Recent research and studies have shown that Information Technology(IT)has a significant impact on service quality,customer satisfaction,and customer relationship development.With the proliferation and penetration of technology in all aspects of life,organizations are responding to the implications and opportunities that IT creates in relation to customer services.The main objective of using information technology in organizations is to increase customer satisfaction,service quality,and customer relationship management,which the authors will focus on here.Enhancing service quality,improving customer satisfaction,and establishing close and sustainable customer relationships are key advantages of leveraging information technology in this field.This article examines the impact of information technology on service quality,customer satisfaction,and customer relationship development and provides strategies and models for organizations to improve customer satisfaction and establish closer connections with them through the use of information technology.Seventy individuals from the IT field were used to evaluate the proposed model.The proposed model was compared with three models:SEM,regression,and decision tree,and the results demonstrated better performance of this approach. 展开更多

Method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to carry out suitability evaluation on the information service system of "Agricultural Science and Technology 110" in Sichuan Province, China. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and expert consultation method are used to determine the evaluation index system and index weight. Suitability effect of the information service system of "Agricultural Science and Technology 110" is taken as the target layer. The five indices at criterion layer are the organizational mode of agricultural information service, the support system of agricultural information resources, the agricultural information transfer system, the capital source of agricultural information service, and the support system of agricultural information service. And the index layer includes the talent team of agent service, the interaction between the subject and object, the accuracy of agricultural information, the convenience of agricultural information transfer, the adequacy of fund, the efficiency in the use of fund, the status of information infrastructure and so on. Evaluation result shows that the information service system of "Agricultural Science and Technology 110" in Sichuan Province is suitable for the rural economic development at present. The major factors restricting the information service system are the lack of continuity, the weak infrastructure of agricultural information infrastructure, and the relatively low education level of agricultural producers. Therefore, we should further explore and improve the operation mechanism of agricultural information service, expand the capital source of agricultural information service, strengthen the construction of agricultural infrastructure, and ensure the continuous operation of information service system. 展开更多

Purpose:The purpose of this paper is to explore how libraries can develop service and product strategies and the service support mechanism to provide industrial technology information service in science parks.Design/methodology/approach:The analysis is based on a case study of a large Chinese research library,National Science Library(NSL),the Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS),in serving high-tech companies in Zhongguancun Science Park(Z-Park).Findings:NSL’s practices suggested that in serving business clients,libraries’ product and service strategies should be based on the understanding of users’ needs.Aside from those services that have been recognized by clients such as document retrieval & delivery and novelty search,libraries may expand their service and provide in-depth information analysis and consultation for some key clients.Moreover,a service and product development system should be established,which differentiates the libraries’ products and services from those of their competitors.In providing industrial technology information service,libraries need to construct the service support mechanism,publicize their service and learn to cooperate with clients to meet their demands for knowledge management and innovation.Research limitations:The generalizability of the findings is limited because they are based on an individual case study.Practical implications:Our service practices provide useful information for other libraries to expand their information service to high-tech companies in the new information environment.Originality/value:Z-Park is the first and one of the largest science and technology parks in China.Hence NSL’s practices in serving high-tech companies in Z-Park can be valuable to other libraries that intend to take up the similar service. 展开更多

Based on the UTAUT model,this article introduces three variables including perceived cost,information quality and hedonic motives,and using the level of education as a moderator variable,to build an acceptance model of mobile information service system in rural area.Based on the household survey obtaining firsthand data of 961 farmers in Jiangsu Province,the study tests the improved UTAUT model by using Amos22.0 software.The results show that compared with the original UTAUT model,improved UTAUT model willingness to accept the explanatory power get further increase(from 49.0%to 61.9%).Performance expectations,social impact,information quality have significant positive influence on accepting intend,hedonic motives have a significant negative impact to accept in-tend,convenient conditions directly affect the use of behavior;gender and level of education has a regulating effect to accept intention.Through further grouping path analysis,the result shows that hedonic motives have broader impacts for women farmers accept mobile information services.Compared with other groups,only farmers with primary education are easily afected by others,and farmers with college education or above are more easily afectede by information quality.Finally,this paper explains the results and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions accordingly. 展开更多

Despite all this, attacker knowledge by cybercriminals has advanced and resulted in different attack methodologies on the internet and its data stores. This paper will discuss the origin and significance of Denial of Service (DoS) and Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS). These kinds of attacks remain the most effective methods used by the bad guys to cause substantial damage in terms of operational, reputational, and financial damage to organizations globally. These kinds of attacks have hindered network performance and availability. The victim’s network is flooded with massive illegal traffic hence, denying genuine traffic from passing through for authorized users. 目的:基于信息化平台,优化手术病人入院服务新模式,并分析其实践效果。方法:选取2021年7月—12月我院服务模式创新前的2104例择期手术病人为对照组,2022年7月—12月应用入院服务新模式的2558例择期手术病人为观察组。对照组采用传统的... 目的:基于信息化平台,优化手术病人入院服务新模式,并分析其实践效果。方法:选取2021年7月—12月我院服务模式创新前的2104例择期手术病人为对照组,2022年7月—12月应用入院服务新模式的2558例择期手术病人为观察组。对照组采用传统的手术病人入院流程,观察组采用基于信息化平台的手术病人入院服务新模式。比较两组手术病人住院时间、入院等待时间及手术等待时间。结果:观察组病人住院时间、入院等待时间、手术等待时间均明显短于对照组,病人满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于信息化平台的手术病人入院服务新模式搭建了门诊与住院部的桥梁,减少了手术病人住院时间,降低了住院费用,提高了医院绩效,促进了医院高质量发展。 展开更多

在不断加快的老龄化进程中,认知症老年人数量与日俱增,如何为他们提供高质量、专业化的照护服务成为一项重要的社会议题。智慧康养服务模式作为一种革新的养老服务模式,在改善老年人的照护效果和生活质量方面展现出巨大的潜力,在认知症... 在不断加快的老龄化进程中,认知症老年人数量与日俱增,如何为他们提供高质量、专业化的照护服务成为一项重要的社会议题。智慧康养服务模式作为一种革新的养老服务模式,在改善老年人的照护效果和生活质量方面展现出巨大的潜力,在认知症的预防和早期筛查、认知症的临床诊疗与康复、认知症老年人的居家照护等方面,也提供了新的发展方向。然而,从智慧康养服务供应端看,目前仍存在智慧化程度不突出、服务效益滞后及消费市场活力不够、深层次需求挖掘不足及人文关怀特征欠缺、隐私权可能受损及数据安全性难以保障等发展瓶颈;从需求端看,则存在疾病特征阻碍服务接受度、经济负担限制服务消费积极性、技术焦虑制约服务普及等问题的困扰。有鉴于此,在加强科技与企业创新的广度和深度、深化多方主体间的共享与合作、建立产业标准与服务规范、健全监管与反馈机制的同时,有关各方应增加技术的安全性以保障认知症老年人的权益和安全,增加智慧照护产品的友好性和亲和性,培养认知症老年人及家属的数字素养,发挥医疗和护理人员的专业作用,释放认知症群体消费潜力并激发智慧康养市场活力,从而加快我国认知症老年人照护的智慧化进程。 展开更多
