel informa-tion platform,the hidden information could be written and decrypted by ink of ethylene glycol and decryption tool of seed crystal,respec-tively.Furthermore,in addition to the traditional optical imaging mode with the assistance of light illumination,the decrypted information on dual-imaging-mode hydrogel platform also could be read by thermal imaging mode in dark environment owing to the exothermic crystal-lization.The illumination-independent read mode based on heat radia-tion helps to improve the secrecy and safety of the decryption and read process.This investigation provides a facile and feasible strategy to design illumination-independent information platform that enables reading the encrypted information in secret.

Developments of power system protection and control

Synchronized wide area communication has become a mature technology,which makes the real-time interaction between the substations and the wide area protection and control system possible.However,the present protection and control system to handle this real-time data has been recognized to be deficient.This paper begins by reviewing the development history of power system protection,with special attention paid to the recent development in the field of wide-area and integrated protections,in order to look into the future development of protection and control systems.Then the concept of integrated wide area protection and control is introduced,where it can be shown that a hierarchical protection and control system provides the protection and control for wide area or regional power substations/plants and their associated power networks.The system is mainly divided into three levels:the local,the substation/plant,and the wide area/regional.The integrated functions at each level are described in details with an aim to develop an optimal coordination mechanism between each level.The key element in the proposed system is the wide area real-time protection and control information platform,which not only enables the merger of three lines of defence for power system protection and control,but also provides a perfect tool for the application of cloud computing in substations and power networks.
