Objective:Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance System version 2.5 to explore the rule of medication used in internal traditional Chinese medicine for cholelithiasis in the national patent network.Method:Collect the internal administrations of cholelithiasis in the national patent network,and enter them into the Chinese medicine inheritance system version 2.5,adopt frequency analysis,association rules,complex system entropy clustering and other data mining methods to analyze the prescription rule of traditional Chinese medicine cholelithiasis.Results:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,215 prescriptions were selected,involving 398 drugs,30 drugs with a frequency of>20,and 39 commonly used drug pairs.The core drugs are:Jinqiancao(Herba Lysimachiae),Yujin(Radix Curcumae),Chaihu(Radix Bupleuri),Yinchen(Herba Artemisiae Scopariae),Jineijin(Endothelium Corneum Gigeriae Galli),Dahuang(Radix et Rhizoma Rhei),Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae),Huangqin(Radix Scutellariae),Baishao(Raidix Paeoniae Alba),Muxiang(Radix Aucklandiae),Zhishi(Fructus Aurantii Immaturus),Yanhusuo(Rhizoma Corydalis),Huzhang(Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati),Haijinsha(Herba Lygodii).And 9 new prescriptions have been got.Conclusion:In the national patent network,the traditional Chinese medicine is used in the treatment of cholelithiasis.The main treatment is clearing heat and dampness,regulating Qi and relieving pain,and promoting gallbladder removing stone,providing reference for clinical treatment of cholelithiasis. 展开更多

"Synthetic"allopolyploids recreated by interspecific hybridization play an important role in providing novel genomic variation for crop improvement.Such synthetic allopolyploids often undergo rapid genomic structural variation(SV).However,how such SV arises,is inherited and fixed,and how it affects important traits,has rarely been comprehensively and quantitively studied in advanced generation synthetic lines.A better understanding of these processes will aid breeders in knowing how to best utilize synthetic allopolyploids in breeding programs.Here,we analyzed three genetic mapping populations(735 DH lines)derived from crosses between advanced synthetic and conventional Brassica napus(rapeseed)lines,using whole-genome sequencing to determine genome composition.We observed high tolerance of large structural variants,particularly toward the telomeres,and preferential selection for balanced homoeologous exchanges(duplication/deletion events between the A and C genomes resulting in retention of gene/chromosome dosage between homoeologous chromosome pairs),including stable events involving whole chromosomes("pseudoeuploidy").Given the experimental design(all three populations shared a common parent),we were able to observe that parental SV was regularly inherited,showed genetic hitchhiking effects on segregation,and was one of the major factors inducing adjacent novel and larger SV.Surprisingly,novel SV occurred at low frequencies with no significant impacts on observed fertility and yield-related traits in the advanced generation synthetic lines.However,incorporating genome-wide SV in linkage mapping explained significantly more genetic variance for traits.Our results provide a framework for detecting and understanding the occurrence and inheritance of genomic SV in breeding programs,and support the use of synthetic parents as an important source of novel trait variation. 展开更多

Objective:To dig deeper into the traditional Chinese medicine treatment rules of chemotherapy-induced diarrhea with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)inheritance computing platform system.Methods:Taking“traditional Chinese medicine”,“chemotherapy”and“diarrhea”as the theme words,comprehensive search of the database of CNKI,Wanfang and VIP from its inception to November 2020 was conduct-ed.The formulas of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for chemotherapy-induced diarrhea were included and the association rule,clustering and factor analysis were carried out.Results:A total of 145 papers,57 prescriptions meeting the inclusion criteria were collected,among which high-frequency drugs including Baizhu(Atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma),Fuling(Poria),Dangshen(Codonopsisradix),Huanglian(Coptidis rhizoma),Zhigancao(Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma praeparata cum melle)were the most commonly used.The confidence level was set as 0.7 and the support level was set as 10,12 core compatibility groups were obtained,and 6 categories were cluster analyzed.Conclusion:The principle of external treatment of chemotherapy-induced diarrhea is mainly“restore deficiency and benefiting qi”,“benefiting water infiltration and dampness”,“clearing heat”and“inducing astringency”.Prescription combination and new prescription combination based on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)inheritance computing platform system can be used as reference for clinicians and applied in primary hospitals. 展开更多

Diabetes is a common clinical disease and has many complications,among which diabetic heart disease is the leading cause of death in diabetic patients.This article collected the prescriptions for the treatment of diabetic heart disease,and used the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system to explore the prescription formulation rules.Finally,we included 43 prescriptions for analysis.We found that the rules of formulas for treating diabetic heart disease are complex,but Chinese medicines in these formulas are mainly with the effects of nourishing Qi,nourishing Yin and activating blood circulation.At the same time,we obtained 3 new prescriptions and discussed the clinical rationality of the new prescriptions.The purpose of this article is to provide reference for clinical prescription in the treatment of diabetic heart disease and the development of related new drugs. 展开更多

Background:On December 8,2019,Wuhan City,Hubei Province,a new type of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-2019)was firstly discovered,and COVID-2019 spread rapidly in China.The number of confirmed cases in various provinces and cities rose sharply in China.In clinical treatment,Chinese medicine treatment showed significant efficacy.Since the outbreak,the National Health Commission(NHS)of China has issued seven editions of the“Pneumonitis Diagnosis and Treatment Program for COVID-2019”,at the same time,most provincial health boards and the Chinese Medicine Administration had also released information on the prevention and control scheme of COVID-2019 by Chinese medicine.The purpose of this study is to explore the compatibility rules of the main drugs in the prescription and the potential mechanism on COVID-2019 pneumonia,in order to provide reference for clinical research and new drug development of COVID-2019.Methods:This article uses the TCM inheritance assistance system and network pharmacology BATMAN-TCM online analysis system to collect and summarize the national“Pneumonitis Diagnosis and Treatment Program for COVID-2019(trial version sixth)”and formulae for adult treatment from the TCM prevention program of 23 provinces and cities.Results:We found that the most formulae for the treatment of COVID-2019 were modified on the basis of Maxing Shigan decoction and the top 5 high-frequencyn drugs are Xingren(Armeniacae semen amarum),Mahuang(Ephedrae herba),Gancao(Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma),Shigao(Gypsum fibrosum),and Haungqin(Radix scutellariae).High frequency traditional Chinese medicines are mainly used for relieving the symptoms,clearing away heat,eliminating dampness,resolving phlegm,relieving cough and asthma,promoting water and dampness,and tonifying deficiency.Warm medicine and bitter medicine are the most frequently used drugs in four Qi attribute and five flavor attribute,respectively.Most of drugs are belong to lung,stomach and spleen channel.Mahuang(Ephedrae herba),Xingren(Armeniacae semen amarum),Gancao(Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma),Shigao(Gypsum fibrosum),Cangzhu(Atractylodis rhizama)and Huoxiang(Pogostemonis herba)are the core drugs for treating COVID-2019.The TTD disease enrichment,target and signal transduction pathways of the six drugs showed that pneumonia and asthma were most closely related to COVID-2019.And the inflammatory reaction-related pathways may be the main pathways through which these drugs function.Conclusions:The modified Maxing Shigan decoction is the main prescription for the treatment of COVID-2019.The Xingren(Armeniacae semen amarum),Gancao(Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma),Shigao(Gypsum fibrosum),Cangzhu(Atractylodis rhizama)and Huoxiang(Pogostemonis herba)have certain theoretical and experimental basis for the treatment of COVID-2019 through network pharmacology analysis,but further experiments are needed to verify the effects. 展开更多

In China,traditional Chinese medicine is widely used in the treatment of ischemic stroke,but its prescription rules needs to be further studied.This paper uses the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary system(a software)to analyze the composition rules of a large number of prescriptions for the treatment of ischemic stroke,and discusses the clinical rationality of the new prescriptions.We found that the prescriptions for the treatment of ischemic stroke are mainly composed by herbs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,dredging collaterals and tonifying deficiency,and some of the new prescriptions are also in line with this characteristic.This paper can provide reference for clinical prescription in the treatment of ischemic stroke and the development of related new drugs. 展开更多

In the United States,schools offer special education services to children who are diagnosed with a learning or neurodevelopmental disorder and have difficulty meeting their learning goals.Pediatricians may play a key role in helping children access special education services.The number of children ages 6-21 in the United States receiving special education services increased 10.4%from 2006 to 2021.Children receiving special education services under the autism category increased 242%during the same period.The demand for special education services for children under the developmental delay and other health impaired categories increased by 184%and 83%respectively.Although student enrollment in American schools has remained stable since 2006,the percentage distribution of children receiving special education services nearly tripled for the autism category and quadrupled for the developmental delay category by 2021.Allowable heavy metal residues remain persistent in the American food supply due to food ingredient manufacturing processes.Numerous clinical trial data indicate heavy metal exposures and poor diet are the primary epigenetic factors responsible for the autism and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder epidemics.Dietary heavy metal exposures,especially inorganic mercury and lead may impact gene behavior across generations.In 2021,the United States Congress found heavy metal residues problematic in the American food supply but took no legislative action.Mandatory health warning labels on select foods may be the only way to reduce dietary heavy metal exposures and improve child learning across generations. 展开更多

Background:To explore the law of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of climacteric syndrome,and to study the potential mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine therapy.Methods:For the relevant prescriptions collected from Chinese Journal Full-text Database,Wanfang medical network,PubMed and EMBASE were transferred to the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistant system(TCMISSV2.5)to conduct the nucleocentric drug group analysis.In this study,we used BATMAN-TCM(http://bionet.ncpsb.org/batman-tcm/)online analysis tool to analyze Therapeutic Target Database disease enrichment and Kyoto Gene and Genome Encyclopedia(KEGG)pathway enrichment,and Cytoscape(3.7.1)software was used to construct disease-target and KEGG pathway-target networks for visualization.Results:Among the 103 prescriptions,3 pairs of core drug combinations and 9 new prescriptions were selected by data mining.In the KEGG pathway of Zhimu(Anemarrhenae rhizoma)and Huangbo(Phellodendri Chinensis cortex),the most potential targets were found in the neural active ligand receptor interaction pathway.Conclusion:The compatibility of Anemarrhenae rhizoma and Phellodendri Chinensis cortex may play a role in the treatment of nervous system symptoms in patients with climacteric syndrome by interfering the neuroactive ligand receptor interaction signaling pathway. 展开更多

Many populations of the two-spotted spider mite, Tetranychus urticae Koch, have developed high levels of resistance to the pesticide abamectin in China and other countries. This study developed a near-isogenic line to understand better the inheritance, cross-resistance, and fitness costs associated with abamectin resistance in the field population of T. urticae in China. We introduced the trait that confers extremely high abamectin resistance in a field-collected population of T. urticae into a susceptible laboratory strain(IPP-SS) to generate an abamectin-resistant near-isogenic line(NIL-Aba).This process was carried out through multiple backcrossing to IPP-SS and via parthenogenesis and abamectin screening. Compared with IPP-SS, the NIL-Aba strain had a 25 147-fold resistance to abamectin and a high level of cross-resistance to bifenthrin(288.17-fold), an intermediate level to emamectin benzoate(42.57-fold), and low levels to bifenazate, chlorfenapyr, cyflumetofen, cyenopyrafen, and cyetpyrafen with resistance ranging from 3.18-to 9.31-fold.But it had no cross-resistance to profenofos. The resistance to abamectin in NIL-Aba was autosomal, incompletely dominant, and polygenic. Based on two sex life table parameters, no fitness cost was found in NIL-Aba. Establishing the NIL-Aba strain provides a reliable basis for an in-depth study of abamectin resistance in T. urticae. New information on toxicological characteristics and fitness cost should facilitate the management of abamectin resistance in field populations of T. urticae. 展开更多

This paper examines the current status and development dilemma of the children’s folk sports culture in the junction area between Chongqing and Hubei with reference to relevant literature.After the literature review and summary,the study finds there are several factors restricting the inheritance and development of the children’s folk sports culture in the area,including insufficiency of theoretical analysis,weak public support in cities,blind imitation of modern sports culture,and absence of policy support.To address the above problems,we put forward several suggestions to promote the inheritance and development of children’s folk sports game culture.First,we should focus on the theoretical research and cultural dissemination of children’s folk sports culture.Second,we should improve the basic rules of children’s folk sports games.Third,importance should be attached to government support in developing children’s folk sports game culture.Fourth,we should ensure the continuation and inheritance of children’s folk sports culture via school activities.Finally,we should carry forward children’s folk sports culture and explore ways to develop excellent cultural tourism. 展开更多

Medical institution preparations play an important role in the development of hospitals,being one of the main forms of traditional Chinese medicine clinical characteristic medication,as well as an important carrier for the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine.In recent years,the research and development of traditional Chinese medicine preparations has become a hot spot in the research and development of preparations by medical institutions.Traditional Chinese medicine preparations prepared by traditional processes and their entrusted preparation matters have changed from the current licensing management to filing management.The registration model of traditional Chinese medicine preparations has undergone significant changes,emphasizing more on real data and evaluation results from the objective world,respecting traditional medication experience,and emphasizing the inheritance and innovative development of traditional technological experience.In the process of following teachers in the inheritance project of traditional Chinese medicine,we combined the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic technology with the research and development practice of traditional Chinese medicine preparations in medical institutions,and focused on the analysis and discussion of technical problems such as prescription screening,dosage form selection,process route design and clinical observation of traditional Chinese medicine preparations,hoping to provide reference for scholars in the same field of traditional Chinese medicine. 展开更多

It is known that intangible cultural heritage is an important resource of the cultural soft power in a country, and it is also an organic component and representation of national history, spirit and cohesion.Therefore, a good inheritance of intangible cultural heritage is of great significance for carrying forward the ethical basis of human culture as well as maintaining its value core. Nowadays, the rapid intelligentization of media has ushered in the era of intellectual media, with characteristics of “massive media, man-machine integration and self-evolution”. In the era of intellectual media, traces of intelligent technologies can be seen everywhere, and the ecology of the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage has been reconstructed. Under this circumstance, the author firstly makes clarification of the advancement of the era, which has given a new logic of intangible cultural heritage inheritance, and various intelligent powers should be developed including intelligent acquisition, processing and judgement ability of content value. Then, the technology empowerment is analyzed, which has made reconstruction of intangible cultural heritage inheritance: while being digitalized,the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage has become systematized in way of “Points, Lines and Planes” at the same time.
