We have successfully achieved high-resolution, narrowband i...The near-infrared imaging channel constitutes a crucial component of the multichannel high-resolution imaging system of the New Vacuum Solar Telescope(NVST). We have successfully achieved high-resolution, narrowband imaging of the chromosphere using He I 10830 A triplet within this channel, which significantly enhances the imaging observation capabilities of NVST. This paper provides a concise overview of the optical system associated with the near-infrared imaging channel, detailing data processing procedures and presenting several observed images. Leveraging a high-resolution image reconstruction algorithm, we were able to generate a narrowband image near the diffraction limit at 10830 A with a temporal resolution of less than 10 s.展开更多

And it should be tested to ensure the product yield before bonding. This paper presents an on-wafer testing system based on Labview for ROIC of IRFPA. The quantitative measurement can be conducted after determining whether there is row crosstalk or not in this system. This low-cost system has the benefits of easy expansion, upgrading, and flexibility, and it has been employed in the testing of several kinds of IRFPA ROICs to measure the parameters of saturated output voltage, non-uniformity, dark noise and dynamic range, etc.展开更多
A CO_2 infrared remote sensing system based on the algorithm of weighting function modified differential optical absorption spectroscopy(WFM-DOAS) is developed for measuring CO_2 emissions from pollution sources. The ...A CO_2 infrared remote sensing system based on the algorithm of weighting function modified differential optical absorption spectroscopy(WFM-DOAS) is developed for measuring CO_2 emissions from pollution sources. The system is composed of a spectrometer with band from 900 nm to 1700 nm, a telescope with a field of view of 1.12?, a silica optical fiber, an automatic position adjuster, and the data acquisition and processing module. The performance is discussed,including the electronic noise of the charge-coupled device(CCD), the spectral shift, and detection limits. The resolution of the spectrometer is 0.4 nm, the detection limit is 8.5 × 10^(20)molecules·cm^(-2), and the relative retrieval error is < 1.5%.On May 26, 2018, a field experiment was performed to measure CO_2 emissions from the Feng-tai power plant, and a twodimensional distribution of CO_2 from the plume was obtained. The retrieved differential slant column densities(dSCDs)of CO_2 are around 2 × 10^(21) molecules·cm^(-2) in the unpolluted areas, 5.5 × 10^(21)molecules·cm^(-2) in the plume locations most strongly affected by local CO_2 emissions, and the fitting error is less than 2 × 10^(20)molecules·cm^(-2), which proves that the infrared remote sensing system has the characteristics of fast response and high precision, suitable for measuring CO_2 emission from the sources.展开更多

The coatings are mainly used fo...Infrared optical coatings in SITP (Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics) mainly cover the spectrum range from 0.7 μm to 15 μm, and visible and near-UV range are also been included. The coatings are mainly used for metal-reflectance mirrors, Anti-reflection(AR) lens and windows, filters, and dichroic beam splitters. Coatings passed some dependability tests. These optical coated devices usually consist in a remote observing instrument. Most coating materials are commercial products. And one kind of special material PbTe is made by ourselves. The experimental results showed that the carbon concentration in GaAs thin waf...Determination of substitutional carbon in SI-GaAs thin wafers was investigated by FT-IR microscope at room temperature for the first time. The experimental results showed that the carbon concentration in GaAs thin wafers can be measured directly with simple treatment. The calculation method of carbon concentration is in agreement with that for normal IR spectrum with 0.5cm-1 resolution. The resolution of 1cm-1 can be taken in order to obtain a high signal-to-noise (S/N) ratio using 2.34×1016 cm-2 calibration factor for calculating carbon concentration at room temperature.展开更多
