DNA-based nanostructure allows the construction of molecular devices useful in biological computing and information processing.Herein,an addressable and editable DNA information processing system established on a fluo...DNA-based nanostructure allows the construction of molecular devices useful in biological computing and information processing.Herein,an addressable and editable DNA information processing system established on a fluorescence intensity signal detection platform to save and encrypt information is proposed.The system operates by encoding information into distinct and changeable units of the trigger strands decoding by fluorescence intensity signal detection.Through toehold-mediated strand displacement reactions,the trigger strand can be precisely added to and removed from the memorizer and reporter to implement the function of editing,encrypting,and decrypting.Our strategy is simple to implement,requiring only two mixing steps at room temperature for each operation and fluorescence intensity signal detection to read the data.And the system can realize accurate retrieval of specific individual information,eliminating all unnecessary redundant readouts.Because of its point-to-point accurate readout and programmability,the system is expected to become a powerful tool for the future development of information storage and sensing of biological molecules.展开更多

Real-time signal and information processor is an important module for real-time positioning, imaging, detection and recognition of targets. With the development of ultra-wideband technology, synthetic aperture technology, signal and information processing technology, the radar coverage, detection accuracy and resolution have been greatly improved, especially in terms of one-dimensional(1D) high-resolution radar detection, tracking, recognition, and two-dimensional(2D) synthetic aperture radar imaging technology. Meanwhile, for the application of radar detection and remote sensing with high resolution and wide swath, the amount of data has been greatly increased. Therefore, the radar is required to have low-latency and real-time processing capability under the constraints of size, weight and power consumption. This paper systematically introduces the new technology of high resolution radar and real-time signal and information processing. The key problems and solutions are discussed, including the detection and tracking of 1D high-resolution radar, the accurate signal modeling and wide-swath imaging for geosynchronous orbit synthetic aperture radar, and real-time signal and information processing architecture and efficient algorithms. Twenty-two groundwater samples were collected from hand...This study investigated the groundwater quality and health risks associated with informal e-waste processing in the Alaba International Market in Lagos, Nigeria. Twenty-two groundwater samples were collected from hand-dug wells in the market area and analyzed for physicochemical properties and heavy metal concentrations. The results showed that the groundwater quality was poor, with high levels of heavy metals, including cadmium, lead, and chromium. The health index (HI) for children and adults was above the tolerable threshold levels, indicating a potential health risk to the population. Principal component analysis and hierarchical cluster analysis were used to identify the sources of metals in groundwater, and the results showed that informal e-waste processing was a significant source of contamination. The study highlights the need for effective management strategies to mitigate the potential health risks associated with informal e-waste processing and ensure public health and environmental safety.展开更多

AIM:To determine the association between distance and near visual acuity(VA)and cognitive function among older adults in Selangor,Malaysia.METHODS:A total of 230 older adults(age≥60y)participated in this study.Habitu...AIM:To determine the association between distance and near visual acuity(VA)and cognitive function among older adults in Selangor,Malaysia.METHODS:A total of 230 older adults(age≥60y)participated in this study.Habitual distance and near VA were measured using the Early Treatment Diabetic Retinopathy Study Chart and Lighthouse Near Visual Acuity Chart,respectively.Global cognitive function was assessed using the Mini-Mental State Examination(M-MSE)and the Malay language version of the Montreal Cognitive Assessment(M-MoCA).Digit Symbol(DS)subtest was used to measure information processing.RESULTS:No significant association was observed between vision and M-MSE and M-MoCA scores.However,poor distance and near VA were found to be significantly associated with low DS scores[distance VA:β=-0.01,R2=0.1,P=0.02;odds ratio(OR)=2.84,95%confidence interval(CI),1.10-7.33,P=0.03;near VA:β=-0.05,R2=0.08,P=0.00;OR=3.32,95%CI,1.28-8.59,P=0.01].CONCLUSION:Poor vision is associated with a decline in information processing in older adults and substantiates the importance of preserving good vision in maintaining cognitive function.展开更多

Cloud storage has gained increasing popularity,as it helps cloud users arbitrarily store and access the related outsourced data.Numerous public audit buildings have been presented to ensure data transparency.However,m...Cloud storage has gained increasing popularity,as it helps cloud users arbitrarily store and access the related outsourced data.Numerous public audit buildings have been presented to ensure data transparency.However,modern developments have mostly been constructed on the public key infrastructure.To achieve data integrity,the auditor must first authenticate the legality of the public key certificate,which adds to an immense workload for the auditor,in order to ensure that data integrity is accomplished.The data facilities anticipate that the storage data quality should be regularly tracked to minimize disruption to the saved data in order to maintain the intactness of the stored data on the remote server.One of the main problems for individuals,though,is how to detect data integrity on a term where people have a backup of local files.Meanwhile,a system is often unlikely for a source-limited person to perform a data integrity inspection if the overall data file is retrieved.In this work,a stable and effective ID-based auditing setting that uses machine learning techniques is proposed to improve productivity and enhance the protection of ID-based audit protocols.The study tackles the issue of confidentiality and reliability in the public audit framework focused on identity.The idea has already been proved safe;its safety is very relevant to the traditional presumption of the Computational Diffie-Hellman security assumption.展开更多
A significant step toward constructing high‐efficiency neuromorphic systems is the electronic emulation of advanced synaptic functions of the human brain.While previous studies have focused on mimicking the basic fun...A significant step toward constructing high‐efficiency neuromorphic systems is the electronic emulation of advanced synaptic functions of the human brain.While previous studies have focused on mimicking the basic functions of synapses using single‐gate transistors,multigate transistors offer an opportunity to simulate more complex and advanced memory‐forming behaviors in biological synapses.In this study,a simple and general method is used to assemble rubber semiconductors into suspended two‐phase composite films that are transferred to the surface of the ion‐conducting membrane to fabricate flexible multiterminal photoelectronic neurotransistors.The suspended ion conductive film is used as the gate dielectrics and supporting substrate.The prepared devices exhibit excellent electrical stability and mechanical flexibility after being bent.Basic photoelectronic synaptic behavior and pulse‐dependent plasticity are emulated.Furthermore,the device realizes the spatiotemporally integrated electrical and optical stimuli to mimic spatiotemporal information processing.This study provides a promising direction for constructing more complex spiking neural networks and more powerful neuromorphic systems with brain‐like dynamic spatiotemporal processing functions.展开更多

Basic...This paper is a further elaboration of my model of the pathophysiology of major depressive disorder focusing on imbalances of glial-neuronal interactions in tripartite synapses and the glial network (syncytium). Basically, it is proposed that the connexin proteins building gap junctions in the glial syncytium are underexpressed or dysfunctional in major depression, called syncytiopathy. As a compensatory effect the astrocytic receptors in tripartite synapses are overexpressed. This leads to protracted synaptic information processing because of a relative lack of neurotransmitter substances for the occupancy of astrocytic receptors. Based on a new biophysical formal description of astrocytic receptors as expectation variables it can be shown that the protracted processing of sensory information frustrate the full comprehension of the expected event, since it cannot be grasped in time. Moreover, expectation frustration may stress the glial syncytium aggravating memory impairment. This cyclic process of dysbalanced synaptic information processing is characterized as self-frustration of expectations explanatory for the main cognitive dysfunctions in major depression as slowing down processing speed, deficits in attention and working memory. The main result of the study is that patients with major depression cannot fully acknowledge the existence of an intended event.展开更多

文摘With the development and progress of today’s network information technology,a variety of large-scale network databases have emerged with the situation,such as Baidu Library and Weipu Database,the number of documents in the inventory has reached nearly one million.So how do you quickly and effectively retrieve the information you want in such a huge database?This requires finding efficient algorithms to reduce the computational complexity of the computer during Information Retrieval,improve retrieval efficiency,and adapt to the rapid expansion of document data.The Quicksort Algorithm gives different weights to each position of the document,and multiplies the weight of each position with the number of matches of that position,and then adds all the multiplied sums to set a feature value for Quicksort,which can achieve the full accuracy of Information Retrieval.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to use the quick sort algorithm to increase the speed of Information Retrieval,and to use the position weighting algorithm to improve the matching quality of Information Retrieval,so as to achieve the overall effect of improving the efficiency of Information Retrieval.
文摘The protection of personal information plays an extremely important role in the construction of digital government.The duty to inform is a prerequisite core obligation that the government should fulfill in processing personal information,a concrete expression of the right to self-determination of personal information,and a prerequisite for the right to protection of personal information that works as a fundamental right to defense the intrusion from the government,as well as a procedural regulatory tool to restrain the government’s information power and prevent the risk of infringement.As the rules on the processing of personal information and the duty to inform have both the nature of public law,the government’s processing of personal information is also public law in nature,especially because of the constitutional value and power control function of the duty to inform,the construction of a system for the duty to inform cannot be copied from the rules applicable to private subjects,but should be tailored to the public law characteristics of the government’s processing of personal information,overcoming the shortcomings of the current rough and fragmented legislation,and set up a systematic regulation based on the public law in term of the legal subject,procedure,content,consequences of obligation violations and legal protection.

文摘With the continuous development of information technology,the information environment while driving is constantly being enriched,and driver information processing and application are also dynamically evolving.Analysing information processing and application can better provide information services and is particularly important for traffic safety.Based on VOSviewer bibliometric software,this paper explores the research hotspots and future development trends of the driver information processing and application fields using the Web of Science(WoS)core collection as the data source.The results show that the field has a long history and has grown steadily in recent years.The United States,China and Germany are the top three countries in terms of the number of published articles.“Situational awareness and visual load”,“route selection under variable information signs”,“en-route information and behaviour”and“new information technology attitudes”are important knowledge bases for driver information processing and application.En-route information sources,human-computer interaction,and autonomous vehicle information are the research trends of the driver information processing and application field.The results of this research can help people comprehensively and systematically understand the current situation of driver information processing and application research,provide directions for future driver information processing and application research,and promote the engineering application of such research.

文摘AIM:To determine the association between distance and near visual acuity(VA)and cognitive function among older adults in Selangor,Malaysia.METHODS:A total of 230 older adults(age≥60y)participated in this study.Habitual distance and near VA were measured using the Early Treatment Diabetic Retinopathy Study Chart and Lighthouse Near Visual Acuity Chart,respectively.Global cognitive function was assessed using the Mini-Mental State Examination(M-MSE)and the Malay language version of the Montreal Cognitive Assessment(M-MoCA).Digit Symbol(DS)subtest was used to measure information processing.RESULTS:No significant association was observed between vision and M-MSE and M-MoCA scores.However,poor distance and near VA were found to be significantly associated with low DS scores[distance VA:β=-0.01,R2=0.1,P=0.02;odds ratio(OR)=2.84,95%confidence interval(CI),1.10-7.33,P=0.03;near VA:β=-0.05,R2=0.08,P=0.00;OR=3.32,95%CI,1.28-8.59,P=0.01].CONCLUSION:Poor vision is associated with a decline in information processing in older adults and substantiates the importance of preserving good vision in maintaining cognitive function.

文摘A single-photon source with narrow bandwidth,high purity,and large brightness can efficiently interact with material qubits strongly coupled to an optical microcavity for quantum information processing.Here,we experimentally demonstrate a degenerate doubly resonant single-photon source at 852 nm by the cavity-enhanced spontaneous parametric downconversion process with a 100%duty cycle of generation.The single photon source possesses both high purity with a second-order correlation g^((2))_(h)(0)=0.021 and narrow linewidth with△_(V_(sp))=(800±13)kHz.The single-photon s Single-photon source with sub-MHz linewidth for cesium-based quantum information processingource is compatible with the cesium atom D2 line and can be used for cesium-based quantum information processing Single-photon source with sub-MHz linewidth for cesium-based quantum information processing0.021.
文摘Cloud storage has gained increasing popularity,as it helps cloud users arbitrarily store and access the related outsourced data.Numerous public audit buildings have been presented to ensure data transparency.However,modern developments have mostly been constructed on the public key infrastructure.To achieve data integrity,the auditor must first authenticate the legality of the public key certificate,which adds to an immense workload for the auditor,in order to ensure that data integrity is accomplished.The data facilities anticipate that the storage data quality should be regularly tracked to minimize disruption to the saved data in order to maintain the intactness of the stored data on the remote server.One of the main problems for individuals,though,is how to detect data integrity on a term where people have a backup of local files.Meanwhile,a system is often unlikely for a source-limited person to perform a data integrity inspection if the overall data file is retrieved.In this work,a stable and effective ID-based auditing setting that uses machine learning techniques is proposed to improve productivity and enhance the protection of ID-based audit protocols.The study tackles the issue of confidentiality and reliability in the public audit framework focused on identity.The idea has already been proved safe;its safety is very relevant to the traditional presumption of the Computational Diffie-Hellman security assumption.

文摘A significant step toward constructing high‐efficiency neuromorphic systems is the electronic emulation of advanced synaptic functions of the human brain.While previous studies have focused on mimicking the basic functions of synapses using single‐gate transistors,multigate transistors offer an opportunity to simulate more complex and advanced memory‐forming behaviors in biological synapses.In this study,a simple and general method is used to assemble rubber semiconductors into suspended two‐phase composite films that are transferred to the surface of the ion‐conducting membrane to fabricate flexible multiterminal photoelectronic neurotransistors.The suspended ion conductive film is used as the gate dielectrics and supporting substrate.The prepared devices exhibit excellent electrical stability and mechanical flexibility after being bent.Basic photoelectronic synaptic behavior and pulse‐dependent plasticity are emulated.Furthermore,the device realizes the spatiotemporally integrated electrical and optical stimuli to mimic spatiotemporal information processing.This study provides a promising direction for constructing more complex spiking neural networks and more powerful neuromorphic systems with brain‐like dynamic spatiotemporal processing functions.
文摘This paper is a further elaboration of my model of the pathophysiology of major depressive disorder focusing on imbalances of glial-neuronal interactions in tripartite synapses and the glial network (syncytium). Basically, it is proposed that the connexin proteins building gap junctions in the glial syncytium are underexpressed or dysfunctional in major depression, called syncytiopathy. As a compensatory effect the astrocytic receptors in tripartite synapses are overexpressed. This leads to protracted synaptic information processing because of a relative lack of neurotransmitter substances for the occupancy of astrocytic receptors. Based on a new biophysical formal description of astrocytic receptors as expectation variables it can be shown that the protracted processing of sensory information frustrate the full comprehension of the expected event, since it cannot be grasped in time. Moreover, expectation frustration may stress the glial syncytium aggravating memory impairment. This cyclic process of dysbalanced synaptic information processing is characterized as self-frustration of expectations explanatory for the main cognitive dysfunctions in major depression as slowing down processing speed, deficits in attention and working memory. The main result of the study is that patients with major depression cannot fully acknowledge the existence of an intended event.
